I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful they are. They made the entire experience a pleasure, and went out of their way to make my daughter’s shopping experience a positive one. After visiting two other shops in town, Silhouette Bridal was a blessing. Highly recommend them to all brides to be! -

I started looking for a dress pretty close in to the wedding and they were able to get everything in and altered in time without any worry. I absolutely loved my dress. They did a great job helping me find the right dress for my body type. Definitely recommend checking them out. -

I'll recommend everyone here, I went to almost every boutique in Vegas and I drove the 30 min just for this place.Best prices, collection & designers -
User2592880 Sent on 04/30/2016After having no luck visiting other bridal boutiques in the city; a friend of mine mentioned that a new bridal shop had opened up in Henderson. The very next day I made my way to Silhouette Bridal. As soon as walked in, I was greeted by a lovely lady. She even offered me champagne! I was very impressed with the customer service that I received. I explained to the lady that I was looking for a specific style of dress. Immediately she brought me an entire rack filled with dresses. After trying on a couple of dresses, I finally found my perfect dress. I can't thank the staff enough at Silhouette Bridal, they truly made my experience magical! -

I really like this shop.. it's ultimately where I picked out my dress after shopping around for a couple weeks. The front desk girls are always sweet and try to help.
But I would consider alterations elsewhere. Because I was prepared and shopped on time 6 mos prior to the wedding, they ate up all that time making me come in time and time again. Irena was difficult to work with.. I wanted colored toole added to my dress, and I had communicated that with her the day I bought it in April. I had paid for the alterations in June (wedding was in October) and she would be grumpy some days, guilting me about my choices and the work it was going to take. By the end of it she still wasn't prepared to give me the dress to take home in late September, and the seams were a MESS. I had to pay extra for someone else to fix it for me a week before my big day!Silhouette Bridal's reply:
Brittany we are so sorry to hear/read this! We apologize if your experience wasn't acceptable or up to par and its very sad that all the work we have/had done to your gown has come down to a review like this.
When shopping for your gown, you were offered to add black tulle to a baby doll style dress with a full gathered skirt above your waist, however a different gown was chosen (a fit and flare)
Then at the 1st fist fitting you decided to have black beads scattered over the lace as a add/pop of color. For the 2nd fitting the gown was taken in at the top of the dress/zipper and the beads were added in the neckline to give you an idea of how it would look.
After the beads were added (like you requested) the comment of "they look like polka dots," was made so the beads were dismissed. Then you wanted extra black netting tulle to be added as a 2nd layer to the skirt. Making a change like that our seamstress had to take the gown apart and recreate a matching layer to the original gown.
After the tulle suggestion, you decided to add black buttons to the back of the gown as well as all through out the train so 120 (black) buttons were added to the gown and train at NO extra charge, the fabric that was purchased by our seamstress (and added) again at NO extra charge to you. Then at the end of everything we still steamed your dress, again NO charge to you even though you had said steaming was "over your budget."
Suggesting/telling future brides away from doing alterations here/with us inst helping them due to the simple fact that not many places will go above and beyond to make their dream dress a reality or partner with them like we enjoy and love to do.
Again, we do apologize that the standards for your big day weren't met . However we do sincerely and genuinely wish you the very best in your new marriage and future.
