  Extremely happy with jessica 5stars

  My husband and I chose Jessica over a year ago. Jessica has gone above and beyond in ensuring that no detail was missed. We had a destination wedding, so neither of us lived in Puerto Rico. Whenever we visited, Jessica made sure she optimized the time and arranged for us to meet with different vendors. Jessica only recommends people she trusts, which made the wedding go as smoothly as possible. I had a very stress-free wedding, I did not worry about one single thing in that special day and I cannot emphasize Jessica's role in making our dream wedding a reality.

  My husband and I chose Jessica over a year ago. Jessica has gone above and beyond in ensuring that no detail was missed. We had a destination wedding, so neither of us lived in Puerto Rico.   Dedicación, amor y pasión en el servicio

  Quiero empezar diciendo que desde el primer día esa conexión que pude tener con Jessica fue algo increíble, ella supo manejar cada detalle de lo que iba presentando. Estuve en la búsqueda por varios meses, tuve varias entrevista con diferentes coordinadoras y ninguna me capturo desde primer día como lo hizo So eventful by Jessica.
  
  Su presentación, profesionalismo, humildad y sin ningún compromiso desde primer día ofreció sus servicios al 100%. La recomiendo por muchas razones y una de las más importantes es por lo organizada y determinada que es en su trabajo. Mi esposo no se encontraba en el proceso y aún así cuando tuvo la oportunidad de conocerlo fue como si el hubiera estado desde primer día. Ame cada segundo del proceso de nuestra boda. Lo más sorprendente fue la sorpresa que nos llevamos el día de la boda no teníamos idea de cómo iba a quedar la decoración y fue lo más gratificante, hermoso y delicado que mis ojos pudieron ver. Su amor y pasión por lo que hace se notaba en cada rincón de nuestra boda. Wao!!! Fue un día inolvidable y perfecto gracias a los servicios de So Eventful by Jessica.
  
  Siempre estuvimos al tanto de cada detalle y aún lo más impresionante es de la manera en que trabaja contigo a la mano desde el primer día. En los momentos en lo cuales surgía algo ahí estaba ella siempre con una solución. No hay un solo día que no agradezca cada segundo que invirtió en nuestra boda. Agradezco a la vida y a Dios por el gran don que puso en sus manos para hacer de cada detalle uno inigualable. Pusimos todas las herramientas en sus manos y ella dio hasta su último suspiro para hacer de nuestro día uno perfecto!

  My event coordinator for my wedding

  Although from the beginning I let her know that we were few guests, it was one of the few coordinators who were willing to work on my event. Everything was perfect. Jessica always aware of the details and even my daughter on the wedding day. I am very grateful and pleased with the service of Jessica and her assistant to make this dream come true.

  Best wedding planner imaginable

  Jessica was the most AMAZING wedding planner we could have asked for. We had the wedding of our dreams! (And many of our guests told us our wedding was the best they had ever been to!). From the beginning of planning, Jessica was super organized- she worked with us on a budget and a timeline for all the major milestones. The vendor options she gave us were within our price range and *excellent quality*. We were really blown away by all the vendors- the band, the decorator, the photographer, etc. On the day of the wedding Jessica ensured that everything ran flawlessly. The timing was perfect from the first-look photo shoot to the late night food we booked (late night tacos which Jessica found for us!). All guests were served dinner within 15 minutes of each other and there was not a minute of delay between each part of the night. The wedding decorations were stunning and everything looked like we had imagined (or even better!). We told Jessica we wanted a fun dance party and she planned out the timing so the party ramped up perfectly- starting from a mariachi band at dinner to a live band with a Batucada between sets. People were dancing for three hours non stop!
  
  If you are thinking of having a wedding in Puerto Rico you *need* to have Jessica as your wedding planner. She is simply outstanding and she will ensure you have the best wedding you could ever imagine!

  Our wedding was amazing thanks to the job and effort So Eventful by Jessica did. All was better than we imagine. My husband is in the United States Coast Guard, and because of that, we had to quickly plan the wedding in only 3 months. We didn't have a large budget, and Jessica did a wonderful job looking for vendors that suited to it. That was not easy, but she did. So Eventful was very careful with the details, before and during the wedding. Our venue was an outdoor place, and one hour before the event, started raining. The decoration was under a tent, but some tables got wet anyways. Jessica, and her staff, fixed everything and when the wedding started all was perfect again. We really appreciated the job of these caring and professional people. Their job was exceptional and everyone was happy and amazed with all the details at the party.
  
  Mi boda fue planificada en poco tiempo, pues mi ahora esposo estaba preparándose para entrar al Coast Guard, así que sólo tuvimos tres meses para planificarla y un presupuesto muy limitado. Jessica consiguió suplidores que se ajustaran a nuestro presupuesto y la boda quedó espectacular.
  Jessica fue muy profesional, determinada, responsable y le prestó mucha atención a los detalles, para que no faltara nada el día de nuestra boda. Se comunicaba varias veces en la semana para mantenernos al tanto de cómo iba todo y para ofrecernos recomendaciones. De veras que hizo maravillas con el presupuesto, porque mi boda quedó muchísimo mejor de lo proyectado.
  Como en toda boda, siempre ocurren detallitos previos al evento que nos quitan la paz y ponen nerviosas a las novias, pero ahí estuvo Jessica para solucionarlos y buscar alternativas para que todo quedara como planificado.

  Our wedding was amazing thanks to the job and effort So Eventful by Jessica did. All was better than we imagine. My husband is in the United States Coast Guard, and because of that, we had to quickly plan the wedding in only 3 months. We didn't have a large budget, and Jessica did a wonderful job looking for vendors that suited to it. That was not easy, but she did. So Eventful was very careful with the details, before and during the wedding. Our venue was an outdoor place, and one hour before the event, started raining. The decoration was under a tent, but some tables got wet anyways. Jessica, and her staff, fixed everything and when the wedding started all was perfect again. We really appreciated the job of these caring and professional people. Their job was exceptional and everyone was happy and amazed with all the details at the party.

  Jessica is the most detail oriented person you'll ever meet. We started our wedding planning a year and half before the wedding and in the beginning the meetings are high level and Jessica focuses on quick wins (i.e. the venue) and getting to know the couple. As the weeks before the wedding approach, she really ramps up her usual due diligence and makes sure that even the smallest detail is covered. Her list of vendors is comprehensive and her relationship with them helps out with pricing and their availability. Overall a great experience which made for the most magical day.   Worst wedding coordinator ever

  We hired So Eventful by Jessica a year ago for our wedding on June 22, 2019. We gave Jessica all of the information and our budget for the wedding, to which she said that she could work with those numbers. One month before the wedding. Jessica didn't even had someone to cover the decorations for the wedding, something that she told us was the most important thing in a wedding.
  
  Jessica had also made several mistakes in the wedding, including making wrong decisions with the wedding invitations. When we went to pick up the invitations, Jessica had told the company that made the invitations the wrong information on how the invitations would look like. When we sent her an email trying to explain this, Jessica got angry with us, saying that she was not supposed to pick up the invitations, but did not address anything regarding the invitations being pronted wrong, being her own fault.
  
  When Jessica finally found us a decorator, it was way out of our budget. Jessica had told us that the budget could go up a little bit, but it went up three times our original budget. My wife and I had to find someone that could work with our budget ourselves, because Jessica for some reason could not find someone that could work with our budget.
  
  We asked Jessica to get in touch with the decorator, since she was working the wedding. Jessica did not want to even give the decorator a call and when she finally did, the decorator gave us a call to say that she could not work our wedding because Jessica had told her that we already had a contract with someone else and that meant that she could not work with us. We had to convince the decorator that this was not true and she agreed to do the decorations. When we called Jessica to see what had happen, she told us that this was not true, that they were lying.
  
  My wife and I sent Jessica an email explaining all of our concerns that we had with the way she was handling the wedding and she sent us an email replying some points of our email, but didn't address some of our points. After this situation, Jessica treated us like she didn't even want to do the wedding, only wanting to speak with us one day of the week at a certain time. We could tell that she had changed they way she treated us, even though we only wanted to tell her our concerns.
  
  The day before the wedding rehearsal Jessica was talking about the date of the rehearsal, which she said it was on Friday. We had told her before that the rehearsal was on Wednesday, not Friday, and she kept arguing with us on the correct date.
  
  Jessica sent us (my wife, my mother in law, some of he wedding entourage, and myself) an email stating the day of the rehearsal and the information. However, the information was wrong, and she left out half of the wedding entourage. When we spoke to her, she us that she did not have their information, even though she could have asked for the missing information. If we had not seen the people that she had sent the information to, some of them wouldn't have even showed up to the rehearsal.
  
  After the rehearsal, Jessica told us that we needed to send her the final payment that day because that's what was in the contract. We kept telling her that the final payment was due on the day of the wedding. She then told us that she would not show up for the wedding if we did not pay for her services right then and there. We had to look for the information to show her that it stated that the final payment was on the day of the wedding. We ended up having to make the last payment that day because of her attitude.
  
  The day before the wedding Jessica called my wife to ask her to make an Excel table of the quantity of the drinks for the wedding. We had told her that this should be her job, not ours. We had no time to do any of this, we didn't have a computer available to do this. Jessica had previously given us exactly what we needed to have for drinks, and we had gotten everything on the list. We told her that she should be the one making this list and she didn't want to do this audit of the beverages. My wife was previously angry with with all of the mistakes that she had been making throughout and she sent her an angry message. Jessica told her that the contract was void and that she would not make it to the wedding.
  
  We tried to contact her to ask for the wedding favors that we had given her for the wedding but did not answer any of our messages. We had to reach out a friend to ask her for the favors and then she told us that she would send someone else the day of the wedding to give us the party favors.
  
  Thank God that we found another coordinator the night before our wedding and everything ran smoothly!
  
  At the beginning she seemed like the perfect wedding coordinator, she would sell herself like she would do miracles to make the wedding work and that we had nothing to worry. Somewhere along the way she made a complete turn and gave my wife and I so much stress before the wedding.
  
  I would definitely NOT recommend So Eventful by Jessica to anyone, ever.

The services of So Eventful by Jessica begin with the signing of a very specific legal contract that details the services you will receive from the company and the terms and conditions of payments. The contract clearly states that the final payment must be made on the day of the rehearsal and specifies that the payment methods available for the coordination service are cash, money order or certified check, Venmo and ATH Móvil. We apologize if by mistake our invoice came with the wrong date. For this reason, it was clarified that according to the main contract the balance had to be made on the day of the rehearsal. It is for this reason that you agreed to make the payment, as arranged and agreed in contract B-2018-08.
  
In order to provide a quality and accurate service, the company has established processes to gather information from customers. These processes are the same ones that have made our company recognized as a highly professional, organized and responsible company. It should be noted that the formats are sent with reasonable time so that customers can complete and deliver them, and they are followed up. These documents are used to manage the planning processes, for example: format to collect the guest list, format to detail the list of purchased beverages, instructions to communicate music selection, etc. When contracting our services, the client is responsible for providing complete and accurate information and within a reasonable time. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a good service if there is constantly a reluctance to provide information, follow instructions and delay the processes.
  
We understand how important the wedding day is for every couple and how nervous they may be during the planning process, especially in the last few weeks, which are the most demanding. There are many emotions together and not everyone can handle them in the best way. But So Eventful by Jessica does not tolerate disrespect, mistreatment or insults. Unfortunately, during the process, we had several situations of disrespect on the part of the bride towards the main coordinator which were escalating to the point of leading us to have to cancel the contract the night before the wedding due to a serious insult by the bride. At that time the coordinator gave up on continuing the verbal communication to avoid further aggravations and for fear that the events would continue to escalate on the part of the couple.
  
The night before the event So Eventful by Jessica sent you a letter informing the cancellation of the contract and the reasons why, and indicating that all items, checks, money, favors, that the coordinator had in their possession, would be delivered to the venue the next day. So Eventful by Jessica delivered all the articles and were accounted by yourself.
  
We only have the satisfaction that despite all the setbacks, So Eventful by Jessica fulfilled all of its contractual responsibilities, to the point that the event ran perfectly smoothly, since all the suppliers had their instructions with more than one week of anticipation and planning was of excellence.

  Crazy nightmare

  Everythung went well until she started messing up the invitations, she was rude when calling the guest to confirm attendance. She couldn't get someone on my budget for decorations. Jessica is so unprofessional that she even messed up the rehersal date. She threatened me that she wouldn't show up to the wedding if we didn't finalize her payment the day of the rehersal. She gave me a list of drinks to buy for the wedding then she wanted me to sit down and write her the same list she gave me but on an excel sheet with the exact drinks I bought. She wanted me to do all that the day before my wedding. Jessica got on my nerves about the drinks, so asked her why was she veing so bitchy towards me. So here cones Jessica and canceled
  her services the day before my wedding and she had all my wedding decorations that I had bought. She is so unethical that she blocked me, so I had 0 communication with her. She notified to all my vendors about the incident, which she did not needed to do. I had to get a lawyer in order to get my wedding decorations back. She is a total nightmare for any bride, I dont recommend her and I never will. My wedding was a destination wedding, so it was hard for me to do things she wanted. Also, if you plan in hiring her, READ the contract, she is all about herself and looking out for herself ONLY. She does NOT care about you even though she might make you feel she does care. So in the end, this unethical,unprofessional so called wedding planner took all my money and didn't provide services the day if the wedding. Worst decision made, not worth the money, total nightmare.
