Florist for wedding

Tara was super helpful during the wedding planning process! We wanted to be able to reuse many of the flowers from the ceremony as a part of the reception, and she was happy to make it happen. She executed our vision better than we could have imagined it for a competitive price. I would recommend her to anyone for wedding floral arrangements.

Amazing flowers!

Loved working with them! We coordinated mainly with Tara and she was amazing and so easy to work with!! She made the process stress free and was quick to respond! Our flowers turned out even more beautiful then I could of expected!

Amanda Wenzel, Soderberg's wedding coordinator, was wonderful to work with for our daughter's wedding/reception on 10/29/16. She was very experienced and all her recommendations were excellent. In addition, the cost was under budget and a fraction of the estimates from other florists.

Let's start off by saying one of us loves flowers and the other one is allergic to a lot of them. Couple that with the fact that we're both picky and also wanted a specific look and we could have been a florist's nightmare. Soderberg's didn't flinch. They were extremely professional and offered us a detailed quote so we knew exactly where we were spending money.
The flowers arrived exactly when requested and they exceeded our expectations. The vases they chose matched our vision and the flowers and bouquets were simply perfection. Even the flower girl's halo worked perfectly.
We also had a perpetually clumsy best man who ended up breaking a 3 foot tall vase. Soderberg's surprised us by waiving a charge for that too. They really didn't have to do that but after spending so much money on the entire wedding, it was such a nice gesture.

The flowers for our wedding were "over the top" beautiful. I have worked with Kim for many years and have never been disappointed in her creativity or services. Kim will listen to your ideas and then brings them to life with her selection and colors of flowers in beautiful designs. All we can say is just trust her judgement and you will be blown away with her creations.

I finally found Soderberg's Floral online after much research (and disappointment) with other options in the Minneapolis area. Other florists were either 1. ridiculously expensive, or 2. rigid in their design options. Kym was, from day one, a dream to work with. Her communication and package options made the whole process extremely simple and stress free. Offering three levels of floral package options for the already stressed bride made this line item in the wedding so wonderful to coordinate.

The florals arrived on the morning of the wedding, and could not have been more beautiful. The flowers were fresh and the bouquets were full. I would recommend Kym and Soderberg's Floral to anyone looking for gorgeous wedding bouquets and arrangements!

Alicia at Soderberg's was really professional and sweet. She listen to everything I said and really brought my vision to life. My bouquet was a hit! and it turned out better then I imagine. Alicia knows what she is doing and she does it well.

Fairie Flowers was extremely easy to work with. They worked within my budget to get me all of the flowers that I wanted and some that I didn't know that I wanted. Everything turned out so great. She was dependable and on time to all of our meetings and she was the first vendor to show up on the day of the wedding. We knew that it would be hot and humid for our July 3rd wedding, but Fairie Flowers helped me to plan ahead for the care of the flowers during the heat and they still looked good at the end of the night. I highly recommend them.

Fairie Flowers was the Best!! Susan Rowell was absolutely amazing, giving so much attention to detail. From the beginning, she took my ideas and created them into a beautiful masterpiece. The floral arrangements at the church added so much more to the ceremony, and the table settings throughout the reception were incredible! She created a vintage/modern feel with vibrant colors and textures. Sue is wonderful to work with! I would recommend her company to everyone!

Very professional and affordable. I really didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted for floral bouquets and Susan went over several ideas and options with me. I could sense her passion around designing and felt she was very experienced. Susan was very friendly and personable. She really cared about getting it just right for my wedding day. I wish I could give Fairie Flowers a 6 (or even a 10!) in some of these categories. I suddenly needed bouquets, corsages, and boutennierres one week before our wedding. I had called everywhere with no luck, and Fairie Flowers was able to meet with me, give me a quote that was within my small budget, and deliver beautiful flowers that were exactly what I wanted. The flowers were a highlight of my wedding and the service and professionalism that Fairie Flowers offered relieved a great deal of stress for me in the days leading up to the event. Susan was spectacular to work with. She had fantastically creative ideas for my bridal bouquets and was great about accommodating the delivery of items.
I had a masquerade wedding and she made the flowers match the theme of the wedding beautifully.

Soderberg's is a wonderful family florist and very easy to work with. The lush bride's bouquet was very important to us but we didn't want to spend a fortune on flowers for the tables and venue. Kym Erickson worked within our budget and created the most innovative and beautiful series of flowers I've seen. I was amazed at how she took our feedback and envisioned an amazing bride's bouquet, bridemaid bouquets, greens for the groomsmen and elegant flourish for the head table. They worked around the demands of Mother's Day weekend Kym was in touch the week before with updates. I felt confident in Kym's vision and she didn't try to push lavish table displays but helped us get a good deal on simple flowers on top of our wedding party needs. Soderberg's give such a professional and personal touch and the flowers were an impressive part of our event.

Susan was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! We did a distance wedding. I was always able to contact her either on the phone or via email. When I was in the area or could arrange to be she would always make time for a visit to look at the next thing. Susan was full of wonderful ideas and was fun to work with, she truly loves what she does. I am still getting compliments about my wedding flowers and the decorations six months later. We were really working on a budget and I really wanted certain flowers and/or colors in bouquets and decorations. Susan was able to make it happen! Susan came for set up before the wedding and everyone loved her, she handed out everyone's flowers and corsages. We were even allowed to use the flower arrangements the next day during a brunch that we did. I will be forever grateful to Susan and Fairie Flowers!

We used Soderberg Floral for our wedding based on the recommendation of my mother who lives close to the store. They were absolutely fabulous! They took what I thought was going to be a stressful part of my wedding planning and made it an absolute delight. Their experience personnel put all of my fears to rest. Dream Florist for My Dream Wedding

We decided to go with Soderberg’s Floral after receiving recommendations from friends and family. We planned our wedding from another state so many of our communication was via email. Our first in person meeting with Tara went smoothly. She had a some sample flowers and they were exactly what we talked about. Our wedding was on the hottest day of the year and all the floral held up beautifully. I couldn’t have asked for more perfect flowers to compliment our wedding.

My budget for wedding flowers was modest, and Greg at Soderberg's still provided me with great service. He recommended beautiful options in my price range and everything was delivered on schedule, exactly as requested. I was looking at my wedding album this weekend with a friend from out-of-state, and I still think my flowers were beautiful--2 years later!

Susan was great to work with! She was very flexible and open to any ideas! I was a very indecisive bride and kept changing my mind, all the way up until 3 days before the wedding. I wouldn't reccomend that, but she was still able to meet our requests. I don't know a lot about flowers but she helped me decide the perfect flowers for my event. What's really neat with her is that she takes you to the flower warehouse and you actually can see the exact flowers that she will be using; this way you can see how much they will cost and how they will look. SHe arrived early enough so that we could have our pictures with the flowers and set everthing up beautifully! I will definately reccomend her in the future!

I had a limited flower budget, and Greg worked with me to choose flowers that were beautiful. 2 weeks before the wedding, I requested an earlier delivery time that they agreed to accomodate by using a courier service which I paid extra for. The courier did not deliver the flowers by the newly agreed upon time (though they were delivered by the original time). We were still able to get our pictures started, but it was frustratiing to wonder when they would arrive. Overall, I was happy with their service and product, and was pleased to use this long-time local business.

She is very creative and my flowers turned out absolutely wonderful. Very gorgeous. The decor at the reception - trees and flowers also turned out wonderful. It was so great to walk into the chruch and see beautiful flowers and not have to worry about a thing. It was also very nice to just walk into the reception and have it completely decorated. It was very well spent money!

Susan was a little late on our wedding day, but there was road construction on I-94, so it was out of her control. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful! My guests all commented on how striking it was to have green and purple together. I loved the toss bouquet, and my girls were excited too! I would recommend Susan and Fairie Flowers!

I saw Susan do floral arrangements for one of my friends weddings and thought she did an excellent job - I however don't think I got as good of service. First off, Susan does not give a referral discount and could barley even remember my friend who had her wedding about 3 months prior to my meeting her. Second, she is VERY, VERY, difficult to get ahold of and even more difficult to get a response from. My Mom even called a few times and was greeted rudely by whoever answers the phone there. She did do my flowers, they weren't exactly what I expected but they were beautiful and got the job done. I wouldn't say it was exactly as I had imagined though. Susan did not even show up to my wedding, she sent her daughter whom none of us ever had met or encountered until that day. Her daughter did a fabulous job - but I did find it a bit tacky =/

We ordered two boutonieres from Soderberg's for our wedding. We had searched on line and found a style of flower we liked and a color to.match our ties. When we placed the order, we specifically asked for light blue and were told that they had them in stock. On the morning of the wedding, I went to pick them up and was told that they were out of light blue, so they made them up in deep blue instead. I was unhappy with the substitution, but was offered no option. As compensation, the vendor discounted each boutoniere $1.00. I took them because it was that or nothing. When I brought them home, my husband, who had placed the order, was visibly upset and called the florist to clear up the mix up. When he asked to speak to the manager, the woman he spoke with said,"What do you want me to do about it?", not in a genuine effort to rectify the problem, but to dismiss the complaint as below consideration. The boutonieres were average at best when picked up and had wilted by the reception. If they knew they did not have the color, the professional thing to do would be to contact the customer and see what substitution would be acceptable or give the customer time to find a vendor who could provide the service expected. For this, they get a score of 0 for professionalism as well as responsiveness.
