  Loved! My family had been customers of Siegel's and so were my grandparents so it was only natural for me to check them out. I was happy with everything and especially, Maria. She helped me design a ring. I wasn't happen with any other types of ring so she helped me create a ring that is VERY different. I was impressed overall.

  We had an antique ring of my grandmothers fixed up and we liked Siegel so much that we ended up buying my engagement ring and wedding band here as well. Siegel had great prices and they weren't pushy like many of the other places we went when we were ring shopping. Once you are a customer they have all kinds of specials and promotions that makes me confident we have found our jeweler for life. Invoices can be a bit confusing so just make sure you ask any questions you might have before leaving the store.

  I found the absolute perfect wedding band here in their estate section for about 1/3 of the price it would have cost to make it custom. They also soldered it for free.

  The portage location were very helpful. I ordered the wrong rings my fiancee did not like them and they had no problem exchanging them. My groom to be was even a groomzilla and they completely understood! We even got our rings in time for our wedding everything was planned in 3 months. We had justy gotten them enscribed which cost nothing and was quick too. We got our rings back within a week. Mine was resized and ensribed. It's really surprising how much can fit in a ring. But thanks to my warranty free with purchase I can treasure my ring always!

  Excellent to work with on all accounts. They were so happy to help us find the perfect rings. We were never rushed or pushed into anything. Joe treated us like family whenever we were there. Any issues that arose were quickly fixed. We love our rings and would use Siegels anytime to purchase future jewelry.

  Siegel jewelers is locally & family owned. Their service is personal and polite - they will make you feel important and valued as a customer. Their quality is fantastic... prices very comparable - but we love especially the service.

  They are a wonderful business. The jewelry is timeless, the prices are fair, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. We've bought much more than just rings from them. They are a trusted business in Grand Rapids. Ken had my engagement ring custom made from them. They have several styles and settings available, and of course whatever size rock you want.
