Amazing service

I had a wonderful experience with Simple Indulgence. After shopping around, I choose Simple Indigence to provide Nail, Hair and Makeup services for my Wedding. Their Wedding Team is professional, talented and friendly. The wedding coordinator, Lori, explained all of my options and was great to work with. The hair stylists created wonderful hair styles for my the entire wedding party. The makeup artists did an amazing job making each of us look our very best. I was concerned that with the amount of attendants that I had plus my mom and the mother in law we would be tied up for several hours. I was concerned that with the amount of attendants that I had plus my mom and the mother in law we would be tied up for several hours. Simple Indulgence has a large wedding team and completed our hair and makeup in just over 2 hours. While the wedding team worked quickly they never seemed hurried and always had time to address any of our concerns. Everyone in my party left relaxed and looking and feeling our best. Even with everything that we had done we never felt rushed. Thank you Simple Indulgence.

Highly recommend!

I’m so glad I used Simple Indulgence for my wedding hair and make up! They did my whole bridal party and my mother and mother-in-law (9 women in total) in under three hours and everyone looked beautiful! They were so patient with me when I changed my mind during my hair trial and really took the time to make sure I looked perfect on my wedding day! Plus, if you’re getting married at the Publick House their spa is right on site and so convenient!

I highly recommend Simple Indulgence! I got married at The Publick House in Sturbridge and we went to Simple Indulgence (the new location in the Publick House which is super convenient) for hair and makeup. They did hair and makeup for me, my bridesmaids, my mom, my mother-in-law and they were wonderful. Everyone looked beautiful and they worked so quickly! From the moment I booked the appointments to the big day, they were so easy to work with. I got married at The Publick House in Sturbridge and we went to Simple Indulgence (the new location in the Publick House which is super convenient) for hair and makeup. They did hair and makeup for me, my bridesmaids, my mom, my mother-in-law and they were wonderful. Everyone looked beautiful and they worked so quickly! From the moment I booked the appointments to the big day, they were so easy to work with. And One thing that they did that I really liked was when I booked the appointments a couple of months before the wedding, they asked for pictures of everyone's natural hair style and the one(s) that they wanted to use as inspiration for the wedding day. It was so comforting to know that they were going to be ready for the big day, and boy were they!! My bridesmaids had a range of styles and Kerrie, Brittany, April and Lori Ann nailed each one. Even better, everyone's hairdos were completely intact at the end of the night and we certainly tested them on the dance floor. I normally don't wear very much make-up, and neither do a lot of my bridesmaids, so I knew we didn't want to look like we were wearing a ton a makeup, but I also knew that we'd want to pop in pictures. Erin and Brandi were great at playing up our features and keeping the look natural. I can't say enough good things about them!

After my first place no called no show to my trial ( 2 months before the wedding) I was stressed. They put my anxiety to bed. They were amazing. My hair looked beautiful

They also brought lipstick for all the bridesmaids if they wanted to purchase it and gifted me my lipstick so I could reapply whenever necessary. Overall, everyone’s hair and make-up looked great right up until the end of the reception which is impressive considering it was an outdoor wedding in the middle of August (aka – it was HOT).

We also got a massage at their spa the day before our wedding which was great. Ally did my massage and it was hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. I highly recommend this crew!

Stress Free Hair and Makeup

I recently got married in Sturbridge, MA and had Simple Indulgence do my hair and makeup along with the hair of all my bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law, and make up for some bridesmaids. They were wonderful. All of the ladies were professional and friendly. I was really impressed by how efficient they were and how quickly they were able to do our hair and makeup. Also, they will have an onsite spa at The Publick House (where I got married) so it will make the process even more convenient for anyone getting married at that venue.

I brought in photos of what I wanted my hair & make-up to look like with me. They did a great job in giving me what I was looking for. My skin must be relatively sensitive, because not long after I was home, I started to feel very tired, and my eyes itchy. I notified Lori, and she offered to let me come in and try my make-up again. Originally I tried the glue-on eyelashes, so that may have irritated my eyes and face. Also, the make-up felt heavy (considering I don't really wear make-up) so that may have also been a factor.
The second go-round was better - they reduced the amount of make-up a bit, and we didn't do the eyelashes. All felt fine, and I was thankful to feel good about how I would look and feel.
Myself (bride) and a number of my bridesmaid got hair / make-up done at the salon. Everyone looked wonderful. I felt like my hair and make-up lasted very well through the night and day... and it was relatively warm that day.
The ladies in the salon were very nice. We were the only ones in there that morning. They allowed us to bring some champagne and snacks, and they even provided the glasses (they were real glass). One bridesmaid chose to do her own hair and make-up and they allowed her to hang out with us at the salon and do her own hair / make-up there, which was very nice. We wanted to all be together that morning, and they were very accommodating.

Very convenient!

Simple Indulgence is so convenient for a wedding at The Publick House. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, my bridesmaids and I felt safe in the salon and with all of the hair and makeup artists. My hair and makeup were exactly what I wanted and I felt beautiful throughout the evening. When my fake eyelash stuck to the top of my lid after I left the salon, the makeup artist even came to my suite to fix it! With 3 hair stylists and 2 makeup artists, 3 hours was perfect for 6 people. The hair and makeup artists at Simple Indulgence did an amazing job at making sure myself (the bride) and my bridesmaids looked fabulous for my big day. They did great at timing to get us out the door in time and made sure we were comfortable with everything we needed including champagne glasses for mimosas while we were getting ready!
