Clai was in constant contact with me & even gave us a discount on the venue in support of the LGBTQ community! Any questions or concerns I had he made my mind at ease! I was able to bring our own catering for food & cake! And he worked with my decoration vendor multiple times before so it was easy for set up the day before! Highly recommend them to everyone I know! -

Absolutely Amazing!!
Clai and Ann was such a pleasure to work with!! The communication was perfect whatever I needed they helped find a solution… The day of my wedding I had a few minor setbacks but Clai and his team worked diligently to make sure my day was Perfect! I would definitely recommend The Sixth Floor To Everyone! If you’re thinking about booking them Do it!! You won’t be disappointed! -

We were just married this past weekend and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went at the venue! The manager Dawn rocked awesome to work with – She was easygoing and professional from the start, and made our whole family feel very welcomed. You couldn’t ask for nicer staff to work with. All our expectations were met and then some. Awesome view and great contemporary look. -

This venue was perfect for my wedding . Any questions I had Clai was only a phone call
away. I love how he gave me parking resources for my guest and also recommendations on other vendors for food and decor ! Clai made my planning a lot less stressful, everything was easily coordinated and went smoothly. Highly recommend this venue. -

The Sixth Floor was perfect for the kind of wedding we wanted. Our entire wedding party and guests had the convenience of staying at the hotel, we brought our own bar, choose our own vendors (Caterer, DJ, etc.) Clai and his team were awesome and so easy to work with. It's affordable and a beautiful venue in the heart of Downtown Milwaukee. -

To explain the amount of joy I had working with Clai at The Sixth Floor I would need more than 3500 characters. When I say he took care of us I mean just that. From helping me with floor plans, seating, beverages to my decorator/coordinator. Clai went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect. When I say I had the time of my life I definitely didn’t want the day to end. I enjoyed working with him. The Sixth Floor is beautiful and if I could do it all over again I would. He had suggestions, gave ideas, gave places to purchase things, worked with other vendors that could help with planning. The venue was beautiful.. Chai was very helpful an accommodating through this pandemic. Ensuring that the place was safe for us and our guest we truly appreciate his help! The sixth floor venue, was a perfect match for us considering that you're able to bring in your own outside food. Which was very important to us because we were having a traditional Nigerian wedding and didn't want the normal banquet food that's offered at hotels. Highly recommended you won't regret it! -

When choosing venues, The Sixth Floor was the first one we visited and just walking in, I knew it was "the one". The place is so spacious and absolutely gorgeous! We chose The Sixth Floor because of the endless options. We were able to cater our own food and provide our own alcohol and set up the beautiful space in any way imaginable. Clai is wonderful to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly loves what he does... and it is so evident! He is willing to do anything he can and answers calls, texts, and emails in record time! Our guests raved about the venue and our wedding and it will always be such a beautiful memory to us. Sometimes you just have to just go with your gut and choose the first thing you fall in love with!! Thank you to Clai and The Sixth Floor for making all of our dreams come true! -

If you're looking for a venue that has everything to offer you and want this is great location if your clueless and where to look for vendors to assist with decorations catering or anything of that nature they have so many great referrals trust me you won't be disappointed. Clai is the go to dawn is so helpful staff was amazing -

The staff of the sixth floor was excellent. The whole wedding was flawless. Elegant, fun, modern, spacious and affordable. These is what you get with the Sixth Floor. I would totally recommend this venue if you want to have a night to remember. -

Happy Bride!
Loved working with the Sixth Floor for our wedding. The event space itself is a blank slate- white walls & natural wood- made for a beautiful backdrop for our wedding theme! And those windows... loved them, especially for the dance floor, very romantic and fun. The space comfortably held our 200 guests, while still feeling intimate. Working with the Sixth floor was great too, Clai was awesome, and always had me so excited for our big day with every detail and design decision we planned!! -

Modern MKE Wedding
Wow! We had the best night of our lives. Clai was there the entire ride. We met him for a tour over a year ago and we immediately hit it off and put a deposit down since spots were filling up. Clai and Liz are extremely responsive day or night and think like true planners. What we loved most is that they pay attention to the smallest details and they are professionals in the wedding industry. They know all sides from catering to floral. We felt comfortable with the layout of the venue and the flow of the service. We are so please and grateful for this journey and we could not thank Clai enough for making our day so special. -

Leslie Sent on 08/07/2018My wedding was beautiful at this location! Sixth Floor is extremely flexible and easy to work with. Very quick to answer the many questions a bride would have. There aren't a lot of restrictions which helps a ton with making the day the way you want. Almost all of my vendors I found separately. You're able to use the poeple you want to use. Also, there were NO sneaky or added fees - that's a great thing!
It was a unique, beautiful, spacious area. I had about 130 guests, with plenty of room. They do provide lighting in different colors that is able to be used depending on the ambiance you desire - I loved this. There's a cute little side room that can be a great place to use as a photo room or anything else your creative mind may come up with. The dance floor is big enough for a crowd that likes to get down. Bathrooms are connected to the venue space, but hidden enough to not easily see them.
Also, the hotel staff were very friendly during my time there which was a plus for sure! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone out there looking for a place for their wedding or event.

Without any preferred vendors we were required to have, and the option of using their bartenders or doing our own bar, along with being very flexible in how we used the space, we had a lot of freedom to be more creative and make our wedding uniquely our own. They answered my questions day and night, no matter how many I had! I definitely recommend having your wedding at the SixthFloor, they truly did all they could to make sure our wedding day went as smoothly as possible- and it turned out beautiful and stress-free for my husband and I as a result! -

This venue was perfect for my wedding vision. It is centrally located in Milwaukee, which makes for a beautiful setting for photos as well as the actual view from the venue. The space is very blank and open, which allows for a ton of creativity both with seating/table arrangements, decorations, and lighting. Clai, the venue owner, is also incredible and extremely responsive. He helped every step of the way to ensure the day was exactly as I envisioned it. I was so pleased. As an added bonus, the opportunity to provide my own caterer and bar staff was great and helped to keep the day affordable. Overall, I am so glad I chose the Sixth Floor as my wedding venue. -

Bartenders were awesome. The venue looks absolutely gorgeous. We had a blast all night long for our wedding. Clai is very quick to respond to an email or phone call. -
