Easy to work with!
Highly recommend Signature DJs and DJ Anthony who was out on the dance floor teaching line dances! The whole team was great and easy to work with. They provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and the package we selected also included a choice of grand exit options for 100 guests. We selected the sparklers which did not disappoint! They helped provide song selections during our final meeting which was super helpful! -

Brandon, Kellie, and the whole Signature DJ team went absolutely above and beyond for our wedding. They were so aware of the vibe for each part of the evening and played music to match. They helped us keep the flow of the night running perfectly. As well, the lead up to our event was so easy because of their professionalism and organization. They knew exactly what to ask and how to prepare to make us feel at ease with our night. I could not recommend them more highly! 5 stars all around -

I cannot begin to express how amazing Kellie and Brandon were to work with! We met them at the Richmond Wedding Expo and were so glad we did, I cannot imagine my wedding without them. Kellie dealt with my millions of questions, specific requests, and ensured that my wedding went smoothly and had all the personal touches and details that I had dreamed of. She was so easy to talk to, always prepared with the next steps we needed to discuss, and helped reach out to my other vendors to ensure everyone was on task and had everything we needed for the day. Brandon was also amazing, working with my request to have family play us down the aisle, keeping the party going throughout the night, and generally ensuring all the events and announcements occurred on time. We loved his energy and appreciated him working with everyone’s very different music taste to find a perfect blend!
We did the Signed, Sealed & Delivered Package and were so glad we did. Everyone loved the photobooth and the sparkler exit, but as mentioned, the “Day One” wedding coordination was invaluable, I genuinely do not know how we could have pulled off a wedding without these two! If you are looking for an amazing team who will ensure that your wedding is exactly what you dreamed of, that will allow you to spend your wedding day focused on your new spouse rather than worrying about details, and who will ensure your vendors come together as a team to make your day magical, then Signature Details/DJs are the people for you.

The perfect dj!
I can’t say enough great things about the Signature DJs Team! From our first meeting, Brandon was super personable and made us super comfortable through the entire process. As a nervous bride, he was reassuring and organized with every step and detail. You can tell he puts time and thought into the entire day! Leading up to our wedding day, you receive constant updates, reminders and communication. Our big day was everything we could ask for and more! The playlist was perfect and we still receive compliments from our guest on how much fun they had dancing. Can’t forget about the sparkler and cold spark exit either - added the perfect touch to end our night! Highly, highly recommend! -

Brandon and Kellie took care of us! From providing speakers for our pianist to our last dance song, Brandon and Kellie were so sweet and we couldn't imagine our day without them! Brandon was amazing through every step of the process! We were referred to him through our photographer, who had used him at her wedding and was an absolute hit. From the first meeting with him we knew he was our DJ. His entire team is professional, responsive, and go above and beyond for your day to be perfect. Their planning process keeps your organized and ready for your musical dreams to come true. We had a young crowd (27) and we love to dance (specifically to Pitbull) and he absolutely killed it. He always treated us with kindness and never complained when our venue ended up being more difficult to deal with than we thought. Without them, I would not have had the best day of my life! -

Best Decision
Amazing team. They helped every single step of the way. Brandon kept the party going, Kellie kept us on time. I just can not thank them enough. They helped bring our vision to life. Song suggestions, they even mixed a song for us after we talked about what we wanted for our entrance. Brandon and Kellie have an amazing team. They offer sooo much photos booths, fireworks, music, lights, coordination, I’m probably missing something but they had it all. -

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kellie, who truly went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she was a master of her work and had a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences and we HAD to work with her. During the planning stages, Kellie's attentiveness and helpfulness were outstanding. She regularly checked in with us to ensure that all the details were in place and that our vision for the wedding was being brought to life. Kellie provided us with an abundance of planning resources, from vendor recommendations to an incredible Excel doc with every planning resource you could need (we’re talking budget sheets, guest list tracker, packing lists, day-of timelines, etc), which made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. For every question or concern I had, Kellie had an answer. On the day of the wedding, I am speechless for how smoothly Kellie ran the show. From start to finish, her ability to juggle multiple tasks (and people) while remaining calm and composed was truly remarkable. We were able to relax and enjoy our day knowing that Kellie had everything under control. What struck us the most about Kellie was her kind and caring nature. She genuinely cared about us as a couple and went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. On the day of our wedding, she took the time to clean up our room and give us personalized gifts (on top of everything else she took care of that day!) We booked the Signed Sealed Delivered package and Brandon and Kellie exceeded expectations from planning to execution. While they came as a package deal, we feel they each deserve their own review for their excellent work.
Brandon from Signature DJs provided the best possible wedding DJ service. In planning the event, he was organized and thorough in working with us to plan the song list and order of events which he would be emceeing. Yet he took much of the burden off our shoulders by applying hi extensive experience and was also flexible during the event in response to our guests’ musical needs.
The sound system quality was remarkably good. He miked our ceremony, in which there were no sound issues, including the officiant, bride, groom, and a string quartet in an expansive indoor space. The sound in the reception was also crisp and voluminous without preventing conversation – a difficult balance to achieve.
Complementary to the sound, Brandon provided “up lighting,” the maximum units of which we opted for through our package. I recommend this choice because the up lighting significantly supported the festive atmosphere to an extent I did not anticipate, though I trusted Brandon’s assertion that they would do so.
Throughout the reception, Brandon monitored and responded to the energy of the dance floor to keep the party going all the way through the end of our scheduled time.
Signature DJ also provided a phot booth with an extensive set of props, which was a big hit with our guests, and which was of impressive current technology. The physical photo album was also ready by the end of our reception(!), which we enjoyed thumbing through as we wound down our night.
Finally, and this is the most remarkable and memorable contribution, during the toasts to the bride and groom, Brandon interjected with a musical complement to a speech, which was perfectly humorous and elevating of the moment. Such an action could easily be detrimental, but Brandon’s judgement and awareness created a memory I will forever treasure.
If you are looking for a day-of coordinator who is organized, knowledgeable, and delivers 100%, look no further than Kellie of “Miner Details” wedding coordination services. Here are some of the reasons why I highly recommend Kellie and her team.
First, Kellie was super organized from the start. She set up a personal website for tracking to-do items and sent reminder emails to help keep me on track with planning. She also helped me devise a precise wedding day timeline, reviewed my contracts with other vendors to confirm timing of services, and coordinated with them as a primary point of contact. She attended my final venue walkthrough and ceremony rehearsal and made sure everything planned was in order.
Secondly, Kellie was very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question or issue that came up. She brought up issues for planning that I hadn’t thought of and gave me helpful advice and suggestions. She also had a great eye for detail and made sure everything looked perfect on the day. She texted me pictures of any changes she made and asked for my approval. She was always one step ahead of any potential problem and handled it before I even noticed.
Finally, Kellie delivered 100% on the day of the wedding. She showed up on time and immediately took over all setup and interaction with vendors. She made sure everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline. She also took care of all the cleanup and packing at the end of the night. She moved my decoration pieces, cards and gifts, and photo guest book (already filled with the photobooth prints) to my hotel room and displayed them beautifully on a table. I was able to enjoy every moment of my wedding day without stress thanks to her.
In summary, hiring Brandon (Signature DJs) and Kellie (Miner Details) was the best decision I made for my wedding day. They went above and beyond what I expected and made my wedding day absolutely amazing. You can be confident in your choice in hiring Signature DJs/Miner Details for your wedding or event. I cannot imagine better service. -

Brandon and Kelly are phenomenal. You not only get exceptional DJ services the day of but planning leading up to it. The email reminders to make decisions about songs, making sure I had cleared away things with my other vendors was so integral to the success of my wedding! They are both so fun, judgment free, and flexible people. They give you the space to make your wedding reception you own. My guests had an amazing time and Brandon really knows how to read a room and play the right songs. Plus, the provide a beautiful exit with cold sparks that look so amazing, they are a must. We enjoyed working with Signature DJs so much for our special day!! We used their photo booth services with the print outs and our guests absolutely loved using it with all the props! It was also really cool that we got a gallery of all the images taken at the photo booth the next day. The sparkler exit was also epic! It was so cool to have our friends and family lined up with sparklers and at the end the two sparkler cannons went off! So cool!! The Signature DJs team was great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had! We appreciated the final walk-through meeting before the wedding to make sure everything was all good to go. I highly recommend their services! -

Honestly I don’t even know where to start to describe how awesome these guys are! They DJ’d my wedding a few weeks ago and not only was the music, sound quality, lighting, and MC service outstanding, they met with us several times before the wedding to get to know us and make sure our day was absolutely perfect. They were patient with us and recommended songs when we were stuck based on our music preferences, were SO friendly and fun, and kept literally everyone on the dance floor the whole time. It’s several weeks out from the wedding now and I am still getting comments on how awesome the DJ was, and several have told me it’s the most fun wedding they have ever been to. 11/10 service and I will continue to recommend Signature DJs to anyone I know getting married or throwing a party! -

Brandon was the DJ for my MOH's wedding and I knew immediately I wanted to check him out for ours. We absolutely loved working with him. What a team Kellie and Brandon are! We can’t say enough good things about them. Kellie was our events coordinator and Brandon was our DJ. They are a delight in a Zoom meeting as are their cats. Want to have your wedding coordinated and DJed by a couple who has thought of all the little details that hadn’t occurred to you? What song will you play while you cut the cake? Who will walk your grandmother to her seat? Kellie prepares you with a sensibly timed series of worksheets to help walk you through planning without overwhelming you. Kellie ran our rehearsal beautifully. She walked us through the ceremony, corralled my family and two restless nephews, and kept everyone, including our vendors, informed. On the wedding day, Kellie was at the venue hours before we arrived to make sure all was as it should be. It was such a relief to know the many details were in her very capable hands on the wedding day. Brandon was a stellar DJ for the wedding. We curated a Spotify playlist that he used and riffed on. He was a great emcee for the night, and when it was time to dance, everyone was on the floor until evening’s end, which I attribute to his skills. Their prices are reasonable, and they were really a joy to work with. I should have led with this, but Kellie spent her birthday with us. Her birthday was our wedding day. Talk about dedication to the job! I can’t recommend them enough! -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Brandon as our DJ and Kelley as our Day of Coordinator. They absolutely made our day amazing! After canceling our wedding in 2020 and then moving our venue last minute in 2021 they did not hesitate to help us have the perfect day! When Brandon was the DJ for my wedding I didn’t know what I was in for... 11 years later he is still my go to for special events! I have had the pleasure of having him and Kellie do lighting and music, work with him for his own wedding as a photographer.. and now I am lucky enough through time to have built a relationship with them and consider them family. Over the Top
WOW. WOW. WOW. Brandon is the V.I.P. of DJs. We have compared several in the Williamsburg area, and no one shows the passion for the job like Brandon. He’s up for just about anything. He reinvests in his business, which brings you SO many options. He is also a lighting specialist. If you allow him to just do what he wants with your event, he will really show off! Lighting, fog/smoke, bubbles, great music.
Brandon and Kelli actually sat down with us, listened to what we wanted and prepared a special playlist. He was in constant and prompt contact each time we reached out to him. He came up with several options to meet our goals and really made sure we were happy with the results before our event.
Any DJ that accepts TEXT music requests is a DJ for us! We would hire Brandon for DJ services, lighting, and special effects at anytime, anywhere!

I cannot praise Signature DJs enough.. Kellie & Brandon are absolutely AMAZING! We had them DJ our wedding on October 14th, 2018 & EVERYONE is still raving over them! The lighting, the music & Brandon & Kellie themselves. My husband & I were both more than thrilled with them when we first met them January 2018 at a bridal show in Richmond. They were more than accommodating & they did everything they said they would go a T plus above & beyond what we could have ever imagined! - Any time we spoke with them or had to meet with them my husband & I felt as though we were talking to old friends. They are so personable, at the same time completely professional & amazing at what they do! We had a few things for our ceremony & our reception that we could just not figure out what song should be played for it so we told Brandon to play whatever he thought fit the best. Well let me tell you, we couldn’t have picked a better selection ourselves! Brandon is the BEST at what he does!!! He knew us, he could read our crowd at the wedding, he kept things going perfectly! Signature DJ’s goes above and beyond and their prices can’t be beat! Brandon and Kellie were so easy to work with and suggested many details about our music and timeline that we didn’t even realize we should think about. They are personable, down to earth, and made us feel so comfortable going into our wedding. We met several times before the wedding and they were always easy to get a hold of via phone or email if any issues or questions arose. They offer so many great options; from the basics like extra sound systems and several microphone choices to the add-ons like uplighting and customizable gobos (light stencils). The day of, they were professional and provided the perfect soundscape for our wedding. They even saved the day when my husband spilled on his tux and Brandon whipped out his Tide pen. Although not planned, they also filled in the gaps where my day-of coordinator (who is new to the wedding business) got a little disorganized. We truly couldn’t have had such a flawless wedding without Signature DJ’s!

We met Brandon and his wife Kellie at the Show bride Bridal show at Great Wolf Lodge last year and that day Brandon promised me that my reception would be everything I wanted if we allowed him to be a part of it. When we booked Signature Djs we were ready for the party to begin that day! Signature DJs showed up and helped us throw one heck of a party that we didn't want to end. I would 100% recommend this company and already have!
