So fun to work with

Jon and Georgina make an awesome team which makes them even more fun to work with! They are very experienced and help guide you through awesome photos but are also open to ideas of things you want to try out. I loved our engagement photos and had so much fun taking our wedding photos. Can’t wait to see how they turned out!!!

Worth every penny and then some

I cannot recommend John and Georgina enough. I skipped a lot of things that I didn’t care about while planning my wedding, but a GOOD photographer should never be one of them. In this case, you get two. These guys have it down to a science and know so many tricks and secrets to not only getting the best shots, but to make it all so, so much fun. They have a way of guiding you on how to get a shot that still makes you feel like you and your new husband are alone and just sharing a sweet moment between yourselves. They had worked with our venue so much and knew exactly where to be and when and everything went like clockwork. Because they have so much experience, they were able to help with other things like planning an ideal schedule for the wedding and even makeup tips on what photographs the best. They have a great chemistry and work well together to make sure you’re taken care of. We really adored our time with them and all night I just kept thinking that I was so glad that we had chosen them. Easily some of the best money we spent.

Beautiful Photography, Fun Experience

It was important to me to feel comfortable with the people surrounding me on my wedding day, and John and Georgina did fantastic at that. They excelled in making the process smooth, relaxed, and fun- while creating some breathtaking photos along the way. One thing we especially liked is that they were able to stick to the timeline on the day of the wedding by being respectful yet firm with the wedding party and family, which to me and my now husband was greatly appreciated. We got all the beautiful photos we could ever want and are so happy with our decision to choose Something Blue Photography.

Our Favorite!

We got extremely lucky with absolutely amazing vendors for our wedding. I would recommend any of our vendors to people in a heartbeat! Even though everyone we worked with was wonderful, there really was something very special with Something Blue. I looked at their beautiful wedding pictures on their website and decided to schedule a meeting. As soon as I met with Liz, I knew that Something Blue was the right choice to photograph our wedding. Closer to the wedding, my fiance and I met with Liz and Ashlee. I seriously didn't think anyone could be much sweeter than Liz, but Ashlee was just as amazing! On the day of the wedding we had a mini entourage of amazing photographers and videographers- Liz, Ashlee, Colette, Ryan, and Gunnar. Not only did they take stunning pictures of our day, they were so much fun to work with! Seriously- my fiance hates, and I mean hates, taking pictures. After the wedding, even he said our photographers were his favorite! I would recommend Something Blue to anyone looking for a photographer. We can't wait to see our friends from Something Blue again when we are ready for family pictures!

Amazing Photos and Couple

Jon and Georgina are absolutely amazing. They made everything so easy, from the initial consultation and all the way until the end of the wedding day. There was constant communication and questions were never left unanswered. They are extremely personable. You’ll laugh and joke throughout your engagement shoot. And they’ll keep you calm and smiling during the entire wedding day. There’s no better photographers than them!

From the first meeting with Georgina and Jon, we felt an immediate bond and knew we had found the perfect photographers. From beginning to end, they were amazing in every way. And the photos are gorgeous and creative. Everything was perfect! Having two photographers works beautifully and accommodates both sides of the bridal party! Best wedding photographers in Southern Arizona!!

I learned of Something Blue since their pictures from other weddings were hanging on the walls at our venue. They were absolutely beautiful so I started doing research and found they had amazing reviews as well. I am so happy I chose them and I was extremely happy with my experience and my beautiful pictures. They were quick to respond and very professional the whole way through. I love that you get 2 photographers and they captured our wedding from different angles. In addition to the variety of pictures they can take when using 2 different cameras/lenses. As our wedding favors, we chose to get the picture booth and it was so much fun. Everyone at the wedding took AT LEAST one picture, including the grandmother's in their 80's. I loved that the amount of pictures we could take was not limited and they had a 3rd person there running the photobooth. Everyone got to take their pictures home with them and my husband and I also received A book with a copy of their pictures. A year later I had to contact them to receive duplicate copies of my pictures. Luckily they happened to have the pictures longer than promised and they still responded just as quickly and chose not to charge extra. I have and will continue to recommend Something Blue!

Jon and Georgina are the best wedding photographers in the whole world. They were so relaxed, easy to talk to, and fun to work with. I cannot believe we were lucky enough to be able to have Jon and Georgina photograph our wedding. From the moment my husband and I met with them we both felt at ease and knew that we had to book them for our wedding day. We are thrilled we did. I cannot say enough about how amazing both Jon and Georgina were. They were able to capture our special day and keep everything and everyone on schedule. The work on their website speaks for itself. All of the photos we received for our engagement session and wedding are stunning. We have so many options to choose from it was difficult to select what we wanted in our album. Not only are they remarkable artists they are two of the kindest people you will ever meet.

Our wedding was on 02/24/17. This couple is absolutely fantastic! Not only are they experts at their craft but they are truly wonderful people. From the time that we first met them we knew that we had made the right choice. As artists they are at the top of their field. The pictures they took and the visions they had were spectacular. They work so very well together and you can see the passion for not only their work but for us as a new couple and for each other. They actually make you feel like part of the family. The day of the wedding they made things go so smooth. Honestly anyone can take a picture but what these two do is magic. They made my wife and I feel so comfortable taking pictures. Jon and Georgina thank you for coming into our lives and making us look so good! You two are truly special.

My wife and I heard about Jon and Georgina through a family friend that had booked them for their wedding. Living in Maryland and having our wedding in Tucson, you can imagine that it was hard to meet with different wedding photographers. On a trip to Tucson about a year before our wedding, my wife and I arranged a meeting with Jon and Georgina to see what Something Blue was all about. 5 minutes into the meeting, we had both decided independently that they were going to be our photographers. The first and only photographers that we needed to meet with. Their portfolio was impressive and their personalities and professionalism really made it seem like they had our best interests in mind. We booked with them right away and kept in constant communication up until our wedding.

On our wedding day, they showed up on time, scouted the venue for the best spots to take pictures, then split up to take pictures of the bridal party getting ready. That's one thing that you can't get from a standard wedding photographer. With one person, it is hard to be in two places at once. My wife and I decided to take "First Look" photos, which was a recommendation from Jon and Georgina. "First Look" photos are where the bride and groom see each other for the first time before the ceremony and they take photos of our natural reactions and responses to seeing each other. It makes for some great photos and is a great way to get rid of some nerves before the ceremony.

During the group photos, ceremony and reception, Jon and Georgina, covered our event from every angle and were never in the way. Our photos are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend Something Blue for any photography event, let alone weddings. A+ Job, A+ Professionalism, A+ Quality

If you are looking for a photographer for your wedding, look no further! You've found them! Jon and Georgina were so wonderful to work with and so unbelievably talented. They took the most beautiful wedding photos for my wedding. The photos are creative, artistic, stunning and every single person who looks at the photos are blown away. There is a reason Something Blue is always at the top of the ratings on this website. Not only is their work wonderful, but they also got the sample photos back to me in less than a week after my wedding. It was incredibly fast, and I'm so grateful for that. I was sitting on the edge of my seat all week waiting for them! I will treasure these photos forever. Thank you so much to Jon and Georgina for working with Harrison and I. Jon and Georgina were absolutely amazing!! We knew right away when we met them that we wanted them to be our wedding photographers, we felt that they were not only fantastic photographers but people we'd actually enjoy spending many hours of our wedding day with! They were so easy to communicate with from the very beginning, and very accommodating to special requests. On the day of our wedding they were with us the ENTIRE day, from early morning to late at night, and they took photographs the entire time. Georgina was so helpful in making sure things went smoothly and on time, it was a huge weight off my mind to have her there. I had so much fun taking all the getting ready photos with my bridesmaids and my husband said the same about his groomsmen photos with Jon. Georgina managed to capture all the little moments between me and my mom and my maid of honor as well. At the ceremony they were very respectful of the church space but still got beautiful photos of the ceremony. Somehow they always knew exactly where to be! We took photos of our entire extended families which I thought was going to take forever but they were so efficient and calm in making sure all the necessary photos were taken. Taking the bridal party photos and the bride and groom photos were so much FUN! They were constantly making us laugh :) During the second ceremony and reception they again took so many amazing photos, I had so many guest compliment me on how skilled the photographers were in capturing all the important moments without being intrusive. I can't WAIT to see how our wedding photos turn out, I'm so grateful to Something Blue for being there to capture our wedding.

I cannot say enough good things about Jon & Georgina. I have admired their photography for some time so when I got engaged they were a top pick for me from the beginning. While we were unable to do our engagement pictures w/ Something Blue due to time constraints because my husband is military & was leaving to go overseas, Georgina was SO accommodating in trying to make our schedules work. I was so touched at how hard she worked to try & squeeze us in & was so disappointed that in the end, it was us whose schedule was too busy & couldn't make it work. I was thrilled though that we were able to hire them for the wedding & they were absolutely incredible. They are the most genuine, sweet, down to earth, kind people ever. They met us twice the week before the wedding- once for coffee to meet my husband since he had been gone & once to walk through the resort where the wedding was taking place so we could have a plan. Talk about above the call of duty! The day of was perfect! They are calm, personable & easy to work with. Our experience w/ them was so wonderful that I was not even worried about how all the pictures turned out because working w/ them was such a joy & worth every penny. Don't get me wrong, our photos are amazing, seriously top notch & we have only seen the previews. What truly sets them apart is that they are the whole package- amazing work & even better people. I am truly honored & blessed to have had the opportunity to work w/ them. They captured our day beautifully & I could not be more thankful to have those memories. The little details & moments they captured are priceless & truly incredible. Oh, & their photo booth was SO much fun! Our guests loved it & it is awesome how they give you a book w/ a copy of the pictures & guests can sign it. All around, they are seriously the best. I could not be happier w/ our decision to go w/ them or w/ the end result of their work or our experience. I would hire Something Blue again in an instant & you should too!

Jon and Georgina are incredible! They were so nice to us when we sat down to talk for the first time and were just so friendly and open. We knew we wanted to book them immediately. And they were such pros at the wedding. I hardly noticed they were there at all. And they really knew how to work with our family and friends. John and Georgina are great! I knew from the minute I got engaged that I HAD to book them! We are getting married next summer and just completed our engagement photo session with them. They are very professional and great to be around while taking photos. Even my fiance who hates taking pictures loved our session with them. They were very timely giving us our photos and even gave us a cute box and USB with all of our photos! We cannot wait to see how our wedding pictures turn out!

I literally can not say enough good things about our experience with Something Blue. I recently got to view my photos on their website and I was completely blown away! The pictures were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. John and Georgina are not only professional but they are so much fun to work with! They made us feel comfortable and have fun and it shows in the photos. They are so good at letting us interact naturally as a couple and gave us subtle hints and directions here and there so the pictures turned out amazing and not posed! I highly recommend them to anyone and I suggest not skipping taking night shots!! Those are some of my favorite pictures from the wedding. The only problem we have is it is going to be nearly impossible to decide which photos to hang in our house. We don't have enough wall space for them all!!!!!!!

Something Blue provided all of the photography for our wedding in September. I cannot speak highly enough of the job that they did before, during, and even after our event. They were more than willing to work with us in the planning stages, which were mostly required to be done via email, something which we found surprisingly difficult with some other vendors! On the day, they were simply the nicest, most helpful and professional people we worked with during the entire wedding. Despite some unexpected weather right in the middle of a shoot, they were quickly able to relocate us and still produce some amazing images. Afterwards, we quickly received copies of all of our photos which turned out beautifully and will stand as reminders of a most excellent day. Their work was worth every penny and we will be recommending Something Blue every chance we get!

Jon and Georgina are AMAZING! They are extremely professional and so much fun to work with!!! Jon really understands the guys and works with them so well.... nobody has ever been able to get my husband and the groomsmen to take such amazing photos! And Georgina does an amazing capturing all the little details that go into the bridal party! Not to mention, making sure I had a drink and a moment when I started getting stressed!!! It is almost impossible to write this review because anything I say will not do justice to the amazing work done by Jon and Georgina from Something Blue Photography! I literally can't even choose which photos I want to print and hang up because every single one is amazing.
Jon and Georgina possess a beautiful talent. They have an eye for capturing amazing images and they go out of their way to get the best shots. They are patient, fun, easy going, and after working with them, I felt like we were friends. They went out of their way to make our engagement photos personal and were incredibly patient when we wanted our 6 dogs in the photos.
Planning a wedding isn't easy and making/sticking to a budget is the hardest part. Something Blue is not the cheapest you will find, but they are worth every penny. Their dependability can put your mind at ease during such a stressful time. Your wedding will go by in the blink of an eye and having amazing photos to look at will make you so happy! I felt like I didn't really take in how well my wedding came together, but having such beautiful photos to see every aspect of that day, is such a wonderful thing!

They were wonderful. They had the best back up plan for anything that could go wrong like extra cameras, batteries and a back up photographer who was a professional and someone they trusted. They answered all my questions and had the most beautiful pictures I had seen out of many photographers that I looked at. They treat you like family and were so enthusiastic. They knew how to set up the best poses and listened to what you wanted. They were early and ready to go. I absolutely loved every single one of my pictures and was so glad they were able to do my wedding. I suggest to everyone to use them as your photographers, you will not be disappointed.

Something Blue was truly amazing to work with. They were responsive and helpful in planning leading up to the event, and were incredible during our engagement session and wedding. They were able to get great shots of everyone at the wedding, including plenty of camera shy family members. They were with us the entire day, and didn't stop shooting. I had several people come up to myself along with Jon and Georgina to see if they would travel out to their wedding. Amazing people to work with. They were very flexible, responsive and made everyone comfortable from kids to adults and even the camera shy. They work really well together and listen to us about what we wanted to capture. Stress free and easy going which is a must with everything else going on during weddings.

We knew Georgina and Jon would be our wedding photographers from the minute we met them. We live in Phoenix and they were very accommodating and willing to meeting us in Phoenix while they were here one weekend shooting a wedding. Jon and Georgina were very personable and professional and we LOVED their own unique style. We booked them right away.

Georgina was great at keeping in touch, and quickly set up our Engagement Photo Session. We had an unusual request - we wanted to do a "paint fight" for our save the date. Both Jon and Georgina did everything they could to help facilitate this, and our Paint Fight photos came out AMAZING. Our guests were blown away with the photos that we sent out for the Save the Dates!

Before we knew it, our wedding day was here. Jon and Georgina met us at our wedding venue on time and with cameras in hand - they literally did not miss a single moment from the day. Jon stayed with the guys while they got ready, and Georgina stayed with me. She was so kind, helpful and comforting while I got ready. Unexpectedly, it was one of Tucson's most rainy days, and of course I was a wreck. Our ceremony was planned to be outside. Georgina was so positive, assuring me the sun would come and the rain would go away, and it did!

Jon and Georgina did not stop taking pictures the whole day. They were also very good at making sure we got all the specific photos we wanted, and were great at directing the family photos and keeping us on timeline. We felt so comfortable with them, and it made the whole picture taking process a breeze. Georgina was even prepared with extra towels to lay down under my dress because she knew it was going to be a rainy day.

Something Blue was the wedding vendor we were most happy with, and we have absolutely no complaints. If you want top quality photos to remember every moment of your wedding, Something Blue is by far the best option!

Jon and Georgina from Something Blue are truly amazing! We were so excited to have them as our photographers for our wedding - their pictures are breathtaking. They are professional and fun to work with. We were super happy to get the CDs of our wedding pictures - 3 of them! Full of so many pictures. They did a wonderful job. Where to start?! First and foremost, my husband and I were looking for a team of photographers that could get those special moments of us getting ready for our big day. More specifically a male and female team so that we would both feel comfortable. Finding Jon and Georgina was perfect for us because not only were they a team but they are husband and wife and love what they do. Georgina and Jon were creative and kept our wedding party focused. They stayed as late as they needed to ensure they didn't miss any of the special moments. All the way up to our last dance of the night. Also, when it came time to review/choose photos for our photo book I didn't catch a mistake but they made sure to correct it and ordered me a new album even though I failed to catch this initially. If we did it all over again there is no doubt we would choose Something Blue :) We are very thankful to have had them as our photographers on our big day.

Georgie and Jon are so fun to work with and so good at what they do! They were on top of getting the photos done and didn't allow us to get behind on time. We got all the shots we wanted and they turned out GORGEOUS! They're quick and make the photo part of the day so fun and effortless. Everyone at the wedding and in the wedding party loved them as well. They captured every special moment that day, not just between my husband and me but with guests as well. They are very thorough, efficient, and talented. We recommend them 100%!!

georgina and jon were amazing. their photos are flawless. it rained on my wedding day and because of them i was not worried at all, i knew they would make it work regardless and we ended up with gorgeous wedding photos! i would highly recommend georgina and jon to anyone!!!! love them!!!!

Something Blue Photography is a husband (Jon) and wife (Georgina) team who produce spectacular photos every time. I was told that photographer were really the key to the wedding, making the moment last. This tagteam stellar couple took our engagement photos as well as our wedding. The seamlessly navigated our wedding day and made us look and feel like royalty and rockstars! They were worth every penny!!! We even found new friends in Jon and Georgina, and they are still crazy in-love!

Your wedding day goes by so fast you are going to want some AMAZING photos to help you remember that special moment. Something Blue Photography literally goes beyond amazing with their photos. They are a husband/wife team which I absolutely loved because the husband stayed with the guys before the wedding to take pictures of them while the wife stayed with me and my gals. Not only are the professional and deliver quality photographs, THEY ARE FUN! My husband and I were just able to be ourselves in the pictures and it was fun hanging out with the photographers; they don't make you feel awkward at all. They are also willing to go just about anywhere. They traveled to Flagstaff, AZ to take our engagement pictures. I couldn't be happier with my photos. We could not be ANY happier with the services we received from Georgina and Jon. The photographs we have are beyond amazing, and captured every moment of our day beautifully. Their engagement pictures are phenomenal as well. They are great at putting you at ease and letting you have fun with all of the pictures. They are a bit pricier than other vendors but let me just says you get what you pay for!!! Georgina and Jon are amazing in every way! A loving married couple who are both full time photographers. Very down to earth and full of suggestions! I am the worst judge of myself but let me tell you I feel like my wedding photos are straight from a magazine!

I have had multiple people tell me they thought we should be in a magazine everything was photographed so well!!

I would highly recommend these two amazing and laid back professionals who have me everything I asked for and more!!!

I chose Something Blue based on all the fabulous reviews I read about them online and the because of the beautiful pictures I had seen of the work they had done. I am so happy with the decision I made, Jon and Georgina are great! I am so in love with all the pictures they took of us from the engagement pictures to every last wedding picture. They really have a great eye and captured some amazing moments. Not only are they super talented and professional, they are so friendly and down to earth, this made it easy to feel comfortable in front of the camera. I highly recommend Something Blue!
