Snap a Selfie Photo Booths BEST ON LI! A+
Snap a Selfie Photo Booths came in clutch for my wife and me. We originally were booked with a different photo booth company. However, the night before our wedding they decided to back out. While they refunded us, the problem still ahead of us was we had no photo booth at our wedding. That is when we called Snap a Selfie Photo Booths. While they already had bookings, they were able to squeeze us in and deliver! They responded quickly, acted quickly, and went above and beyond. With a last-minute booking, and quick turnaround time it was the best and easiest vendor to deal with. Will book them in the future and will highly recommend them to our family and friends!!! -

Absolutely Amazing Experience with Snap a Selfie Photo Booths!
Let me start by saying how professional, responsive, and the A+ communication this company provides! Camillo and his team work with you on all types of budgets and fulfill all that’s promised and more! Unfortunately due to Covid, I had to reschedule my date a few times but Snap a Selfie was always there! We booked the Mirror Booth Gold Package with a custom backdrop, and scrap book and it came out wonderful! Pictures are crystal clear, and his attendant was absolutely fabulous! His attendant Sebastian, was helpful showing the guests how to operate the booth and worked very hard on putting our scrap book together. A+ service from when we called camillo, to contract signing, to our last meeting before our wedding, and of course the wedding day Camillo has always been there! Look no further!! -

Highly recommend!
I stumbled upon Snap A Selfie from another bride who used them for her wedding. We ended up booking for the photobooth and the guest book for our 6/25/21 wedding. I was a little nervous that people wouldn’t sign the guest book but when I spoke with Camillo before I booked he said the attendants would direct everyone to the book. And they did! We loved looking through the book after the wedding. We also got a lot of the extra pictures people didn’t take and stuck them in the book. So many laughs looking through them! And for the cost you really can’t go wrong! Highly recommend and will definitely use them for future events. -

Perfect all the way around

Camillo and the team at Snap a Selfie were extremely professional and FUN at the wedding! My family and friends loved them. 5 out of 5 stars. We used his package where he collaborated with Lost Time Designs for a custom wood sign prop with our last name and date that we now hang in our home and keep forever. Make sure to follow them on Instagram too! Since the wedding, I’ve recommended to 3 of my friends who also have booked with Camillo and all 3 loved it too! Baby Shower Fun!
Snap a Selfie Photo Booths was the perfect addition to my baby shower! It was just what the party needed to give it that something special! My guests had such a great time creating memories and being able to capture them. My forever vendor!!!
Snap A Selfie will forever be my go to vendor! They were beyond accommodating, professional and overall the nicest and genuine people. They were such a hit at my wedding. The added scrapbook option was amazing, I get to relive my wedding night over and over again. Camillo was such a pleasure to work with and I will be definitely using them again in the near future. The Best Selfie Photo Booth
I used Snap a Selfie Photo Booth for my wedding in 2018 and then used them for a home family party later the same year. As you can see I used them twice because they were professional in every way. Showed up with plenty of time to spare before the events started without bothering anyone. Ask for Camillo. -

The whole experience was amazing. We had a very rush situation in which our previous vendor had refused to accommodate any request. Not only were we accommodated, but were shown all different packages that fit our budget as well as going above and beyond in recommending items that would make our night even more special. My wife was thouroghly pleased that we now recommend this company to all our friends that are going through the same issues with other vendors. -

I am so happy I hired Camillo and Snap a Selfie Photo Booths for our wedding! Even with postponing multiple times, he has been super accommodating and helpful! We finally got to have our dream wedding on July 24, 2021 and he did not disappoint! Our guests had an amazing time and everyone got to sign our scrapbook as another memory. This was personally the best price we could find and was definitely worth it! We did the silver package for our July 22nd 2022 wedding. The guest book in my opinion is worth going up a level and was definitely worth it. Everyone loved signing the book and attaching there photos in there. It was great to see the next day the level of fun people had through out the night. It was used by all. We didn’t bother doing a traditional guest book so this was a perfect alternative. It had our names and wedding date on them. There was no issues with our venue and they got the insurance form to us in a timely fashion and were able to pick our drop color. Highly recommend! -

poor experience
I used Snap a Selfie Photo Booths for my wedding this past month. While the quality of the pictures was great and pricing more reasonable than others, I was disappointed with the services provided. Our package included 2 photo attendants and a photo book for which our guests would be able to leave a message next to their picture. I was disappointed when only 1 attendant showed up (I will say the attendant that did show was great) while we paid for 2 and also had paid for a vendor meal (we were unable to get this money back from the venue, obviously). The photo book also did not come with the attendant and therefore had nothing for our guests to sign their names and leave any message.
Camillo (the owner of the company) did not communicate any of these missing items prior to the wedding, and was minimally responsive about any questions prior. He additionally did not comment on any of these things afterwards as well, but only texted me to “pay the remaining balance in full immediately.” Only when I asked him to call me did he then offer any comment about the missing items and said he would send the photo book with photos in it. I was again disappointed when it arrived with about less than quarter of the pages filled with photos.
Again, while his prices are more reasonable than competitors, it appears you get what you pay for. Would recommend against using this company as the owner will promise you services, charge you for them, and not deliver. -

Horrible Experience, Please avoid the headache. Just spend the extra money and get someone good.
Horrible Experience, Completely ruined one of the best parts of our wedding. Please read this whole post before you consider using this company. Spend the extra money and get real professionals.
-> From the beginning, Camillo is never responsive after he gets your initial deposit. Sent, multiple emails and texts, and the response was " Sorry, at my day job."
-> During my initial discussion with him, I told him I needed 5 hours of service for which he said he would charge an extra hour fee. Initial, contract he sent me was the price for 5 hours, but it stated 4 hours. I spoke to him by text and asked him to adjust the contract. He updated the contract/invoice with the time allotted to reflect 5 hours. Based on those texts, and those papers I sent my initial deposit to him. At the time, I didn't realize he sent me back the initial contract with the wrong times, and now with the adjusted invoice after my deposit. Fast forward to the day of my wedding, the photobooth closes down an hour early. The photobooth attendant told my coordinators he is only scheduled for 4 hours. They spoke to Camillo, who stated it is only 4 hours to which they showed him the contract with 5 hours listed. Then, he verbally told my coordinators that he will refund $150 for the hour of service not provided.
-> I spoke to Camillo through texts prior to the wedding regarding the color back drop, and the "Mr and Mrs " texts on each of the hard copy photos for my guests. Those are basic services provided per his contract. Day of the wedding, both things were completely wrong.
-> On the initial contract Camillo sent, there was an authorization agreement for the company to use our photos or reference us for advertisement. I asked him at the time, and he said if we didn't want to we can just skip that without issue. On purpose, I didn't sign that agreement. I found out that he posted pictures of my guests and referenced us on their company instagram feeds without our permission.
-> The employee present for our wedding, Mike, older gentlemen was completely unprofessional. He was rude to guests looking to take photos. And many times during the night, he left a "Will be back soon" sign leaving the photobooth closed. I understand vendors need to eat, but I had other people tell me he was just sitting around at the vendor table wasting time. My coordinators called Camillo himself to complain early in the night, but when the extra hour issue presented the employee got more hostile to my coordinators. Of note, on the contract Camillo promised two attendants but very close to the wedding tells us only 1 person will be there. And that person didn't even do his job for the full cost I paid. Many guests told us they couldn't get their photos taken, because no one was their or "technical difficulties."
-> We asked for a selfie mirror, they only provided a cheap knockoff that was half the size of other ones we seen. And cuts off people of certain heights from the image.
-> After all issues, I reached out to Camillo multiple times through text and phone call only to realize he blocked me after the event. I attempted through email to ask him to talk about our grievances . He responded with one email stating that his company doesn't provide 5 hour packages, and the contracts that he has on file are for 4 hours. He would only offer 50 dollars refund for the back drop error. I tried to respond back with screenshots of our texts where he agrees to adjust the contract for 5 hours, along with the contract (says 5 hours allotted) he sent me prior to my initial deposit. He stopped responding completely. We asked him to take down the non-authorized photos on his social media pages, which he has not complied with yet.
Please just spend the extra money and get a professional company so your guests will be happy. The money you save is not worth the headache, and poor quality work they provide. -

Cheap price - poor service
Updating my review to point out the posting above mine is the wife of the owner of Snap a selfie! They posted right after my review in an attempt hide what a terrible job they did, how sad is that?
I got married this past weekend on 3/12/22, and it was a blast! I’m here to report on 1 particular vendor who was major disappointment and I would recommend steering clear of– Camillo from Snap a Selfie photo booth provided horrible service once paid and simply didn’t deliver.
We booked with Camillo a few months ago, providing the deposit plus a subsequent payment for the balance of my contract in advance to the wedding, both sent via Zelle in a timely fashion as he asked.
As we approached our wedding date, my venue asked me to get a COI from Camillo – he kept saying he would get it to us the next day but he didn’t. My venue reached out to him directly and he didn’t respond to them. We followed up multiple times (via email, text, and phone calls) – He wouldn’t respond and then kept telling me he would get it to us soon. It wasn’t until the Wednesday before the wedding that he finally sent the COI, but at that point we should have already seen the red flags (added stress the week of the wedding isn’t necessary, and Camillo snapped at my wife via text as if the request for a COI was out of line).
We regret not cancelling with him at that point because when it came to our wedding Snap a Selfie didn’t deliver on the following items (which were included in my contract):
• Full social media access (texting, emailing, boomerang, and GIF) - we didn't receive any of these features, and this was the main reason I booked with them.
• We requested a white backdrop (as Camillo confirmed via text) - He gave us a silver sequin backdrop, and the photo booth was set up poorly - you could see past the backdrop, and the camera was so close that people were cut out of many pictures (see below)
• We expected a link with access to pictures (as stated in the contract) - We instead received a flash drive
• We we’re told there would be two photo booth assistants (as stated in the contract) – Camillo only sent 1 attendant. We couldn’t get money back for the vendor meal we had assigned to his 2nd (absent) attendant.
Due to the horrible execution and services not provided I’m writing this review in the hopes of helping others avoid the added stress of working with Camillo. See below for an example of the deliverable you can expect with Snap A Selfie. -
