Ashley and Amanda were both great to work with, definitely would recommend this venue.

I fell in love with this venue the moment I walked in. It was absolutely perfect for our wedding. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning and well maintained, but the team here is also AMAZING! They made sure my day went through without any issues and helped so much with the planning process. I am so grateful we chose this venue!

It rained the day of my wedding but Ashley was so willing to troubleshoot with me to find the best set up so I could have the outdoors come inside during the ceremony. It ended up being beautifu!

Signature Club was a wonderful location for our wedding reception! It was an EXCELLENT value and a really beautiful setup. A rental at SC includes their chairs and tables (which is not a given at a lot of other local places). The space itself is beautiful and large. The enormous added patio makes it a good mix of indoor and outdoor options. Part of what made SC a great value is their open catering policy--we were free to choose our vendors, which gave us enormous flexibility in our budget! SC had good prices on rentals as well. We rented linens and china from them, and they set them up and cleaned them up for us. What a relief! Ashley Turner went out of her way to be helpful with prompt email and phone communication as well as extra services, like making sure the candles on the centerpieces were lit before we got there (it's crazy the little things you have to delegate, and how many places will charge extra for those details!). Ashley knew the big names in the wedding industry and was able to provide helpful recommendations for vendors. SC (and Ashley, the Grand Ballroom coordinator) was flexible and professional. I am convinced that there is not a better value in Lexington! We would absolutely choose to do business with them again.

We used the Signature Club for our reception venue for our May wedding. We could not have made a better choice. We were able to supply our own catering which was immensely helpful in making sure we had the food we wanted! Tables and chairs were supplied, we were able to rent linens directly through them, and they were flexible with chair rentals through an outside source! Ashley, the Grand Ballroom manager, was extremely helpful, and when there was one hiccup in a price quote she went out of her way to make the situation right. I was extremely pleased with our choice in venue! The ONLY drawbacks were that the dance floor was a bit crowded for our enthusiastic guests, and there was no space to get ready at the venue- I got ready for the wedding at a hotel in town instead.

The Signature Club was the perfect venue for my wedding. We held our ceremony on the Grand Terrace, with beautiful 83 degree weather in October, and reception in the Grand Ballroom. The Signature Club provided setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, an onsite coordinator, bridal suite, AV system, choice of vendors, and 10am-midnight access hours. They also have other reception rentals for an additional fee. Ashley and Lida were very helpful and easy to work with. This venue books up months in advance for all sorts of events so if you want it, move quick!

No problems at all, ran very smoothly. Attendant was very helpful day of wedding.

Our wedding venue was amazingly flexible with some changing of the plans due to the weather! They were there to help and make me feel at ease about my wedding day.

The Signature Club was a gorgeous venue, and I'm glad we went with it, but there were a few glitches along the way. At times there was some miscommunication on their behalf (for instance, being asked for another check for final payment after leaving it with them on the day of the wedding) and a few emails needed phone follow up to get answers. As long as I was willing to do the follow up, they eventually answered. It was a gorgeous venue, we got lots of compliments, and we were able to have our ceremony and reception inside, which we wanted since it was a July wedding! Overall, I would work with them again, but be more diligent about following up with things.

I am writing a review strictly on the Signature Club and not the caterer. The site was beautiful and perfect for my wedding. The site was classy, elegant, and had convenient parking. The lanterns set above the dance floor looked awesome. The balcony was beautiful even though I didn't get to go out there the night of my wedding. A little pricey but I think in the end, it was totally worth it.

This is a beautiful venue for your reception and/or ceremony. However, make sure you stay on top of things. They've had quite a bit of turnover in their event dept., so you want to make sure you're 'officially on the books'. Don't be afraid to call and call and call to reiterate your arrangements, preferences, etc. If you choose this venue, I would HIGHLY recommend using Seasons' Catering. That way you don't have to worry about anything. Were I to do it again, I'd still have the reception there. Seasons' took over and I didn't have to worry about a thing.

We love the venue and had an easy time communicating with the manager before the event. However, the maitre'd did not communicate with us at all before or after the wedding. We were actually robbed by a guest at the wedding, which would not have happened had she moved the gift table into the office as we had wished.

The Signature Club is a very beautiful venue but the lack of service and professionalism I received makes it hard to recommend them. I was told so many different things by so many different people there that I didn't know what to believe or expect. During the event, one of the workers refused to go get more beverages because she "didn't feel like going downstairs." She also was showing off her tatoos to my guests and took money from a guest in exchange for an entire bottle of liquor. I often felt like they would tell me just wanted I wanted to hear but then not actually do anything like I had asked. They also misplaced linens from an outsider vendor after the event.
