Ordered our Save the Dates right before the holiday and paid extra for rush production and shipping. They were received in time to give out during our family Christmas trip and they look amazing! We opted for the upgraded pearl finish and was thrilled with the outcome. Their website was so easy to use, their pricing was not in chunks of 10/25/50 like many others so we could order a closer amount to specifically what we needed and not spend extra money on extra ones that would not be used. Invite Stationary
I used Minted for my save the dates and LOVED the product. When it came time to order invites, the Minted prices were way out of my budget. I stumbled upon Simply to Impress online and was pleasantly surprised by how awesome they are. All invites are TOTALLY customizable. You can add or remove text, change colors, add foil, upgrade paper, add a back side to the stationary etc. Their pricing was also super great and I truly did not think their quality was any different than Minted.I used Minted for my save the dates and LOVED the product. Customer service is awful
I was using Simply to Impress for five years without and problems this year my Christmas cards arrived almost black in color its been over 8 days and I can't get a manager on the phone to make the correction. Horrible Service
I first found Simply to Impress through the NYTimes Wirecutter review. I used the company twice for two different wedding shower invitations, and once for a work related need because I was so impressed with the value, speediness, and products. I've recommended the company to several friends and coworkers as well. Unfortunately, when it came to my own Save the Dates, they have now lost my business for good. I chose to do the 'create your own card' option, and uploaded images for both the front and back of the cards. The back image I designed in canva to have an ivory background. I did a test-print order to ensure everything looked good, which cost around $8 to have two test cards made which I felt was worth it to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted.
When I received my full 100 card order the cards had a pure white background, not ivory. I double-checked the design I submitted to make sure it wasn't an error on my end and then I emailed to complain. Their team said they would reprint the order right away to fix the issue. A week went by with no updates or shipping notifications. I emailed to check in and turns out they never actually reprinted the order. But no problem they rushed production and overnight shipped to me at no cost. I receive the second printing and they are all pure white again. So I now have 200 misprinted cards. I email them photos of the issue again, and almost an entire day goes by with no response. Several back and forths were had because they don't answer all of my questions forcing me to continue emailing them and creating more and more frustration. At the end of all of this, all they could offer me is a 20% discount.

Do not use this company for any printing services. I made the mistake of using Simply to Impress for my save the dates. I was looking to get my save the dates out ASAP since we had a destination wedding and loved that they would add postage and send them out for you. I shouldn’t have trusted this company to do that. The save the dates were completely off center not just a little it was extremely noticeable. I have no idea how they passed quality control. The stamps on the cards were off center and just thrown on the card. It was so embarrassing that my guests received that and it was their first impression of our wedding. The customer service team wasn’t sympathetic at all when I called. I’m hoping other brides who are considering using this company read this review so the same thing doesn’t happen to them!Do not use this company for any printing services. They have been reviewing my order now for a total of 8 days and not sure if I’ll be getting a refund or not it’s radio silence when the word refund is even brought up. An absolute scam.
