Fabulous Venue
We held the rehearsal dinner and reception for our wedding here and it was a magical time. A good portion of our family and close friends stayed in the cabins both nights, which was incredibly convenient for those that were drinking (and as a result not driving!). We enjoyed kayaking around the little lake and watching red-tailed hawks fly over and fish jump, and the sunsets were beautiful. The owners were incredibly helpful with so many of our wedding details and coordinated with our caterer and DJ, and did so much to make the entire weekend wonderful for us. The cabins are really cute, the beds comfy, and the kitchens functional. We put our wedding cake under their arbor, ate dinner on their picnic tables (which convert into pews! And held ~60 people), and danced the night away in the pavilion - all with their lovely provided lighting that set the mood well once it was dark. We were a smaller wedding (~75 people) so used camp chairs for our remaining guests and didn't take advantage of the extra offerings for larger parties. It's so convenient and close to town, but you feel much more connected to nature than you expect. Definitely recommend!
