I don't have adequate words to describe how lovely it was, and how happy I am that we worked with Simply Delicious for our wedding catering. Nancy and her team are incredible, and went above and beyond what we ever would have expected from our caterer. From helping us nail down the timeline of events for our wedding, to organizing rentals and making sure we had literally everything we needed to make the day perfect (we got married at a rustic venue in the forest, which required some extra planning!) making sure that everything was running smoothly on the day of, and to the absolutely delicious food and stunning display, I cannot recommend Simply Delicious highly enough. Nancy knows the Flagstaff wedding scene very well, and was so helpful both with offering advice, and keeping things on track. When there was a fire burning north of our venue, she was the one that found us a back-up plan last minute (which we didn't end up needing, but the back-up would have been great as well!). She was also incredibly gracious with her time, and closer to our wedding we chatted several times in depth to hash out all of the details. She was also very flexible when we had to post-pone because of Covid. And I can honestly say that food from Simply Delicious and Cafe Daily Fare is the absolute best-- it is phenomenal. Our menu was perfect, and our guests were raving about the food at our wedding. Nancy is also just a lovely person to be around in general, and I am so happy we found her.

Nancy and her staff were absolutely wonderful. They catered our wedding at Foxboro Ranch Estates near Munds Park. The food is beyond delicious and the service was truly exceptional. Nancy was extremely helpful and really knows what she is doing. The staff was super pleasant and professional. I found the prices to be very reasonable and loved that she let us provide our own alcohol. Nancy was very easy to work with and alway responded to my calls. It was really nice to have her handle all of the rentals. The bar setup was just beautiful. People were telling us that not only was it the best wedding food they every had, but some of the best food period!! We could not have anticipated such great catering. I would choose Simpy Delicious a million times over. THANK YOU NANCY & CREW : )!!!!

Nancy is truly passionate about her food and its presentation and it really shows! Our reception was decorated to perfection and the food was just AMAZING! We are sincerely grateful to her and the staff. With a month left for our wedding day, our original caterer broke her contract when I questioned the rental charges which was padded almost $2k! She said no bride has ever asked her to itemize the rental charges and she was both abrupt and truly rude-then she said she did not want to cater our wedding....

With really no time left to the wedding day, we scrambled and found Nancy(which turned out to be a true blessing in disguise!) Not only her menu just what we were looking for-instead of not so interesting chicken or fish with mash potatoes we got the following menu below in family style so everyone was able to taste the food. To boot, her prices were lower by several thousand dollars!! Instead of pushing us to purchase alcohol from the caterer(like the original caterer), Nancy made suggestions to beer/wine pairing and offered to pick up the alcohol at its original cost from store! We must have called and emailed Nancy a gazillion times, and each time, she made me feel like we were the priority which was awesome and very comforting. During our reception, Nancy walked around to each table making sure everything was ok with the food. She also took it upon herself to my event coordinator and worked with all vendors. Nancy also gave us great advice and even packed us food to go so that my husband and I were able to eat after our wedding(highly recommend to other brides!). My father who never ever compliments anything stated to me at my wedding that everything was very well done! :)

Simply Delicious catered my wedding at the Flagstaff Nordic Center in June 2013. While sometimes Nancy was a bit difficult to get ahold of and sometimes things did not get resolved as quickly as I would've liked, I had absolutely no complaints about the food or most of the service. Our guests raved about how delicious the food was and I especially appreciated the meals she made for the vegetarian/vegans guests - they absolutely loved the food. The food was beautifully cooked and presented and I really appreciated that they made the food right there on site. She also made the wedding cake, which was exactly what I wanted and looked beautiful. Anything that I wanted to do, she was willing to make happen. I loved that we were able to serve the food family style and that everyone got to sit around and talk instead of waiting in line for food. We thought we would have to have a buffet style because we couldn't afford a plated service, but Nancy was able to make the family style work. They are truly among the best caterers in Flagstaff. During the day of the wedding, Nancy especially was fantastic. She served as a kind of event coordinator as well and worked with the DJ and event staff to time the cocktail hour and dinner just right, she even coordinated toasts with the dinner service.
We did have one issue, though. We hired them to bartend as well and although we supplied several kegs of beer and many bottles of wine, we were told at about 7:30 PM that evening that we were out of alcohol. We were shocked by this but my husband's mother and some other friends then had to drive back into town (30+ minutes there and back) to purchase more alcohol. We found out later, though that the bartender had not been pumping the kegs properly and we had plenty all along. We were not able to return the other kegs we had purchased and my mother-in-law ended up missing out on an hour of the reception. We told them this, but they did not offer to make any refunds, etc.

I had heard amazing reviews about Nancy and her team. But to my disappointment, she was EXTREMELY difficult to get a hold of and also her prices were outrageous. I was sad that i waited TWO MONTHS on a respond from her,only to be told it would cost 9600 for my 100 person wedding for food and rentals.( I contacted the rental company to get a breakdown of the costs and found out our rentals would only be 1600 MAX. She said 3300 of it was rentals) RIDICULOUS. I feel insulted and taken advantage of. DO NOT USE HER if you are on a budget or just plain don't enjoy being RIPPED OFF. Check out other business' that cater in the flagstaff area.HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
