Absolutely wonderful. Made my wedding day that much easier. Few days before my wedding I had to change the time the trolley had to pick everyone up and Joe was so accommodating he made it work and everything ran so smooth. I highly recommend! -

Siesta Trolley was an amazing addition to our wedding in Sarasota! CJ was so friendly and always returned my calls/emails quickly and made sure to answer all of my questions! It was so nice to have transportation from our hotel to our venue and then back to our hotel at the end of the night. We are so glad we used Siesta Trolley and definitely recommend them!

Siesta Key Trolley was the PERFECT transportation to take our wedding party from our ceremony venue to our reception venue. The booking process was so seamless, and CJ was great to work with! She was very communicative and asked questions to ensure she had all the details she needed for our day to run smoothly. The trolley was decorated when it arrived to give it a beautiful and simple wedding feel. Our driver was so nice and always on time. The trolley was so clean, and we genuinely had a blast on our way to our reception. We were able to drink and play music and start the party early! I can’t imagine hiring any other form of transportation for our day and I would recommend Siesta Key Trolley to anyone I know for their wedding day! -

Joe and his team were wonderful to work with for our wedding. We rented one trolley for our wedding on Longboat Key on Feb. 27, 2021 and it made the day so much easier and fun! The trolley helped escort our immediate family and wedding party to location for preceremony photos, and shuttled guests from our ceremony location to our reception. When the night ended the trolley also shuttled guests staying at the resort. It was great to be able to offer transportation for guests - especially since our ceremony and reception were in two separate locations. Tanya was our driver the day of and she was flexible and made sure all of us had a fantastic experience! -

I was obsessed with getting a trolley for my wedding, but it was more of a "want" than a "need" according to the budget. I worked extra and finally saved up enough extra money to get the trolley a couple of weeks before the wedding. They promptly booked the white trolley with air conditioning for us. The trolley arrived on time to pick us up, waited for us outside the church for the ceremony, and brought us to the reception venue. The driver did not seem to mind our incredibly rowdy crew and lack of timeliness.Siesta Trolley's reply:

Siesta trolley was great! We had some last minute changes on timing and venue and they were super accommodating. They were on time and very professional. We rented the white trolley which was gorgeous, all wooden inside, really nice. We also got an additional minibus to transport people from the ceremony to reception venue at the last minute. We hired one trolley to transport us & some of our wedding guests after our wedding. The prices were very reasonable, the bus arrived on time, our driver was friendly & professional & even provided a cable for us to play music during the ride. All of our guests had such a good time & we are so glad we used them for our wedding transportation! -

We had a destination wedding, so everything was planned via phone/email. CJ and the rest of the Siesta Trolley team were so easy to work with! We used a trolley to transport people to/from our rented house/venue. CJ made sure to call a few days before to check in, make sure we were enjoying the area, and confirm all of our details. I think Gary was our driver - he was right on time and super friendly! Such a great experience start to finish!Siesta Trolley's reply:

This was a hit for our wedding guests!! We absolutely loved having the trolleys at our wedding for the transportation to and from the event spaces. It was such a unique and special experience! This is a must if you are doing your wedding at Longboat Key Club or in the Sarasota area! We couldn't recommend this more! -

I always received quick communication and responses to my questions and they were able to work with me to find a solution to a transportation issue I had. The day of our rehearsal and wedding were fairly easy and everyone loved having the trolleys to cart us around, We did have some confusion from the driver about what the plan was, but it was ironed out quickly and the show went on. I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Siesta Trolley for our wedding, and I must say that they exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we first contacted them to the end of our special day, the Siesta Trolley team provided exceptional service and made our wedding even more memorable.
First and foremost, the trolley itself was absolutely stunning. It added a touch of elegance and charm to our wedding transportation. The classic design, complete with beautifully painted details and polished woodwork, created a picturesque backdrop for our photos. It truly made our wedding feel like a fairytale.
CJ and the Siesta Trolley team was incredibly professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. They were prompt in responding to our inquiries and were willing to work closely with us to ensure our needs were met. From discussing the best route to coordinating pickup and drop-off times, their attention to detail was impeccable.
On the day of our wedding, the trolley arrived right on time, and our driver was an absolute delight. He was friendly, well-dressed, and went above and beyond to make our ride enjoyable.
The trolley itself was spotlessly clean. Inside, it was spacious and comfortable, providing ample seating for our wedding party. The large windows allowed for stunning views.
Overall, I cannot recommend Siesta Trolley highly enough. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and their exquisite trolley made our wedding day truly magical. If you're looking for a unique and luxurious transportation option for your wedding or any special occasion, Siesta Trolley is the perfect choice. Trust me; you won't be disappointed.

Siesta Trolley was a great addition in helping us get our bridal party to and from the park where we took pictures! The driver was fantastic and helpful during the day of! I believe the company went through some changes so I was having a hard time getting in touch with them to change around a few locations leading up to the big day, but everything worked out great in the end! CJ was great to work with! I felt like I was reaching out to her a few times to follow up with questions or pricing. It's very possible that since we reached out early regarding transportation we might have fallen in the cracks! The communication the day was a little off. Just the bride/bridesmaids were was suppose to get on the first trolley followed by Guests and the groom/groomsmen. When we went to get on the trolley I noticed there were Guests on. The maid of honor had to request these Guests get off so that I was not seen. I feel like they also did not communicate with the venue on a drop off location. I did not want to be seen by Guests and had to ask to be dropped off on the other side of the venue so I could sneak into the bridal suite. Other then that the trolley was used at the end of the evening for lots of Guests. The driver event stopped at the liquor store for us so that we could pick up beverages for the after party! We really appreciated this! CJ was very professional and flexible I just think a few details got missed. Overall I would still recommend their service as the price was great and our Guests loved having transportation available for them! -

I really wish this could be a better review. The trolley is lovely and we used it for bridal party and exit shots as well as for hotel to venue transport. I think the problem was that we wanted to split the time of how we used the trolley and had to make a couple of changes. I did my best to email schedule changes and receive confirmation, but this really was the only glitch in an otherwise perfect day. After we waited for the trolley to arrive at the venue for wedding pictures pre-ceremony, and the wedding planner had left confirmation emails because I was nervous about the timing needed to get everything done, I called to learn that they were at the hotel. Honestly, I have replied-to emails that confirmed where they were supposed to be when. So—they came, but were late enough that we were still shooting when guests arrived and they saw the bride and the wedding party ahead of time and while that didn’t seem to bother the trolley people—it wasn’t what we wanted and totally stressed me out. Then, I had asked—and they had agreed to be there at a certain time for a staged sparkler exit...they were a no show and we have the wedding party and parents and photo and video teams pulled from the reception for what should have been a quick shot. Even the unflappable wedding planner was annoyed by now because as she called the office she was told “he must be driving because we can’t get a hold of him.” I finally said—forget it—would have been a lovely photo op but I wasn’t going to pull everyone for who knows how long from the reception to wait for an undetermined amount of time. We ran through a couple of exits and dispersed and no trolley—so that was the right decision. Remarkably he showed up on time for the actual exit (by this time we were placing bets) and, as requested, took the bride and groom around the block before transporting guests back to the hotel. Unfortunately, even this was marred because when my husband —just trying to be helpful because he saw how stressed out we all were over the trolley —approached the driver to confirm what we were doing the damn driver (and yes, this makes me mad because my husband didn’t deserve this) was rude to him. So—the trolley IS beautiful. I’m sure they would be fine doing back and forth between hotel and venue. But-beware- even if you communicate and receive confirmation—if you ask for something (which I guess was overly complicated) different, the follow though might not be there. It was, thankfully, the only blemish on an otherwise perfect day.
EDIT: Unfortunately, after reading the vendor response to my review, I feel compelled to add. You can tell, I believe, a lot about a company by how they respond to feedback. Some accept accountability, some try to make it right, others make excuses. 1. Communication: I had to send a follow up email to many emails I sent to the company in order to get a response that they received and acknowledged schedule requests. I have each of them saved. Everyone says "don't worry--we got it" Well, I worry and in this case it was justified. 2. Not only did they receive my emails, they received a timeline from the planner that I specifically requested have their times spelled out. 3. I was still nervous so I asked the planner to call that morning with reminders. 4. We requested they show up at four specific times --they screwed up two of the four. You'd think after the first mistake they'd have paid some extra attention to the rest of the schedule??? 5. I don't blame the employee for screwing up the time--I blame management. 6. I'm sure the driver was upset --that still gives no excuse to be rude to my husband --the father of the bride --who was only trying to help--on his only daughter's wedding day. Yes, mistakes happen--so if you are willing to hire someone who is OK with "mistakes happening" on your wedding day--go for it. If not, find someone else. OR--just hire them without any special requests. I'm sure they handle those fine.Siesta Trolley's reply:

Again, we are truly sorry for the mistake, we do take responsibility for the problem.
Your itinerary was written up to your exact request, the problem occurred when one step was missed by our driver.
You and the planner called and we did our best to get ahold of the driver. Most drivers will-not answer while driving, so we had no alternative but to think he was driving!! Once we got ahold of the driver, we found out that he had seen the step in the itinerary and somehow just missed the timing on it.
None of us are perfect, that is not an excuse, just an observation and fact, exactly what happened.
What stands out is, you took quite a bit of time to write a long complaint, yet never took one minute to call us to discuss the issue, of which we would gladly have discussed and offered a true, honest, solution.
We try hard to accommodate and care for our clients wants and wishes.
The company has many years of successes that continues on.
The fumble was a mistake, not done intensionally or with malice, and we are sorry that it happened to you.
Please feel free to call us at your convenience to discuss a proper resolution.
Dear Angela,
We are sorry that things did not go as you wished and planned on.
No one is perfect and a mistake was made, your driver read his work order and somehow missed the fact that the sparklers were at 1900. He honestly believed that the sparklers were at the end of the reception, it was a misinterpretation, he made a mistake.
As for the driver being rude, this particular driver has never raised his voice to anyone and if anything, we are sure he was feeling really terrible and embarrassed already about the sparkler issue.
That being said, that is the only issue there was.
As for the communications............on November 6th your family made the request for the sparkler section and you were immediately answered.
There has never been a time that either through email or phone, that you were not able to communicate us.
As for the office trying to get ahold of the driver, there are rules and regulations, both company and DOT, about driving commercially and using a phone. They are not supposed to use the phone when behind the wheel.
This was an unfortunate issue, not intentionally done by anyone.
Yes, we understand that you were upset about it not going as planned and we do wish we could have changed that.

Dangerous Company- Do not hire
Our biggest regret of our wedding was hiring CJ and Siesta Key Trolley. Throughout the planning process, we were a little nervous about hiring them as the owner seemed extremely disorganized and wasn't great at communicating. However, we were hopeful it would work out. We couldn't have been more wrong. On the day of our wedding, our trolley was transporting our guests to our venue when our guests started to smell smoke. They asked the driver numerous times to pull over and he refused. Once they got to the gate of our venue, our officiant forced the driver to stop as the guests were beginning to inhale smoke. Within minutes, the trolley was completely on fire and burning to the ground. We had to postpone our ceremony as we waited for the smoke to clear and the guests could be safely outside. This company not only endangered the lives of our guests, but also the staff at our club and their own employees. The company issued no apology or expressed any remorse or fault. I actually had to reach out to them to determine how this could have happened. Whatever you do, DO NOT hire this company. My biggest regret of our wedding was putting our guests in the hands of Siesta Key Trolley. -
