  The perfect day!

  My daughter's wedding was held in September 2024. The ceremony was held right on site at Simply Country Barn and it was beautiful. Everything went very well. We had a small wedding (60 people) but Jim and Carrie Tryba made sure every detail was just right. We signed up for the floral, decorating and game packages too. Carrie has a lot of experience as a florist, and it showed. The bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful. There were so many decorations to choose from, and everything looked just beautiful. Our guests enjoyed playing the outdoor games. We also had a bonfire where guests could make s'mores. It was monitored by a staff member to ensure that everyone stayed safe. We... Read more

  My daughter's wedding was held in September 2024. The ceremony was held right on site at Simply Country Barn and it was beautiful. Everything went very well. We had a small wedding (60 people) but Jim and Carrie Tryba made sure every detail was just right. We signed up for the floral, decorating and game packages too. Carrie has a lot of experience as a florist, and it showed. The bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful. There were so many decorations to choose from, and everything looked just beautiful. Our guests enjoyed playing the outdoor games. We also had a bonfire where guests could make s'mores. It was monitored by a staff member to ensure that everyone stayed safe. We were able to use the big speaker free of charge, so we could download play lists and avoid the cost of a DJ or band. The couple really wanted an outdoor wedding, and thankfully Mother Nature cooperated. But if it had rained, the barn was Plan B. It would have been every bit as beautiful. Jim began fogging for mosquitoes very early in the morning to ensure that bugs were not a problem. And, he planted a field of sunflowers, which made a lovely backdrop for photos. There were a lot of other nice photo spots, including a little grove of trees, and antique farm equipment on the property. Altogether, the staff at Simply Country Barn made it a very special day.

  Married 9/6/19

  Jim and Carrie have gone above and beyond for my wedding. Everything was beautiful from start to finish. I'm a very hands on, in control person when it comes to things and Carrie did so much that I felt like it was too easy and I was missing something. She was helpful when it came to planning and last minute requests. Communication back and forth was good and she never made me feel like I was annoying her with all my requests, even though I probably sent the same request mult times. They set everything up, took it all down, and packed up the items I brought. It was very simple and ran smoothly. Beverage package was also a plus. The bridal cottage is beautiful to get ready in. Inside the barn is BREATH TAKING! The staff and everyone involved are so accommodating and willing to assist in anyway they can. We even got a ride from their security guard that night ;) A-plus for him!!! If you're looking glam with a twist of vintage, this is your place!! Seriously, my fairy tail wedding came true and a lot it started with Simply Country Barn!

  They are very nice and there was no question we were going to get married here! They have so much pride in their facility and they will do whatever it takes to make our wedding day great!:)

  Perfection!

  Jim and Carrie are fabulous individuals who bend over backwards to make your day absolutely perfect. Our wedding day is a day my husband and I will always remember. The venue is simply gorgeous and Carrie does a wonderful job setting up all the decor. She also did the flowers for the wedding party which turned out great. They’re great people to work with and you can tell they love what they do. If anyone is looking for a venue, please reach out to Jim and Carrie! They did a fabulous job.

  Only venue we looked at

  Jim and Carrie were so nice answered all my questions, and none of the were stupid they made it seem. The place is absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait to get married there!

  Great to have everything in one place

  The venue is gorgeous inside. Some flowers for the tables is all you need for decorations. It’s great to have the ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and dinner all in the same area. Jim and Carrie are very friendly and easy to work with. I think they try very hard to make your day special. The bride cabin is charming and nice to have a separate place to take the final getting ready photos

  Get Married Here!

  Jim and Carrie were really helpful. Their barn was well staffed and their preferred caterers and recommended vendors list really helped us to plan our day. Carrie also did our floral and it turned out exactly how we wanted it. You truly get what you pay for here.

  Amazing and professional

  I absolutely love this couple! Just in our first visit they answered any questions my fiancé and I had, they were super welcoming and professional. I felt stress melt off my shoulder and we went over prices, catering, music and just everything involving the wedding. The tour they gave us was timely and professional! I’m very excited to continue business with Simply country barn!

  This venue is definitely breath-taking. I knew this was going to be our reception venue from the minute I walked in. Leading up to the big day, we had a few hiccups with paperwork and having to repeat information we had already provided but none of it impacted the quality of the day. Carrie and Jim were very willing to go above and beyond to help our day be a success. While none of us expected 90 degree temps the third week of September, Carrie and Jim made sure to have the fans running to keep our guests as cool as possible. We would definitely recommend this space if you're looking for a place with 'wow' potential.

  They totally ruined the end of the wedding I was at. We were under the impression that we could clean up the next day and at mid night the owners decided we had to clean up. So the entire bridal party had to stay to clean the hall. Also we found out that there excuse for changing plans was a complete lie. They stayed in the barn the entire time and we're not exactly working. When they were called in the weeks approaching the weekend they would take days and weeks to respond. The barn is gorgeous but the owners don't know what they are doing. They need to get over the nickel and diming of their clients. Set the price and stop charging add on for every single thing.
