  Excellent catering team!

  Incredible chef and catering team. Quality of food and service were Michelin star level. Our wedding dinner was simply spectacular because of this impressive team.

  Chef Nick provided an amazing, great tasting, professional experience for us

  Society Cuisine exceeded our expectations with amazing food, professional staff and the attitude to make everything perfect. Our guests were very impressed with the service and we were happy that the food was prepared perfectly. Chef Nick worked with us to make sure our vision was executed from the presentation to the exceptional food. And the Paella for our rehearsal dinner was stunning! They are easily 5 stars!!

  Outstanding job!!! Best caterer for your wedding.

  Nick and his team are amazing! Within 3 days of our original conversation we had a delicious menu set and all of my questions were answered. He helped identify the items I needed to order and made my life so stress free. The actual event was incredible. I received so many compliments on his meal. We served 215 people buffet style and he had the lines running smooth and efficiently. Everyone was fed and happy within an hour. His staff kept the tables clean and made sure everyone was happy. I can not thank Nick and his team enough for the great job they did to help our wedding run smooth.

  Nick and his crew were the best. Nick is so laid back with such a calming, peaceful aura about him, while at the same time being an absolute pro. His execution of everything from the canapes, to the main meals, and the desserts was perfect. The entire menu he put together was delicious, and so well-presented. For our wedding he was working out of a venue and a kitchen he’d never used before, but he didn’t hesitate, and he made it work flawlessly. My wife and I were so happy with our choice to have Society Cuisine cater our wedding, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for fine-dining, high quality catering. Thanks, Nick!

  We hired Nick for our wedding and he certainly did not disappoint. He carefully went through the dinner choices in Paso Robles, and went to extra mile and gave us more advice about wedding logistics than almost anyone else. He was very responsive and the event turned out just as we planned. The day of the event they arrived on time, dressed professionally, his staff setting up and making sure all details were complete. The food was delicious and everyone on his team was extremely friendly. Our planner said he was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend Nick Nolan and hope we can hire his team again at a future event. loved the food!!
