  Our rings are beautiful! We found the website one day and were able to go visit the next day to look at rings and figure out what size we needed. The rings were ready when promised, and they are beautiful! We're getting so many compliments from people around us.

  Simply Wood Rings creates the most beautiful and unique rings, and they are entirely customizable! They provided excellent service and worked with my fiancé and I a lot to help us receive the perfect wedding set!!

  They were able to complete my custom order in six weeks. My Future wife whom is of african descent (and thus does not like diamonds due to the blood diamond tragedies happening in Africa) absolutely loves her ring. It feels so much better to know that your ring was crafted by a artisan rather than mass produced.

  It was important to us to plan a wedding that had as little environmental impact as possible so when we started looking for alternative rings we were thrilled to find Simple Wood Rings. Their values and their craftsmanship were exactly what we were looking for. They were very helpful and answered all our questions. Any concerns we had were addressed and i have to say I cannot tell you how much i LOVE my ring. Not only is it beautifully made but i feel good wearing it knowing that all i stand for is wrapped around my finger. I would not hesitate to recommend them so long as you understand that having a wood ring is a different kind of commitment than the standard ring. It will wear and tear more but that is also part of it's charm.

  I absolutely love my husband's wedding band that we purchased from Simply Wood Rings. It was a highlight of the wedding reception - everyone was oohing and aahing over HIS ring!!! They accepted our requests of rosewood (to represent him as a guitarist) and an inlay of crushed sapphire (to represent me as a September birthstone). The ring fits beautifully and is absolutely gorgeous, an envy of all his friends.

  Gustav and his staff were incredible. We ordered a very complicated custom ring and when complications arose when a third party designer got involved they solved the problem quickly and delivered the engagement ring of my dreams. I literally drew the ring I wanted, gave it to my fiance, and he had Gustav and his staff recreate it perfectly. We then ordered a matching ring for my husband with the same wood but a simple band.
  
  For us, wooden rings were the perfect alternative to a wedding ring market saturated with traditional materials. While the wood rings take more care, I think it's worth it. If you are looking for something unique, affordable and completely customizable, Simply Wood Rings is perfect.

  The team at Simply Wood was awesome. We created a custom ring for my wife. Both she and I are very particular and wanted to be sure that we were getting the ring exactly how she wanted it (including incorporating sand from the beach where we got married). The team there was great and always responded promptly and professionally, and created draft after draft until we had exactly what we wanted. They created a beautiful ring that is better than we imagined. I would HIGHLY recommend Simply Wood if you want to create a beautiful and unique ring for you or someone you love!

  I purchased a gorgeous custom-made juniper ring from Simply Wood Rings. They were great to work with, and very flexible. They have hundreds of images on their site with rings they have produced in the past, and have many on-hand to order. They make most of their rings out of wood reclaimed from the making of musical instruments, furniture, and other fine wood products - and just about any wood is available. I worked with my fiancee to design and draw a design which we had imprinted - burned - into the band, making it one-of-a-kind.
  
  I would definitely go with Simply Wood Rings again, and probably will have future business from me.

  Extremely Poor Product, Scam Artist

  I am heartbroken to warn you that these rings are incorrectly and poorly made, and that Gustav Reyes fails to live up to the guarantees and contractual obligations. I'm writing this review to save you the same heartbreak I am going through, a mere 5 years after my purchase, as my wedding ring can no longer be worn due to the poor quality of the product.
  
  We purchased our wedding rings and lifetime refinishing from Gustav in 2016. When he changed the website address in 2020, he announced he would no longer refinish our rings per our original agreement, and offered to do it for the new price of $75 per ring.
  
  We sought out alternative source for refinishing (since $150/year on a service that we had already paid for was a bit too much to swallow), and were lucky to find a professional woodworker with 20+ years of experience who was willing to refinish them for us for much less.
  
  After refinishing our rings, he regretfully informed us that the rings had been incorrectly made with the grain running in the wrong direction- a fundamental flaw that made our rings extremely fragile. This is the same direction I see on all the rings Gustav advertises. He regretfully suggested we stop wearing them as they could break at any moment, and recommended we find and purchase new wedding rings. (Note that this person does not sell rings, so he was not saying this to make money off us). This was heartbreaking to hear, because we had provided our own wood and material for inserts, the materials had been used, and they were irreplaceable.
  
  Save yourself the heartbreak of losing your wedding ring after a mere 3-5 years, and purchase your wedding rings elsewhere.

  I'm sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience. The company that you had bought your rings from originally, Simply Wood Rings, has been dissolved, and Gustav Reyes Wood Rings is a different company entirely. Therefore, we don't honor the policies of a different company.
