My first session with Hannah was in the summer of ‘22. Then I got the pleasure of working with her again for my Texas A&M grad pics in the spring of ‘23. Naturally, when my husband and I got engaged there was no question in my mind who I could trust more to be behind the camera capturing our big day! From engagement photos and bridal portraits to our marriage on 12.14.24. Hannah continues to exceed expectations delivering captured memories with quality and care. With a wedding party of 26, a couple of 12 month old ring bearers, a flower girl dog, and no wedding coordinator our wedding was no easy task but, Hannah kept things moving and gave me peace. I continue to receive endless compliments through everything Hannah has delivered, she never disappoints, and I am blessed to continue to work with her for years to come as we grow a family. Choose Smallwood Photography and you won’t regret it! -

Smallwood Photography is nothing short of amazing! Hannah photographed both our engagement session and wedding, and we were so impressed by how personal and intentional she was in bringing our vision to life. She truly took the time to understand our style and made sure every detail reflected it.
She captured so many meaningful moments from our wedding day that we will cherish forever. My husband and I felt completely comfortable and confident in front of her camera, which made the entire experience even more special. We can’t recommend Smallwood Photography enough!

I am still SO HAPPY we chose Hannah as our photographer!! Everyone knows the photographer you choose is one of the biggest vendor decisions you can make for your big day. I remember making a list of potential people we wanted to use and something kept me going back to Hannah and I have no regrets! Our photos turned out GORGEOUS and I was so happy she stuck to her timeline on delivery. We knew when to expect our photos back and she delivered on that expectation. But what I also loved was her energy on our day. She made me feel like it was my big day and whatever I needed was okay. At the same time, she kept us on our timeline and made sure we got all the photos we requested to have after our big day. Before our wedding day, she requested a shot list and on our day she was educated on our list and remembered what we had asked for! Impressed and happy is an understatement!! Her team was also SO sweet and so helpful the entire time! I am OBSESSED with our photos and thanks to Hannah, we will cherish them for the rest of our lives. My advice to any brides out there- choose Smallwood Photography and know that documenting your wedding day is in great hands! :) -

Hannah made our wedding memories last a lifetime.
Words truly cannot describe how wonderful it was to work with Hannah as our wedding photographer. From our very first consultation, she was so kind, genuine, and easy to talk to. Choosing her was the easiest decision that my husband and I made in our entire wedding planning process. Throughout every step, she was organized, timely, and incredibly communicative, which gave us so much peace of mind leading up to the big day.
For every shoot - from our private marriage ceremony to our big wedding - Hannah showed up with a creative vision and the most positive, uplifting energy. She has such a natural way of making you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and it was such a relief knowing I could completely trust her to capture every special moment, whether I realized it or not.
After each session, I could hardly wait to see the photos, and every single time, I was blown away by her talent. Let’s just say it was definitely worth the wait! The images she created for us are beyond beautiful - filled with emotion, the perfect lighting, and authenticity. I still find myself in awe as I look through our galleries just to relive those special moments all over again.
Not only is Hannah incredibly gifted behind the camera, but she is also one of the sweetest, most thoughtful people you will ever meet. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond - constantly checking in with my husband and me, making sure we were doing okay and didn’t need anything. She truly cared about us, not just as clients, but as people too.
We will cherish the images Hannah captured for us for a lifetime, and we already can’t wait to work with her again - even if it means travelling back to Texas for another shoot! She is a truly sweet soul and a phenomenal photographer; we couldn’t recommend her more highly. -

Captured Every Moment Beautifully
We absolutely loved working with Hannah! Smallwood Photography was hands down our favorite vendor — she captured every moment so perfectly and made everything feel so natural, easy, and effortless.
She photographed both my wedding day and bridals so beautifully — they seriously look like they belong in a wedding magazine. Her editing style matched the vibe of our wedding and our relationship perfectly. Looking back at our photos feels like reliving our wedding day all over again. Every moment captured was beautiful, priceless, and one of a kind. Hannah truly has a gift for photography, and it shines through in every single photo she takes.
Throughout the entire process, she was quick to respond anytime we needed her. On the wedding day, she was calm, patient, and kind — even with all the unexpected obstacles that came up. Smallwood Photography truly made our wedding day even more special, and we are beyond grateful to have had her as our photographer.

Wonderful photos and experience with Small Wood Photography!
Hannah with Small Wood Photography was honestly one of our favorite vendors to work with. From the very beginning, she made everything feel easy and natural. She was super flexible—she even made the trip out to Houston for our engagement photos and helped capture bridal portraits before the big day, which meant so much to us.
Her editing style is exactly what we were looking for. It matched our wedding vibe perfectly—soft, romantic, and true to life without feeling overly filtered or trendy. Looking through our gallery felt like reliving the day all over again, just through a dreamy lens.
We also loved how she and her second shooter worked as a team. They managed to catch so many important moments from different angles—like both of our reactions during the vows—which gave us such a full, emotional view of the day. They were everywhere without ever feeling like they were in the way.
Hannah was calm, kind, and just a lovely presence to have around during such a big moment in our lives. She truly captured us and our people in the most genuine way. We’re so grateful we found her and can’t recommend her enough!

Great experience

Bridal and Wedding Photography💍👰🏻♀️
Hannah did an OUTSTANDING job on both my bridal portraits and my wedding photos. She was incredibly easy to work with and very responsive throughout the entire process. I am very much a ‘pose me and I’ll smile’ kind of person, and she took that and ran with it. She gave me such peace of mind and gave me the bridal/wedding photos of my dreams. It was like she read my mind the entire time! I can’t wait to enjoy her work for a lifetime. Hannah made my wedding day seamless and helped with many other things outside of photography to ensure our special day was truly special and coordinated. Working with Hannah couldn’t have been more perfect. She was super sweet and did SO much for me. I loved how helpful she was, she made us laugh and fixed every issue that she could. Gorgeous work!
My husband Lance and I booked Hannah to photograph our elopement in Colorado. Working with Hannah was such a DREAM. She made the whole experience, so fun and lighthearted. It was just how we had always imagined. I would hands down recommend hiring Hannah as your photographer. She is super sweet and you will love her from the second you meet her. She is super good at helping you pose to create the perfect pictures to capture your special day. She is so AMAZING at the work she does. You can tell from her GORGEOUS work that she has ample experience. We could not have been more impressed with the gallery we got from Hannah. I 10/10 recommend booking Hannah for your next photoshoot. -

Absolutely amazing!!!
Hannah was absolutely amazing!!! She was so patient with me through the process. I had ideas of what I wanted but nothing super specific and she worked her magic to get me the perfect shots! She did our engagements and wedding and all of the pictures are fantastic! We got married in the April during the crazy wedding and grad pic season and she still had our pictures to us within about a month— and if you saw how many shoots she was posting about you’d understand why I was prepared to wait twice as long! She is so sweet and does what she can to make your day perfect! I highly recommend her and we will definitely use her in the future for our photographer needs! -

I HIGHLY recommend Hannah/ Smallwood Photography. She is absolutely phenomenal. Her time management skills are excellent, allowing just enough time to capture the poses I had on my shot list. The photo quality is pristine. Hannah’s turnaround time is way ahead of other photographers. Just a few weeks instead of months!
