  Stellar photos, professionalism, vibes

  Sol is the MAN. Not only is he incredibly professional and talented, but he is relaxed and a complete joy to be around - critical on a day as important as your wedding. He knows exactly when to get your attention vs “fall into the background.”
  
  I wanted a photographer who gets great photos in general but also really great candid photos and he delivered. knew we were in great hands when we got our photos back from our engagement shoot. Sol and his team were one of my top favorite vendors on wedding day if not the top. Going through the photos, we kept saying wow that’s a great photo. Oh that’s a great photo! My mom also reveled in how great the pictures of each and every guest were. Sol was patient getting pictures of us with our 7 month old golden retriever. He made sure to get certain photos I mentioned I wanted and also had great vision for where to take others.
  
  We couldn’t be happier with our photos and recommend to anyone looking for a photographer in the Charleston area.

  Best Wedding Vendor Decision

  Sol was hands down one of the very best decisions we made when planning our wedding! My husband and I had never taken professional photos together and he made us feel immediately comfortable during our engagement shoot (and then our wedding shoot) by encouraging us to be ourselves first and foremost, and then offering some light guidance when desired. His photography perfectly captured our moments in a natural way (so many great candids), and his style is timeless. After our wedding (Oct 2022), all our guests told us that Sol was so fun to be around, and he exceeded our expectations on photo delivery by surprising us with some sneak peeks the day after our wedding and sharing our full gallery in record time. We're so thankful Sol was a part of our celebration. Thank you, Sol!!

  Talented, Hardworking & Amazing to Work with

  Sol is so talented. We hired him as our wedding photographer for our October 1 2022 wedding and couldn't be more happy with his services and the end result-- our photos! Sol worked endlessly throughout our event and captured everything we wanted and more! His style is perfect for wedding photography, I'd describe it as truly timeless, classic and refined.   Best pictures ever, better than I imagined

  Sol was referred to me by a family friend and I am so lucky he was. Sol was super helpful in capturing such a big moment, and did a perfect job.
  
  He was super easy to communicate with, and very transparent. He was willing to give his input, but also wanted to know what we desired. He helped map out a perfect plan, that went off without a hitch. The most amazing part was how natural and comfortable he made everything feel. He captured amazing candids along the way as well.
  
  He turned all of the pictures around so quickly as well - I cannot recommend Sol enough. He nailed my surprise engagement

  FABULOUS! Sol captured the essence of our day - so much love & joy

  Sol was AMAZING. Firstly, he is just the nicest, sweetest guy. I didn't prescribe much in terms of the photos I wanted, other than the first look, and he nailed it. He got the best candids i've ever seen, and he just blended into the background - you never really knew he was there til he was out on the dance floor dancing and taking pictures, so much fun! My family and friends loved him. You cannot go wrong -he is a pro and expert at his craft, and like I said, he is so easy going, we did very little pre-planning, I trusted him. Sol captured the essence of our day - so much love & joy. I am forever grateful to him!

  Amazing pictures with Sol

  I met Sol through one of our best friends recommendation. From the first moment Sol has been so good to us. He is calm, and has such happy personality who made our day unforgettable! From the first moment, he made sure he spent some time with me in person to know more about us, our life, story before wedding. He approached us just like one of our friends during our wedding which was one of his successes that made us feel relaxed and enjoyed. And I am so grateful for his work, knowledge which you can see through pictures he took and so happy to meet such a great person! Sol, thank you for being one of the best part of our wedding and for the amazing pictures!

  Choosing Sol to be our photographer was one of the best decisions we've made for our wedding in October, 2021. I knew we were going to hire him the second I got off the phone with him after our "interview" conversation. His love for not only photography but his clients is unmatched. His calm, kind, soft spoken demeanor is so comforting, the nerves we had before the engagement shoot had disappeared almost immediately. By the end of that day Sol felt like family. Needless to say, that all carried over to our wedding day. He made our day so special and seamless. I can not recommend Sol enough to be your photographer. We knew from our first meeting with him that he would make us feel comfortable and relaxed on what can be a very stressful day and he did just that! The day went off without a hitch and Sol captured every detail of it. I've also had several guests reach out and make sure to say how great Sol was. A big plus is how he joins in on the dance floor fun - made for some great pictures! Sol was also very flexible with all the changes made due to COVID which made that aspect surprisingly easy as a pandemic bride. 100/10 would recommend!

  First Class Photographer!

  I highly recommend Sol Photography! He was my wedding photographer and he provided amazing service and captured beautiful moments! His portraits AND action shots of the dance floor were first class. We also included the photo booth in our contract and it was a hit!
  My family and my husband's family absolutely adored him and his wife. He is worth every penny!

  Calm Amongst the Storm

  Sol's photos are stunning but recommending him on his photos alone wouldn't do him justice. When we told him there was only one day we could meet on our site visit trip (a Sunday no less) and he had just returned from a trip not having seen his family, he happily made it work... and we got to meet his beautiful family too! When our wedding was cancelled due to hurricane Dorian, his commitment never wavered... he said he'd be wherever we were. And at the end of our wedding weekend our family and friends all knew his name. His fun-loving personality, flexibility and commitment to service, along with the incredible photos, are what make him a great photographer. Thanks for everything Sol!

  Sol is not only an incredibly talented photographer, but he is also genuine, kind, and fun. He takes so much time to get to know everyone he works with. He made us and our guests feel comfortable in front of a camera. His eye for detail gave us stunning wedding pictures but his desire to capture real, candid moments has given us memories to look back on for a lifetime. We couldn't be happier with how our pictures turned out, or how quickly he got them to us.   Sol has a very inviting personality and is super professional. My fiance and I had a few requests and he was happy to accommodate all of them. It turned out to be a very humid day during our session but working with Sol was great it never felt like work. Sol is always cheerful and he has a magnificent eye for taking the best shots at the best time. I HIGHLY recommend Sol's work!! Great value but doesn't sacrifice the quality.

  Sol was wonderful to work with for our 3/2/18 wedding! The photographs are absolutely beautiful and captured the day perfectly. During the ceremony and reception activities, we hardly knew he and his second shooter were there. During posed shots, he did a wonderful job directing the group and making it fun! He was also flexible when getting ready took a little longer than expected and still managed to capture all the details and special moments. We had a blast with Sol and highly recommend him for your special day!

  Sol is the best and he is our extended family's go to photographer because of that!

  Let me start by saying that if you are considering hiring a photographer, do not look past Sol. Email him right now because you will not regret it. Not only is he one of the most personable and great guys that I have ever met, he is an extremely talented photographer that knows how to capture the truly amazing nature of important moments in your life that you never imagine can be captured in a picture. My family, friends and I have used Sol for every single important moment in our lives and the pictures are amazing. This includes engagements, two weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, and pretty much all the big important days of our lives.   Awesome Wedding Photographer!

  Sol captured beautiful photos of us on our wedding day including our goofy sides. We had so many to choose from for him to layout a wedding album for us. He’s great to work with, and makes you feel right at home by being personable and understanding of your wants and needs.

  Sol is an amazing and a very talented photographer. He not only captured beautiful moments during our special day but made us feel so comfortable and at ease...it was actually these candid moments that are our most favorite photos from him.

  We first met Sol while at a party where he was working and instantly hit it off with him! He captured every aspect of our wedding beginning with our proposal and has been a part of every important event since! From our engagement pictures, to our wedding, and finally to our baby shower, he has been able to catch every memory at the absolute perfect moment. He has always been the perfect amount of professionalism mixed with a good time and truly makes you feel like you are the most important person on your special day. I can truly say he is a part of the family now and wouldn’t dream of using anyone but him to document our most special moments!

The packages were exceptional and I was able to tailor everything to my specific wants.
