We had a great experience using Simply Sweet cupcakes for our 9/17/22 Linwood CC Wedding! From start to finish, Connie made the whole process super simple, stress-free, and FUN. We knew we had our decision from the second we walked into our tasting – so many flavors to sample, books/pictures to look through for inspiration, and expert guidance from Connie! She was able to help us choose our flavors, make suggestions, and even worked with me to pull off a surprise Star Wars cake for my husband. We went with a two-tiered cake (we wanted to display our personalized cake topper and also have something to cut) and an assortment of cupcakes. Everyone at my wedding raved about the cupcakes and how great they tasted. Simply Sweet was able to accommodate my wedding last minute as our venue had switched bakeries. They baked 6 different flavors for me as well as a cake topper. I can't thank them enough for making my wedding so sweet. -

Went to Simply Sweet after a horrible experience with A Sweet Memory cake shop in Barnegat. The girls at Simply Sweet immediately met us with not only amazing sample flavors, but a true understanding of what we were looking for. Loved my cake and it tasted amazing! -

Delicious Wedding Cake
Our experience from making the appointment to do a tasting and enjoying our wedding cake at the wedding was fabulous. There were so many delicious flavors to choose from. We had a 3 tiered cake and each tier was a different flavor. We received many compliments about our cake from our guests. -

Liz Sent on 09/16/2018We got married at Blue Heron Pines Country Club on September 2nd and a wedding cake was included in our package. We decided to go with a cupcake tower instead of a cake. We went for our tasting and the ladies at Simply Sweet were SO sweet!! They let us try so many cupcakes and let us take some home. All the cupcakes were SO delicious!! The peanut butter chocolate fudge cupcakes were literally the best we have ever had. I even called a few weeks before and made some changes and they were so accommodating! All of our guests raved about the cupcakes. We brought them home and even ate them for breakfast the next day!

Lisa Sent on 05/18/2016So yummy! Our cake was amazing with each tier a different flavor and looked beautiful. The tasting was delicious and they were completely accommodating in trying various cake, icing, and filling combinations. After the tasting, we took some cupcakes home and after we dropped off the topper, we took some cupcakes home. That's how yummy their cakes are! If you want an awesome, yummy to the tummy cake you need to use Simply Sweet Cupcakes. -

Jennifer Sent on 12/07/2015After my original cake melted on its way over to the reception hall. This place saved the day by baking me an overnight wedding cake. It was the same exact cake I had originally made with all of my nautical themed stuff and it tasted amazing. -

Amazing taste and amazing work!
Simply sweet has a contract with our wedding venue and did the cupcakes and mini cake for our July 31st wedding. When we went to our tasting we were really impressed by the flavors we choose and couldn't wait to have them again. Our guests are still raving about how amazing they were and we are still amazed out how beautiful our mini cake turned out. It looked just like if not BETTER the inspiration image we sent them. They are truly one of the best in the business and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a treat whether it be a special occasion or just because. Thank you so much for the beautiful work you did for us -

Kristin Sent on 10/12/2017One word: AMAZING! When we went for our cake testing well over a year out from our wedding, I knew Simply Sweet Cupcakes would be our bakery for our wedding. The cake testing experiece was out of this world. We were given 10 {huge} cupcakes to try and all were of different flavors. Working with Jackie was easy and convenient. She made all our ideas come to life. The cupcake tower was extrodinary and the groom's cake could not have looked better. All our guests were in awe of how delicious and decorative the cupcakes were. Thank you Simply Sweet Cupcakes for being the cherry on top for our wedding! -

My husband and I chose a venue where the wedding cake was included however we paid a little more to upgrade and peraonalize the cake. We didn't get exactly what we asked for but we were still happy with what we got.

Simply Sweet Cupcakes provided delicious cupcakes and a top cake to us for a great price. The owner was great to work with, however the staff working in the shop was not very pleasant to talk with over the phone or in person. I hand delivered our cake topper to her as instructed the week before the wedding and when our cake was delivered the cake topper was not, and the girl claimed that we never gave it to her. Luckily the owner was very responsive and when we reached out with her concern she found the cake topper and ran it to our venue herself. I am very thankful for the owner for taking the initiative to find our cake topper as it was a special part of our day. Other than this slight hiccup, Simply Sweet Cupcakes was a great vendor for weddings and their cupcakes are delicious! -
