  Wedding Celebration Party

  Hiring Silver Ties to staff our party was the best decision we made when we decided to have our party! It allowed my husband and me to enjoy our party knowing everything and everyone was had what they needed. Elizabeth, the owner of Silver Ties was extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations of our staffing needs for our party. Sue and Devinn were great! They took charge of the room, made sure everything was ready when our guests arrived. They were friendly and on hand to be sure everyone had what they needed. Several of our guests asked were we found Sue and Devin. Our guests were all impressed with the job they did for us! We will definitely use Elizabeth and her staff again!

  We had a really great experience hiring Silver Tier Servers to work at a post-wedding brunch we hosted at our condo. Elizabeth (the owner) is really easy to work with for planning and booking. Our server, Kristen, was just what we needed on event day: she was on-time, friendly and outgoing, took initiative, and really understood the help we needed from her. Would definitely recommend and use Silver Tie Servers again!

  Silver Tie Servers Inc. really takes care of their clients. The staff not only looks clean and sharp, but they constantly go above and beyond for me and my family for every occasion. Weddings seem to be second nature for this crew!

  I had the MOST amazing experience with Silver Tie Servers this past weekend. The servers were absolutely superb in terms of professionalism, friendliness, appearance, and efficiency. All my guests were extremely impressed and complimentary of them. I don't often write reviews but this service was so outstanding that they deserve much praise for making my event run so smoothly and happily. I honestly can't say enough about them and will certainly be using them for all my events in the future.

  Our case may have been a strange one because we were asking for STS to do a lot in addition to their regular serving and clean up roles. Our at-home wedding included my cousin (who runs catering events like this weekly and is very experienced). She was helping out with food, most of which was made the day before the wedding or delivered. I sent a very detailed menu and set of instructions to STS, which I reviewed with Betty (very responsive by phone/email!) a week before the wedding. This was mostly heating up food, cutting cheese etc for cocktail hour, serving salads, bringing food to tables family style, and cutting the cake.
  I was not present in the kitchen for basically any of the time STS were there (as I was the bride!), so the things that I heard were from my family and my wedding coordinator. From what I understand, the servers were a mixed bag of absolutely great and sort of inexperienced.. As an example of something odd: the food originally went out to the tables too early with plastic wrap on and it wasn't until my cousin noticed during our cocktail hour that this was remedied, and plastic wrap removed. Another odd thing was that there wasn't enough food, but a lot was never served. Overall, it sounds like there were several similar scenarios that occurred throughout the evening.
  
  I think in a situation that there is a dedicated caterer and the STS are mostly in charge of serving, it would have gone better. We had depended on them for A LOT and had to have family step in throughout the day due to miscommunications & mistakes. I admit that things on my end were certainly not as organized as they could have been.
  
  I still believe they could be a great team. My interactions and communications with Betty were top-notch; she came out for a site visit, returned calls and emails promptly, and was flexible about payment methods.
