  We used Shutter Booth for our wedding this past weekend and they were wonderful! Brandi was so sweet and fun! She made sure to get my husband and I in the booth during idol hour so we could have our moment. She even stayed a little late to allow my husband time to do a surprise shoot for me without missing his favorite song out on the dance floor! The book she put together for us that the guests signed was adorable and so we'll put together! Everyone had a great time using this service!

  Absolutely wonderful! Great props! Great photos in an album! Day of the wedding, Hannah was there and wonderful to work with. Brandi was great to work with setting everything up; she answered any and all of my questions. Would highly recommend!

  I have nothing negative to say! Communication was clear and simple from day 1. Any questions I asked were answered quickly, and set-up/break down went smoothly without me having to do a thing. My guests loved the props so much they even wore them around the room a bit :) I laugh going through the guest book. So much more personal and fun than a regular guestbook. Definitely worth every penny!

  Shutterbooth was an absolute treat to have at our wedding reception. My husband and I love photos and we thought it would be nice for the guests to enjoy props and just have a good time in the photo booth. We worked with Brandi from Shutterbooth and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had the Deluxe experience with gold glam backdrop and the guests loved it! She was able to put a our own custom image/logo on the photo strips for each picture strip people took. We really enjoyed all the photos and we received a book at the end of the night with copies of all the photo strips the guests had taken with notes from each one of them (gorgeous spread). It was great memories and we are very fortunate to have worked with a great company and an amazing person!! Thanks Brandi for being so amazing!!

  I was so excited to book ShutterBooth for my wedding that I booked them before I had even picked a date or venue! That’s how sure I was that I wanted them at my wedding. I regret that decision!
  1. If you plan to book with ShutterBooth at a bridal show make sure to ask when the next deposit is due. I booked at a show for $100 and received an email 2 days later from Tom saying I owed them another $300 within the next month.
  2. They are very difficult to communicate with. It can take many weeks to get a response to an email from Brandi.
  3. ShutterBooth says you are allowed unlimited photos. This means your guests can use the booth as many times as they want. This does NOT mean they get unlimited copies of the photos. This was very disappointing to find out because the photo booth was our favors for our wedding guests. What’s the point in taking photos with all of your friends if only one of you gets a copy of the picture?? Not worth the $1,100 I paid!
  4. I paid $95 to have a guest book put together by ShutterBooth. A copy of every picture that was taken was glued into a scrapbook on black paper and everyone in the photo would sign with metallic ink. It looked really awesome at the bridal show so I knew I had to have it. Of all the disappointments I had with ShutterBooth this was the biggest. There were hardly any signatures in it. My guests told me that they didn’t even know they were supposed to sign a guestbook at the photo booth. On top of that, the attendant left me a note inside my guest book saying she was really sorry but she ran out of glue and could not complete it! Her only job was to get guests into the booth and to put my guest book together as they took pictures, how do you run out of glue!? It was completely unacceptable. Brandi did offer to refund me the $95 for the guest book but after emailing her more times than I can count about the refund I still have not received it and my wedding was in July, over 7 months ago. Use another photo booth!

  We got a great package from ShutterBooth... they brought all the props, our guests had unlimited photos in black & white, sepia & color. They kept duplicates in a great guest book for us which they had people sign! Was a great service they provided. Everyone had a blast in there! Definitely a must to have at your wedding.   Shutterbooth added lots of fun to our wedding! They arrived with plenty of time to set up and were available throughout the reception for pictures. Guests loved props available and the strips that they got to take home. We worked with Brandi to have a custom logo on the bottom that included our wedding date and names. The guest book is a great souvenir for us also!

We got a lot of laughs looking through it. I highly recommend them if you want your guest to have fun! We had them closed for dinner hour but open before and after and the timing was perfect!   So extremely pleaSed with Shutterbooth and Brandi and the staff. This is 100% worth every penny. Our guests enjoyed having this there and we LOVE our memory album. So great that they then send you a DVD with all the pics on it as well.
  This is a must if you want your guests to have a fun time at your wedding.

  I highly recommend Shutterbooth!!!!!! I used them for my wedding back in 2013.So I told my mother she needed to have it for her wedding as well. the guest just loved it for both weddings. the guest just had great things to say about Marc, He was professional and did an amazing job with the guests and making my mothers memory book. The staff was great to deal with and coming up with the best logo to match mine and my mom's wedding. I will be using them again. Thank you for making our days very special.

  The photobooth and Kristy, the girl working the booth, were both amazing! We opted to use the scrapbook as our only guest book and it was so worth it.   We had ShutterBooth at our wedding reception in July 2014. We did the Classic Experience, which consisted of 4 hours and each guest received a photo strip in color with our personalized logo on it. We did an Open Booth and created our own backdrop (We did not get any money taken off of the bill for doing this, which would have been nice-then again, I didn't ask). About a week after the wedding, we received a link to all of our pictures online. I didn't do the guestbook/have a copy made for us, because we already had a guest book. My plan is to use a Groupon to create a scrapbook of the pictures. It was great to keep the guests who needed a dancing break busy! Absolutely no problems to report. They were on time and very professional. It is costly, but I'm glad we made it work.

  They did a great job at our wedding! My venue was very strict on setup times and Shutterbooth found a way to work it out without causing me any stress at all. The pictures are amazingly clear and everyone had a blast. Everyone should hire Shutterbooth if they want a photobooth at their event.

  ShutterBooth did a fantastic job at my wedding. They were great from the first meeting I had with them. They were responsible, quick to respond, and helpful with any questions I had. They contacted me a few days before my wedding to ensure all my questions were answered, and had the representative who would be attending my wedding also contact me to introduce herself and answer any lingering questions I had. the representatives who came to the wedding were so kind and fun. They were nice to all my guests and made me a fantastic guest book with all the pictures from the night. They even went out of their way to find myself and my husband to make sure we had pictures together, as well as with our bridal party. In all, they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

  Everyone loved the photobooth at our wedding, it was a huge hit! the girls running the booth were great and Brandi was so easy to work with. All the pictures were great and loved how you got your guestbook at the end of the wedding! It was awesome to look at the next day and just laught at the hilarious things people did! We would recommend Shutterbooth to anyone they were so easy to work with.
