Josh Was Perfect!!!

Josh was a great DJ and we couldn't have been happier with his ability to flex to other job responsibilities to help out with the wedding. He and his assistant were very professional and worked with our personal preferences on music and took requests from our guests so we could get everyone on the dance floor. He didn't have any "technical difficulties" because he really knows what he is doing. He helped our officiant set up with the microphone and he was basically the host of our wedding. He introduced the bride and groom as well as the wedding party, held everyone's attention to keep events moving smoothly and everything went great!

Best DJ Ever!

We had our wedding in 2023 (embarrassed I'm just getting around to writing this review). Josh was the best vendor we worked with. He was kind, personable, and easy to communicate with. He was my husband and I's favorite part (we both love dancing) and my family loved him. He did all the things we asked (no rap music or cursing) and did great with the "shoe game" we did! We even had a friend at the end of the night come up and request a song and Josh asked us if it was okay to play or not! He set the tone for an amazing day and the vibes were awesome!

50 th wedding anniversary

Our event was a 50th wedding anniversary and Josh absolutely nailed the music! Very nice , very professional, and very easy to work with!

OUTSTANDING!!! Joshua had our guests on their feet all night! He even had my introvert son on the dance floor in a spotlight moment! A very special thank you to Joshua for putting together our first dance song. We requested 3 songs made into a one 4 min first dance and it came out perfect!!! We trusted when he said he would read the room and he did just that! You will not be disappointed!

Great professional DJ!

Josh was very professional, detail oriented, and a great communicator. Our wedding had some unique musical requirements with a live middle eastern drumming band which was new to Josh, but he was very attentive in our discussions and did everything perfectly the day of the wedding. Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend him enough!!!

Josh was such a pleasure to work with! He was kind, organized, and intentional in asking questions not only about our music selection, but also the overall flow of our day. He cared about the details we hadn’t even considered, prioritizing our vision, atmosphere, and guest experience. On the day of the wedding, he was the earliest vendor to arrive and helped coordinate set up. The lighting and sound system exceeded my expectations. He kept everything running smoothly all night long and was flexible when needed. I can’t recommend him enough!

Great communication and professionalism!

Josh DJ'd for our December 2024 wedding and he did a great job! Communication is a top priority for us and he was timely with messages/emails, he communicated effectively with us and other vendors during the wedding. He helped guide guests to their seats and was willing to answer any questions we had and assist in other areas we may have needed help with. When the wrong song started playing for the wedding party entrance during the wedding he quickly went back to fix it no problem and no one ever knew, not even myself! He is affordable, thoughtful with advice and with his 20+ years of experience! Thoroughly enjoyed having him as one of our vendors for our wedding day!

Super Awesome Fantastic DJ!!!!!

Josh did an exceptional job DJing on our wedding day. He spent his time intentionally with us during our planning phase and offered a lot of great advice! He was able to effectively corral the crowd as we made our way through the wedding day timeline and was very organized. He also did a great job of reading the crowd which kept people on the dance floor the entire night! On top of all of this, he was very personable and his ability to MC was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Wonderful DJ Experience!

Signature DJ was amazing to work with! I loved being able to add songs and information to the app provided by Josh, it made it easy to see everything I had planned all in one spot so I could make sure we weren't missing any songs or information. DJ Josh set up a call prior to the wedding to go over the day of timeline, music, and any additional information or questions. DJ Frank called me the day prior to introduce himself and make sure we didn't have any last minute requests or concerns. The day of went so smooth! DJ Frank and his assistant were on top of everything, we couldn't have asked for better service. We highly recommend Signature DJ!

Best DJ choice!

In the middle of thunderstorms and tornado warnings, Josh and his team were key to helping our wedding day be as stress free and smooth as possible. Weather caused us to have to be flexible and change from our perfectly planned out timeline. Josh is exactly the person you want there helping through any unforeseen circumstances like that. He is much more than just a DJ - he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and unphased by the changes. He went above and beyond for our special day and has wonderful logistical and organizational skills. He listens to the couple and specifically their vision for their wedding from day one of having contact.

On top of all that, we and our guests had such a fun time because of his ability to read a crowd and make brilliant music selections. We continue to recommend him to all newly engaged couples we meet. We can’t say enough great things about them! You will not regret having Josh be the DJ for your wedding!

Worked seamlessly with all vendors and all requests…

Josh was great. We worked with him for our wedding reception at The Petroleum Club where he has a great setup for lights and sound that really transform the space into something very special. And for a very, very reasonable extra fee he coordinated with friends of ours for a live performance at the reception. Fantastic!

Organized, detailed, and responsive.

My husband and I were so thankful to have found Josh for our wedding! My friend had him for her DJ, and her wedding was so much fun! She sent us his way when we were looking. I loved the app he sends to his clients. It gives the whole line up of the reception, and you get to customize it and add music. In addition, we also had a phone call with him to finalize all the details, and he asked us questions about what was most important to us for our wedding reception. He was super respectful to our vision, and I can honestly say there was not a song played where the dance floor wasn’t full of people. On top of that, he gave us a very generous pricing, especially for the value of his work. Way better than anything else we were seeing out there! I would recommend Signiture DJ to anyone.

Wonderful Experience with Signature DJ

We hired Joshua with Signature DJ to do our wedding reception and had a wonderful experience. His prices are quite affordable and he did a wonderful job. Even after a miscommunication of the location of wedding he was able to quickly adjust and get setup in time for our reception. His humor throughout all the activities was enjoyed and he played a solid variety of songs. We also appreciated how his sound system was at perfect level for those on the dance floor to enjoy the music while others not dancing could still have conversation.

Josh is The Best!

Josh was the DJ for our daughter’s wedding and we couldn’t have been more pleased.
He was a real class act! He kept the party moving, playing the types of music she had requested and always professional. The music volume was at a fun level, but not so loud our other guests were unable to carry on a conversation.
If you are looking for a great DJ don’t hesitate to book Signature DJ.

Josh was great!

Wanted to leave this review, as my husband and I had a great experience meeting Josh (Signature DJ), as well as having him host at our wedding. He provided exceptional services, and really helped the flow of our wedding go without a hitch! He listened to all our requests, and ensured nearly everyone at our party was on the dancefloor. He even guided our tables to go through the Buffett lines, and ensured our Bridal Party entrance was perfect! I also really appreciate his proactive approach to ensuring enough time for setting up and having things ready before the festivities began, as well as GREAT communication and transparency!

I'd recommend Josh and co to anyone planning their big day!

The Best of the Best

He went above and beyond any expectations we had for our wedding. Josh made sure that everything was in order so that we could get to enjoy our wedding without worrying about anything. He was so wonderful and helped us make sure that everything else in our wedding went smoothly- not just the music. We had the BEST experience with Signature DJ. Josh made sure to keep our guests entertained and also kept our ceremony and reception flowing smoothly. Quinceanera (15 birthday)

With a quinceanera typically being mostly Spanish music we ended up mixing it up, he was great we had several mash up songs that he was able to mix/blend them perfectly for us especially with us turning in the music last minute after several switch up's. He is a great guy who know's what he is doing and is very professional, if you book with him you wont regret it.

Excellent DJ for our prom.

This is the first time we had Signature DJ for our prom. He was excellent and did everything we had asked for the evening. He did a super job getting the kids on the dance floor in very professional manner plus a very friendly person to with the students & adults. We will definitely try to sign him again for our event.

Great DJ for any event

They really got the people at each table to interact with games and then the whole group got involved. The variety of music was great, a little something for everyone.

Best ever!

My family first encountered their services at another wedding and we were drawn to the venue because of him! He welcomed every guest like he was part of the family! Absolutely fantastic and was super helpful and understanding when we made changes!

So glad we went with Signature DJ

Mark and his staff looked great for our event. The equipment was also impressive. But, most important, they were able to engage the crowd, read their reactions and adjust accordingly. After the weeks and months of planning, it was so nice to be able to turn the last few hours over to someone else and enjoy the evening with family and friends. They stepped up with advice when it was needed, and refrained when it was not. Would I recommend them? The answer is a huge yes!

Signature DJ brought the party!

Mark impressed us from our initial consultation for our wedding day. Our venue was one he had not worked at before, and he asked all the right questions to make sure he got the set up right for both our ceremony and reception. He listened, he gave advice, and he helped us arrange the day-of timeline very early on. I never doubted that he would do an exceptional job, but I was still blown away by how perfect the song selection was at our wedding. Thanks to Josh, there was never a time when the dance floor was empty; he played music to bring all sorts out to dance, and we partied up until the very end. The dance floor lighting really made it a party and really highlighted our choreographed first dance. As an MC, Mark kept the night flowing smoothly and we never had to worry about flow. Thank you so much for everything!

We are so impressed with how personal and professional Mark is. He went above & beyond our expectations. Not only did he keep the dance floor full from beginning to end, with everyone from kids to grandparents, but he orchestrated the entire reception.

Mark and the Petroleum Club made our wedding and reception the most seamless and worry free evening. We were truly able to enjoy it and focus on why we were there. We provided a list of songs for the evening and he was able to accommodate them all, all while professionally guiding our guests through the evening’s events in a way that kept them engaged and entertained. Everyone has told us what a great time they had and how beautiful the ceremony and reception were. I appreciated that the staff and Mark have a solid history of working together, which made the evening effortless on our part. There was no need to check in or manage anything once we arrived. I would recommend Mark and the Petroleum Club to anyone who appreciates attention to detail and doesn’t want to feel stress about coordinating vendors on his or her wedding day. They have this down to an art!

Mark was the perfect DJ! Throughout the planning process Mark replied efficiently and effectively. The timeline we created with him was very helpful and prepared us for the reception. The day of the wedding Mark communicated with us thoroughly so we knew exactly what was going on and informed us of any changes. Everybody danced hard and the dance floor was filled from the start to the finish. It was impressive that the music they selected involved all ages- from the grandparents to the young kids. Mark did SUCH A GOOD JOB! He would check in with me a couple times during the night to see how things were going and to see if I was ready to cut cake, ready for first dance, etc. He did great MC-ing as well. He played exactly the genre of songs I requested. I highly recommend him!

Josh made sure we had what we needed and kept the night running! I don't think our reception would have gone nearly as smooth without him checking up on us, reading the room, and in general making sure everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend.

I never really understood the importance of an experienced, professional DJ until my sons weddding. Mark was so wonderful I’m every way possible. Our guest said so many nice things about him and how smooth the evenings events flowed. He answered questions that we didn’t even know we had. Mark was awesome to work with. I am very picky about music and my husband and I didn't want typical wedding music to be played. Mark worked with me to figure out an awesome playlist. I emailed him several times for opinions and he was always quick to respond. He did everything I asked for, exactly the way I asked for. I would recommend him in a heart beat. Yes, all these categories receive a 5/5! Mark was an unbelievable DJ - before the reception he was more than willing to work with our style of music and put the extra time into making sure all the song compilations were flawless. Minutes before our 'Grand Entry' into the reception he met with our bridal party to go over details, names and requests. During the beginning of the event, he kept us, the couple, informed of where we were at in the evening's timeline and what should happen next. He also kept our parents, photographer and videographer informed. Once the music began, he read our crowd so well that the floor was packed from the first beat til the very last song. Mark listened and played song requests from our guests and was very flexible when some of our guests had special acts and group dances they wanted to do! We even had guests message us after the wedding about how energized the DJ made the night! Mark is attentive to every detail and extremely well dressed. Above all else, he is respectful to the other vendors he is working with, making the entire event run very smoothly. We, the couple, could not have had a more perfect reception, thanks to Mark!

Mark did a wonderful job as the MC for our wedding reception. He was very flexible and easy to work with. He did a great job of reading the crowd and knew just how to keep the night flowing perfectly. He even coordinated a game of Musical Chairs to keep the kids busy while we visited with our guests. Our DJ Josh did a great job of taking requests and playing the right mix of music to keep people on the dance floor all night.

Signature DJ did a wonderful job at our wedding, there was never a moment that the dance floor was empty! They even let my son use a microphone to sing me a special song, they played musical chairs for the kids and were even nice enough to help make sure our video camera was hooked up and recording when we wanted it to be! I cannot imagine having anyone but this DJ. He is very patient, even when we were down to the wire at giving him the songs we needed. Everyone was happy with the music list, the flexibility with requests, the professionalism throughout the night. When things were running long with the photos, he kept people entertained, and even after a few weeks after the wedding, I still hear how much fun people had.

This is the third time we have used Mark at the Petroleum Club. Every time he has done a great job and really keeps the party going! He is a very nice person and we have enjoyed all our experiences with him!

He did a great job for our PROM. No one had a problem with the music. From the get go he was able to get everyone on the dance floor for almost the entire night.

Everyone at our reception had a really good time and said really good music was played. I felt like it was very organized and have been to wedding receptions since and cringe due to the disorganization. For sure worth it.

Mark and his staff were extremely professional and kept the evening flowing and organized. He was curteous, friendly, and gave announcements and reminders throughout the evening. We absolutely loved Mark's professional and kind attitude. The music during cocktail time and dinner were perfect.

All around awesome DJs! We had Josh as the primary DJ and Mark was there as well. They were both perfect! Both guys were very professional and personable as well. They arrived early to set up and everything looked wonderful. We added the special up lighting; which totally transformed the whole room! We also had our monogram projected on the dance floor which added a special touch as well. I had a request for a video to be played during dinner and they went to work on it before hand to make sure everything worked perfectly at the reception (I wish my presentations at work always went that smoothly!) They also made sure to keep the evening flowing and everything on time and always kept us informed of what would be happening! Our guests danced the night away and had a great time. All around just a great experience! I highly recommend them for any event!

I thought that the mix of music was good. The DJ took requests and also played a good amount of slow and fast songs, as well as some seasonal Christmas music.

Mark did a great job of making sure the evening went as planned. He took care in pronouncing everyone's name correctly, and trying to keep the evening on schedule.

Our DJ, Josh, was extremely professional and kind! He played the music we wanted for specific moments, such as the cake cutting and first dance, and then he had the freedom to play any music he deemed appropriate for the crowd! Everyone was pleased with the music choices and adults and children alike danced and had an amazing time! I highly recommend this vendor!

Mark was wonderful to work with and paid wonderful attention to the details. He is genuine in his efforts to make the day/evening run as smoothly as possible and will go above and beyond to ensure that this happens for all people involved in the wedding day! We also had Josh as our primary DJ for our evening, and he was WONDERFUL as well! Blended right in with the reception and kept everyone out on the dance floor all night! I would highly recommend Mark and Josh for any DJ services :)

Mark was extremely professional, had a wonderful sense of humor and most importantly, helped maintain the
energy of our Wedding reception with his excellent music selection! Mark was also willing to accept additional
song requests from our guests throughout the evening. We greatly appreciated Mark's attention to detail as he
pre-warned us ahead of time when the evening was drawing to a close. Without a doubt, our guests, regardless
of age, had a fabulous time at our reception thanks to Mark's contribution!
