The Best Photo Booth!
A friend of mine hired Snap Happy for her wedding last year and they were incredible, so I also hired them for my mother's birthday and like the last time, they did a very good job in making my mom's birthday extra special. I hired them again for my wedding, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service. We had the 360 Booth with them, and everyone loved it. We used Snap Happy for their 360 Photo booth services from our wedding on 10.01.23. We found their prices for 5 hours of photo booth service to be super reasonable especially compared to competitors. They set up the booth for our cocktail hour and relocated it for the reception with an inflatable enclosure and it was great! The photo booth attendant was also awesome and arrived dressed in festive formal attire. I loved being able to custom the design on the 360 videos with our names and wedding dates and specific decorative choices. Leah was also always very kind and responsive to my email messages before hand. The only small issue I encountered was that they were not playing the correct music that I had preselected initially. But in the final product that is sent to everyone's phone the song is correct. So all was well in the in the end. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t be any happier with the Snap Happy photobooth at my wedding last weekend! A photobooth was one of the few items we 100% knew we wanted for the night and this fit the bill perfectly. Our attendant was amazing, arrived an hour early, set up everything and had a great assortment of props. Love that multiple physical copies of our custom photo strips could be printed out - it worked as takeaway gifts for all our guests. We also got all digital images back within 48 hours! 10/10 recommend!!

Dj and slow motion package
Oh man the Slow Motion Booth was absolutely fun!! They had bubbles and confetti along with other props. We had the Dj and slow motion booth package and when I say we had a great time, we had a great time!! Snap Happy was also in communication every step of the way from the beginning of the booking process to the end.

Great and would use again!
We enjoyed working with Snap Happy for our wedding! Although their printer was unfortunately broken the day of our wedding, our guests still enjoyed the photobooth and the company was great in handling the situation. Luckily, guests could also send photos directly to their phones, which is great too. Everyone had a real blast and the staff was professional and fun.
I forgot to mention this in my Knot review, but they arrived on time and they are also very reasonably priced and you get a great value for what you pay! Super important for an expensive event like a wedding !!

Brandon made the booth so inviting and explained the process so well to everyone, we was a joy to have at our big day. He did so well, most folks took multiple pictures. So glad we weren't paying per picture!! He was great, highly recommend!

Awesome service for a reasonable price
Very professional, the attendant was also very friendly and helpful. The guest loved the booth and took tons of pictures, all pictures taken are emailed a day or two after the event. I highly recommend Snap Happy

Great team to work with for an awesome addition to your wedding
We couldn't be happier with our choice to add a photo booth and work with Snap Happy. They were so easy to communicate with, flexible to accommodate our two pandemic reschedules and everyone loved the results. Brandon was so friendly and attentive the whole night, adjusted the lighting to make sure everything was perfect and was great at letting people do their own thing or giving ideas. Highly recommend Snap Happy for any event!

The photo booth turned out to be amazing! The props were fun, it was a beautiful backdrop and everyone couldn't get enough of it! The pictures turned out clear and so did the videos. I loved the option for guests to get the print out as well as or to be emailed to them. Also their prices were very reasonable.

What better way to solidify your day with the one you love and everyone who loves you guys than with a photo booth photo shoot. I was in a wedding vended by Snap Happy about a week ago and it was a great time. The props were absolutely adorable, the vendor staff was super helpful,patient and friendly. They made the event all the more special for my Sister and her husband. I would definitely use them for my next event and recommend them to anyone looking for a fun way to capture your big day!

The quality of the printing is not great. The photo booth attendant was unfriendly. Many guests complained about their experience at the photo booth because the attendant was so unfriendly. A lot of the photos for the guestbook had brown marks on them. When I called to speak with the photo booth company owner after my wedding all she did was make excuses. I read all the reviews on Google and wedding wire before booking with this company and there’s a reason why I had such little reviews. I do not recommend. Please book with another company.

Disappointing and sloppy work. Worst vendor out of all my wedding vendors.
This vendor was the worst by far out of my 10 wedding vendors. Their attendant was amazing and the photobooth worked for 95% of the wedding and they had good communication but that’s where the good parts end.
I paid $129 for a guestbook. Did not receive. I chose to make custom props in lieu of receiving $50 off. Chose pictures for the props and got the proofs but also didn’t receive it the day of. There’s literally NOTHING then to distinguish them from the 500 other Photo Booth companies in the area. They’re sloppy and have poor quality control. I don’t recommend.
They did give a small refund for their mistake but promised other things in compensation and have stopped replying. Their employees Janine and Daniela are absolutely terrible at their jobs, if you have to work with them, BEWARE! They make up answers to get you off their back and to buy themselves more time.

Snap happy booth DOES NOT deserve a star at all! I booked them back in FEB 2023 for a SEPT 2023 wedding and the the day of the wedding, NO ONE FROM THIS COMPANY HAD THE DECENCY TO CALL, TEXT, or EMAIL myself or my wedding coordinator. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! The wedding was on a Saturday and there was NO DECENCY/APOLOGY CALL on Sunday or Monday! I had to be the one who called them to tell them how they basically forgot to show up at my wedding. It’s sad to find out that it’s a woman owned company since I’m a huge supporter but as a company you need not just a plan b but a plan c! Have an automated apology message to say that you were wrong and “saying sorry” without any explanations to why you can’t come is not enough . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! I have attached photos of confirmation and yet they are a NO SHOW!

So disappointing
Snap Happy was the only disappointing vendor at our wedding. They were not able to print any photos for us. It was an even bigger bummer because I wanted the photo guestbook. I was told they would reach out to me to reimburse me. They didn't reach out in a timely manner so I initiated contact and was told they would mail me a check. Still haven't received it and no response to my last email inquiring about it. Do not recommend. Unless you want to waste over $500 to get ghosted and have to spend more money to print out your own photos.
