SJK Productions was the best decision we made when it came to our wedding day (besides deciding to tie the knot). This team is INCREDIBLE - leading up to, during, and even after our wedding, these professionals have been so kind, flexible, and helpful to us. They answered all of my many questions, honored each and every one of our wishes and requests (along with offering suggestions to make our ideas even better), and made the whole videography journey so easy, smooth, and enjoyable! They also delivered the wedding videos to us exactly when they said they would, which we value SO MUCH. We can't rave enough about this team, and if you are considering working with them, we absolutely recommend you do so (they are seriously worth it) - you will be blown away in the best ways, trust us! This review is long overdue but I wanted to say how happy I was with SJK Productions! It took a bit of time trying to convince my now husband that we needed a videographer for our wedding day and Sam was incredibly patient and professional throughout the process. If you're debating whether you have room in your budget, I'm telling you - you need to make cuts elsewhere! I am absolutely in love with the videos/footage we got back and I know you will too if you work with SJK Productions. Working with Sam was an absolute breeze and he worked magic without me having to worry about a thing. -

Sam was an absolute joy to have worked with and I can't imagine not having him as our videographer!! The moments he captured and his artistic abilities in creating our wedding video is unmatched. He has created a lifelong memory that we will be able to share with our family, future family and friends. I cannot recommend SJK Productions enough, as your wedding videographer. I have watched the films at least once a day since we have received them. Sam is extremely communicative, thorough, friendly and kind!!! 100/10! He also allowed me to add additional time with him on the day of our wedding as well as add time onto our wedding video, without question. He made it as stress free as possible!! -

Sam helped with my sister's wedding and did a fantastic job. He then helped for our wedding in August and the results were incredible. He's super talented, easy to work with and the videos are unmatched. (Not to mention the quick turnaround time!) We would absolutely use him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone! 10/10. -

Sam was incredibly easy to work with and his pricing was very straightforward. His two videographers that joined us on the big day were so nice and accommodating, they always made sure to be close but were never intrusive. The end product was amazing, we almost didn't get a videographer but I'm so glad we did because they caught moments that we would have never seen otherwise. I can't recommend SJK Products enough! -

We can't recommend SJK Productions enough. We worked with Sam for our wedding in Charlevoix, MI and he captured the day so perfectly. The whole time he was super attentive and kept us at ease while everything was moving a mile a minute. He is very well versed with weddings and different venues as well as super creative and talented. It rained on our wedding day but Sam knew exactly how to handle it all. Every video was perfect -- the teaser, the recap, the raw footage of the ceremony & reception. We got married in June and he got us our teaser a couple weeks later and the rest of the videos by early August which really helped with the wedding blues. Thank you Sam for capturing the best day of our lives so perfectly. -

If you are on the fence about a videographer, you absolutely should do it and you should book Sam at SJK Productions! The man is a wizard with a camera. We are still enjoying and balling over his work 8 months later! He made the whole process seem less, so much it so it was like he wasn’t there. He worked and vibed so well with us, our wedding party, the people running the show, and the photographer. He even showed up early in order to capture a few extra precious memories, which meant a lot to us because it was so hard to pick video recording hours. BOOK HIM. The quality of his work, the masterpieces he gifts you, and the irreplaceable value of a video on your wedding day far outweighs the money, he is by far the most affordable videographer we found! Sam was an amazing vendor to work with on our wedding day. He was very professional and worked seamlessly with our photographer to capture beautiful footage that we will treasure for a lifetime. For our wedding, we did something kind of crazy. I knew I wanted a videographer, but there wasn't enough in the budget for a photographer and a videographer, so we did it sans photographer. When I called Sam, I asked if he could just take a few of the standard photos while he was doing the videography and he was totally on board, so we went with SJK and boy did we make the right call. We love the photos, we love the videos. They were on time and so pleasant to work with, which was very helpful seeing how that was probably the most stressful day of my life. I highly recommend SJK if you are looking for quality at a reasonable price! -

Sam and team did an absolutely fabulous job capturing our special day. I am blown away by the quality, love, and thoughtfulness that went into our videos. I also got our teaser video the Tuesday after our wedding (Saturday), which was exceptionally fast! Sam and his team were nothing but a joy to work with. They made us feel super comfortable and constantly checked in on if we were getting the shots we wanted and that we were happy. I highly recommend SJK - they are superb and exceed expectations! -

Sam and his additional staff, Troy and Emily have been amazing to work with and provided us with the most special wedding video. The video truly captured our day in the best way and we are so grateful to have these memories that we will be able to keep forever. Our wedding plans were derailed multiple times due to COVID, and Sam was always so accommodating and willing to help us in any possible way. I could not recommend Sam and his team enough. He cares so much about you as an individual client and caters to the experience you most want! Everything we asked for he provided. Where do I even begin? I could never say enough good things about Sam + the rest of the SJK Productions crew! Planning a wedding in the midst of a pandemic was less than ideal, but Sam was absolutely incredible to work with. We had to postpone our original wedding date, and then 4 weeks before the new wedding date, we had to change our wedding venue. With every change, SJK Production made it happen. Sam + Troy are stand up guys, and are so dang talented. Our wedding video left my husband + I with goosebumps, tears, and huge smiles. In fact, we watched it 4 times over the first night we got it. Moments that might have slipped through the cracks of a busy day were brought to life in the most amazing way. We felt ALLLLL of the love that we felt on our wedding day all over again. There is nothing more amazing than that. This video is one we will cherish forever. If you are on the fence about a wedding video... YOU WILL NOT REGRET A VIDEO BY SJK PRODUCTIONS! Especially in the time of covid, it is a true blessing to be able to have this video to share with all of our loved ones who were not able to attend our smaller backyard wedding. SJK Productions were absolutely incredible to work with! I had the honor of working with Sam & Troy and from start to finish, they were absolutely perfect. They knew their stuff and were so easy to work with. I felt comfortable from the second they walked in and knew they would deliver high quality product to capture our Wedding Day :) The weather wasn't the best or what we had hoped for, but they were able to be so flexible and still make the videos stunning and picturesque even in the rain! They sure were troopers! I would absolutely love to work with them again for any event in the future. -

SJK is amazing! We are so thrilled with how our wedding videos turned out. When we first started looking for a videographer, we were dead set on having the footage of our vows and speeches, along with having a little highlight video to easily watch and relive the day. SJK was one of the few videographers that had a package including all three of those things. Sam was super responsive from the get go, which is quite amazing while you’re planning a wedding. Sam walked through our expectations before booking to ensure we were aligned, and then again shortly before the wedding, not that he needed to – he’s a quite a whiz with knowing what shots will look good and how to capture them.
Come time for wedding day, Sam was so nice and great to have around all day! After the fact, he turned out a teaser trailer in just two days…two days! And delivered our full highlight reel quicker than expected, even with accommodating some of the changes we requested after the first draft.
My husband initially didn’t want to hire a videographer, but now says it was the best decision we made in our planning process. I swear we watch out video at least one a month, just reliving the day that SJK captured so well. All in all, you should use SJK for your wedding videography – you will be so thrilled! -

Highly recommend!! Sam and his crew are talented, fun and great people! Sam was a communicative during the planning process. Our two day of videographers were amazing! Like one of them got stung by a bee while we were taking first look and bridal party photos and just kept going without batting an eye, she’s amazing! They were dedicated, fun and really blended right in. Our finished product was amazing, Sam took our thoughts & considerations into the highlight video. If you’re looking for a video you will hold onto forever, I recommend SJK productions. -

SJK Productions made our wedding planning process go so smooth. With a millions things to do & a never ending check list, they were the ones I never had to worry about. They were quick to respond to all my questions, very nice & so much fun to work with on our wedding day. I even asked them to add in a special song that meant a lot to us in the video (which probably wasn't convenient or easy to do while already editing) & they quickly responded with a "Yes, that sounds good." The final video was even better than we could have dreamed...they caught every emotional moment, every tear during our vows...it is something we will cherish forever! They are amazing at what they do!! -

My husband and I picked Sam and his team to help us capture our wedding - BEST. DECISION. EVER! Our teaser, highlight, and full ceremony and reception videos captured our day perfectly!
