Honeymoon in Bora Bor

We loved our experience with Coleen and Simply Honeymoons! They took care of all the planning and booking for us, gave us great tips, ideas and recommendations. They provided several different packages/options based on our budget. They really took care of everything for us! We even had our connecting flight cancelled on the way out and the agency was very responsive and helpful with re-booking, travel insurance claims, etc

Amazing Travel Coordinator

Coleen was instrumental in planning our honeymoon to Turks and Caicos from start to finish. From picking a destination, to planning when the best time to go was, Coleen helped us narrow down our choice with her extensive knowledge of the Carribean and we couldn't be happier with our decision. She was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and provided great recommendations for our accommodations, dining and excursions. Coleen communicated all of our plans with the hotel and made sure to provide a detailed itinerary to both us and the hotel. I had never used a travel agent before but the experience we had with Coleen will keep us coming back for future trips.

I would hands down hire Coleen from SImply Honeymoons again! She made planning our honeymoon easy and enjoyable. From the flights to the dinner reservations she did it all! She provided different options so we could make informed decisions and she provided such great suggestions too! Amazing, carefree, top notch honeymoon planning!

Coleen was amazing to work with. She planned almost everything for us and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We originally booked Greece, but when COVID started ticking up again in the winter, we got nervous, so we pivoted to st Lucia. Coleen without any hesitation cancelled everything and jumped right back into the planning for our new destination. From the resorts to the restaurant reservations to the transportation… top notch. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. One best part of our honeymoon was exploring two spectate parts of the island, which is so different and magical in their own way! We would’ve never thought of doing this without her suggestion. I cannot put in words how amazing she was and her services. Our honeymoon was amazing and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! Hawaii Honeymoon 2022

When my husband and I decided we wanted to go to Hawaii for our honeymoon, I did not know where to begin and knew we needed someone to help us plan this trip. Working with Coleen was the best decision we could have made. She went above and beyond to get to know us as a couple to ensure we would have the best honeymoon possible. Coleen's recommendations for accommodations, excursions, and dining were excellent. I can honestly say our trip was more than we could have imagined/asked for. Best honeymoon ever!

Coleen was an absolute blessing for our honeymoon! As you can imagine, a lot goes into planning an actual wedding.. let alone thinking about traveling to a foreign country and organizing a honeymoon, especially during these COVID times.

Coleen was able to figure out exactly what we were looking for and narrowed down two very detailed honeymoon options for us. We decided on Greece and it was the best two weeks of our lives.

Coleen helped with everything: taxi service (MUCH needed on the Greek islands), ferries, hotels, dinners, spa treatments etc - literally everything! And she was so so responsive and thoughtful over email. Any question we had was immediately answered, and there was not ONE hiccup in our itinerary at all. If we were not going to use airline points for our flights, Coleen would have organized that as well.

Coleen was also really knowledgeable about the areas we went to. She was able to really give us insight into where to eat, how far apart things were, some of the cultural aspects and of course kept us up to do with any COVID restrictions.

Any trips to areas that we know Coleen covers we will for sure be using her again, and will refer her nonstop!

I highly recommend working with Coleen! I was feeling very stressed the thought of planning a honeymoon on top of a wedding, one of our best decisions was working with Coleen! She was extremely responsive, easy to work with and listened to all our needs/wants for our honeymoon. The initial package she offered us was nearly perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We had an amazing time in the Amalfi Coast- the places we stayed were amazing, the restaurants/things to do recommended by Coleen were fabulous and the excursions we booked through her services were great! Overall our trip was seamless and I think you need to use Coleen for your honeymoon or any big vacation!

Amazing Honeymoon without the stress of planning

Coleen Coletti planned our Maui honeymoon and she was amazing! Our trip was better than we could have dreamed all because of Coleen. She put up with a lot having to reschedule our honeymoon 3 times due to the pandemic. Without Coleen we definitely would have given up on our big trip and I'm so happy we didn't! Coleen booked us at the most beautiful hotels and made amazing recommendations for restaurants and excursions. I can honestly say we loved every suggestion she made. Thank God for Coleen! (Bora Bora honeymoon)

Coleen Coletti is hands down not only the best travel agent we’ve worked with, just the best person we’ve ever worked with. From the beginning, she walked us through our options for our honeymoon in detail and thus greatly helped us in making our choices. We’ve heard nightmare story from friends regarding honeymoon travel whether it be bad hotel, delays, etc. Everything went beyond smoothly and then some thanks to Coleen. We arrived to four different destinations during our trip and always had a friendly driver to pick us up without any confusion as to finding said ride. The hotels we stayed at were spectacular and we even got a free upgrade at the st Regis in bora bora. We only spent $200 to work with Coleen and she is worth every penny and then some. We cannot wait to work with Coleen again in the future and recommend her to all our friends!

Trip of a lifetime, thanks to Coleen

Coleen helped us to craft THE PERFECT honeymoon in Italy. There were countless times throughout the trip that we said to each other, "Imagine if we tried to plan this whole trip ourselves?".

Every single place we stayed was phenomenal and Coleen even put a personal touch on each stay with a note and bottle of champagne. The entire trip was stress free and expertly planned from beginning to end. Our trip was over 12 days and went from the Almafi Coast, to Rome, to Tuscany, and finally Florence.

I would suggest Coleen to anyone looking to have the trip of a lifetime for their honeymoon.

French Polynesian Honeymoon - SIMPLY AMAZING!

My husband and I worked with Coleen on what we were thinking was going to be Hawaii but Coleen shared details of the French Polynesian Islands with us and we were hooked! She arranged the flights, accommodations, transportation (via boat, small flight) and reservations... she made it all SO easy! We went to Tahiti, Moorea and Bora Bora. Each place was absolutely gorgeous and the itinerary was so incredibly helpful and easy to understand where/how we would get to the next place! I would highly recommend SimplyHoneymoons (especially Coleen!). The service and expertise they provide was like no other!!!

Hawaiian honeymoon

Planning a wedding is so time consuming so having Coleen plan our honeymoon was one of the best decisions we made. Coleen is so sweet and patient. She was able to work with our budget and provide multiple options to choose from. She originally planned a honeymoon to the Greek Islands but unfortunately due to my husbands visa we had to last minute change to Hawaii. So I can say that she has a very good knowledge of both locations! She was so understanding and took care of all the changes. She chose amazing hotels in both Kauai and Maui and provided information packets with tons of good tips about things to do, where to eat, shopping etc. She was able to get us much nicer rooms than if we booked ourselves and breakfast included too. If you are going to Greek islands OR Hawaii I would 100% recommend her! I will definitely be using her for future vacations.

Excellent experience with Simply Honeymoons!!

We hired Coleen Coletti from Simply Honeymoons to find us a dream honeymoon and she knocked it out of the park. From our first conversation with her, we felt good about letting her guide us on our journey. Her emails were extremely informative and her responsiveness with outstanding. Any questions I had were answered promptly with professionalism and care. Not only that, we had to cancel our trip to the Dominican due to some mysterious happenings going on there, and start the process over again 6 weeks prior to our wedding. Coleen didn't flinch, she flat out just took it in stride and proceeded to find us an absolutely awesome place in Mexico that we are still talking about!! She set us up with all the needed documents for our travel from A to Z. There was not one thing missing for our trip. I would highly recommend hiring Coleen at Simply Honeymoons. Perfection!

What can I say -- perfection! Coleen covered every angle of our honeymoon and made traveling around Italy a breeze. The hotels Coleen recommended were nothing short of amazing and we felt like royalty at every stop along the way. The honeymoon was an absolute dream - I only wish we could do it all over again!

We had the best experience using Simply Honeymoons to plan our wonderful honeymoon in Hawaii! We were very impressed with the superb recommendations, quick turn around and professionalism from Coleen. She steered us to all of the must see locations and helped us to select the best resorts for our trip. Reservations at many restaurants and excursions were made on our behalf and were informed that we were on our honeymoon before we even arrived! We had the best trip and that would not of been possible without Coleen!

Coleen at Simply Honeymoons is fantastic! Seriously couldn't have possibly gotten better service. My wife and I used Simply Honeymoons for our honeymoon to Italy in 2016. From start to finish there was never any concern that we were misinformed, misguided, missing something etc.. All of her hotel, restaurant, and excursion recommendations were perfect. She made all of the travel from city to city seamless. The trains, car rides etc. were all perfectly timed and we never felt rushed or felt like we would miss a ride.

We also used Simply Honeymoons again this year for another trip to Europe and will likely use them again at another time for another. That just shows how great of an experience we had working with them. In short, anyone that needs to plan a honeymoon should 110% use Simply Honeymoons!

Coleen was absolutely amazing at helping us for our honeymoon!! We booked our trip to Maui and Kauai and we needed a lot of help with dinners and excursions and she seriously delivered! She is so good at what she does and any dream I had she made come true! She gave us so many options and let us decide what we wanted to do. Everything was flawless once we got to Hawaii, I was seriously so impressed. She is so quick to answer any and all of your questions and it was just super easy! She is so kind and warm it makes it all the more fun to book your trip! If you need to book your honeymoon or any other trip, look no further!!!

Our honeymoon in Greece was absolutely perfect thanks to Coleen at SimplyHoneymoons. We were so focused on the planning of our wedding that we wanted to leave the honeymoon to a professional. However, we couldn't have imagined the attention to detail, thoughtful gestures and consultative approach that we received in working with Coleen. She made the process enjoyable and truly took on everything herself. The hotels, restaurants, activities, etc. that she recommended were truly spectacular. We are incredibly grateful for her help and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Coleen did a fabulous job planning our honeymoon to Santorini, Greece and Positano, Italy. It was a first-class experience across the board - hotel, air travel, train, restaurants, etc. Moreover, Coleen is extremely responsive and attentive to detail. She is also very well-informed and made a number of valuable suggestions. To put it simply Coleen is amazing! If you're looking for someone to help you plan the perfect honeymoon or special trip look no further. She took the time to learn what my husband and I would want and enjoy and really put time, thoughtfulness and energy into helping us plan the perfect honeymoon. I was nervous and overwhelmed planning a trip to Hawaii (two different Islands) and I am so glad we had to her guide us. She really knows what she is talking about and had the most amazing suggestions whether is was for adventures or eating. She is so sweet and very responsive. I've told all of my friends who are getting married soon about her. Thank you soooo much Coleen for all your help, it was a trip we will never forget!

We are so happy that we hired Coleen to book our honeymoon to Bora Bora. We told her what our expectations were and our budget and she put together the most amazing trip based off all our needs. We didn't have to think about a thing. All of the transportation, reservations at restaurants and our excursions were all booked by her as well! Coleen planned a perfect honeymoon for my husband and I. I strongly recommend working with Simply Honeymoons to plan a honeymoon that is stress free. My husband and I were so busy planning our wedding that we did not have the ability to dedicate time or focus to planning the honeymoon. Coleen made the planning process and making decisions so easy and streamlined. As a "type A" bride and planner, I was so consistently impressed with Coleen's communication style, follow through, and attention to detail. Our travel went seamlessly - accommodations, reservations, and other arrangements were all considered with the utmost detail, and it allowed us to really enjoy our honeymoon without worrying about the logistics involved. When our original plans for a honeymoon in St. Lucia fell through, we used a recommendation from a friend and hired Coleen to help us, and we are so glad we did! She is so kind and knowledgeable. She sent us a survey to find out what we wanted out of our honeymoon and used this to create three different option for us. We chose Grenada, what a beautiful place! Coleen took care of everything for us, she got us the best hotel room with the most amazing view, and organized excursions for us. We were on the fence about whether to plan our honeymoon on our own or hire a travel agent, and I am SO THRILLED that we decided to use a travel agent! Coleen was always very professional, easy to get a hold of, and just an all around pleasure to work with! She worked within our budget, listened to what we were looking to get out of our trip, and then found us amazing resorts to stay in for our 2 weeks on the big island and Maui. Coleen went above and beyond to make our honeymoon extra special, threw in several thoughtful little details such as luggage tags/travel itinerary in a convenient little traveling case. Coleen was also able to negotiate us free breakfast at one of the hotels, had personalized notes delivered to us at each hotel we stayed in, and checked in during our honeymoon to make sure everything was going well. We plan to work with Coleen again to help us plan a birthday/anniversary trip to Italy!

I cannot recommend SimplyHoneymoons enough. My husband and I traveled to the Netherlands & Italy with the help of Coleen and our entire trip was seamless. If you want someone who is highly knowledgeable and detail oriented, Coleen at Simply Honeymoons is the best way to go. Coleen was a fantastic resource for our honeymoon. Between keeping track of RSVPS and everything else wedding related it was nice not having to worry about booking our honeymoon. We simply filled our a questionnaire about where we wanted to go and what kind of atmosphere we were looking for and Coleen did the rest. She presented us with a ton of options and was always conscious of our budget. We ended up going to Riviera Maya, Mexico to an all inclusive adults only resort and it was amazing. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. Can't wait to use Coleen again for upcoming trips.

We used Coleen from Simply Honeymoons to plan our honeymoon to thailand! Coleen was simply amazing. She gave us exactly what we wanted. She was able to pick amazing hotels and locations based on the preferences that we had given her. She also had transportation set up for us and we never had an issue getting around thailand once we arrived at each of our destinations. Going through her we also got upgrades at the hotel and awesome perks! She was also very patient with me once I became anxious when bad weather was set to arrive on our departure date! Our honeymoon was absolutely perfect and we cannot wait to use Coleen to help set up trips for us in the future, I cannot recommend her honeymoon planning enough!!

We used Simply Honeymoons for our Honeymoon to Croatia. It was not advertised as one of the typical trips that they organize but that didn't matter. Our service was flawless, the itinerary was just what we wanted- lots of free time. The door to door service was timely from each destination we hit, which took away a ton of stress. We didn't have to do anything except say yes to the itinerary and Coleen took care of the rest. Would whole-heartedly recommend this to anyone looking to take the hassle out of planning a long trip.

We worked with SimplyHoneymoons to book our trip to Anguilla, and it could not have been a more positive experience. Coleen is a true professional and helped us every step of the way. Coleen Coletti was our agent, and she was extremely accommodating. We changed our plans multiple times and she was there every step of the way with options, even last minute when I booked a surf lesson as a gift to my hubby and she kept it hidden from the itinerary so I could surprise him. The value? You pay $50 up front for them to start planning, and then that is credited to you once you book. I don't feel that we overpaid for anything, and I have already recommended them to many engaged friends!

We had an absolutely awesome time! Coleen of Simply Honeymoons did an amazing job planning everything- the hotels, transfers, restaurants, excursions worked out seamlessly and we found ourselves throughout the entire trip saying, Coleen did such a great job! Coleen was so great to work with. She took the time to find out what we wanted for a honeymoon and then sent us all sorts of great options within our budget. We ended up picking a great place in Cabo San Lucas. A week before our wedding Cabo was hit by a category 3 hurricane and our resort was closed. We were very nervous as we only had 5 days to figure out a back up plan. Coleen sent us all great options the next day and we ended up going to an amazing resort in Turks & Caicos. We had the best time and were so lucky we used Coleen. I am not sure we would have been able to reschedule the honeymoon without her help. I have recommended her to my friends getting married next year. She was so friendly and helpful. Truly a great resource for booking your trip.

I wish there was a way to give Coleen higher than a 5 star rating! From the day that I contacted her about my destination wedding she was amazing! I only had 6 months to plan and she helped me every step of the way. She did all of the difficult leg work of researching venues and helping to coordinate with the hotel directly. She also researched and planned our honeymoon that was on a different island than the wedding. Not only was she so helpful in helping me narrow down a venue for my wedding she also helped find and secure a very unique welcome event for my guests. No matter how many random emails I sent Coleen so was always so quick to respond with such a positive attitude. If you are looking for someone to help with your destination wedding or just plan the travel, Coleen is your girl!

Coleen helped us plan an unbelievable honeymoon in Hawaii. From our initial conversation, she quickly understood exactly what we were looking for in a vacation and all her recommendations were wonderful. We really loved the personal touches such as the flower lei greeting and thoughtful upgrades. Once our wedding was over, it was awesome to not have to worry about the details of traveling across the country to relax...all was taken care of, down to the last detail. Coleen was more than helpful in planning our honeymoon to Italy, she was friendly and responsive and made a trip to Europe absolutely easy. Everything was perfectly planned down to our hotels, transfers, car rentals, meals and special inclusions. Echoing what others have said its nice to have someone take care of all of this for you while you are a planning a wedding. There is nothing not to like about the service from SimplyHoneymoons and we would use them again in a heartbeat. We just got back from our honeymoon to Hawaii and had the trip of a lifetime!
Coleen worked effortlessly with us to find wonderful accommodations, excursions and restaurants that made memories that will last a lifetime.
Coleen was so knowledgeable about the areas we wanted to visit and sent emails with varying packages at different price points and upgrades during the planning process so we really could budget and compare before making a decision.
A couple of weeks before our trip we received all of our flight documents and trip itinerary and a beautiful, personalized note from her as well. Everything was clear, concise and seamless. She even got us great inclusions on airport transfers, car rentals and resort room credits! Do yourself a favor and contact Coleen. With all the madness of wedding planning, it's nice to know you are in good hands to get ready for a trip where you and your new spouse can unwind and relax with each other with all the bases covered!

My husband and I were married this past November. We decided to wait to go on our honeymoon until May since we wanted to travel to Italy. We looked on Wedding Wire since that is where we found most of our wedding vendors. We were extremely happy to come across Simply Honeymoons!!

Coleen was so easy to work with and patiently answered all of our questions. We told her that we wanted to see the coast in Italy as well as the countryside and we went to Amalfi along the Amalfi Coast and Perugia in the Umbria region of Italy. Coleen was amazing at giving us different hotel options to choose from as well as details as to what the hotels offered and the surrounding area.

We had the hotel private transfer pick us up at the airport which worked out perfectly! When we arrived at our hotel in Amalfi, we were in complete shock. It was breathtaking and had beautiful views of the Mediterranean. Our second shock was the upgrade we received thanks to Coleen!! We had a suite that overlooked the Amalfi Coast. We really thought we were dreaming! We instantly fell in love with the hotel and Amalfi itself. It was the perfect setting for our honeymoon!!

In Perugia, we were welcomed to another room upgrade and stayed in a beautiful suite that overlooked the countryside. Upon arrival we received VIP treatment from the hotel and it was a wonderful welcome after a very hard goodbye to the Amalfi Coast.

Thanks to Coleen, our honeymoon was way above and beyond our highest expectations!! If you want an amazing honeymoon, you must work with Coleen!! You will not be disappointed one little bit!!! We can't thank her enough!! Like our wedding, it is a time we will never forget and will hold forever close to our heart!!! Thank you again Coleen for our dream honeymoon!!!

My husband and I had a very short engagement, which means we were left to plan an entire wedding and honeymoon in 3 months. I have always been one to plan out my own travels, but boy was I happy that I used Coleen to plan our honeymoon. She was quick to respond and extremely flexible as I requested all different types of arrangements and made changes right up to the end. She provides you with a neat package with all the stuff you need for your travel. She took care of everything! We had such a great time on our Hawaiian honeymoon. Now I only wish we could go back!

Before our honeymoon, my husband and I hadn't taken a real vacation together. Most travel was used for holidays, visits to see friends, trips to other weddings, etc. So we were really excited about the honeymoon and wanted to make sure it all went smoothly. A chance encounter with a newlywed led us to Simply Honeymoons. Thank goodness for this recommendation! Coleen was fantastic to work with. She listened to what kind of vacation we wanted and suggested a few different options. We ended up choosing a trip to St. Lucia, where neither of us had ever been. With all the information Coleen sent us, we felt very taken care of even before we got on the plane. And I'm not sure what kind of magic she worked, but we ended up with an all-inclusive package at the most beautiful resort, which meant we never had to stress about money. It ended up being the most relaxing, perfect trip ever. My husband and I are already talking about recreating the experience for an upcoming anniversary.
Nowadays, it's so easy to book flights and hotel rooms on your own, but having someone like Coleen on your side is a huge help. She knows so many beautiful places to go, manages everything so carefully, and knows how to find special deals and experiences. Even if you don't use a travel service for any other trip, I would highly recommend checking out Simply Honeymoons for your honeymoon. It will be the best vacation ever!

Coleen at Simply Honeymoon's is great to book your honeymoon with. She will get you a good deal wherever you want to go. She has traveled to a lot of places too and can give you her opinion. She sends you all the itinery and everything is a smooth process. She will send you a booklet and all activities to choose from and will even schedule them for you at the resort.

I cannot say enough good things about Colleen at Simply Honeymoons! She was absolutely amazing to work with. It's almost like she is a magician in how effortless she makes the honeymoon planning process for you. She did it all for us, and had agendas/reservations/printouts/binders/etc. for us. We could not believe how much she helped us and how she found us the perfect honeymoon to meet our tastes and needs. We just returned and had a blast, thanks to all of her planning. I've already referred a few people to her and they have used her as well and have had similar responses. In addition, she provides you with a card that has a number to call for 24 hour service while you are travelling in case anything goes wrong. It was just amazing to be in such good hands. We are very thankful to Colleen for the fabulous trip to Hawaii that she planned for us. : )

Coleen is AMAZING and I would highly recommend to any couple that wants their dream honeymoon to call her - it's so worth it! She worked within our budget, provided a lot of wonderful insight, feedback and recommendations which ultimately made our honeymoon UNFORGETTABLE! We really had a fantastic trip to Hawaii, so thank you Coleen! Plus, she took care of a lot of details that we didn't have time for, which is so helpful. For example, all of the hotels we stayed at were notified that we were on our honeymoon, so they knew upon arrival that we just got married and some even greeted us with champaigne....how great is that! The last couple of weeks before the big day can get crazy, but knowing that Coleen was taking care of our travel details took all that stress away. We had a wonderful wedding and an even more amazing honeymoon thanks to Coleen!

We were so happy with the help we received from Coleen. She was so attentive to all our weird little preferences, and helped us find an absolutely perfect honeymoon. We even tried to counter her prices with our own and through discount websites, and she beat their prices by a significant amount.
This was our first experience with a travel agent, and it was spectacular. The group we connected with once we were on location was fantastic as well. It was nice to have someone take car of the flights, the baggage, the shuttle rides, and the packets Coleen sent us were so easy to follow and utilize.
Turtle Beach Resort in Barbados is a must!

Coleen was wonderful to work with! She responded to my initial request for information right away and listened to what we were looking for in our honeymoon. She came up with several suggested places and resorts for us and provided us with great information to assist in making our decision. Coleen also got us the best prices that she could and was very knowledgable about flight pricing (i.e. letting us know flights were unusually low priced for the time of year, and she was right, they jumped back up soon after we booked). Coleen came up with a truly unique honeymoon experience for us - we couldn't have asked for a better trip. I've referred several friends to Coleen, and she has assisted them in planning wonderful honeymoons as well. Coleen also assisted me in purchasing gifts for others while on their honeymoon (excursions, spa services). Lastly, Coleen sends a great travel packet so when I was packing late the night before our early morning flight, I just had to bring the travel packet as well as the items from the list that Coleen made and I was all set. She is so organized!!!

My husband and I traveled to Moorea and Bora Bora for our Honeymoon last month. We had an amazing trip and it would not have been possible without the help of Coleen at Simply Honeymoons. She was responsive, helpful and very knowledgeable about the places we were going. In addition to the normal flights and hotels she booked us excursions and dinner reservations (she proactively got us into a restaurant that was very small and exclusive). All of the details were perfectly executed and we saw no glitches. She also gave us a detailed itinerary that was our bible for the two weeks. I would absolutely recommend Coleen to anyone planning a honeymoon. I can't imagine having done it all myself.

I worked with Coleen Coletti and she is handsdown the best travel coordinator I have worked with and I have worked with a few others.

Coleen and I did everything via phone and email...she made my life SUPER easy. With having so much other stuff to plan and stress over...Coleen took the stress of planning the honeymoon out of our hands and we honestly could not have done it without her.

Not only does she know Hawaii inside and out but she is a top vendor in the area which can go a long way. She made suggestions based on what me and my husband would enjoy and helped us with reservations and anything else we needed.

We never had a single hiccup in during our trip...and I watched as others would check into hotels and find out their reservation was not there or something was wrong and hear the hotel having to call the travel agent...we got top notch service everywhere we went.

I am super organized about planning and Coleen was the same...our travel documents came with everything we needed so I didn't need to worry about ANYTHING! Coleen was even nice enough to have little gifts sent to the rooms of the hotels we stayed at.

SO thrilled with my honeymoon, it was the trip of a lifetime...and I would HIGHLY recommend working with Coleen and Simply Honeymoons! I hope to travel with them again in the future!

Coleen was so friendly and easy to work with! She helped my husband and I plan the honeymoon of our dreams. During the honeymoon planning, I was so consumed with wedding planning that it was great to leave the honeymoon to a professional. I’ve never been to Italy before and I completely trusted Coleen to help us pick the best hotels/locations and we loved every place we stayed at. Coleen was awesome to work with! We told her what we liked and didn't like and came up with an itinerary for us. After a few tweaks we were ready to book, we didn't really have to do anything, which is awesome considering how busy you are planning the wedding. When we arrived in Oahu, they didn't seem to have the request that Coleen put in that we were on our honeymoon and received a room upgrade. They did end up accomodating us. I sent a quick email over to Coleen and she called the other hotel to make sure that everything was all set with them! She also set up for us to receive some welcome gifts at two of the hotels. We will be using her again to plan an upcoming trip!

This was our first experience utilizing a travel agency. Coleen was really helpful with what we needed. She was nice and enthusiastic about assisting us with our honeymoon planning, although we also did research online about where we wanted to go and deals we found, and then booked through her. She sent a nice little packet on our resort and trip to us in the mail, and followed up with us after we returned, which we appreciated.

I was referred to Simply Honeymoons by a friend who had used them. I absolutely LOVED their input and suggestions since I did not have a specific honeymoon spot in mind. Our final destination was fabulous, and I was highly appreciative I had found Simply Honeymoons!

My only complaint would be that occasionally I would wait weeks (and at one point a month) for response on questions. We booked very far out, so in the grand scheme of things it wasn't a big deal. But I did find that I was not getting answers as quickly as I wanted to. Having said that, I would still use Simply Honeymoons again!
