  She did a beautiful job on our cake! She was very pleasant to work with. The only problem was that some of the flowers (real flowers) fell off of the bottom of the cake where it cascaded around from top to bottom. It left a small bald spot at the bottom but the cake was elegant and everybody commented on how delicious it tasted.

  Simply Elegant Designer Cakes did an amazing job and fit well under budget for my wedding!! The cake looked and tasted amazing!

  Simply Elegant Cakes by Michele was truly a prefect wedding cake experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to details about the cake that I hadn't even considered. The cake was moist and delicious (at the reception and weeks after), she has amazing flavor pairings. The appearance of the cake was stunning, still after my wedding is over and the cake is gone, I cannot believe how PERFECT the cake was. Everyone that attended my wedding and saw pictures of the cake has complimented on how breathe-taking it was. I cannot agree with them more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  We spent lots of time on the internet to design just the right cake. Michele educated us on what types of cakes work best in different environments as well as what flavors work best together. We had people rave at what beautiful Cakes we had and the taste was to die for. I would choose her

  I ordered a graduation cake for my daughter. She is interested in photography and choir. Michele created a beautiful chocolate, fudge filled cake with fondant which incorporated both of these themes. It tasted great, and everyone loved it. Michele is easy to work with, and has a lot of great ideas. She is a perfectionist, and it pays off.
