Wedding Cake
We had a small cake made for our elopement. It was beautiful and tasted amazing! We also traveled 10 hours with it and it had no issues whats so ever. Very happy that we chose Mackenzie to make our cake! -

Where do I even begin to describe the sheer delight that was the birthday cake I received for my 30th birthday? From the moment I laid eyes on it, I knew this cake was something special. Not only was it impeccably decorated with intricate details that spoke volumes about the craftsmanship behind it, but each bite was a symphony of flavors that danced on my taste buds like a celebration in my mouth.
The cake itself was moist, tender, and perfectly baked, a testament to the skill of the baker who clearly poured their heart and soul into creating this masterpiece. Every layer was a revelation, with the strawberry cake, cheesecake, and graham cracker harmonizing beautifully with the velvety smooth frosting that enveloped it.
But what truly set this cake apart was the personalized touch that was evident in every aspect of its design. From the elegant swirls of frosting to the delicate flower decorations that adorned its surface, it was clear that this cake was crafted with love and attention to detail.
Not only was it a feast for the senses, but it was also a feast for the eyes. The presentation was nothing short of stunning, with every element meticulously arranged to create a visual spectacle that was almost too beautiful to eat. Almost.
In short, the birthday cake I received for my 30th birthday was nothing short of spectacular. It was more than just a cake – it was a work of art, a labor of love, and a testament to the joy that can be found in celebrating life's special moments. I am endlessly grateful to Mackenzie, and I will cherish the memories of enjoying it with my loved ones for years to come. -

Our wedding was 3-15-24. The taste of the cake itself was amazing. My wife and I went with a classic white cake with vanilla bean frosting. Also, the delivery was very timely.
The issue with our cake was that the upper portion of the design/formwork, as well as the texture, was way off from the inspiration photos we presented. We were never given any heads up that the cake we received would vary in appearance to the degree that it did.
We intentionally chose a very contemporary, minimal, and simply designed cake, and we were severely shocked, confused, and let down at the results.
A number of individuals at our wedding ridiculed the cake itself, as it sat directly adjacent to the bride/groom dinner table.
We reached out in order to get some kind of explanation as to why the execution was so far off, and unfortunately we were ghosted with no response whatsoever.
We intentionally chose Simply Frosted because of our love and support for small Black businesses; we were greatly disheartened with what we received.
