From start to finish, our wedding planning experience at Solitude Links Golf Course & Banquet Center was absolutely exceptional. The staff is truly incredible, and their responsiveness is top tier — every question, concern, or idea was met quickly and thoughtfully. Their flexibility throughout the planning process made everything feel easy and stress-free.
The coordinators are kind, approachable, and genuinely make you feel like an old friend they’ve known their whole life. We were fortunate to build a wonderful relationship with Jenn, the Event Director, and Dakota, the Assistant GM/Assistant Event Director, and that personal connection made all the difference. They went above and beyond to ensure our day was exactly what we envisioned.
The food tasting experience prior to the wedding was fantastic, with a great variety of options, and we loved that we were able to include both my parents and my husband’s parents — it made the experience even more special and fun.
On the wedding day itself, the waitstaff was amazing and incredibly attentive, and the bar staff was engaging, interactive, and added so much positive energy to the evening.
One of the biggest highlights is the venue itself. Solitude Links is so naturally beautiful that we didn’t need to add decor other than the centerpieces & Dakota’s greenery wall that we rented. Our families and friends still cannot stop talking about how beautiful the wedding was, with so many of them calling Solitude Links a hidden gem they never expected to find!
We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to trust with such an important day. We are beyond grateful and would recommend Solitude Links to any couple looking for a stunning venue with an outstanding, caring team behind it.

Not only are the views breathtaking, but the quality of the service and the food blew our guest away. Jenn and Dakota are absolutely wonderful to work with. Wedding planning was joy when working with these two as they only had the best interest in mind for my wife and I’s special day.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning inside and out. Well take ln care of venue that is getting better every day because of Jenn and Dakota.
The food was outstanding. Highly recommend going to multiple food tastings just to try all the amazing food! Can’t go wrong with whatever you pick.
Preferred vendors that are listed is mainly who we worked with for our wedding. They were all wonderful and worked well together as they have done so many times in the past!

Wedding of my dreams
My husband and I had our wedding venue here and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The staff was so amazing and so much fun , especially Jen.I couldn’t have done it without all her help. There was a variety of delicious food choices to choice from, which they also accommodated guest with special requests. They were within our budget and made it very easy to pay for. This was absolutely the wedding of my dreams .

Could not have dreamed a better wedding!
The staff at Solitude Links were absolutely stellar from day one. Jenn and Dakota bent over backward to make sure we had everything we knew we needed (and a few things we didn’t think about!) We found out we were pregnant about three months into planning and had the wedding two weeks after he was born. The support we received from the staff at Solitude gave us the peace of mind to not reschedule for later in the year. I would not hesitate to send friends and family here to have their dream wedding, milestone celebration, or other event in one of their beautiful halls. The food served buffet style at the wedding was the same quality as the individually plated meals served at the tastings we had attended. Five stars are not enough to explain the friendliness, value, quality, accommodations and support offered by the team you will work with at this picturesque venue!

Solitude Links truly made our wedding day and process unforgettable! Dakota and Jenn are true professionals and were very helpful the entire process. Best Baby Shower
We held my sisters baby shower here in December and it was perfect! The food was so good and our guests raved about it. We had about 40 guests planned and had a few extra show up that did not RSVP and they handled it so well and never missed a beat. Staff, food, view, location......all amazing!!

Company Holiday Party Knocked out of the Park!!!
2025 was my first year that I planned to have our Company holiday party at Solitude (140+ person event). From the tour to the clean up on the day of, Jenn and Dakota as well as the whole staff were nothing short of THE BEST. Even when we had 20 ish people over our RSVPd amount show up, the problem solving skills were top notch. The food was ranted and raved about as well! it is January and we have already rebooked to have our event there again for 2026. HIGHLY recommend.

Outstanding Celebration of Life
I recently held a Celebration of Life for my husband at Solitude Links Golf Course and Banquet Center and received many positive comments from the over 200 attendees. Jenn, the Event Director, showed her concern for my loss by making all my decisions as easy and stress free as possible. She ensured everything was perfect, including the decor, set up, food and service! I was overwhelmed when I arrived by how beautiful the room looked, and I was especially pleased with the efficient, pleasant and accommodating staff. I opted for food stations set up around the room, which worked extremely well. There was a great variety, and the food was cooked perfectly, served hot, and absolutely delicious!

Jenn & Dakota were there every step of the way answering any questions we had. They truly helped make our wedding day run smoothly. As the bride, I didn’t feel anxious, because I knew they were there to help. Throughout the day/night, guests were telling us how beautiful of a place it was, how great the food was, and how helpful the staff had been throughout the day. At the end of the night, the staff gathered everything to one spot so it was easier to clean up. We could not have asked for a better place to have our wedding ceremony & reception!

A Winter Wonderland Wedding at Solitude - 5 Stars All the Way!!
We had the most incredible winter wedding at Solitude Links, and we truly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish, Jenn and Dakota were an absolute dream to work with—so easy to communicate with and always professional. They helped make the entire planning process smooth and stress-free, offering honest feedback and vendor recommendations that made a huge difference when choosing our photographer, florist, bakery, and more.
The venue itself is stunning in every season, but it felt especially magical in winter. The layout was perfect, with plenty of space to move comfortably between tables, convenient access to restrooms, a coat area for guests, and a spacious dance floor that kept the party going all night. The staff was amazing—friendly, attentive, and professional. Our guests were especially impressed by the service, from the food delivery at tables to the helpful and kind bartenders.
And the food—wow! Our friends and family are still raving about the appetizers and the late-night pizza, which was a huge hit. It truly was a day we will never forget. We are so grateful to have chosen Solitude Links for our special day. If you're considering this venue, do it—you won't regret it!

Amazing place
Not only is the venue stunning but the staff is amazing. We had our rehearsal dinner and reception here. Both nights went smoothly and the food was so good. Throughout the whole process Jennifer and Dakota were very attentive and responsive. We don’t live in the state so they most definitely made things a million times easier with the way they communicated. If you are on the fence about this place, just go for it. It is so worth it.

Stunning Wedding Venue
We cannot say enough good things about Solitude Links and the amazing staff there.
Jenn, Dakota, Chef Jordan, and everyone on the team were a dream to work with from start to finish. From selecting the venue to our clean up at the end of the wedding, everyone was there to help us through it all.
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The windows, wraparound porch, and views are stunning. Solitude Links is the perfect combination of an outdoor and indoor wedding venue.
The food and service were phenomenal. Not only did everything taste delicious, but they also accommodated a multitude of food allergies and intolerances with grace, ensuring everyone had a meal that fit their needs. - the couple is also able to go to multiple tasting to try all the different items on their menu which is a huge plus in deciding which options to go with.
Wedding planning is extremely stress but having Jenn, Dakota, and Chef Jordan to help us through it made everything easier. They truly care and it shows in their interactions and assistance they provide.
We are so grateful to have gotten married at Solitude Links, everything it provided went above and beyond not just our expectations but also our guests’ expectations as they haven’t stopped raving about the views and the food.

A day we will never forget!!!!!
Our daughter’s wedding was on July 27, 2024!! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! The staff were fantastic , very personable and professional! The venue was absolutely breathtaking and the food was to die for!! We are still having guest calling saying how wonderful the wedding was!! I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding! Also rented Solitude Inn on the 3rd fairway and had the wedding party stay there for two nights, everyone absolutely loved it. The house has everything you need for a wedding weekend. If you don’t book solitude Links for your wedding you will be missing out! It was PERFECT!!!

More than I could have ever dreamed it to be
Jenn and Dakota gave us the wedding of our dreams. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, venue, or service. All 140 of our guest had absolutely nothing but positive things to say about the venue, the food and Solitude Links service. The food was absolutely exceptional, and all of our guests left with full belly’s!
Solitude links is a very spacious venue allowing guests to either be inside on the dance floor or being outside on the balcony catching up with family members around the fire. The golf course offers multiple opportunities for great wedding pictures and if you’re someone looking for golden hour pictures Solitude Links is the place to go!
For over a year Jenn and Dakota had been answering any questions that we had, and checking in to make sure that we were where we needed to be on the wedding time line. Without them our wedding day wouldn’t have been nearly what it was. When our wedding day came their expertise in weddings made everything run smoothly.
Solitude links will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we plan on returning every year to play a round on our anniversary!

This is by far the best venue to book with. Jennifer and Dakota will make sure all your needs and wants are met. I planned my whole wedding from a different state and when I tell you it was beyond perfect I am not over exaggerating. Jennifer worked with me so much getting things ready for the day. She really knows what she is doing and the sweetest person ever! Another perk on this location is that they have an air b n b on the property that is awesome to host your wedding party. We had a blast and couldn't recommend this place enough to anyone struggling to find their venue!

The most amazing venue you’ll find!
I don’t even know where to start talking about this amazing place. My husband went golfing here while we were separated during COVID border closures and sent me pictures saying “we should get married here” and that’s what we did. We never look at any other venues because the grounds and view at Solitude Links are absolutely breathtaking - even walking into the room on my wedding weekend it brought happiness to my heart. This venue is nothing short of beautiful with intricate details that make it so perfect, like bridal suites to get ready in and store your things. It was my dream to be married outside by the gorgeous gazebo and although a bit chilly, we made it happen!
Jenn and Dakota were the two coordinators we dealt with during the booking and planning process. They have a very helpful Bridal Guide that includes recommended vendors to help with planning. They answered every endless question I had throughout the whole process and helped me to plan the most perfect wedding. Every little detail they helped accommodate like adding Caesars and a late night poutine bar was so appreciated. Jenn was amazing the whole wedding weekend to keep us organized and telling us what we needed to do for the ceremony - that was a lifesaver.
Now the food…. There are no words to describe how scrumptious the food was. I am not exaggerating when I say every single guest commented that it was the best food they have ever had. Everyone was stuffed beyond belief because it was so good they couldn’t stop eating. It’s been a month since our wedding and I still hear it every day. Every appetizer and course was to die for!!! Compliments to the chef!
The staff… every single one of them were so kind and helpful. Some of the best service I’ve ever received. Bree was our lead person for the day and she worked so hard to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Even with a few glitches, she ironed them all out and I’m so grateful to her. Carissa, our head table server, never left my hand without a drink. She was so sweet and kind, and made sure we were eating on such a busy day. I watched all the servers and bartenders personally wait on each table - beyond any service I’ve ever witnessed at a wedding before. We were astonished at them all. No one left hungry or thirsty. They even helped us clean up at the end of the night. All linens were included with the venue which made everything so easy for us. We even rented the beautiful wooden backdrop from Dakota so we didn’t have to find one and bring it.
Solitude also has a shuttle that you can book to bring guests to and from the venue. This service was so affordable and much needed! We could make sure our guests got back safely. We are so glad this was an offered option! The driver was very patient and kind.
All I can say is if you book your wedding here, you WILL NOT regret it. It was the most perfect and amazing day. Everything I dreamed of and more. My guests had the best time and said it was definitely one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended.

AMAZING wedding venue!
Our wedding at Solitude Links was absolutely beautiful!!! Jennifer and Dakota were extremely helpful during the entire planning process and were always available to answer all of our questions by phone, email, or in person, and they even gave me a lot of suggestions to help my day go as smooth as possible! They were very flexible with last minute changes and were so great to work with!! They were AMAZING!! We were so grateful our dog was able to be included in our wedding ceremony and besides the incredible location, this was one of the other reasons we chose this venue. Jennifer, Dakota, and the entire team made it such a fun day for us and loved that we could include our dog! Additionally, the entire staff including the servers, bartenders, and management was absolutely PHENOMENAL and could not have been any better! They made everything run so smoothly and were there to help coordinate extra little things including our sparkler exit photo! The food was a 10/10 and so glad to hear the same from all of our guests!! Over a week later and we are still hearing amazing feedback! The service to myself and my husband, our bridal party, and our parents tables was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond for not only us but all of our guests. We can’t say enough good things about this venue and everyone who works here!!!!! It’s an absolutely beautiful wedding location with all of the trees, gazebo, and awesome reception location overlooking the golf course with all of the windows. We had an option of an indoor or outdoor ceremony - even in November we chose the outdoor and it turned out to be perfect!! If you’re considering this venue, I’d say look no further!!😊

Best staff and best place to get married!
communicate with us on all the details of our options with the rain in the forecast. We ended up pushing the ceremony 15 minutes back for the rain to stop and had the most amazing wedding day we could ask for!! The Hours Devours were amazing (especially the fried cheese ravioli’s and candied bacon), and the generous portions of dinner (parmesan baked chicken and beef tenderloin) were all delicious!Each and every staff member throughout the night was also so friendly to us and our guest to make sure we were having the best night ever! They were also reasonable with pricing and payment plans. Also the venue is GORGEOUS!! So many of my guests mentioned they’d like to hold events there afterward. If you are thinking about getting married at Solitude Links Golf Course and you are reading this then it is your sign to book it because they are AMAZING!
I had a really hard time finding a venue. We are on the larger size of our guest list with 300 people invited (260 attended). I knew I wanted a location that felt outdoors and beautiful- not a box with four bare walls - and I was limited with my options. My now husband loves to golf this course and suggested that we take a look. I originally counted out a golf course with price and the general vibe but, wow did this place change my mind.
When we met with Jennifer we quickly discovered all of the amazing things that this venue has to offer! The hall itself has all its windows creating a 180 view of the course and its beautiful lakes. There is an elevator that accommodates disabled and elderly family members. It has gorgeous hardwood floors and chandeliers that make it feel cozy and natural. The outdoor ceremony location is under a Gazebo and on the water that brings in a touch of the water. For extra space guests can watch from the balcony above which we had plenty of people do and they said it was a wonderful spot! The entrance of this venue is a beautiful corridor that is full of mirrors. We rented two barrels from Dakota (another AMAZING piece of our day) that created an outdoors vibe for our seating chart to sit on. We also rented a backdrop from him that was easy to set up and payment as a preferred vendor with solitude links. For all of our vendors we used what they had as preferred and it was SO accurate. On site there are two suites, one a little smaller than the other. Both have bathrooms in them and the bridal party can have access to them all night. It was PERFECT for me and my 8 bridesmaids, 3 mothers, a flower girl and an aunt to get ready in! We got there at 8 am along with the hair and makeup team. From there Jennifer, Dakota, Bre and the entire team helped us stay on track! They were there to literally coordinate the ceremony, guide me to my photos and assure I was having the BEST time. From the time we walked off from the ceremony we had our own personal waitress that made sure we always had what we needed!
As for the food, it was delicious! We were in an off season package so we had the duet plates and ate the mushroom chicken and hibachi salmon. Everyone raved about it! I personally had the best chicken and tenders of my life because I eat like a child! The bartenders were so kind and polite. Unfortunately I had a family member that was not behaving appropriately. They worked with professionalism and tried to make sure I didn’t know! I loved that they just wanted to make sure I had a good time but, we let them know our appreciation as everyone deserves respect! I know we went through a lot and kept them busy!! Jennifer was so cool and calm when she brought it up and helped me work through the problem without feeling even a bit flustered. She was like a wedding mom and truly is an expert! At the end of the night our lead, Bre, was able to help save my wedding cake so that we could pick it up from them in the morning as our hotel did not have a large cake or freezer to save it. We picked it up the next morning, no problem at all!
Our guests began arriving about 3:30 or so with the ceremony at 5. It was a very beautiful location that made it so waiting was not an issue as there is so much to see! The ceremony was very quick and led right into the cocktail hour and then the wedding festivities. I cannot express enough how smoothly the entire thing went and how much longer we wish it could last! I was so sad to board our shuttle and call it a night. We have a few friends getting married at this location soon and we CANNOT wait to enjoy this location as a guest and truly take it in from the other perspective as we have only heard good things….we have genuinely had multiple people say “I am not joking that was the best wedding we have ever gone to” and I am not joking when I say it is highly in part of Solitude Links!

Gorgeous venue & reliable team!
My fiancé and I have absolutely loved working with Dakota and Jenn at Solitude to create our perfect wedding day. Our wedding is in 15 days and I don’t have nerves or fears that things won’t go to plan. They are hands on coordinators and I’m thankful we have such kind people to work with. They have put my fiancé and I at ease and have made this entire process easy, fun, and stress free! The venue is gorgeous and I’m so excited to have my wedding there, it feels like a dream!

Perfect venue for your perfect day
Solitude links is the most perfect venue! Inside is super gorgeous and you cannot beat the view. The staff at solitude are absolutely AMAZING to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure your special day runs smoothly. Jen is literally a rock star! Jen answered my many questions, and was very patient, helpful, and kind. The staff at solitude are very professional and will ensure that your day is nothing short of amazing! We used all the preferred vendors at solitude which helped the day run efficiently and smoothly My husband and I had the most perfect day and we believe solitude links played an important role in that.

Amazing Venue!!!
Solitude Links was above and beyond anything we could have imagined for our wedding venue. Working with Jen and her staff was amazing as well! They do so much and help out as much as possible to make things as easy as can be for the bride and groom on their wedding day and the days leading up to it. I can’t thank them enough for their work! The venue was so beautiful and the food was to die for! We were receiving compliments on the food months after the wedding. It was unbelievable!

September wedding
I had my wedding at solitude links in September 2022 and it was magical. From the bartenders to the servers everything ran beautifully. Jennifer helped with everything and was just a phone call or email away when I needed more information and help. She made our day run smoothly and wad there for everything. I highly recommend.

Beautiful venue, fantastic food!
Truly had my dream wedding here. My guests are still raving that Solitude Links has the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Staff was always a pleasure to deal with and were phenomenal the day of the wedding. Everything ran so smooth.
Jenn was wonderful to work with. Very helpful and accommodating. All of my vendors were preferred by Jenn and I cannot say enough positive things about how awesome they were and how well they all worked together.

Worth every penny!
My husband and I had our wedding here on 9/30/2022 and it was an absolute dream. Jennifer & Dakkota are awesome to work with and made the experience so easy. The food at our wedding was AMAZING and multiple guests are still talking about it. The rest of the staff were truly great to be around and were so helpful! Solitude is amazing
We got married in May 2022 and I do not have enough words to describe how wonderful of an experience we had with Solitude Links. We postponed our wedding twice due to COVID and Jennifer at Solitude was SO accommodating. Every silly question or request we had, Jenn answered so quickly and was so incredibly patient. She was always available for a phone call and made the planning process so much less stressful. The day of, Jenn and Dakota were absolute rockstars. Everything went so smoothly because of them and their hard work. Even when my husband and I were late and were the ones that caused some delays in the schedule, they moved everything along without an issue. Dakota was so friendly and was always there throughout the night whenever we needed him. The wait staff were so amazing, they served everything so quickly and were so kind and welcoming as well! You can tell how much the entire staff at Solitude care about their job; they make you feel so special. If I could go back to that day, I wouldn't change a single thing. Thank you again everyone at Solitude, I will be forever grateful to everyone there for making our special day so perfect!

The BEST experience

The best venue ever!
We had our wedding this past Saturday at Solitude Links and cannot say enough good things about the staff and the entire venue. This location is beyond beautiful for both a ceremony and reception! From the start, Jenn was so amazing and accommodating. We loved working with her. Dakota was also very wonderful to work with! Every single staff member that we had on our wedding night was extremely helpful, kind, funny, and so much fun! We had so much fun talking with them and dancing. I wish I remembered all of their names but I cannot thank them enough also for helping make our day what it was! The staff was also so accommodating and sweet to our bridal party. They all felt so taken care of the whole day and night, We are so thankful we chose this venue because we had the wedding day of our dreams. We are so thankful for the whole staff and Solitude! And hats off to the whole kitchen staff. All of our guests RAVED about how good the food was. From the starters, to the salads, to the entrees, and the late night chili dogs and fries, everything was perfect and beyond delicious. Thank you for the best memories!

Amazing experience!
My husband and I are so glad that we decided to go with Solitude Links as our venue! The venue is beautiful and we received so many compliments on the food! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and the staff did a lovely job with everything. They were professional, thorough and helpful. We especially appreciated the wedding coordinator, Jenn. She was phenomenal and made the wedding planning experience during the pandemic as pain free as possible. She was always available to chat and went out of her way to help with all our wedding planning needs. I asked her probably over 100 questions throughout the wedding planning process and she was friendly, patient and helpful every single time. Megan & Jordan Wedding 8/13/21
Me and my husband had our wedding at Solitude Links Golf Course on 8/13/21 and it was perfect. We originally had it scheduled for 8/28/20 but rescheduled due to the pandemic. Jennifer Hollenbeck the event director kept in contact with us and made everything so easy. Jenn ran through our rehearsal the day before and answered any questions we had. The day of her and her staff were amazing. They helped me set up things and everyone was willing to help if i needed anything. We had our ceremony outside and it was beautiful! So many people gave us compliments on how amazing and beautiful it was. Our reception was inside and we did a plated dinner. Our meals were out in no time and they were soo good. We did the filet and the salmon and everyone was coming up to us telling us how amazing everything the food was. It was the most perfect day and we really appreciated everything that Solitude did for us! Definitely wish we could relive our day over and over!

Solitude Links
Solitude Links is the most beautiful venue! We absolutely loved getting married here! The grounds are gorgeous and made for the perfect backdrop to our photos. The gazebo was perfect for our ceremony and tranquility hall was great for our reception. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was!
Jennifer was fantastic throughout all of the planning process. She answered emails and questions quickly and was always willing to help. All of the rest of the staff was very polite and helpful the day of the wedding.
I would highly recommend Solitude Links to anyone looking for a beautiful venue to make all of your wedding dreams come true!

The Perfect Place for our Special Day
We booked our wedding at Solitude Links in 2018 for our June 2021 wedding. It was the first venue we toured and we booked it right away after our engagement. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and the accommodations. Jennifer is extremely helpful and responsive. I suggest you rent one of both of the rental properties on the course. We rented both (one through the venue and the other is through VRBO) and it was perfect. They were so convenient and it allowed for us all to get ready in one location, which was easier for our photographers and videographers. The course is absolutely beautiful and we highly recommend booking your wedding here.

Solitude Links helped me have the wedding of my dreams! Jenn is a phenomenal coordinator, and I can confidently say my wedding would not have went as seamlessly as it did if it were not for her help! From our first emails up until the day of, she answered every question immediately. They accommodated every request to the best of their abilities, and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions! We received so many compliments about our venue, the flow of the day, and people raved about the food - not one complaint! Solitude accommodated our vegan guests, and they also said their food was incredible. Solitude had everything we were looking for in a venue - beautiful scenery, ceremony location, banquet hall, and picture locations; room for getting ready before the wedding, an outdoor balcony with a bar for guests to use during cocktail hour and throughout the night, and amazing staff. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor balcony, as it was always full of mingling guests and a great place to cool off from dancing during the night. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner here, which was equally as delicious and amazing. We did the stir fry station and our guests loved it!! So many went up for seconds and even thirds! I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about Solitude Links - my husband and I couldn’t be more thrilled that we chose to have our wedding here. Amazing Venue and Staff

October 2020 Wedding
The staff at solitude links is absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond for our wedding in the middle of a pandemic, although the pandemic clearly was not on the agenda for our wedding day the staff still made sure that we had the best wedding day possible! We truly are greatful for the staff at solitude links especially Jen and Katelyne!
Thank you Taylor!! Can't wait to have the big celebration this October! COVID has put us all through so many changes and you have been a rock star and rolled with the punches.

Amazing Venue!

BEST VENUE AND STAFF — all inclusive one stop shop
I can’t say enough great things about this venue!! It’s beautiful, remote, affordable and the staff is absolutely WONDERFUL. Planning a wedding is stressful enough and the pandemic made it exceptionally scary with so many restrictions. Thanks to Jenn and the team at Solitude, my husband and I had the most magical day we could imagine. I honestly think we would’ve canceled our wedding if it was anywhere else like many of our friends had to do. Solitude Links pulled through for us and we are so blessed. Highly recommend this venue for both ceremony and reception.

Where to even being...
JEN! she was the MOST AMAZING Event Coordinator ive ever met! Shes very responsive, helpful, and kind women ive ever met the list could go on and on. She made my COVID wedding plans beyond what i expected. if i could relive my Wedding Day eberyday i would because of Jen and her staff.
The Staff was Absolutly AWESOME! Especially Dakota and Kaitlyn, i cannot thank them enough for all the hard work they put into my day.
THE FOOD! The food was AMAZING! i get complaiments often about how great the Chicken Marsala and Pork with the Cesar Salad was. ( BEST CESAR SALAD IVE EVER HAD)

Jennifer is amazing!!
We got married at solitude links this past summer amongst the craziness of Covid. Jennifer was extremely helpful, flexible, and responsive to all the changes that happened throughout the phases of Covid shutdown. She was involved all the way and up to the day of when we had to change things again a couple hours before the ceremony. Would definitely recommend solitude for any event. They did a great job.

Memorable!
Justin and I had such a memorable wedding, Solitude Links made that happen. They truly have the best staff and most beautiful venue. I can not thank Jen and her staff enough for putting on our amazing day. Jen and her staff were very attentive and kind. They were available for any questions or help that we needed. As a bride you have a lot of questions about your big day and how it will play out. My questions were always answered in a timely fashion. Any concerns were always put to ease! They have a beautiful bridal suite to get ready in and a seperate room for the groom, which was very nice to have space to get dressed in and do our hair and make up. Also can I just tell you that the food was amazing! We did the buffet style and had the chicken marsala, beef tenderloin, fettuccine alfredo , mixed veggies, rolls and garlic mashed potatoes. Our guest were still talking about the food weeks later. It truly was perfect!
We picked Solitude Links because of how beautiful the grounds are they have a gorgeous large gazebo on a large pond, a beautiful rock waterfall, wooden bridges and beautiful greens. Inside is just as beautiful, they have a large hall with cathedral ceilings and an awesome large outdoor balcony that has a bar, fire pits and patio furniture. Solitude has it all!
We would definitely recommend this place for your big day ❤

Amazing Wedding & Very Friendly Staff
Katelyne, Jennifer, Jessica & the rest of the staff at Solitude Links were amazing to work with. Everyone is so kind and they treat you like family! Katelyne, Jennifer, and Jessica are very knowledgeable when it comes to wedding planning and always made themselves available whenever I had questions. Solitude Links was the perfect venue for our Fall wedding & the views were absolutely breathtaking. We had many guests compliment how nice the seating and fire-pits were on the deck outside. A lot of guests also raved about the food and many said it was the best wedding they had been to. I highly recommend Solitude Links for your next wedding or event.

Fairy Tale Wedding
Simply Amazing!!!! If you are looking for a Fairy Tale Wedding with a rustic feel, look no further. This is your venue!
My daughter's wedding was 3 weeks ago and I am still on a magical high. It was worth every penny. Honestly my family and friends can not stop talking about the wedding. We are all obsessed with every picture and every post about this magical day. The weather did not cooperate but it didn't matter. Rain or Shine this venue is perfect!
The staff at Solitude Links are amazing!!! Jen, Jessica, Katelyne, and Dakota did everything in their power to make this special day extra special.
The food was delicious. We had strolling appetizers. We served our dinner family style. Michigan salad, pasta, chicken parm, pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, and roasted veggies.
Dessert...Sarah and Tyler chose Pie instead of cake! They guest loved it. The pies were provided by ACHATZ. We had a pie station with ice cream. It was set up 2 hours after dinner which was perfect.
The ceremony was supposed to be outside but minutes before it started we switched to indoors. The staff made the switch without missing a beat!!!!

Videographer...JD Entertainment...Brandon...I can not wait to see the video!
Florist....Vivianos...Beautiful
VRBO...We rented the house on the property. OMG!!!! It was right out of a Hallmark Movie!!!! Honestly it couldn't have been more perfect for the Bridal Party!!! The boys were downstairs getting ready and the girls were upstairs. Dakota from Solitude Links picked the Bridal Party up with the shuttle bus and took them to and from the venue!!!!
The "adults" stayed at the Double Tree Hilton in Port Huron. The hotel was great in every way!!!! The staff, the room, the view, the gift shop, the restaurant, and of course the warm chocolate chip cookies!!! They gave us a discounted rate plus included breakfast for our group!!!
Transportation for our guest was provided by....Preferred Charters.
Brad was our driver of a 56 passenger charter bus! He took us to and from the hotel to the venue. He made multiple trips!!!
Calming Effect Salon and Spa...Gabrielle did an awesome job providing hair and makeup for our wedding guest.
Writing this review is making me cry happy tears all over again!

Our Happily Ever After
Solitude Links is an absolutely stunning venue for your special day! No matter what your theme your guests will be in total awe with how gorgeous the venue is from the lake front gazebo ceremony site to the rustic beauty of the hall. Our guest could not get over how beautiful it was. When it comes to event coordinators, Katelyne is amazing. Not only is she willing to work with anything your heart desires but is also a great help when it comes to ideas for what works best for her halls. She took a lot of the wedding stress off my shoulders when it came to venue stuff. She will always help in any way shape or form. When it comes to the day of our waitstaff was unreal. Everyone kept telling me how sweet and polite they all were. They even got our guests going on the dance floor. Everyone loved seeing them have fun while they continued to bus tables and help anyway they were needed. We loved sharing our day with them. When you come to Solitude Links you are welcomed by all of the staff and feel like family when you go and never want to leave. I would 100/10 recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place to have their special day.

Prettiest Venue Ever
The scenery is to die for. Our photos look like they came out of a story book because of this beautiful venue. Jessica was very accommodating and attentive and catered to our every need. I love this venue. Thank you for everything.

Best Day Ever
We had our wedding at Solitude Links on August 9th & day couldn't have been better. From our rehearsal the day prior to the end of the reception, I knew we were taken care of. Katelyne, Jessica, & their staff went above and beyond our expectations. Katelyne was such a pleasure to work with through out the year as well. She was very prompt to answer emails and answered every question while putting an ease to our minds. We received so many compliments about how beautiful this venue is as well. Highly would recommend Solitude for your wedding.

Dream wedding
On July 5, 2019 I had my fairy-tale wedding at Solitude Links. Honestly, I think it was more than I could have ever pictured. Jen & Katelyn were phenomenal!!! These ladies were extremely professional, super accommodating, and gave perfect ideas based on my style when I asked for opinions or suggestions. The waitstaff was a further reflection of these to wonderful women. The venue is one-of-a-kind. It has the rustic, yet elegant feel that I had always desired. I knew the moment I saw the place and spoke with Jen that we would have our reception there. We never even looked at another option! The only reason we didn't do the actual ceremony there was because I had always wanted a Catholic mass; although the stunning gazebo and walk-out porch had me reconsidering. The grounds provided gorgeous photos, especially during the sunset hours. Our food was absolutely spectacular! In fact, I have lost count on how many guests have complimented us on the delicious appetizers, dinner, and late night snack. They haven't been shy to mention that the drinks were quite refreshing too! Solitude Links surpassed my vision in every aspect and gave me the wedding of my dreams

Wedding Review
We just had our wedding here and it was the most amazing experience I could have asked for! All of the staff went above and beyond the entire day. Things that I was thinking needed to be done were already taken care of by the time I thought of them. It was the most stress free day, and I truly believe it was because of the amazing job of the staff. The venue is also stunning and has the most wonderful picture opportunities. I wanted to do an ice cream bar, and they took care of everything for me, and it was a huge hit with our guests. I highly recommend Solitude Links, as they truly made it the most amazing day of my life.

Breathtaking Venue
After being the pickiest person I am, finding this venue was perfect for our ceremony and reception! Your 360 view is breathtaking from the inside to the outside! Staff was going through a change which I was very nervous about but it couldn’t have been more seamless! Being in such unknown of how things could or would flow so smoothly was a relief with Katelyne.
So much to say for the inside and out, such beautiful woodwork, having your own suite, the option not only to have a bar inside but outside as well with you view looking over the water and landscape. The nice patio furniture and fire pillars for extended comfort, making memories and those romantic moments gave us every option thinkable!
This venue has endless photography options. Photos was a huge part in considering a venue being when it pictures I wanted many different sceneries at one place and I got more than that!
To be fair my guests enjoyed our menu options however my husband and I were so busy taking pictures, listening to guest rave about this venue and enjoying all the many views we forgot to eat!
The location is very convenient, easy to get to and an awesome central location. I’m from more of the city Macomb area and my husband was from the Lapeer and more north area, couldn’t have asked for a better drive for our guests! Upon our arrival it felt like our little piece of paradise! Know main roads and express ways were so close yet never seeing or hearing any of this was perfect! This made enjoying time with friends and family in celebrating our wedding feel perfect!
This venue is extremely recommended, Katelyne will make every step of helping you plan seem like a huge breath of fresh air and I was completely clueless with the whole who, what, when, where and whys. She did a wonderful job, I was never in wonder and if I was she responded or answered my call promptly. She is very accommodating and easy to work with, having unthinkable options just for your special day!

Working with Solitude Links staff has been an absolute joy for the entirety of my wedding planning process. Although the news of Jenn leaving instilled a small dose of anxiety, the transition to working with Katelyne could not have gone any smoother! There were absolutely no details lost in translation and she has been equally as lovely to work with. Her and Jessica (the assistant events coordinator) are so fun and have accommodated all of our needs so effortlessly! These two young ladies are such a beautiful asset to Solitude and they have been the perfect pair to help all of my wedding dreams come to life. I have full confidence that as our day comes and goes, no detail will be missed and no guest will leave dissatisfied.

Katelyne at Solitude Links has been wonderful to work with! I am constantly contacting her about questions I have and she always has the answer or knows how to find it for me. The process of a wedding is fun but also stressful, Katelyne and the Solitude Links staff take that stress away! Their packages are reasonably priced and include almost everything you need to have the perfect special day, if you are unsure about who your extra vendors are such as DJ, Photographer, Cake decorator, ect. They have a list of vendors they know and trust to help you out in your descision process!! My fiancé and I can’t wait to have our wedding at Solitude Links!

A "snow" perfect wedding
Is it okay to say that the staff at Solitude Links Golf & Banquet Center are so amazing... I'm pretty sure they made it snow on my wedding day?! Everything was as perfect as the snow I had been asking for leading up to my wedding. Jenn and Katelyn made us feel comfortable and were at our constant beck and call. The venue was gorgeous and the wait staff was "on point" the whole night! We loved working with (and laughing with) all of you! Solitude Links couldn’t have been more perfect for our wedding. Our ceremony and reception were both held here this November. The venue is so beautiful and fit the rustic style we were looking for. The food was amazing! Our guests were raving about the food! And they loved the pretzel station we chose for our late night snack. Our wedding day turned out perfect, and this was all thanks to Jen!! When we first visited the venue and had our meeting with Jen, we knew right away we wanted to book. Jen is amazing and made the planning process so easy and stress free. She was super helpful every step of the way and always responded to my emails or calls promptly. Kaitlyn was also amazing. She made sure everything went smoothly the night of our wedding. The whole staff was great and very professional. Thanks again Jen!!!

Jennifer is a pleasure to work with! All my questions were answered promptly, she is very knowledgeable with the whole wedding process. She had terrific ideas. The staff was also very great to work with; courtesy and hard working. The venue is gorgeous and the food is phenomenal. Our wedding was October 6 at 7pm. Leaves were just changing and the atmosphere at dusk was out of a dream. We chose to have two stations for food: slider and pasta bar. All of our guest loved it! I would highly recommend to have your wedding at Solitude Links Golf Course.

Solitude Links has an Amazing Staff!!!!!!!
Solitude Links has an Amazing Staff, that was able to work with our crazy family and friends. They helped us navigate our day with ease and grace. They were flexible when our plans changed and they worked around family allergies. I would love to work with them again in the future!

Love this venue so much!!!! They were so organized and everything turned out maxing md beautiful. Jen is one of the most amazing people to work with. She makes sure your special day is completely under control, we didn't have to worry about a thing!! Would highly recommend her and the venue!!

Solitude Links is an absolutely beautiful venue! I knew it was the venue for my husband and I the day I went there. It even rained all day on our wedding but all of our pictures turned out amazing, Solitude has multiple covered areas that still display the lakes and cabin feel! Jennifer and her team also did an amazing job from the beginning when we signed and throughout the entire process. She is down to earth and makes you feel like a princess...and not to mention also goes along with any craziness and hurdles planning brings along. Her staff were the kindest most funny people as well, you could tell they truly enjoy there jobs! The food was also served right on time and I am still hearing from family and friends of how amazing everything tasted! I would definitely recommend this venue. The staff and venue made my day a dream come true!!!

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Solitude Links on 10/27/2017. We could not be happier with our experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone. The venue captured the rustic, yet classic atmosphere that we were hoping for and was able to accommodate our 260 guests. We got married in late October, so our outdoor ceremony in the gazebo was up in the air based on weather. We were given options to move inside and reassured that it would be just as beautiful. I was well informed on the wedding day on how the weather was looking and we managed to get the ceremony in before the cold, rain. The venue itself is beautiful and the grounds are perfect in the fall for photos. We used both the Harmony and Tranquility Hall to accommodate our larger wedding. The space did not feel cramped at all. The pretzel encrusted chicken and filet mignon were a hit with our guests. The food was hot and very tasty! The apples slices, cider and donuts were also the perfect late night snack for the fall and loved by our guests. The servers were very accommodating and kind. Thank you to Katelynn, the head table server, you were awesome and I really appreciate you accommodating our requests. BIG THANK YOU to Jennifer! She is amazing and answered all of my questions from our first meeting up until the wedding day. I was able to enjoy the wedding day and rehearsal because I trusted that she would get everything done and she did not disappoint. Her team is professional, kind and works well together. Jenn was very responsive to my numerous emails and flexible. All in all, our service with Jenn, Solitude Links and their team was phenomenal. I can't thank them enough for helping us make our wedding day so special! Thanks for everything!

Amazing venue, Jennifer is amazing, very accommodating. I would highly recommend having a wedding here.
My wife and I had our wedding reception at Solitude Links on September 16th, 2017. The venue was perfect in every way. The banquet hall overlooks an amazing landscape including ponds, a waterfall, trees, and more. Inside and out, the venue was better than we ever could have expected. The log cabin style rustic theme was very unique and fit our styles perfectly. The venue supplied an up north feel without being too far from home. Personally, my favorite part about solitude was the giant deck overlooking the golf course. No other venue we looked at had that bonus feature. The deck has multiple fire places and outdoor furniture, which was heavily utilized by our guests throughout the reception. The fireplaces and deck made for a perfect atmosphere, especially at night. The food was also second to none, in my opinion. Dozens of our guests came up to my wife and I throughout the night and expressed how the food was the best that they have ever had at a wedding. Solitude's staff also did an excellent job setting up for our wedding. The morning of the wedding, I brought many decoration pieces and dropped them off near the lobby and when our family showed up a few hours later to set the decorations up, everything was already completed and set up perfectly by Solitude's staff. Jennifer and her assistant were very helpful thorough the planning process. They helped coordinate everything, as well as making sure all the vendors were in sync. The staff really helped take some of the stress out of planning and coordinating everything. I would highly recommend Solitude Links to anybody who asks.

Just recently had our wedding here at this venue and we are beyond happy with our decision to have solitude be the choice for our ceremony and reception. You can not ask for a better view and scenery. The reception hall was awesome and the staff was super friendly. The coordinators Jennifer and Nicole were the best to work with, they made every single minute of the process enjoyable and always kept us at ease. We highly recommend this venue for anyone.

My husband and I got married at Solitude Links in June and are still in awe at how perfect of a day it was. The outdoor ceremony was gorgeous, the Grand Hall was immaculate, and our guests really enjoyed sitting on the balcony by the fireplaces in the evening. Nothing beats the views that Solitude Links has to offer. In addition to the absolutely beautiful space, our guests RAVED about how great the food was. We had the filet mignon, poached salmon, Tuscan chicken, and cheese tortellini and we received excecellent reviews on each dish from our guests. Solitude Links really surpassed all of our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone!

They were the absolute best! Such a beautiful location and they were BEYOND flexible with us. They seriously went above and beyond what we expected. It was such a lovely experience working with Solitude Links Golf Course. We wished we would of had our whole event here instead of just the ceremony! I would highly recommend them!!!

This is going to be our first wedding to plan for 1 of three daughters. From the first time we walked in to Solitude Links we loved everything about it, the venue itself was just beautiful, then we met Jennifer and everything seemed to fall into place from the complete professionalism to the comfortably felling that Jennifer gave both my wife and I and our daughter. We have looked at no less than 5 different golf courses and wedding venues and after meeting with Jennifer and Solitude Links we knew the search was over. We have Booked our daughters wedding with Jennifer for 2018. I will revisit this review when the wedding is complete however, I am sure when the day of our daughters wedding comes it is going to be a beautiful wonderful worry free wedding experience.
