Jane Sent on 11/28/2017Mariah and her team were so amazing to us! We didn't have a huge floral budget for our wedding and she was willing to work with us no matter what! I was planning from out of state, so we skyped to discuss my vision, what I was wanting, flower options, etc. She was very communicative throughout the whole process and I could not be more happy with how everything turned out. She did the centerpieces, aisle decor, and wine barrel arrangements for us. I would highly recommend her to any brides looking for a florist or anyone looking for flowers for their special event. Thank you Mariah and team :)

Even with some last minute additions, they far exceeded our expectations of my visions of floral arrangements. I found them through a few people who had used them for their weddings in the past, and now I recommend them to all of my friends with upcoming weddings/big events. So easy to work with, and was so happy with the final products! Reasonably priced as well and love that she had other rental products for decor, and not JUST floral! -

She was affordable, flexible, had my flowers ready on time, and included "extras" (vases, a toss-away bouquet, an extra boutenniere) that ended up being very useful. I highly recommend this florist! -

K Sent on 04/12/2018If you are someone who pays attention to detail, then hire vendors who also pay attention to details. No matter how easy and clear my husband and I made it for Simply Flowers, they did not pay attention to any of the details. We met with Mariah months in advance & sent pictures via email with clear and in depth descriptions of what my husband & I wanted. We requested for the groom to have a single white rose with eucalyptus, and all other boutonnieres be made only of eucalyptus. Instead, all of the boutonnieres I received were the same as the grooms, there was nothing different that stood out or seemed special about my husband’s boutonniere. We were also told the boutonnieres would be labeled by name. We took the time to give them a list of names that corresponded with every person in the wedding party, but it wasn’t done. Instead, in a sloppy fashion, they wrote my name on a card & threw it in the boxes which made distribution difficult. The bridesmaid’s bouquets looked nothing like the inspiration pictures we showed Mariah. The inspiration photos displayed a large, long stemmed, wild looking bunch of eucalyptus... literally as simple as it gets. What we received was a sad, small bunch, that looked like it was made for a child & it was not at all what we discussed with Mariah. Our invoice was repeatedly marked with incorrect quantities & descriptions. It took several emails, a phone call & a dismissed request to meet in person to make sure they were on the same page. We got the impression they were irritated whenever we brought their errors to their attention. The SF team talks to you as if they understand your vision, but they don't. If you're thinking about hiring Simply Flowers for your wedding just consider that your wedding and all the details that go along with it are forever. Everything will be photographed, recorded and remembered. You're taking a chance of being disappointed. I don’t understand how vendors like this exist in the wedding community.
