  JoAnn proved to be a delightful combination of talent, accessibility and warmth. She pleased me beyond my expectations. We worked closely and helped me to realize my vision. As beautiful as my Daughter's wedding dress is , the custom hanger she created for it only enhanced it. JoAnn was very willing and able to please. It was a total pleasure to do business and to know her.

  Amazing, I emailed with a question needing a specific number of hangers and within an hour I got a link for the number I needed. It is very reasonably priced!! Also each hanger came nicely wrapped so I can gift them easily!!

Immediately, I decided to go with a personalized hanger for her beautiful wedding dress and I was nothing short of absolutely amazed when her hanger arrived in the mail just 2 days after I ordered it! It's absolutely stunning and isn't just a typical hanger with a name. JoAna took time to make it extra special with a beautiful white bow and delicate details on my bride's name.   When searching around Etsy for the popular custom hangers it can be overwhelming... However, I was EXTREMELY happy to have found Soduff Creations! Not only did they have the best price for the hangers, but production and shipping was fast! Customer service is outstanding, very prompt to answer questions and get your order in and out of production with an eye for detail! The pieces were amazing and my mom and bridesmaids were absolutely thrilled to have a forever piece like these! Highly recommend skipping the search for hangers - and going straight to Soduff Creations!!!

  JoAna did an amazing job creating customized hangers for my bridal party. She responded to me quickly and was able to do a large rush order for me, she even gave me a discount!   My sister gave me a personalized hanger that was not with the company and the hanger was slightly better quality--ie. the two sides were put together more seamlessly(--there was a slight gap in the one from this company), the wood from the other company was thicker/wider, and the hanger I purchased from here had a dent in the wood on the front surface on the right side.

  I would like any and all clients to know that none of this was brought to my attention. I stand by my products (which are insured for this reason) and had this client expressed dissatisfaction I would have replaced the hanger at no cost. I'm not sure what the "gap" they were speaking of is referring to, each hanger is drilled to fit the wire which is glued in to prevent it from falling out.
  Also all of the specs for the hangers are on my page, they measure about 17" across and are 12"- 12 1/2" high.
  I truly am sorry this client was dissatisfied with my work.

  The hangers turned out great, but one of them came to me with the wire dislodged from the actual hanger portion. We were able to super glue the wire back into the wood part, but found that you needed to be very careful with the wire portion. She was very responsive and prompt in sending!

  Soduff Creations's reply:

  When each hanger is shipped to my clients, they get an email giving them tracking information, this email also states that if the hanger/s are damaged in any way to please let me know as there is insurance on them and they can be replaced within a day or so. This is the first time any of my wire has ever "fallen out" of the wood and I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. I wish the client would have notified me directly about this.
