  Wonderful local vendor

  When looking for my fiancee's engagement ring, I wanted to shop local. I turned to my friends at Simon Jewelers in High Point. We were first assisted by Allison, who was an absolute rockstar. She walked us through the process and we never felt rushed or pressured. We later worked with Jean Proctor when the stone on the ring chipped in a freak accident. Jean worked with the vendor to replace the stone. What a gem!

  Simon's is so so incredible! My fiance purchased my engagement ring from them and we returned to purchase wedding bands! His parents have always purchased jewelry from them as well, which just speaks to the loyalty they encourage through their customer service. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend Simon's Jeweler in High Point to anyone!

  The people at Simon's couldn't be more helpful! My husband had to have them order in quite a few rings for both me and himself in order to pick the perfect ones and they didn't bat an eye. They are super helpful afterward too - cleanings, sizing, & engraving are included!

  Simon's is fantastic! We work with the sweetest lady Debra at Simon's and she truly cares about you! My husband first bought my engagement ring from there and received such great service he asked if her could get our bands there too! What a fantastic decision! Simon's has a great selection with a little of everything to fit anyone's budget! Debra spent quality time with both of us, understanding what we were looking for, and then showing us the different things that met our descriptions. They never rushed us, even though we were always "those people" who would show up 20 minutes before closing! In addition to our bands my husabdn also found my wedding gift there, a beautiful diamond cross. The best part about Simon's, aside from there qualified, professional, and caring staff, is they care about the upkeep of your purchases. Everytime we are in there, they are asking if they can clean or shine our rings! Simon's is wonderful and we would recommend them to anyone!

  They were able to custom order our rings when nobody else, even in Greensboro or Charlotte would talk to us!!!
