I was looking for chair covers for my wedding and stumbled across this company. They have a wide selection of designs and colors to fit any style of wedding. I ordered my chair covers with the help of their customer service team and when they arrived, they fit all the chairs perfectly. I am so happy with how it turned out!

I ordered from this on 11/10/2020 for a dinner event I was planning for 11/21/2020 and was told they would arrive 3-5 days before the event. Bottom line- today is 2 days post event, and I still have not received my items and had to go without for my event. They did not even have the decency to call or email me to inform me that my product wouldn't get here on time but I guess I should've known when they apparently didn't eve ship until 11/18/2020 per the text update I received. Now, I'm trying to see if I can get a refund. My advice? Look elsewhere! -

Don’t waste your money!
I was told that my shipment would come 3-5 days before my wedding. That day same and went, I had to contact the shipper and was told I could pick it up if I needed it from my local UPS store. The box was partially opened when I received it and the chair covers were dirty and some had holes on them. I had to time to get another company to send me some! Very disappointed! -

Please Avoid
I’m not sure I’ve ever posted a review before but my husband said we needed to warn people so they didn’t go through our experience. We ordered our chair covers and got a confirmation email right away. When it came to 3 days before our wedding, the chair covers never showed up. When we reached out via email they responded right away but said they’d been closed for the holidays and didn’t get them shipped out on time. They would happily cancel our order or we could drive to a ups and pick them up so we would have them in time. Luckily for us, we were having an evening ceremony because UPS stores don’t open until noon. Once we got the chair covers, they were the wrong ones. They were spandex and we had ordered polyester. There were large brown stains on them. More than half had rips and holes in them. Some were different sizes. It was the day of our wedding so we had to use them. Afterwards, they had forgot to pack the return label. They don’t ever answer or return calls but they do return emails most of the time. No reimbursement or discount yet. I even sent pictures of it all to confirm. -

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered 80 chair covers online for my wedding. I placed the order three weeks prior to the event and received an email confirmation and my credit card was charged for the covers.
Two days before the event, the covers had not yet arrived and, in a panic, I tried contacting the vendor. They did not pick up the phone or respond to my online chat request. I also ended up sending an email. They did finally respond to the email with "Someone should have alerted you that we were booked for that weekend! We've issued a refund. Sorry for the misunderstanding."
That email came in at 3 PM on Friday before my Sunday wedding. I'm lucky I saw it and was able to contact a local vendor who luckily had something in stock that I could pick up, at quite a bit of extra cost, mind you. Thank goodness the local vendor was WONDERFUL.
I will never use this company again. Ever. I understand being overbooked, but I cannot understand taking my money and then not sending the product I ordered, nor contacting me to refund my order in time for me to shop for another comparable vendor.
