This past weekend Smooth Entertainment provided just that at our wedding. The team was extremely easy to coordinate with and held the appropriate meetings prior to the celebration to make sure all the details were in order for our big day. We utilized them for the ceremony and reception, they were able to move their equipment within the confines of the venue with ease as well as provide wireless microphones for our officiant and wedding speeches. We received numerous compliments on our DJ selection throughout the night. Austin (DJ) continued to turn out hit after hit and had the entire wedding up out of their seats dancing and singing at the top of their lungs. Mike (Event Host) was a step ahead the whole night, he crossed off every checklist on our requested schedule and made the entire guest list feel comfortable as he helped coordinate the evening. Smooth Entertainment was able to utilize a custom playlist, custom music for each part of your celebration, as well as took requests throughout the night. 5/5 Stars for me. For the quality of service and price you receive, you’re making a mistake if you look anywhere else than Smooth Entertainment for your celebration.

We booked smooth event group before our venue!
My husband and I first heard about Smooth Group after attending a friend’s wedding where Austin DJed and Bill MC’d and honestly, it was the best wedding we had ever been to. The music mixes were incredible, and they kept the dance floor packed all night long. After that, reaching out to them was a no-brainer.
They got back to us quickly, we set up a call, and we booked them almost immediately. We actually booked our venue and then our DJ before anything else which says a lot. Their online portal made everything so easy to organize, from must-play songs and do-not-plays to first dances. We also had a call to walk through all the details, and Austin and Bill were so patient with us, especially since we really didn’t know what we wanted at first.
Our wedding day ran incredibly smoothly, and the energy on the dance floor was unreal. We had multiple guests ask us for our DJ’s info for their own upcoming weddings. If you want a fun, seamless wedding with amazing music, book Smooth Group. You won’t regret it.

Amazing experience with saxophone
We had Jalen as our MC, Montone as our DJ, and Vanya as our sax for our wedding. We loved every minute of music at our reception. We attended a wedding a year before ours, with Smooth Event Group at their reception. We knew we had to have them for ours! Thanks for leaving our guests with such a great experience! I can't say enough positive things about Mike and Smooth Event Group. Before our wedding my wife and I had attended multiple weddings where Smooth Event Group had been in charge of the entertainment. And believe me when I say they live up to the hype. Mike was extremely easy to work with and walking us through each step while being patient at the same time. He also gave advice but also let us have free range in ideas. The photo booth we used as beyond a hit as well as the laser engraved picture booklet with our name on it. Such a nice touch. If you don't use Smooth Event Group for your event you are MISSING out.

Hands down the best! Austin and his crew made our wedding night one to remember. Everyone came up to us saying it was the best wedding dj they’ve experienced. If you are looking for the best wedding DJ around, that would be DJ Smooth. We can't even begin to describe how incredible he and MC Wild Bill made our wedding night. Smooth Event Group came highly recommended from friends and they did not disappoint. From the start, DJ Smooth was super communicative and supportive in the planning process. We met a couple of times to discuss our needs and the vibe that we were going for, and he was able to curate exactly what we wanted. The day of the wedding DJ Smooth and MC Wild Bill made sure that everything ran smoothly, and when it was time for the dance floor to open up, they got everyone out there immediately and no one left for the rest of the evening. The energy was high, the music was great, and people are still telling us how amazing our DJ/MC were. All around great guys, easy to work with, and a fun time. Would 100/10 book again.

I seriously could not recommend Smooth Event Group more for any and all events! We hired them for our wedding and honestly, they were probably one of our favorite parts of the day. From our initial call to the last song, they were so attentive and really paid attention to every little detail. Once people hit the dance floor, they literally didn’t get off—several of our friends have hired them after our wedding, saying how fun our dance floor was all night!
Wild Bill, our MC, was the life of the party. He kept everyone laughing, hyped, and having the best time. DJ Montone was unreal at mixing (something that was important to us when hiring a DJ) and had everyone dancing all night long. Would do anything to be back on our dance floor again and will absolutely be using Smooth again for our next event!

10/10 experience all around!
Smooth Event Group was our DJ for our wedding on January 2nd, 2026. Smooth Event Group is by far the best wedding DJ we could have ever asked for! We had Austin (DJ Smooth) as our DJ and Bill as our MC, and they were an absolute blast to work with. The planning process was incredibly organized, stress-free, and honestly so much fun.
Austin and Bill knew exactly how to keep the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long, which is everything we could’ve asked for. Austin read the room perfectly, and his transitions from song to song were seamless. Every single song was either one we requested or an absolute hit that had everyone singing along and dancing. They truly had guests of ALL ages on the dance floor all night.
Our guests are still talking about the music and the incredible energy! Our package also included a Photo Booth, which was such a hit. They even provided us with a personalized scrapbook of all the Photo Booth photos, and that’s something we’ll cherish forever.
We can’t thank Smooth Event Group enough (especially Austin and Bill) for making our night so special and unforgettable. We cannot recommend them enough and would 100% book with them again for any future DJ needs!

Book smooth event group!
Where do we even begin if we could give 10 stars, we would.
We hired Smooth Event Group because we wanted a party and they delivered above and beyond. Austin is a close friend of ours and we knew the type of energy his group would bring but when it’s your event there is just something different and we wouldn’t have put our trust for all things entertainment in anyone else but Smooth Event Group.
DJ Frank Nitty, MC Wild Bill, Vanya Sax, and Frank Lao the Wedding Drummer absolutely MADE our wedding. From the first to final song, the energy was unreal.
DJ Frank kept the dance floor energy we envisioned. We let him have full control of song selection and he read the crowd perfectly. It was so nice to have that one thing off our plate with some many decisions that are made with wedding planning.
MC Wild Bill brought the personality and kept everything running smoothly it was the perfect balance of hype and class.
And then… Vanya ( Sax) and Frank (drummer) took it to a completely different level. The live sax and drums over the music was the perfect touch. We are still getting compliments on how much fun everyone had. The dance floor was packed from start to finish, and we truly didn’t want the night to end.
To top it all off we have the whole day and night on video thanks to Rosie and Natalie from SEG's video team . Their eye for capturing such special moments is truly incredible and we highly recommend them if you are looking to add content creators to your team. They had content back to us in 24hrs. It was so seamless having everything booked right in one spot they work hand and hand with the DJ’s and MC and didn’t miss a beat. It’s worth the investment as someone who didn’t want a full wedding video we are so glad we do this.
Booking this team was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. If you want unforgettable energy, nonstop dancing, and a party your guests will rave about — this is your crew.

DJ Smooth is your guy!!
Smooth (Austin) and MC "Wild Bill" from Smooth Entertainment were the DJ/MC for our September 2024 wedding. I can't believe how lucky we got with those two, I would choose them 100x over. Music & dancing were one of our top priorities and they knocked it out of the park. Austin just knew how to read the dance floor and Bill the MC was SO good at getting everyone excited and on to the dance floor. The floor was packed all night and everyone could not stop talking about how good they were. Between the ceremony processional, bride entrance, reception entrance, first dances there are a TON of small decisions & times in the songs that need to be nailed down to avoid any awkwardness and Austin quite literally did not miss a BEAT. Started & cut every one of those songs EXACTLY when we asked him to which made all those special moments so seamless. I also had two small request songs for my mom and my sister and he made sure they were on the dance floor for those songs and even made a brief special announcement for each one (had my mom crying when he announced the one song was designated to her!). If the dance floor means a lot to you... please look no further, these are your guys! We also added the Photo Booth to our package and it was SUCH a hit!!!!

Michael and Joe kept the party going all night!
We used Smooth Event Group the DJ our wedding last month and they did not disappoint! This is the second time our family has used them because we know they are a reliable, professional team as well as providing great entertainment. Amazing DJ
We were so grateful that Austin was able to DJ our wedding. Every wedding we attend that he DJs is always a nonstop party. Austin and Brett were easy to work with and really listened to what we wanted. Austin was also super flexible and at last minute was able to do our ceremony music when our first plan fell through. I sent him a screenshot of my Spotify playlist of what I wanted not even 24 hours before the ceremony and you would not have known that it was a back up plan. From the time the music started during the reception, no one was in their seats the rest of the night. The dance floor was packed with people and people who I have never seen dance at a wedding before, including my 94 year old grandma. Since the wedding, people have still been talking about the music and how it was such a fun time because of our DJ and Emcee. We couldn't have asked for anything else. We have and will always recommend DJ Smooth to any one and everyone.

You must hire DJ Smooth for your wedding!!! Austin was incredible to work with…super calm, cool, and easy to work with. He is not your average wedding DJ. People did NOT stop dancing the entire night and he kept the party going! People are still talking about the dance floor and we heard from MULTIPLE guests that he was by far the best wedding dj they ever heard. He was extremely accommodating with requests and family traditions to make the night extra special. The photo booth was average, but the music was unbelievable and made the entire night. Dj smooth crushed it!
DJ Smooth absolutely CRUSHED it at our wedding last month. He had our dance floor rocking the entire night and the vibe was exactly what we were looking for. The dance floor was shoulder to shoulder the entire night with hit after hit keeping our guests having the best time while the up-lighting and sparklers created such a cool atmosphere. Of all the great stories and memories people keep rehashing to us about the day, one of the most common ones has been, ‘Your DJ was the best we’ve ever seen!’ Austin and the guys made everything so easy and so much fun in the weeks leading up to and the big day. We cannot speak highly enough about the Smooth Entertainment team. Austin + team did a phenomenal job performing at our wedding! What makes a great and memorable wedding is the music. Austin & Brett were perfect, had everyone on the floor all night long dancing! They were super responsive and accommodating. They got the party started and kept it going all night long. Smooth entertainment helped make wedding planning a breeze. They took the time to get to know us and make sure our wedding was exactly as we dreamed. They went over all the small details of entrances and first dances with us to make sure it was perfect. We only gave a “do not play” song list because we knew we could trust them to make a knock out play list that kept our wedding guest dancing all night. They were funny MCing and made our wedding day absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for a fun, entertaining dj company to keep your guest well engaged and entertain we cannot recommend Austin and his company enough!!!

Dj Smooth was AWESOME! He was so easy to work with and very responsive the whole time. We contacted him through a recommendation from a friend and after our first meeting he made us feel comfortable with his professionalism, then we were sold after checking him out DJ-ing at a bar in Philadelphia. We went with the full package of the MC, Photobooth, and Sparklers (worth it) and everything was perfect, his crew was also very professional and easy to work with and made our wedding day go smooth (pun intended). Our wedding was a big Latin wedding (Peruvian/Brazilian) and he killed it with playing a mix of our favorite music and our Latin style preferences for music.

Everyone knows planning a wedding during a pandemic is a challenge but working with Smooth Entertainment, Michael in particular, was anything but a challenge. Michael ran the show from the ceremony until the very end of the reception. He eased our minds and kept the party going and our guests on the dance floor! Amazing amazing amazing job! Thanks you!

If you've yet to book a MC/DJ for your wedding look no further! Smooth Entertainment’s MC Mike and DJ Frank were beyond amazing. Not only did they do a great job at the wedding, they also took the time to get to know us to make sure every moment of the celebration went to plan. MC Mike worked with all our vendors to ensure all of the various timelines aligned perfectly, so we never had to worry on our big day. We received compliments all night on how great the music was courteous of DJ Frank. I really cant say enough good things about them. 10 out of 10 experience!

Stop your DJ search and book DJ Smooth Entertainment ASAP!!! We were lucky enough to have Austin and Bill as our DJs for our day and they delivered such a great time! They played the best variety of music and all night our guests were complimenting how much they loved the DJs and the music they were playing. Bill was the best hype man and Austin could not have been any more accommodating especially when we booked him so far in advance. Such great guys and so much to offer. Budget friendly and just an all around great time. I would book them again in a heartbeat!! Thanks for making our day extra special!!

The best of the best! My sister and myself used Smooth entertainment for both of our weddings and we could not have asked for better! So professional, well organized and any requested we made they followed through with! They worked with my dad for a surprise he did for me and it is something I will cherish forever. My husband and I wanted everyone up dancing all night long and that is exactly how the night went! We highly recommend for any event! They also let us use the photo booth which I encourage you to use! The night went by so fast and I love that I can look back and see everyone having a great time! I can not thank them enough for making our day so special!

BEST DJ’S EVER!! I have known Austin since college where he would DJ just for fun. He has always been amazing. There are not enough words to articulate just how amazing Smooth Entertainment is. Michael and Frank are the absolute best of the best. Our wedding was 3 weeks ago and we still get texts about how amazing the DJ was. Everyone danced the whole night and had a blast. I cannot imagine the night without them! They were absolutely amazing to work with and so kind (moved our wedding date 2 times due to COVID and they were always super willing to move dates with us)! I cannot wait to use them again for literally every event I will ever plan.

Smooth Entertainment was hands down the best part of our wedding! They know how to vibe with the guests and keep everyone happy and having a great time. My Best Decision During Wedding Planning
Smooth Entertainment was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding! Austin was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely accommodating and responsive to all of my questions. I had to postpone twice because of the pandemic and he was so supportive. He had all of my guests on the dance floor from start to finish. Absolutely amazing.
First off, Austin and Mike were both amazing. They were super easy to communicate with and they knew exactly what they were talking about. Leading up to the wedding, Austin had sent us an online portal where we could add songs we wanted to be played and add all of our bridal party names and information which was so easy. Actual wedding day, they did not disappoint! Mike knew exactly how to hype the guests up for our main entrance. The entire wedding danced the entire night. At one point I don’t think any guests were sitting down. Our family and friends have told us over and over again how great our DJ was. I would recommend them 100 times over for any wedding or party you may have. They made our wedding night one to remember. Simply the best!

The BEST wedding DJ
DJ Smooth absolutely killed it for our wedding! Austin kept the music going with an incredible playlist and “smooth” transitions between songs, and Bill was keeping the party going all night!!! They got the party going immediately and it never stopped! (Literally, even as the workers at the venue were cleaning up, they were dancing and singing!!). All of our guests to this day continue to bring up the “awesome DJ” we had at our wedding and how much fun they had. At one point, I think literally everyone was on the dance floor!! I would recommend this DJ to all couples for weddings!

You Made it Perfect
Wedding day is stressful. There are so many moving parts. Every part of the experience you worry “will this go the way we planned?” The best part is being able to trust any of your vendors and that is what Austin and the rest of Smooth Entertainment accomplished. From beginning until end the entire team knew exactly what to do. How to handle music, how to handle announcements, and how to keep the party going. With all the time you need to put into a wedding day, these guys made it so easy. With a simple set of forms to fill out in terms of music likes and dislikes, once they got what they needed, they made it all come to life. It was so nice not needing to worry about the most important part of the reception, the music and the dancing. I’ve been to weddings where the dance floor was empty, but on our wedding night, there was no such problem. They knew how to read the room and even helped create one of my favorite moments of the night. As corny as it may sound, the entire room gathered in a circle and sang Piano Man. Just the simple act of cutting out the music and letting everyone finish the song showed how creative and how well they pay attention. Food and booze is always something you don’t want to mess up on wedding day, but neither is the DJ. Don’t let a bad DJ ruin the night. Get a 5 star team like Austin and the rest of Smooth Entertainment!

Austin was the first vendor we reached out too, even before we had our venue secured. Colleagues and clients of mine have used Smooth Entertainment for their weddings and we knew once we were engaged, he was a must have vendor for our wedding. Him and Mike did an amazing job in helping us prep and understand our vision. We had an alternative themed cocktail hour which they nailed, and consistently kept an amazing energy through the evening. COVID19 caused us to reschedule our wedding and Smooth Entertainment was nothing but supportive and responsive in the rescheduling process. They genuinely care about you and your wedding day. This isn't some company that just matches you up with a DJ and you just hope you are a good fit. Our guests gave us so many compliments on the music and the atmosphere they help created. Smooth Entertainment was one of the best decisions we made going into our wedding! Austin and his team were absolutely incredible. Before the wedding, they gave us access to a digital library where we could select songs to play for each portion of the wedding and even make lists like "must play" and "do not play". It was so helpful! They were awesome to work with and were total sweethearts! I did an unconventional "Father Figure Dance" that went off without a hitch! Amazing experience
Wow! Can not thank Austin and Mike enough. The dance floor was packed and the music was bumping all night long. Austin's choices were fun and upbeat! Wedding DJ - highly recommend
Austin was great to work with, he was very responsive, open to suggestions and ideas. He kept the party moving and played songs that went with the flow of the wedding. Overall we had a great experience and definitely would work with him and Smooth Entertainment again.

Greatest. Wedding. Ever
May 4. All is quiet in the land of Philadelphia. We are preparing to tie the knot at the Academy of Natural Sciences. Things are going well, but little did we know what we had in store for us. Sure, saying yes to your loved one forever is great, but the tracks that Smooth Entertainment dropped were honestly better. Music so good and tasty even the skeletons and exhibits started dancing. Mike made our wedding that much more special, which is hard to do when you get married under dinosaurs. He was professional, on time, and always quick on the mic. I can’t recommend him and his company enough. If I ever have to get married again, I know who to call.

Amazing Experience
Words cannot explain how amazing Mike and Austin were for our wedding in June! We trusted them through the process as they walked us through the timeline of our special day, giving us recommendations to make it flow as smoothly as possible. They took the time to answer our questions, take special requests, and make sure our day was one to remember. They made sure all guests were dancing all night including a memorable moment of our poppop leading the love train, which no one missed out on. Simply Fantastic! I can easily say they are more than just a DJ and you will not be disappointed! We highly recommend Smooth Entertainment.

Best DJ Service!
We used Smooth Entertainment for our wedding in June 2019, and it was amazing! People were dancing all night long which is exactly what we wanted. We had a call with Austin and Mike the week leading up to the wedding and they talked us through the entire day and went over all of our special requests and questions. They did a great job hyping up the crowd and kept the party going, incorporating a wide range a music that was loved by everyone. It was awesome, and the day would NOT have been as great if they weren't a part of it. I HIGHLY recommend booking them!

Great experience
We used Smooth Entertainment for our wedding. Communication leading up to the event was perfect-with emails and phone calls to work out all of the details for our day. Austin and Eric were so easy to work with and made us feel comfortable immediately after meeting them. We did not have to worry about a thing from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception. The guys both checked in on us throughout the evening and kept us updated on the timeline from the kitchen as well as different parts throughout the night. We had an amazing wedding and we’re so happy Austin and Eric could be a part of our day!

The Immaculate Reception
Austin and Mike were incredible from start to finish. Exceptional communication, which is key to the wedding planning process as we all know. They handled both EmCee/DJ duties and worked very well alongside our the staff at the venue throughout entire reception. The dance floor was packed all night long, and I heard from many people it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended! Dancing BEFORE dinner!
I can not say enough good things about this company. The DJs at our wedding on Saturday got everyone off their feet before dinner was even served!! Great music..awesome MC... would highly recommend this company for any event!

Our photographer suggested Smooth Entertainment to DJ our wedding, after she had worked several weddings with him, and I am so glad we took her advice. We met with Austin initially to get a feel for his style, and we immediately knew we wanted to move forward with booking him. We loved his vibe, and his professionalism. Austin made sure every detail of our wedding was accounted for, and made it easy for us to manage all of our song request from his online portal. Our guest varied in age, and Austin made sure the dance floor was never emptied and kept the party going. I highly suggest booking Smooth Entertainment for your event.

3-23-19 was Smooth!
We could not have asked for a better duo to host and play the sickest beats. We loved everything from the mood setting music to the classics, pop, hip hop, rap, throwbacks and mixes. Mike and Austin are the real deal and truly brought the club to our wedding. They also helped to execute a performance for Derrick Barry- the world famous Britney Spears impersonator from Vegas, America’s Got Talent and Rupaul’s Drag Race in the middle of the wedding! It was a magic night and we owe a ton to Smooth Entertainment! Thank you!!!

Only way to do it right is through Smooth.
Austin and Mike did a fantastic job making our wedding night really special. They are professional and reliable. They make sure you are comfortable with song choices and transitions and will plan out the music and announcements for the entire reception so it flows smoothly. Austin’s mixes creates a lively atmosphere with everyone and I mean everyone getting up and onto the dance floor. Your guest will be complementing the DJ and express how sore they are from all the dancing. Also If you do any extras, like we choose to do a monogram, Austin and Mike helped us pick a style that we liked and then had it custom made. They can position it anywhere you like and it really adds an inviting touch to the room/dance floor. Hillary and I are extremely happy with our experience with Smooth Entertainment and highly recommend this duo.

So fun!
Austin and Mike were soooo personable and easy to work with. Not only were they personable but they are amazing at what they do. Our guests were dancing from before dinner until the very last song. During AND after the wedding we had so many guests tell us that the music was so fun and great. We could not have had a better time!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Made our night perfect
From the day we booked Austin as our DJ, he and Mike were immediately engaged in our wedding. With planning a wedding and having a life at the same time, things are obviously hectIc. When we thought we were behind on our planning, Austin was already 2 steps ahead of us to help accommodate everything. As for the night, absolutely incredible. We had a last minute change to our intro song, and Austin had it changed seamlessly. All of our guests had an amazing time, and many of our guests commented on how DJ Smooth was the best DJ they have ever seen at a wedding. Let Austin and Mike make your night one to remember!

It’s so hard to summarize our experience with Austin and Mike in just a short amount of words. They were absolutely incredible. They made Derek and I’s wedding night everything we could’ve ever dreamed up. Everyone was up and dancing the entire time because of the awesome music they played. We love how they set a specific time to speak to us weeks, and even days before the wedding to make sure everything was perfect for us. They are so fun! I had so many compliments from all my guest. Non-stop great music!
We had such a great experience with Austin at Smooth Entertainment. We very much wanted to make sure our wedding was a fun dance party, and he didn't disappoint! He was very willing to work with us long-distance since we didn't live in the area, and he was always very professional, responsive, and excited for our event. During our reception he played awesome songs that kept people on the dance floor all night long and he made sure there was never a lull. We're still talking about how great the music was!

Austin was amazing! We gave him a list of what seemed like a crazy mixture of songs, but he was on board and loved our suggestions. He knew exactly how to organize it. He was flexible and helped keep things on schedule. He had perfect timing and the way he mixes music is exactly what we wanted for our wedding reception! We didn’t want the same old DJ experience where they play one song after another start to finish. Austin was able to read the room and what our guests were feeling. He kept the music upbeat and played the best parts of songs! When he would transition from one song to the next, our guests “Woo’d!!!!” with excitement! We received so many compliments that it was the best wedding/party people have been to! Wish we could re-live it! I will be strongly referring Austin to my friends for their future weddings/parties! Graduation Party - From beginning to end there wasn't ONE dull moment at our party. I still get asked by our guests, "Hey can I have your playlist?" Everyone (young and old) commented to me on how much they enjoyed the music. Prior to the party, Austin reached out to us, meeting at our house, where we discussed what types of music to play. These were notable signs that were clear on how invested and dedicated he was to making our party a memorable and fun time that all could recollect on. It's hard to find someone as caring and dedicated as Austin. Once again we would like to thank him for providing our party's "soundtrack". We highly recommend him. Thanks Austin!

Austin is amazing!! I used his services for my wedding. He had the dance floor full of guests (from the oldest to the youngest) before dinner was even served. After dinner, the dance floor never had a dull moment. At the end of the reception my guests started changing “one more song”. He had a great mix of classic wedding songs along with some newer upbeat songs. It’s been 3 weeks since my wedding and I still have people telling me how amazing my DJ was. He truly made my reception memorable. I am hard to please but I highly recommend DJ Smooth! This is one vendor you will not regret working with.

Austin and Mike did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding! Our original DJ had an emergency health situation only 5 weeks before our big day. After two friends recommended Austin we immediately contacted him, and were so happy that we did! He got back to us immediately and assured us that our day would be everything we had hoped. Austin and Mike were unbelievably fun, professional, and set the tone for the entire night. Our guests never left the dance floor! We can not thank them enough for creating such a great night, and would recommend their services to anyone!
