Sol is the absolute BEST!!! He photographed our April 2026 wedding in Charleston, and we're so happy with how everything turned out. Our overall experience in working with him was amazing, and the photos turned out perfect. Sol's positive, energetic personality really helped calm our nerves on what could have been a stressful day. We're incredibly grateful we chose him!! 100000/10 recommend!! -

Sol is so incredibly talented and we are so happy we chose him as our wedding photographer. Not only is he a master at his craft, he is a walking ray of sunshine. Sol is not only our wedding photographer, we now think of him as family. He made us feel so special throughout our wedding journey!
Not only are the photos absolutely perfect (truly beyond anything we imagined), but the entire experience of working with him was incredible. He has an unbelievable eye for capturing moments that feel real, emotional, and timeless… the big, once-in-a-lifetime moments and the quiet, in-between ones that we didn’t even realize were happening. Looking through our gallery feels like reliving the day all over again. It is truly magical.
What truly sets Sol apart, though, is who he is as a person. From the moment we met him for our engagement shoot he brought such a fun, calming, positive energy that immediately put us at ease. He didn’t feel like “just our photographer”, he felt like family. He blended in so naturally with our our families and our guests, while still keeping things moving and making sure every important shot was captured (he is also an incredible dancer!!). So many people commented on how much they loved him and how comfortable he made them feel in front of the camera.
He was organized, professional, and incredibly thoughtful, but also genuinely fun to be around. He knew when to step in and guide us, and when to step back and let moments unfold naturally. That balance is rare, and it shows so clearly in the pictures he got of us! We never felt stiff, rushed, or overly posed… everything felt effortless and authentic.
We are completely obsessed with our photos and will treasure them for the rest of our lives. Sol didn’t just document our wedding day… he captured the feeling of it! That is priceless to us.

We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our wedding day. From start to finish, Sol and his team made the entire experience feel incredibly personal and tailored to us. Their enthusiasm and positive attitude were contagious, and they brought such a calming energy to what could have easily been a stressful day.
Not only was Sol and his team personable and easy to be around, but they were also a fantastic planner—organized, thoughtful, and always a step ahead. They captured every special moment beautifully and made us feel completely at ease in front of the camera. Everything was done in a timely manner, with professionalism and care.

I don't even know where to begin! From the moment I reached out to Sol, I knew he was going to be a perfect fit to document our wedding day. As a Maryland Wedding Photographer myself, getting married out of state had its challenges and selecting a photographer was one of them... but I quickly realized it wasn't a challenge at all. Sol was kind, patient, helpful, and gave so much guidance when it was needed. I had full trust in him and his talent almost immediately! Flash forward to our wedding day, the whole day felt like a dream and Sol was there to capture it all. He was apart of our day like he was family to not only my husband and I, but to ALL of our wedding guests. Family and friends constantly talking about how amazing he was / is. I could not be more grateful for him, his talent, his unbelievable amount of kindness and love he gives to his clients. I would recommend him to anyone. He is truly a gem! -

Stellar photos, professionalism, vibes
Sol is the MAN. Not only is he incredibly professional and talented, but he is relaxed and a complete joy to be around - critical on a day as important as your wedding. He knows exactly when to get your attention vs “fall into the background.”
I wanted a photographer who gets great photos in general but also really great candid photos and he delivered. knew we were in great hands when we got our photos back from our engagement shoot. Sol and his team were one of my top favorite vendors on wedding day if not the top. Going through the photos, we kept saying wow that’s a great photo. Oh that’s a great photo! My mom also reveled in how great the pictures of each and every guest were. Sol was patient getting pictures of us with our 7 month old golden retriever. He made sure to get certain photos I mentioned I wanted and also had great vision for where to take others.
We couldn’t be happier with our photos and recommend to anyone looking for a photographer in the Charleston area. -

FABULOUS! Sol captured the essence of our day - so much love & joy
Sol was AMAZING. Firstly, he is just the nicest, sweetest guy. I didn't prescribe much in terms of the photos I wanted, other than the first look, and he nailed it. He got the best candids i've ever seen, and he just blended into the background - you never really knew he was there til he was out on the dance floor dancing and taking pictures, so much fun! My family and friends loved him. You cannot go wrong -he is a pro and expert at his craft, and like I said, he is so easy going, we did very little pre-planning, I trusted him. Sol captured the essence of our day - so much love & joy. I am forever grateful to him! -

Sol was the best photographer we could have asked for to shoot our wedding day! We knew from our first meeting with him that he would make us feel comfortable and relaxed on what can be a very stressful day and he did just that! The day went off without a hitch and Sol captured every detail of it. I've also had several guests reach out and make sure to say how great Sol was. A big plus is how he joins in on the dance floor fun - made for some great pictures! Sol was also very flexible with all the changes made due to COVID which made that aspect surprisingly easy as a pandemic bride. 100/10 would recommend! -

Talented and incredibly KIND
Choosing Sol to be our photographer was one of the best decisions we've made for our wedding in October, 2021. I knew we were going to hire him the second I got off the phone with him after our "interview" conversation. His love for not only photography but his clients is unmatched. His calm, kind, soft spoken demeanor is so comforting, the nerves we had before the engagement shoot had disappeared almost immediately. By the end of that day Sol felt like family. Needless to say, that all carried over to our wedding day. He made our day so special and seamless. I can not recommend Sol enough to be your photographer. We are so grateful for not only our amazing Engagement/Wedding photos we will cherish for life, but also for Sol and the person he is! -

I highly recommend Sol Photography! He was my wedding photographer and he provided amazing service and captured beautiful moments! His portraits AND action shots of the dance floor were first class. We also included the photo booth in our contract and it was a hit!

Calm Amongst the Storm
Sol's photos are stunning but recommending him on his photos alone wouldn't do him justice. When we told him there was only one day we could meet on our site visit trip (a Sunday no less) and he had just returned from a trip not having seen his family, he happily made it work... and we got to meet his beautiful family too! When our wedding was cancelled due to hurricane Dorian, his commitment never wavered... he said he'd be wherever we were. And at the end of our wedding weekend our family and friends all knew his name. His fun-loving personality, flexibility and commitment to service, along with the incredible photos, are what make him a great photographer. Thanks for everything Sol! -

Sol is one of the most professional and fun people to work with! He was super flexible as far as travel and adaptability being as he is based near Charleston and our wedding was in Augusta. The packages were exceptional and I was able to tailor everything to my specific wants. Sol was an absolute joy to work with throughout our engagement and wedding day, and we could not have been happier with the photos from our engagement session, bridals, and wedding day. Let me start by saying that if you are considering hiring a photographer, do not look past Sol. Email him right now because you will not regret it. Not only is he one of the most personable and great guys that I have ever met, he is an extremely talented photographer that knows how to capture the truly amazing nature of important moments in your life that you never imagine can be captured in a picture. My family, friends and I have used Sol for every single important moment in our lives and the pictures are amazing. This includes engagements, two weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, and pretty much all the big important days of our lives. He does it all and does it with such a personable way with passion and great dance moves (if you coerce him). He is the BEST!

Sol captured beautiful photos of us on our wedding day including our goofy sides. We had so many to choose from for him to layout a wedding album for us. He’s great to work with, and makes you feel right at home by being personable and understanding of your wants and needs.
