Fantastic Experience!

My husband Rafael and I booked Sloan for our wedding and she was fantastic!! We wanted a blend of American and Brazilian music and Sloan did a wonderful job of curating a set for us that was unforgettable. Leading up to our wedding she was always available when we needed her and throughout the process she was very professional. Our wedding had banger after banger, thanks to Sloan!

Perfect Choice!

Sloan was amazing from the beginning to the end. We had reached out to many other DJs and couldn't find one that really "got" us. From the first call we new she was perfect. She did the music for both our ceremony and reception. Her online music portal made submitting my song list super easy! When it came to ceremony music, I picked some pretty obscure songs, but this was no problem for Sloan! Everything was perfect for the ceremony! The reception also turned out better than I could've imagined! While we picked a majority of the music, Sloan picked the perfect songs to fill the empty gaps and made sure to put in some requests from the guests! People were out on the dance floor until we had to make them leave! Many of my guests told me that She was so amazing with song selection and arrangement that they had a hard time leaving the dance floor to go to the bar! My cousin even bruised his hip flexor from dancing so hard! If you are looking for a DJ that makes sure every guest is having the best time, I would definitely recommend Sloan!

She really got us

Sloan was super easy to communicate with and shared so much knowledge throughout the days leading up to our wedding. When we were shopping around for DJs we felt no one really got us as a couple and our tastes until we spoke with Sloan. On the night of our wedding we could not have asked for more. Our guests danced all night and raved about the music vibe. Hire Sloan and know you are in great hands.

BEST DJ for a party of a lifetime!

This is an experience like you won’t find anywhere else. OMG WOW. The music was amazing & she kept everything moving so there was never a dull moment. Not one! She won’t sell you short it give you anything less than spectacular or what you deserve for your big day. Totally understated that we had the time of our lives and I can’t imagine any DJ taking care of us any better. We were so lucky to find & book her and couldn’t be happier!

So happy!!

We were so excited to find a female DJ and someone who could play music for our very culturally diverse crowd. We wanted what seemed like a difficult mix of Spanish/Latin Persian , European, American because of our backgrounds and families - and Sloan pulled it all off flawlessly! Everyone danced and felt included and honestly no one could say enough about how great and original the music was, and how skilled Sloan was. We had the night of our lives and owe most of that to her because the way she handled the music and vibe. Thank you - you are the best!!

Game Changer for your wedding

Sloan is a specialist not a generalist like most DJs. Rather than playing the same wedding songs she does totally different mixes for each couple and made us feel super special because she absolutely got us. She is all about original for each couple and it shows because no one ever got bored and we got SO many compliments. BEST Choice we made!

Sloan came up with the most brilliant mix for our wedding. We sent her some songs and she filled in the rest , and just made it so special - and original! She really put her own twist on it so it wasn’t like every other wedding in the least. She’s super detailed and makes everything so fun- we could NOT stop dancing. SO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

my husband and I had expected things to be great since we heard so many good things about Sloan- but we weren't prepared for how much we were going to dance! Just when I thought I'd take a break Sloan would throw on something else that I couldn't resist! We got many manycompliments and still grinning from all that fun! Best / most fun dancing I've ever had hands down! Sloan also nailed our ceremony and cocktail hr. The best vibe ever at our wedding! I think She’s Easily one of The best anywhere.

DJs like a rockstar But cares way more about what you and your people want to dance to and hear and creating the best overall experience possible. THIS is who to book. We hired her for ceremony + reception +lighting + additional sound. Everything was beautiful and the sound was off the chain! After submitting some songs and her asking us several questions about our likes & our crowd she put together the most amazing and perfect mix to keep people happy. Thank you!!! You are the best!

With both families combined it was a pretty big group (a little under 300). So, we knew - and Slone knew- we needed a lot of different kinds of music to please everyone from different backgrounds. Slone really played to all of our different segments. After pricing and speakingto a few DJs I highly recommend having a quick phone convo at least - but not making our decision solely on price. I will definitively say there's no one quite like her and You get WAY more than you pay for compared to similarly priced experienced DJs in the Atl. area. After attending about a bazillion weddings IMO the DJ would be first then the venue/climate control is what made or meh'd those parties. THANK YOU! I can't wait to recommend you to my friends !!

Sloan ROCKED our wedding. She played amazing music from the beginning to the end. She took the music we we wanted and in return gave us something even better than we could have imagined. Sloan was amazing! Super professional and detailed and knew when to change It up at just the right times for maximum dance floor impact. MAGICMAGICMAGIC! After checking out Sloan's site , reviews and her insta, videos etc we pretty much knew she was the one we wanted to book.
Sloan really honors and caters to your exact tastes, and can match any vibe. We weren't looking for a typical basic wedding DJ and needed someone who could manage our 250 ish person guest list and keep the party moving - which she totally succeeded in. We had a killer mix of indie, dance, hip hop, pop, classics etc all reworked with a modern edge that suited us to a t and our guests kept and keep talking about the music! I heard about Sloan through a friend coworker who attended a wedding she DJd He said it was the best wedding he'd ever attended because of the music and party vibe so I could not wait to talk to her! Weddings can be weird so we didn't mind spending just a little bit more to getsomething special, in fact I feel like we got an incredible deal with Sloan and you can't put a price on an experience like this! She filled the dancefloor even with the most fickle of dancers! our grandparents and older folks were even shaking it! Beyond an amazing experience and the absolute time of our lives!! All I can say is wow and we were so so lucky to have found her!

SOOOO NOT UR EVERYDAY DJ! Sloan Lee brings the party!!! We love you Sloan!
we really weren't looking for your typical wedding DJ - but someone who was really good at weddings and rocking a party. Sloan doesn't have to be on the mic ad libbing over music like a lot of wedding DJs do to keep the party up- so gross and cheesey. She was AMAZING!! She was so good at keeping the tunes pumping and people dancing and keeping things interesting and super fun. I get choked up just writing this thinking about how amazing it all was and we basically owe it all to her. To say she exceeded our expectations is a huge understatement !

All the reviews here are true . This DJ is a serious party rocking pro that gets all the formal stuff exactly right too. Sloan Lee is an expert at what she does. She 100% customized our music and put so much time in getting the finer details right- it will made a GINORMOUS difference in our wedding! We got so much feedback about how it was the best time dancing and best music at any wedding our guests had attended. IF that's not reason enough to go with Sloan Lee Music I don't know what is! SO SO GOOD!!!

Sloan is a awesome DJ. She had my whole family on the dance floor all night. Even Nana got in on the action, hehe. She actually mixes so there are no awkward pauses. She picked fantastic music, totally suited to our taste, not your typical wedding music. Your music makes or breaks your event and Sloan will 100% deliver. She is a total ROCKSTAR!

We just got back from our honeymoon, and one of the biggest pieces of feedback we've been hearing from our wedding guests since we've been back is how great our music was for our ceremony and reception, and how much better it was than most other weddings that they've attended in the past. Such awesome feedback! Original and upbeat, Sloan Lee knew exactly how to keep the party going. She was very responsive in our planning process, making sure we were all on the same page beforehand, and was completely dialed into our musical tastes. The final result was PERFECT! I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing Sloan's service is. From the day we decided to book her through the night of the wedding. She provides a level of professionalism and talent that is beyond anything I've ever heard of elsewhere.

When we booked, she made sure to talk to my wife and I about our music tastes, the tastes of our family and guests, and how that would fit into the flow of the wedding. Leading up to the day of, she was incredibly helpful in making sure we provided all the information she needed and helping us determine the music/cues for the entire night. On the night of, she was quick, flexible, astute.

We are still getting compliments and comments about how great the music was four months later. To be frank, people danced their butts off. Sloan was one of the biggest factors to making our wedding the most memorable night in our life.

We wanted to book Sloan for our engagement party but she was already booked, and we almost missed out for our wedding so if ur thinking of booking her don't drag your feet! We were super excited to get her because we heard such good things from friends of ours who saw her DJ at another wedding. We hired her for ceremony and reception and she pulled out all the stops for us and gave us a great dance party! Many of our friends said it was the best DJ they had heard at any party or wedding they'd been to! we want to have another party just so we can have her again, can't say enough good things!

It was really nice working with Sloan and getting a different perspective on what you are "supposed"to do it at weddings. We had some more conservative family members on my side, but we already knew we wanted something outside the norm, and she helped us narrow down what that was by getting to know us a better and then making suggestions based on that. She did a really nice job with our lighting and she is really ahead of the game in picking and putting together music - I guess that's why she's a 'music curator' . Sloan- you made our celebration so special and so cool!

we hit it off with Sloan from our very first conversation - she really got us and what we were going for. there's bigger Dj companies, and there's small ones. we didn't want to be just another number or 'paired with a Dj' so we chose sloan to get a more personal experience. she's very real and was very transparent, and gave us exactly what we were looking for which was something unique and tailored us specifically. thanks sloan for everything!

we were concerned about budget but sloan worked w us to meet our needs w payment options and finding the right package for us. we thought the value of what she offered was tremendous and she spent a lot of time prepping before our day getting everything right, it really showed. a different experience that what you mostly find out there, it was very personalized to us. top notch pro I highly recommend- she's excellent!

We hired sloan for our ceremony &reception, and even though we had little complicated of a set up it went extremely well, we are really glad we chose her because he's so accommodating. Things did get a little hazier for me about half way into the reseptiion(you know we had been drinking awhile) but I do remember the music being great and everyone having lots of fun. Even our older guests were getting down and Sloan played music everyone could get into. I'd say we had a very successful event , Thank you Thank you!!!!!

Kelley and I wanted to book Sloan for our wedding because she was great at my friend's wedding. She did a perfect job with the music and crowd control, and we had some rowdy , very drunk people! Sloan is actually skilled at mixing music live vs just playing songs back to back and that takes concentration. Maybe everyone was having too good of a time because we didn't want the night to end, Thanks for putting up with us Sloan and giving us a night to remember forever!!

me and my partner were very happy with our experience. we liked sloan's style- for example getting on the mike when she needed to without being too pushy or over the top. She really made the event about us and it felt very special , and LOVED the music she played, it flowed non-stop!

Sloan was fantastic. My wedding was the first at a new venue so we weren't really sure what sound was going to be like, but Sloan made it work. My husband has kind of eclectic music tastes, but Sloan's music catalog is so expansive we were able to find what he was looking for. Plus, we could request whatever wasn't already there!

Sloan was awesome ! Did an amazing job with all the music and announcements, and kept everything moving right along. We were having some trouble picking out music for dances etc, and we're looking for something non-traditional. She helped us make some great choices and and put our worries about right choices to rest. She knows her stuff and kept a fun and funky vibe happening, everyone had a blast!

I was the maid of honor and was put in charge/ the point person for the DJ. I hardly had to do anything because Sloan already knew what to do! All parts of the ceremony and reception went really smoothly. Also, Sloan's music selection and mixing abilities as a DJ were amazing! Everything was very customized plus she also played a ton of other GREAT music that fit the mood we were trying to create. This girl knows her stuff. Without a doubt, the best wedding I've ever been to and a HUGE part of that reason was Sloan!

If you are particular about your music and it's very important to you, this is the girl you want to hire. Her knowledge is deep and vast, and you'll get a reception that fits your tastes, however unusual. A true gem in the sea of uninteresting DJs!

Sloan Lee has got it going on. We hired her for our "big gay wedding". She played music that was perfect, but not so much top 40 and all the other mess you usually hear at weddings, which is exactly what we were looking for. She curates an experience for you as a couple, which means she puts together the best of a genre or sub genre based on your tastes. We wanted a unique experience and we got it. She mixed in some classics for our older guests, but the whole thing from ceremony to reception felt like a one of a kind thing. She tries to do something a little different and unique for each couple. Also, we are now(two grooms married) so if you are a gay couple you will feel totally at ease with her. Worth every penny and then some!!!

Awesome DJ! You'll be in great hands if you hire Sloan Lee. Me and my partner had a themed event (twenties/vintage). The time she spent putting together all the music and other fine points, (believe me there were a lot) I'm not sure there's anyone else out there who would have spent this much time or is this capable. Never choose your DJ based on price alone, this is a mistake. Most companies are just concerned about getting your booking and your buck, not really concerned about making your wedding something special. This is not Sloan, she really focused in on us. She takes less weddings than these bigger companies and focuses more on the super personalized service she provides. Also, she doesn't hand her clients off to another DJ underling, but this also means she books up quickly, because she will be the one handling your wedding. Don't delay grab her and reserve your date!

We booked Sloan for our wedding and so glad we took the time to research our DJ companies, and instantly I knew she was different from everyone else out there. I've been to some not so great weddings and the main reason was the entertainment. Sloan was everything we were looking for and more. Very well prepared and a true professional, a fabulous DJ and great person all around. Now let me say this. Choosing your DJ is probably one of the most important decisions you can make for your wedding. If you get this wrong, your experience can range from somewhat unpleasant to disaster. I attended one of these weddings recently where the venue was beautiful and everything else was perfect but where the DJ clearly ''came with the venue'' or something, maybe cheap to hire? Anyway, he was awful and people were actually leaving the reception early. You could tell he was playing whatever he usually plays at weddings or he's just been doing this too long, but it wasn't appropriate for the group, totally out of touch. If you hire Sloan, I guarantee you won't have this experience. A cut above even the better DJ's out there. Best of the best.

We had a great experience and the music was fantastic. DJ Sloan spent a lot of time putting our music and the details of our wedding together, and it showed with how well it all went. Sloan also handled our sometimes rowdy guests and family with aplomb. She worked really hard to make sure we had a unique experience that wasn't like every other wedding we've been to. I think a lot of DJ companies say they are different- but she's a girl DJ who's definitely as good- I'd say better, than the 877 other male DJ's out there.

Sloan was so great, put me at ease when I was in total freak out mode. I was really concerned with the timing and organization of everything with my wedding party and guests and she handled it like a pro!
Also, selection of music was great and we had a blast dancing!

Wow such a great experience! I'm so glad we chose Sloan lee Music. Sloan was our DJ and was simply fantastic. The music she chose was really stylish and varied, and we got NUMEROUS compliments. She really captured what we were going for and the atmosphere we were trying to create. I can't recommend her enough. BOOK HER.

Sloan was outstanding! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Her selection of music was dead on, flow of the ceremony, cocktail hour, everything. No one wanted to leave reception the music was so good, her attention to detail and level of service is extremely rare for most the DJ's and companies out there, (at least the ones I talked to before deciding on Sloan), but then she's not your typical wedding DJ. In a nutshell, you can't go wrong! A total class-act.

We hired sloan and our wedding was even better than we thought it could be because of what she brought. You can tell she really likes what she does and likes people. and she's a really great Dj. like SO good.

Sloan lee music was the best choice we could have made at our wedding. Sloan nailed everything from the ceremony music all the way through to the last song at our wedding. She DJ'd like any great club DJ but also put together a custom list based on our rather eclectic taste(s) in music and I swear she read our minds. Plus, I thought my mom was going to adopt or kidnap her- I may have new sister soon. haha. Hire her if you want something different or maybe even if you don't because she's the best at what she does. period.

Sloan Lee music was just what we were looking for. There are so many choices out there, but I'm glad we went with this DJ! They were easy to work with and tailored the music to our crowd and preferences! We will definitely use them again!

We booked Sloan lee and couldn't have been more happy with our decision. With a lot of companies you are just assigned any available DJ, and not necessarily the one that's going to be the best for your wedding. I had this experience when I helped my sister screen DJ's for her wedding- and honestly I wish we had known about Sloan then. Back to my wedding, we had VERY personalized service, she took the time to ask questions to find out about us and our personalities and tastes. As a result, we had a very "curated" and special experience that really reflected who we are. Nothing cookie cutter or remotely cheesy about it. Everything ran smoothly from the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. She really knows a lot about music and creating an atmosphere. If you want some middle aged dude playing your reception, a cheesathon, or an inexperienced DJ, Sloan Lee Music IS NOT it. If you do want that though there's plenty out there to choose from.

Sloan was great! She got our vibe perfectly, she was a dream to work with and she was laid back while still attentive enough to provide suggestions that made our celebration that much better. She worked with our playlist requests, she MC'd the event flawlessly. We would recommend Sloan most highly.

I really have mixed feelings about how the event went. I know people have bad/off days sometimes. I try to be understanding. I was nowhere near a bridezilla. I am a very laid back person and I was pretty flexible and tried to be accommodating and friendly with all my vendors. I was very nervous about hiring a DJ or band, because they really take an event to the next level. When I spoke with Sloan over the phone, she seemed like a good fit and I felt like she "got us." Things went smoothly, some slow responses here and there to questions. Her online event planning form was easy to work with but left out a few important details (for the ceremony). No big deal. I just wrote those into the notes. So let's start with the good. The ceremony went well. The music sounded great. The flow was great. She found a couple of songs that we requested that were likely not easy to find. After the ceremony, I could hear things continue to go smoothly during cocktail hour. I heard quite a few songs on our playlist. At this point I was pretty satisfied with the way things were going. Sloan had to move her equipment for the reception portion to another location (it was on the same property maybe two or three football fields away). So it wasn't a far distance to drive at all. Well, she essentially disappeared for at least 45 minutes. We were sitting waiting outside the reception area after all our formal photos to make our entrance. All our friends are coming out waving to us and wondering what the heck is going on. Apparently there was some issue with her car, but it was nothing that made it undrivable. After this incident it did not seem like she never fully recovered. Also we were charged extra for the move (and it wasn't a small amount). Long story short, she was the only thing at our wedding that people said was just okay.
