Cheapest linens anywhere! Just bear in mind, you’ll have a DIY project getting the creases out. What worked for us: tumble dry a couple tablecloths at a time with a couple of rolled up hand towels (put rubber bands around them to keep them rolled up), then fold and hang on a portable clothes rack. For the few tablecloths that I wanted to look really pristine, I steamed them with a steam iron.
Also ordered a couple chair covers, chair sashes, cloth napkins, and plastic serveware… all of it worked perfectly! -

This is the way to go for wedding linens! I bought my table cloths and napkins for cheaper than it would have been to rent them from a wedding rental place. Great value and lots of options. The items were delivered on time and everything looked great! -

I love Smarty Had a Party! You won't find cheaper linens options anywhere. Two weeks or so before my wedding I decided to order a few extra things (some runners and extra tablecloths I'd overlooked). The price was great, they shipped quickly, and it looked great the day of. -

My linens and napkins were beautiful. They really tied my theme together, and were very reasonably priced even for satin! The prices were far less than half of what renting the same items would have been, so the value was fantastic! -

Our venue did not provide linens and suggested we rent linens from a particular company in our area. A quick online search helped us find Smarty Had A Party instead, which let us purchase all of our linens for less than half the cost of renting them! We ordered most of our linens about two months out just to be safe, and they arrived in just a few days! A little over a week before our wedding we realized we needed a few extra linens, and even with regular shipping, they arrived a few days before our wedding! This company is so sweet and friendly and nice to work with. They'll give you a personal coupon code if you send them a message on Facebook, and each box from them contained a few packets of Smarties candy.
Also, we were looking for a particular shade of purple cocktail napkins, and their customer service representative helped us figure out that their purple wouldn't match and we'd be better off selecting a different color. This was much better than us ordering the wrong thing and having to deal with returns.
Everything we ordered arrived quickly, well-packaged, and was of great quality. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who is looking into purchasing linens. -

I am so thankful my mother found Smart Had a Party online. We used their linens for our wedding day and we were thrilled with our order. We purchased a small order of chair sashes and table runners, along with some fabric samples about 8 months before our wedding to try things out. They arrived quickly and were all great quality. About 2 months before our wedding, we ordered our table runners, chair sashes, napkins, and organza candy bags. Our order arrived in about a week and, again, the quality was superb - especially the vibrant dark purple color we ordered! We had everything we needed to decorate our ceremony and reception for a fraction of the cost of another linen company. If you, your wedding planner, or your venue are willing to set up these linens, I would highly suggest doing them yourself through Smarty Had a Party! -

Smarty Had a Party provided beautiful linens for my June 20, 2014 wedding. I used their hot pink pintuck tablecloths for my head table, runners for my gift, place card and hors d'oeuvre tables and overlay for my cake table. I also ordered hot pink napkins for a fraction of what it would have cost to rent from my caterer. Everything looked fantastic and their prices were really great. Can’t wait to use them again! -

We ordered all our paper goods from Smarty Had a Party, after comparing prices at local restaurant and party supply stores. The products arrived exactly as described and shown on the site, with adequate packing to make sure they all arrived in good condition. Plus they even throw in some Smarties candies for fun! The prices on linens for purchase on this site are even cheaper than rental!
Hint: Visit their Facebook page and ask for a discount code. They'll respond in a day or two with a little discount for you. -

Smarty Had A Party! is a great place to get good quality supplies at affordable prices. Instead of going with the cheap plastic 'crystal' plates, I saw beautiful and durable plates for a reasonable price. For less than $100 I bought 100 cups, 100 plates, two packs of napkins(50 in each), a tablecloth, and disposable silverware. It looked beautiful, and looked better than some of the brand name items at party stores. If you want affordable, yet nice looking supplies get it from Smarty Had A Party! -

We absolutely loved the options, the actual items purchased, the value, and most of all the customer service. The customer service blew us away. We purchased very nice plastic buffet and cake plates, flatware and napkins for use at our daughter's engagement party and at one of her bridal showers. The quality was great and some people didn't realize that they were disposable. Delivery was prompt and when an item was backordered, they gave me what they had on hand and followed with my full order when available at no additional cost for what was on hand. They called me when they realized the were out of stock and were very nice. I love the name of this company, too. -

Had a wonderful experience! I ordered from them twice, both times for tablecloths and table runners. Both orders came quickly and correctly. Quality of both the tablecloths and the runners were great and I'll be using the tablecloths again in the future. For our wedding reception, we needed to keep costs low and didn't want to use glass or china, but we didn't want to use basic paper plates either. Smarty Had A Party was an awesome compromise between the two, and was perfect for our wedding!
We ordered the plastic white dinner & salad plates (With the silver rim), plastic white cake plates, and the Glimmerware plastic silverware. We also used the thick plastic cups, wine goblets, & champagne flutes. Everything was perfect for what we were going for, and even though it was plastic, it didn't feel *cheap*. If that makes sense?
We also ordered the "Linen Like" tablecloths for all of our tables. This was really my only issue with the order--I wouldn't necessarily say that the tablecloths are like Linen.. They had more of a thick-paper towel-like feel to them to me. Don't get me wrong--They were still totally awesome, but it wasn't exactly what I was expecting. They still worked wonderfully, but just a heads up to those that are expecting an actual "Linen Like" tablecloth, which I really didn't think that these were.
No matter what, everything was perfect! You really can't go wrong if using these for a simple, low key wedding. -

I bought linen and runners for my wedding and they were prompt with their service. Love that they give new customers promo codes to purchase their items. The only reason why I'm giving 4 1/2 stars in quality is the linen took a while to iron out the wrinkles after removing it from the box. But I'm very satisfied with them and would recommend for brides who want to buy linen on a budget.

We decided that having colorful linens at our reception would be more fun than using the plain white ones offered by our venue, but we didn't want to go way over budget to make that happen. Smarty Had a Party was a great affordable option for us!
We purchased teal linen napkins for each guest and were very pleased. The napkins are around $2.50 for a pack of 5, which is a great price. They were the color we expected (very similar to website on several different monitors), held up great during our event, and were shipped with no issues.
We also ordered brown overlays. First, we ordered the 72x72 square chocolate organza overlays. They looked good in the packaging, but when I opened one to check it out, I realized it was the wrong size. None of the 15 overlays we ordered were square or a consistent size - they were all rectangles smaller than 72 inches on each side. That was disappointing, but Smarty had a Party's customer service team was FANTASTIC. I have never gotten off the phone with a customer service rep smiling, but I did with their team - they were that responsive and friendly! They sent us a second set of overlays and let us keep the first at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the replacement organza overlays were also the wrong size.
Smarty had a Party pulled the product from their website so no one else would encounter the issue and then gave us a credit to discount a future purchase. We tried one more time to order brown overlays, this time choosing a satin overlay that was a little more expensive than the organza. When the overlays came in, they were larger than the organza but still the wrong size. We ended up renting linens through a different company and Smarty Had a Party refunded our money for the order.
Overall, I would still consider ordering from this company again. The napkins were perfect and the prices are really low. Just order early and be prepared for possible issues. -

The products they have are wonderful. My tables looked incredible with all plastic. It was great, everything was throw away and looked like real dishes, silverwear, and glasses. There was no worry. If something broke, oh well. No charges for renting and then having to pay for broken dishes or glasses. It's a great way to go. -

This is a great website for disposible dishes, cutlery, napkins, etc. The products look modern and very nice (not like most plastice disposables). We ordered white square dinner plates and dessert plates. They also have triangle shaped dishes and small appetizer dishes, etc. -

We got nearly all of our reception venue items here (plates, cups, silverware, etc.). It's definitely the standard in online shopping: big inventory, low cost, no one to help you. We probably wouldn't suggest it if you're trying to get ideas, but if you know what you want like we did, it's a great place to get items in bulk at a low price without sacrificing quality. -

The thing I agonized most about? Chair sashes. Not even kidding. I looked at every website contemplating what to do-- my color was grey and I was having no luck finding the "right" shade. I finally decided on Smarty Had A Party because they were cheap and had napkins to match. I ordered chair sashes and napkins in silver.
The chair sashes looked great but definitely silver instead of grey (which is what I expected)-- because of how they were packaged my mom did decide to iron the sashes. They added a lot to our reception venue and you bet I am going to try to sell them!
The napkin color quality was less awesome. We noticed that there were different shades in our order. Instead of trying to get new ones we just used the ones we ordered thinking our guests would not notice (and I don't think they did). If I would have been feeling more bridezilla Smarty probably would have been getting a call. The napkins also had to be ironed.
I would recommend (hello, cheaper than renting) but be wary that products will need some extra TLC (ironing) and there may be defects (color). -

Basically, it was a no hassle purchase and delivery and the products were well packaged. This vendor offer a pretty nice collection to choose from, and I took advantage of their free shipping offer (when you spend a certain amount).
Also, they have a feature that allows you to receive an e-mail alert when an item out of stock becomes available. -

Ordered satin table runners for our wedding from this website. Website was easy to use and pricing was low. However I think it's a good example of "you get what you pay for". The table runners were not all evenly hemmed and a few were stained. It ended up working out fine because we had ordered some extras and I don't think anyone really noticed that the runners weren't great, but if you expect perfection, don't order these. If you just want something cheap and will use for one day, these may be fine for you. -

Ordered hunter green tablecloths and napkins, arrived on time but do not match. Ordered napkins and matching tablecloth because I needed them to match. Just beware when ordering. -

Where is my order???
June 17, 2022 I placed my order. June 23, 2022 I reached out by email to see the status of the order and was told " We temporarily placed your order on hold because some of the items listed below are back-ordered with estimated availability on 7/15/22." July 19 ,2022 I reached out again to follow up on my order and was told "I sent you an email previously as we temporarily placed your order on hold because some of the items listed below are back-ordered with estimated availability on 7/15/22." My response "You did and thank you so much for your quick response response but I was asking because it was after that 7/15 date and I was just seeing If items have come in because my event is coming up and if I have to order somewhere else I need to know that?" Response "We got an update that the availability was moved to 7/30. Would you consider to wait until nextweek?" I agreed to wait. Today is July 30th. If this company is open weekends I look forward to my order being shipped today. If it is not I will wait patiently until August 3, 2022 then I will be forced to file a claim with my bank and report this to the BBB So others do not have to encounter what I have had to. -

Sent the wrong tablecloths that were obviously wrong. Sent a picture to them and they asked for another, and admitted it had the correct info only after I called them. Received no communication after that. -

I ordered some items from Smarty and had to return a few of them which I didn't think would be a big deal. I called and spoke with one of their reps and she helped me get the RMA # and fill out the form for the return. We talked about what it was I was returning and and how long it would take to get a refund. Well I got a party of my money back but not all of it as I was told some of the items (which were wine carafes) were not returnable. After calling there 3 times and leaving messages for Jennifer to call me back I did get a call back from another person who said that those items where not returnable. I asked why would I spend $30 to ship these back if they were not returnable. The rep I first talked to never indicated that these were not returnable and said there would be no problems with my return. He said he would take it up with a manager and call me back which he never has. He wanted to know who I spoke with, then said there were only 3 people who answered the phone and would figure it out. I never dealt with this company before this and I never plan to again. -

Would never use this company
Placed an order on Aug. 9. It said backorder and would receive by Sept. 2. See the shower was for beginning of Oct. didn't see a problem with the delivery date. Now Sept. 9. Called to see when to expect it and was told middle or late Oct. When asked why I wasn't contacted was told they sent out an email but it seemed several people didn't get it. At what point do you double check if you know there was a problem with your emails. Cancelled order and will never use them again. -

5 years of spam
Smarty Had A Party is a company that does not respect customers. We have followed the opt out process for Smarty Has A Party marking/spam emails and they just keep spamming. History: Ordered items in 2015 for wedding and opted out of SPAM immediately. All was good until 2018 when they started spamming again. Opted out and all was good until early 2019 when a barrage of spam started again. Then again earlier this year in March 2020 more spam. Opted out and but yet again in June 2020 more spam. I have now blocked this company completely and will never recommend them or do business with them again. A company that does not respect its customers is not a good company -

I would put 0 stars if this was an option. I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the products I received. I contacted customer service & they don't have an exchange policy. They recommended that I sell these on a resell site. This is the worst customer experience I've every heard of. -
