From the moment we first met Shannon, we knew we were in exceptional hands. Bella Flora was our first vendor we booked and they had recommended Shannon as someone who was incredibly talented at planning and executing weddings and had an inside scoop on our wedding venue. Every ounce of Shannon’s energy went into making our day a dream come true. Shannon with Simply Stunning Events and her extraordinary attention to detail, creativity, and genuine passion for her craft allowed for our day to be as amazing as it was.
**Planning and Organization**
Shannon took the time to understand our vision and preferences, and then turned them into a beautifully orchestrated reality. Her meticulous planning and organization were evident from the start. She provided us with a comprehensive timeline and personalized materials for wedding day, schedules for individual groups (bridesmaids, groomsman, and our families) along with hotel fliers to ensure the guests were equally as well-informed and on track and every step of the way. Every meeting was productive, and every question we had was answered with patience and expertise. Shannon always went the extra mile to coordinate with all of our vendors and took so much off of my plate as a bride. She never hesitated when I needed to meet with her to chat about details or questions that I had approaching the big day. Her communication and attention to detail is one of the reasons Shannon shines in this space!
One of my biggest worries as a bride was being able to have my family enjoy their day without having “jobs” to run around and stress about. Shannon took every ounce of worry off my plate and my family’s by coordinating with the venue and having an assistant on the day of our wedding to help with everything! From big to small, Shannon helped with all the details to ensure our family could enjoy the day as much as we did!

Shannon’s creativity is truly unparalleled. She was able to transform our venue into a breathtaking space that perfectly reflected our style and personality. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the stunning floral arrangements that aligned to my vision to the carefully curated décor that matched my vision and was communicated with our fantastic team at Bella Flora. Shannon and the Bella Flora team are a duo for the ages! If you have these two by your side, your wedding day will be nothing short of excellent and classy in every way! Shannon even went above and beyond to incorporate unique elements that made our wedding day feel deeply personal and memorable such as personalized bar signs, napkins, and more.
**Vendor Coordination**
One of the standout aspects of working with Shannon was her ability to coordinate with vendors. She has an extensive network of trusted professionals and skillfully managed relationships with everyone involved (families and vendors alike). This not only alleviated a significant amount of stress but also ensured that everything ran smoothly on the big day.
**Problem-Solving and Flexibility**
Even with the best planning, unexpected issues can arise, and this is where Shannon truly shined. Her problem-solving skills and calm demeanor were invaluable when a minor hiccup occurred. She handled everything with grace and efficiency, allowing us to enjoy our day without any worry. She put the bride and groom in mind when making decisions and truly wanted us to enjoy our day without any worries in the world. Because of her- we were able to do just that!

I’ve always known I wanted a day of coordinator when I got married to avoid extra stress on my big day but Shannon absolutely exceeded our expectation!!! Planners/day of coordinators are an investment but Simply Stunning Events was 1000% worth it! Shannon was an absolute blessing when it came to both the planning of our wedding and being there day of! Her and her team did so much to make our day absolutely amazing in every way!! Shannon is such a caring person who is clearly passionate about making your wedding day everything you dreamed of and more!! We are so so thankful we had her there to have our backs through everything and to handle several issues with our venue prior to, day of, and even after our wedding. Amazing!
Our experience with Shannon as our wedding coordinator was an absolute dream! She helped us plan the most perfect day and made the entire process from start to finish so enjoyable and stress-free. On our wedding day, my mind was at ease knowing Shannon was behind the scenes making everything run seamlessly. Because of her, we were able to truly soak in and ENJOY every moment!
Shannon is incredibly organized, knowledgeable about the wedding industry, dependable, and such a kind, easygoing person to work with. If you have a vision, she will bring it to life! Shannon was absolutely amazing and one of the biggest reasons our day went off without a hitch! We had originally hired Shannon and her team for day of coordination but when we got about 2 months out from the wedding increased our package to the partial planning, which was the best decision we ever made in wedding planning. Shannon and her team are so professional but also friendly and truly amazing to work with. Shannon took our 8 months of booking vendors and turned it into the wedding and reception of our dreams. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator you will absolutely not regret hiring this team to assist with your wedding! I don’t know how they keep everything straight but I can tell you she didn’t miss a single detail and even helped plan all of our DIY decor. This team is amazing!!Simply Stunning Events's reply:

Shannon was highly professional from A to Z! I chose to work with her because I was very impressed by her offering of clearly defined packages in her first message, and had no regrets. Her follow-through was better than I could have imagined! She was thoughtful and thorough, and it's clear that she absolutely loves her job. She made the process so easy and took a huge weight off of my shoulders. She's got great taste in decor and high quality vendor contacts. We served pizza, a bit unconventional, but she found a great solution to keep it warm during the reception. I can't say enough amazing things about Shannon. She went above and beyond the call of a wedding planner. She was very involved in everything and her communication was the best I have ever had. Not only that, but she is an incredibly kind person to work with. Every vender I had stated how great she was to work with and my guests also thought she was so incredibly nice and wonderful at my wedding. There were unforeseen circumstances on my wedding day that Shannon took in stride and took care of without me having to give a single worry on my wedding day. Again there aren't enough kind words I could say about Shannon and much I would absolutely brag on her to everyone I know. I truly believe she is one of the best wedding planners there are. Stress Free Every Step of the Way
Shannon’s attention to detail was over the top. Her experience clearly shows as she gave great advice through the entire planning process, from vendors, to catering, to every minute of a detailed timeline she truly knows all things in wedding coordination.
Communication was fast and easy.
When rain came 30 minutes before our outdoor ceremony, she communicated above and beyond to all vendors and incoming guests. She was ready with new plan immediately, and it was a flawless transition. We were still able to have an outdoor ceremony!
We truly cannot thank Shannon enough for how much she has helped us create the most beautiful memories. She was THE most important part of planning. We were honored to have you part of our special day! -
