Lucy made our cake and not only was it extremely delicious, but it was beautiful as well!! Our chocolate cake, with milk chocolate ganache and espresso buttercream was perfect!! -

Lucy is an incredible person and amazing baker! Our cake was perfection and tasted amazing! We met her at a bridal show, fell in love with her as a person and then we tried her cake!! OMG! It's over a week later and people are still talking about our cake. Visually it was perfection and it tasted amazing! Hire her! You will NOT regret it!Sofelle Cake Artistry's reply:

Most delicious wedding cake ever!

Unbelievably Awesome
Sofelle Cake Artistry is a business that I would recommend to everyone. Lucy (owner) is professional, caring, and flexible. When it came to our wedding, the cake was the last thing we had to worry about because she was always prompt. Lucy made the entire process effortless for us in midst of all the other wedding stress we endured. Our wedding cake was moist, flavorful, and beautiful. From the cake tasting to the arrival of the cake on our wedding day, everything was perfect. Taste, quality, service, and price were top notch! The cake is the only thing my husband picked out! We had leftovers after the wedding but decided to eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until it was gone! The most delicious 10 pounds I ever gained! Lucy was so sweet and we instantly liked her. She is the only candidate we met for our cake needs and we have no regrets! We were pleasantly surprised with her pricing. Being that she competed on the Food Network we thought she was way out of our league. So happy we were wrong!Sofelle Cake Artistry's reply:

Lucy with Sofelle Cake Artistry is the real deal! I met her at the bridal expo in Orlando and was taken by the artistry she brings to her cakes. After our consultation we decided to book her not only because she's talented but because she is the nicest person! She is so easy to talk to and work with and she put our needs over her own agenda. She made an AMAZING sparkly cake for our wedding (which is exactly what I wanted) and it tasted amazing. I got a ton of compliments about how light, refreshing, and dreamy our cake was on our wedding day. Thank you Lucy!! I hope to work with you again in the future.Sofelle Cake Artistry's reply:

Lucy was incredible to work with! After the initial food tasting and confirming she would be creating my wedding cakes (yes, multiple!), she went out of her way to let me have a second tasting as well. I picked a custom design that she hadn't done before, but I trusted her completely and the end result was more than I could have hoped for. In terms of taste, you're not going to find anyone better - they were absolutely delicious. I'd recommend the dulce de leche flavor!Sofelle Cake Artistry's reply:

We had a great experience with Lucy. Our cake did melt a bit on the wedding day, but that was the rain's fault -- not Lucy's fault! Other than that, the cake turned out exactly as I wanted. :) -

Best Experience Ever
I can't say enough about Sofelle Cake Artistry. I got the look I wanted, and the flavors I wanted as well. I had reached out to four or five bakers prior to meeting Lucy and they couldn't do a coffee flavor; one told me coffee would be too strong I should try another flavor. Well what I did instead was kept looking for other bakeries. Lucy heard what I wanted and made suggestions. And the day of our Vow Renewal the cake was perfect I am still getting compliments on the taste of the cake.
Sofelle, we waited 8yrs to renew our vows and have an actual wedding and everything was perfect. I will be reaching out to you next year to get a smaller version created.Sofelle Cake Artistry's reply:

I had an Indian inspired, sari themed cake. Many cake vendors I spoke to said they were unable to do what I envisioned, but Lucy was up for it. My cake was beautiful!! And it tasted good! Lucy did an amazing job!!Sofelle Cake Artistry's reply:

Lucy is one of the most professional and respectful vendors we encountered during our wedding planning journey. She was very helpful in recommending flavors as well as exterior design to match our Harry Potter theme. I was looking for a delicate elegant cake that wasn’t stuffed with gooey fillings and was breathtakingly beautiful and that’s exactly what I got. Lucy is very busy and there’s good reason why and I’m so glad I chose her. Even her samples were so perfectly packaged and she is as sweet and wonderful as her cakes. My cake was delicious , soft , moist and delicate. I went with champagne raspberry even though the white chocolate lavender was just as amazing. She is detail oriented, professional, and loves what she does and it shows. I highly recommend her!Sofelle Cake Artistry's reply:

Honestly, there is not enough words to describe how happy my husband and I were when we saw our cake!! It was more than we expected it to be plus our guests loved it!!!! They kept talking about how good it tasted. I even requested a remake for my 30th birthday lol all that to say if you are a bride looking for a tasty gorgeous cake plus a reasonable price make sure you book her.
