  October Wedding at the Museum

  We had the absolute pleasure of working with Smoke in the Hills Catering for our event, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the team was a dream to work with—so professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail.

  Smoke in the Hills is the bomb.com!

  We used Smoke in the Hills for our wedding and we can’t rave about them enough! Kelly is so fun and easy to work with and has a lot of knowledge in what you’ll need for your big day. The food is DELICIOUS! All of our guests came up to us and our parents to say that the food was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. 10 out of 10 recommend Smoke in the Hills (definitely recommend the jalapeño popper dip…YUM!)

  Best food we've had catered!

  I run a large fundraising gala and Smoke in the Hills delivered again for us this year!! Our guests raved at the delicious chicken caprese with green beans and homemade garlic mashed potatoes. There food is beautiful to look at too! Working with their team is very easy and they are so flexible that they literally delivered to our venue as we have volunteers that serve. Thank you Kelly, Brad and Lisa! We could not do this event without you!!!

  Amazing food!

  I recently attended a wedding for a good friend and the food and service was amazing. The staff was very professional and helpful. They served over 300 guests very quickly which allowed us to get back to the fun. The BBQ was some of the best that I have had. The brisket was so tender you could cut it with a fork. I will be using them in the future.

  Smoke in the Hills and ALL of their staff was incredible! From the very beginning, Kelly was very straight forward, transparent with pricing, and responded so quickly to all of my questions, so much so that I actually booked them without even having tried the food! Throughout our tasting and endless menu revisions (thanks mom!), they were so incredibly patient and kind.
  
  Our guests could not stop raving about how great the food was, but even more importantly, how kind and attentive the staff was. Could not recommend more! You cannot go wrong with Smoke in the Hills!

  Our wedding was on Nov. 4th 2023 and Smoke In The Hills, they were an essential part to our day. The food was a huge hit! We did cocktail hour apps, main course dessert and even a late night snack with them. Kelly and her husband and their team are incredible. Everything was excellent and we had so many compliments on the food. Please book them for events!!

  Perfect caterer for a party of 165 people!

  I love that they hire local students to help serve and work the functions. The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful! The food was wonderful! Everyone raved about how yummy it was! It was fresh and flavorful! We will use them again for our parties!

  Kelly and her team are superior. They handled our wedding at ring mountain flawlessly. We had an array of bbq and deserts. They were on time and didn’t need any prompts to handle our guests. Don’t hesitate to hire them for your catering needs.

  We used smoke in the hills for a rehearsal dinner at a venue in Comfort TX and were sooo lucky to have found them. It was seamless from delivery to serving to clean up. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. The menu was varied and very very good in taste and presentation.
  We liked them so much we used them again for a 90th birthday party. Super service:)

  The Absolute BEST!!

  Smoke In the Hills was one of our best decisions for our son’s wedding! We used them for both the rehearsal dinner and the reception and both nights were flawlessly executed and the food was delicious! Once you meet with Kelly, you immediately know that she has it together and your event will be a tremendous success, at least in terms of catering! She brings plenty of staff with her, so there were no lines of people waiting on food either night! Food was hot and delicious, and served on time. We were able to enjoy ourselves, confident that our guests were well taken care of! Do yourself a favor and book a meeting and tasting with Kelly. You’ll likely book them on the spot!!

  Incredibly delicious BBQ

  We had heard about Smoke in the HIlls BBQ in the past. When arranging for a work event dinner, there was no question that they were who we called! People tend to think BBQ is too casual. Smoke in the Hills BBQ set up was really nice. They served everything on nice glass plates, used glass stemware, and the cheesecake dessert bar was wonderful! They couldn't had made it any nicer unless we had candles on the tables! We would highly recommend them for any catered event!

  The Smoke in the Hills BBQ Team is filled with kind, compassionate, and communicative people! They really hope to provide exceptional food to weddings and events. They catered our wedding this past may and we re so professional and helpful. The food was absolutely incredible. Our guests are still talking about the food and wondering when we can order more for a family gathering!
