Super helpful! I am in NY and was planning an event in Miami. A contacted a few places with no response. I was getting frustrated when I found Solaris and from day 1 they were helpful! Everyone I spoke/worked ( Kudos to Karen & Andre!) with at the company were extremely enthusiastic and professional. Even when we had to make last minute changes, they were understanding and just eager to helpful. Their glow furniture (bar, bench, cocktail table and high boys) made the event and everyone loved it! And I can't forget about the technician that stays for the duration of your event incase you have any difficulties. I loved working with Pierre!

Incredible!

Lighting may be the last thing you think about when it comes to planning an event but it should be the first. It truly makes the room transform. My daughter's Roaring 20s party was a complete success and the lighting played a major part in the ambiance of the room.

They were amazing! Very easy to work with and very understanding. I was a bit stressed because I was the main person planning my wedding, but Lisa , Karen , and Efe were all very positive and accommodating the whole time. I had such a great experience with this company. Everything was great, meeting them, any changes we had to make along the way, the day of , and even the breakdown. From start to finish the experience with Solar Mood was amazing. They made it very easy to select the right lighting For our event . The room looked amazing and we received rave reviews for our venue lighting. The company provides a lighting person there all night to make sure everything went off without a hitch. I would absolutely recommend them for any event.

The team at Solaris Mood did a marvelous job at our wedding venue at Signature Grand. We couldn't even believe it !! It was grandiose and our wedding is still the talk of the year. From the lightening to the dance floor, the DJ booth, our sweet heart table , everything was beyond splendid. We used Solaris Mood for our wedding. They provided uplighting, pipe and draping, dance floor. We specifically worked with Karen. She was beyond amazing and she came from out of town. She was by far the best vendor we used and she was not local. I had read on a wedding blog not to be afraid of looking outside your zip code so I started googling when I did not feel that the people/services in my zip code were understanding my vision/able to provide all my needs in one stop. I am BLESSED to have come across this company. They were EASY to work with, stayed within my budget, communication was GREAT ( that is super important considering a lot of vendors seem to wait till the last minute taking up time on you precious once in lifetime weekend) but they did not. They were on time, went above and beyond, and they really transformed my wedding into my dream. Karen was sweet from day one and that carried through the wedding day and after. We are so thankful to have been able to work with them. If you like great work, great communication, and overall great people call this vendor!

Solaris did a phenomenal job at our wedding. We had them do lighting for us and they had a lighting technician stay all night to change the colors throughout the room. I wanted a romantic feel in the room and they gave me exactly what I was looking for.

Solaris Mood did such a nice job on my son's party room with the draping and lighting up the room in blue (his favorite color).
We all loved the LIVE Shots on the projection screen...those pics caught all the fun moments of the night.

The office staff were a pleasure to work with too!!!

Solaris Mood was hired to handle the surrounding uplighting and GOBO display for our recent corporate event (dinner/dance) held at the Intercontinental. Daniel was on time, did a fantastic job and coordinated with the band lighting to create an overall awesome lighting effect that set the mood for the entire room. I would hire and recommend Solaris Mood in a heartbeat for any future event I plan. I have to also mention that Shira made it happen on a very last minute change I had! Thank you Shira and Daniel!

DJ Efi and drummer Mandy SAVED our wedding. Not only was the lighting BEAUTIFUL, but DJ's music choices and Mandy's electric and entertaining personality are what made our wedding a success. Not only do my fiancé and I come from 2 different cultures, about 80% of our guests did not know each other. Everyone was convinced our wedding would be awkward, silent and uncomfortable. Because of the 2 men, by the end of the night we became one big happy (dancing) family. Our guests even started flirting with each other by the end of the night (hehe). Solaris Mood did an amazing job at our weddjng. We rented the up lighting and the setup looked amazing. I had so many guests say that the lighting made the mood for the entire wedding. They even stayed for the entire event to change the lighting and make any movements. I would definitely refer this business to any of my friends!

We booked Solaris Mood for our wedding on 8/29/15. Booking Solaris Mood for our wedding was the best decision we made. Solaris mood provided our draping, lighting, and even built our alter. I spoke with Nicole on the phone and made an appt to visit their office. Upon arriving with my parents, we meet with Karen! Karen was beyond professional and so helpful we booked her right away. Karen offered us great advice on what service to use and at the best value. They quickly worked with us to transform the indoor ceremony room after rain did not allow us to have it outside. I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work and time they spent that day draping the indoor room at the last minute. Her and her team stayed until past 1am to make sure everything ran as smooth as possible. The work she and Solaris Mood provided was beyond top notch and I am beyond impressed with them!!!! I would recommend them over any other vendor to really transform your room and set the ambience! They were worth every penny and more. If you are considering draping and lighting than I would strongly advise making an appt to meet with them. You will not be disappointed!!!

Exceptional customer service and amazing lightning throughout my daughter's graduation party. Love how they changed the walls color to a more elegant and chic look. From the very beginning, working with Samba Entertainment had been amazing. Karen is fabulous to deal with, and DJ Efi was such a pleasure to work with as well! Samba Entertainment provided our DJ Services, Photobooth, LED Stage and rentals and "liveshots" with screen throughout the party. Everyone had a blast, and people couldn't stop telling me what a great event it was! I would totally recommend Samba Ent. to anyone looking for full service entertainment for their event!

Karen & Nicole are an absolute please to work with. The room looked beautiful beyond my expectations and the guests were complimenting through the entire night. I have more events coming up in the future and will be using them for ALL of them.

Our event was a bit different it was an art exhibition venue that took place during Art Basel "Basel Villa" Solaris Mood really made this event a beauty!! I was really impressed on how proffeionally and how quickly they were able to provide out door lighting to over 30 pieces of art throughout The bogo sign lit up on the entryway walls was amazing! Also having the lighting tech on site during the entire event was a plus!! Thanks to Nicole, Karen and the lighting techs who made the whole process seem effortless!!

My husband and I were extremely happy with our uplightening provided by Solaris Mood. The uplightening provided a romantic ambiance to our reception ballroom during dinner and then changed it to a party atmosphere for the dancing after dinner. Karen, Nicole, and everyone we worked with at Solaris Mood were professional, kind, and helpful. They provide a lightening technician that stays for your entire event who ensures that the uplightening looks great and is appropriate for each portion of your event. Great job. The crew was very professional from beginning until the end; everything was done on time. They were able to transform an ordinary looking place to something really amazing. The lighting was beautiful and exactly what I requested. The company set up enough lighting to color was the room as requested. The lighting in the ceremony room was also very beautiful. Everything was provided as discussed. The only issue was the gobo lighting was damaged at the hotel (no fault of Solaris) and was not available to show at the event. Although the issue was not caused by Solaris, they have advised that they will make restitution to me for the loss. I highly recommend Solaris to

The entire staff at Samba Entertainment and Solaris Mood provided everything we needed to give our kids a dance they would never forget! They went above and beyond our expectations! DJ Efi was awesome! He kept the party going right to the last minute. Karen was very attentive to all our requests and gave me amazing service. The photo station was a total hit with all of the kids! Solaris Mood, and especially Karen, was awesome. Our wedding was in Miami, FL and I planned everything from Denver, CO, which was pretty nerve wrecking. We wanted some nice lighting for our event and Karen assured me that it would look amazing, even though I had doubts that it wouldn't. I thought that there wouldn't be enough lights for the entire room (our package came with 24 lights). Day of the wedding, I didn't see our reception until it was showtime and it was just how I envisioned it, and more. Karen later informed me that instead of using 24 lights she used 32!!! She did an awesome job and I couldn't have been happier with Solaris Mood. Everything was effortless, just give them your event date and they will take care of the rest! If you are looking for a great dependable lighting solution, choose Solaris Mood (and ask for Karen :)). They really made my wedding come together. Thank you all so much!
