The photobooth was such a HIT!!! If you're on the fence about it...this is your sign to do it! We hired shutterbooth through our dj company (split second sound). There were a couple issues at the beginning but Sarah stepped in and fixed them. We got to design our layout and pick a backdrop. You can design your own layout if you don't like any of the examples. We created our own and made it fit to our colors and theme (boho). It turned out perfect. If you're looking for a photobooth company, I definitely recommend them!

One of our favorite vendors from our wedding!!!

I attended a wedding in 2018 where first experienced Shutterbooth and I kept their name in my back pocket for years. Flash forward to 2022, I hired them for my wedding. They had a partnership with my DJ (Split Second Sound) which was wonderful to find out because I had planned to hire both separately but was able to roll them into one contract, making everything a little bit easier to manage, IYKYK. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Shutterbooth. They were so organized in getting the photo strip design set prior to the date, proactively following up to make sure I felt good about everything, and seamlessly executed on the day of. The props they provide are high quality in comparison to other photobooth vendors I’ve seen at other weddings. The album we received with all the prints is one of my favorite takeaways from the wedding, plus they gave us an envelope of extra photos that we were able to put in our memory box. They even sent us a link after the wedding with all the still photos and gifs taken that night for us to access or share with our friends and family. You will not be disappointed in your decision to hire Shutterbooth!!

Wedding planner review

I had such a good time working with ShutterBooth!! I worked with them as a planner and they showed up on time, were very efficient with their set up, and cleaned up with no issues. Everything went so smoothly throughout the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Glam Photobooth - Incredible!!!!

WOW!!! I cannot recommend ShutterBooth Charlotte enough!! We hired them to do a Glam Photobooth for our wedding in August 2022. It was incredible!! Celeb/Kim K vibes - our guests loved it and there was a line all night! The hosts were so fun and our guests really enjoyed the experience! Plus, they made us this absolutely gorgeous memory guestbook with photos and notes from all of our guests - we use it as a coffee table book now and love it. We also received digital copies of every photo taken. I wanted a very specific vibe when hiring a photobooth company and ShutterBooth Charlotte definitely delivered - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Absolutely amazing!!

Had the BEST experience with Shutterbooth! Sarah was super sweet and attentive throughout the whole process. She communicated with me and answered any questions I had, and even gave me advice/showed an example of how big and what type of neon sign I would need to order for our hedge wall (which btw, looked perfect). I loved that we could also choose the type of design we wanted for the print outs of our photos. Shawn was our Shutterbooth host and he was absolutely awesome too! I love that he texted me a few days before the wedding to introduce himself, what time he was arriving and if I had any questions at all to please contact him. We also received a memory book at the end of the night of all the photos taken, as well as extra copies in an envelope, and will also be receiving an online digital gallery. The gif feature was awesome too, and the quality of the photos were superb!! Needless to say, our photo booth was a huge hit at our wedding reception and would 1000% recommend them! They honestly deserve way more than 5 stars and my husband and I are so happy we found them! Don’t hesitate to book them for any of your event needs because you will not be disappointed!

The best in the business!

Booking ShutterBooth for our wedding day was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Art, Sarah and Shawn were absolutely phenomenal - they have this way of making you feel like you're the only client they are working with. Sarah was super responsive, detailed and professional, but made it FUN! We were also blown away by Tiffany, our graphic designer, who knocked our layout design out of the park. It was better than anything we could have ever imagined. Shawn was our photo booth host and we hit the jackpot with him - our guests raved about how personable and fun he was. He is literally the definition of a perfect host. My uncle was so impressed with the experience that he asked if ShutterBooth could travel to Pennsylvania where he lives! ShutterBooth will make you feel the way you should on your wedding day. It felt like we had our own personal cheerleaders. It was also a nice way to give our guests a break on the dance floor. We can't thank Art, Sarah or Shawn enough for giving us our dream wedding!

Such a fun experience!

The ShutterBooth at our wedding was a guest favorite!! There was a line at the booth all night long! Tiffany designed our custom frame for the pictures and she did such an amazing job making my vision come to life. All of the pictures came out great, and I was so happy to receive a link to all of my guests' pictures!

SO much fun!!

We loved ShutterBooth!

ShutterBooth was a great company to hire for our wedding! They were so easy to communicate with and plan for our day. They have great set up options, backgrounds and allow for cute customizations of the pictures! I highly recommend this vendor for your event photobooth! Best PhotoBooth in Town

The photo booth was a HUGE hit at our wedding! If you're considering having one, just DO IT! The pictures and memories are priceless. All our guests loved acting silly and getting unlimited pictures. And we got an album with ALL the pictures! 10/10 recommend!

Say Cheese!

ShutterBooth was a HUGE hit at my daughter’s wedding!! The pictures turned out fabulous! They were all put into a memory book and the guests were able to write a note to the newlyweds. They loved seeing all the shenanigans caught on film. Memories to last forever! Art Zelenak did a GREAT job working with the guests and putting the book together. It was nice that ShutterBooth Charlotte was willing to travel to Greenville, SC after the wedding location was changed. Would definitely use them again!!

Amazing experience!

Shutterbooth was some of the best money we spent for our wedding! Our guests absolutely loved it and keep posting their pics/gifs on social media! We got our photo gallery super quick and keep laughing over the memory book. I can’t recommend them enough and it’s an amazing experience for the cost, if you’re looking for a way to fit it into your budget cut the favors and let the photos double as an activity and a favor!!

Best all around

Hiring Shutterbooth for our wedding was probably the BEST decision we made – hands down. Our guests absolutely loved it. So much so that I had to start pulling people away from the booth to come dance with me on the dance floor! The photo album we left with is one of my absolute favorite keepsakes too. It so clearly tells the story of our wedding day from beginning to end. On top of all that, Sarah and Ted were a dream to work with! Very communicative, quick with responses, professional, on time, just all around amazing people! I highly recommend SB to anyone looking for a one of a kind, quality experience for any event! They’re the best!

Highly Recommend ShutterBooth.

We hired ShutterBooth for our daughter’s wedding in October 2019, and I highly recommend them for special events. Sarah O’Sullivan, the manager at ShutterBooth, is very personable and easy to work with. Our daughter and son-in-law chose a plan that included a leather memory album of all the photos taken during their wedding reception. The photos were high quality with an assortment of props that made the photo booth a huge hit! Sarah gave us personalized service by delivering 100 frames to our home prior to the wedding and by creating an extra leather bound memory album for the parents of the bride at a reasonable price. She also sent me a link to the wedding gallery to download for free and to share with family and friends. Best of all, the photos and albums are available well beyond the one-year limit of most photographers.

Cassie, our Shutter Booth hostess at the reception, was very personable and did a great job! She kept all the photos organized, so that our daughter and son-in-law will always enjoy their album as a keepsake.

Shutter Booth helped make it one of the happiest days of our lives!

Wonderful addition to any event!

We loved having Shutterbooth at our wedding! The vendor team was extremely responsive throughout the planning and logistics phase and were willing to let us bring in our own backdrop to use during our event. The staff working the event was on time, kind and extremely helpful to our guests throughout the wedding. The best part was the wonderful photobook they put together and had our guests sign. It was so much fun to be able to look through the book and read the messages from our guests and look through their photos, plus we have a great keepsake for our memory box. I think that the value of the services provided was amazing, and I highly recommend Shutterbooth for any wedding or fun event!

Such a fun way to give you guests something fun to do during the reception! You also get a memory book after the wedding and it was SO fun to look at the day after the wedding. We will never forget the memories made in that booth. ;)

Our guests and I truly enjoyed Sarah from Shutterbooth! She was nice, informative and best of all, made sure our guests and I had a great time! Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without Sarah!

So worth it!!

We have always enjoyed using ShutterBooth anytime we see them at an event so when we were planning we had no doubt that we wanted them at our wedding. Loved the memory book!

Simply amazing.

The photobooth was the star of our wedding this past weekend! All of our guests had an absolute blast, and the attendant was helpful, responsive and fun! Guests who otherwise wouldn't let loose became absolute hams in front of the camera. What an amazing value, and what a great keepsake, as we got printed copies of all of the photos and a link to the gallery just a few days later. Would absolutely book again!

Attention Stealer

If I've learned anything from my wedding, it's that people go HARD for a photo booth! My photo booth got more attention than me and my groom! Shutterbooth was amazing- they attendant was so nice and helpful to all my crazy guests. They even made a custom logo to put at the bottom of my photo strips! Best Decision!!!

I am so happy we decided to go with shutter booth for our wedding! Our guests loved it and there are so many silly photos and memories captured! The gif option was a huge hit and my social media was flooded with posts and tags. The best part was being given access to all the photos taken. I was able to make a mini video and share it with all my guests. There may be cheaper options but this is definitely worth the money!!-- Oh and our booth host, Sarah, was amazing! A few of our guests took photos with her--which were hilarious! And she saved me and my husband a printed copy of all the photos we were in with our guests!! Best decision we made!

ShutterBooth did a fantastic job at our wedding at the Duke Mansion in Charlotte, and we highly recommend them! Our guests loved being able to take lots of photos to have as a keepsake and ShutterBooth provided us an album at the end of the night with all the photos taken of our guests included. It's a great addition to your wedding party and was a lot of fun to have them be there.

Shutterbooth is THE BEST!!! My guests loved it! I don't think the booth was ever empty the entire night. It was not only entertaining and a great wedding favor for the guests but it was also part of our decor! I loved our gold and white backdrop (they call it the Mermaid backdrop). It was awesome. I'm a wedding photographer and I recommend them to all my couples.....they do not disappoint!

I cannot overstate how amazing Shutterbooth was to have at our wedding! It was such a huge hit. We had a great attendant; he took everything into his own hands and made it perfect without me having to worry one bit. We are so very happy with our decision to use Shutterbooth; everyone at our wedding absolutely loved it! We had so many rave reviews over it. It was just so much fun. When we received the guestbook at the end we were truly amazed - it is just awesome and full of great memories we will have forever.

We are so happy that we chose Shutter Booth for our wedding in May at The Venue in Asheville, NC. Our guests seemed to have a blast in the photo booth, and people kept going back multiple times. We loved that guests got to keep photos for themselves AND that we got a copy of each photo as well as a message from guests in the memory book – what a sweet touch! The company even utilized our unique wedding graphic at the bottom of the photo strips. After the wedding, we received digital copies and GIFS of the photos. Shutter Booth was worth every penny!

Having a Photo Booth was worth every penny! Everyone had soo much fun taking pictures and it was so great having each of the photo strips in a book with guests' comments next to them. They also send you ALL of the pictures digitally in GIFs, strips and individually. They really go above and beyond, are very accommodating to what you want and very responsive!

Wow, what can I say. The service I received from ShutterBooth was amazing. Having a photo booth at our wedding was definitely the best investment ever. Everyone loved it so much, and it was by far the biggest hit of the night. The two attendants were great, they were so polite and helpful and made my family and friends feel welcomed. I absolutely love that at the end of the night the ShutterBooth team gives you a memory book full of photos and messages from your guest. If you are thinking about using ShutterBooth, don't think any longer. I can promise you that you won't be disappointed. The service is excellent and the guest absolutely loved it. Art and ShutterBooth was such a huge hit at my wedding! They made it so easy to have a custom favor that my guests actually raved about and kept! From the props to the nice host on site, they are some of the photos I love the most - our friends and family being themselves, having a great time and living it up on our big day. Shutterbooth Charlotte, you were the cat's meow. Our guests loved having the booth there with all of those props and we can't thank you enough for the great picture-memories! Melanie was so accommodating about our timings and her team did a great job setting up. Ryan, our attendant, was nice enough to come grab myself and the groom to make sure we got some pictures together! ShutterBooth is the absolute BEST! We seriously can't say enough good things about them. All our guests had a blast in the photo booth with the props and we were able to use the printouts as our favors. The fact that we could choose a custom design was a definite plus. On top of that, we got a book of all the pictures that we used as a guest book and a CD of all the images as well! My husband and I are also in the wedding business and we recommend them to all of our clients!

Shutterbooth was great. I loved the personalized logo we got to put on the bottom of the strip. Our guests loved the booth and we have enjoyed looking through the book of all the photos we got! I would recommend them to anyone interested in having a photo booth at their wedding. They set up and took care of everything on their own. Art was a wonderful owner to work with. We had talked to Tonya and Marla who was amazing through the process. We had Emily at our event with the photobooth. She was patient, friendly, and professional. She and I had finalized details of where we want it to be set up, how long we want the guests to use it for, etc during the week of the wedding. The guests loved her and she was very informative. The guests were constantly using the photo booth throughout the day. The props were great to use. Emily were wonderful and I highly recommend anyone to use Shutter Booth.

I have worked with Art and the Shutterbooth team at Lowe's Home Improvement for the annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day as well as I have seen their crew working at weddings around the city. When I was planning my August 2014 wedding I knew I wanted to have Shutterbooth both for entertainment as well as a fun party favor for our guests. The team was very professional from the contracting phase, to the detailing phase; I even had a graphic designer create the perfect logo for us. They mailed to me at no charge my 100 bookmarks and I was able to use those creatively as my placecards (and later for each guests the bookmark for their photo strip). The photo album of our guests' pictures with a handwritten message from them is such a fun memory and it was fun to see our guests being so silly at the wedding with the fun props. This album is something we will enjoy looking at for years to come. Also, very quickly after the wedding we received a CD with all of our photo prints. I recommend having a photobooth at your next event, and if you do, I recommend the Shutterbooth team, they are the best!

Also, if you are the bride and groom, schedule in your wedding timeline a time to go to the photobooth. We captured the best photo of us just seconds after the ceremony!

This was an awesome idea for our event. The only thing I would suggest for future people using ShutterBooth would be to make sure that employee hosting the ShutterBooth tells the DJ/Band/Person paying for event know when the booth is going to close. Like maybe 1/2 hour before closing.

My guy failed to contact me or he DJ, he just left a message with a friend and no real announcement was made. Therefore my daughter and her new husband did not have an opportunity to have there pictures taken. Being wrapped up in the day/event it would have been nice to make sure that all important people had their pictures taken. Time flys on your wedding day and a shout out would have been nice. Other than that, this Photo Booth was fantastic!

We are extremely happy that we hired Shutter Booth. Our daughter's wedding was in Asheville and I was a little reluctant to hire a company that wasn't in that town. However, they do many events in Asheville and at the Crest Center and we couldn't have been happier! Art was an amazing host and he worked hard at putting the photos in the memory book having guests sign it. Having Shutter Booth was worth every penny-our guests had a blast!!! Be sure to have the booth until the event ends. We paid to have an extra hour added and am so glad we did. Many people used it the last hour!
(They had fun props but I did bring my own too. Art made certain I got all my props at the end of the eve)

I was hesitant about getting a photo booth for our very formal wedding but it was one of the best decisions we made. Our friends and family loved it. And the pictures are priceless. The booth itself fit very well in our reception room and I love the guest book. Our attendant was the best. She even went in and took photos with our guests. They all loved her. Our guests as well as us really enjoyed having a photobooth at the wedding!

The attendants were very helpful and even put together a beautiful album of all of our guests pictures at the end of the night for us to take home. Most of our guests had signed their pictures also!

The only thing I did not like about Shutterbooth is the salespersons pre-wedding questionnaire. They asked if we would be providing a tip to the attendant up front (over the phone) or if we would wait until the wedding night. It made me feel as though there was not an option of giving a tip and we already paid a lot of money for them to be there as well as signed a contract (which I read up on, signing a contract = no tip necessary).

Otherwise I had a great experience and would definitely use them again!

All I can say is that it's simply the best decision we made for our wedding. The staff was able to help us create a custom package that was just right for OUR needs at OUR wedding. We didn't pay for anything we didn't want or need.

If we had to do it all over again, the photo booth would still be the very first thing we would secure for our wedding. It was a HUGE hit and well worth the investment.

The Shutterbooth was so much fun to have at our wedding! We got a package that included a scrapbook with extra prints of all of the photos taken and props for people to use in the booth. The attendant was super friendly. I knew from the get go that I wanted to have a photo booth at our wedding and I'm SO glad I went with Shutterbooth. The picture quality is great and everyone at the wedding really had fun with it!!!

I do not know where to begin....I first met/heard about Shutterbooth at a bridal show in Greensboro. I was studying at Elon University & I made a trip over to G'boro with my lil' sister and her friend. All three of us immediately fell in love with Shutterbooth. At that point, not being quite engaged yet, I hadn't really thought about specific vendors or entertainment or anything concrete. But when I saw Shutterbooth, I was sold. I am huge into photography and photobooths, so this company had everything I was looking for. I knew at that moment that I would have Shutterbooth at my wedding, whenever that may be. & I did!
I kept seeing Shutterbooth at various bridal shows throughout the next year. I became familiar with Art & Rachel. Eventually, we saw each other enough where we knew each other by name. Not only is the company amazing, but the staff at Shutterbooth Charlotte is beyond phenomenal. I never had an issue with them at all. I got email responses quickly, & they were always on top of it. They were wonderful about sending updates, so that -- as a bride with lots already on her plate -- I would have one less thing to worry about.
At the wedding, everybody enjoyed the photobooth. I didn't hear one negative thing about it.
In all honesty, you will not regret having Shutterbooth at your wedding!!

Rachel from Shutterbooth was amazing! She was so nice to work with and was there everytime I needed her. Even though she wasnt at the wedding, the end result was great. Great quality and all my guests had fun. Totally worth it!

This is the most unique fun service to have at your wedding! We used the service as our party favors so that each guests could use the photobooth and take their pictures home with them. We also got the scrapbook for ourselves and we LOVE looking back to see who was there and all their goofy faces. Shutterbooth Charlotte is very professional and a pleasure to work with.

We can not say enough great things about shutterbooth. From the very beginning, they have been a pleasure to work with. The night was a huge hit with the booth and made lasting memories for us and our guest.

Our guest had an amazing time using Shutterbooth! They helped keep the party going and the photos were amazing! These are some of the best memories that we have from our wedding! Our attendant was positive, upbeat and energetic and helped our guest have an amazing time!

The decision to have a photobooth was one of the best decisions for the wedding. It helped pass the time at the reception before the wedding party was introduced. They had props and made me a scrapbook with duplicates of everyone's picture. They had a line the entire night. Everyone truly love it!!!

Our guests had fun with the booth! We asked for extra Halloween themed props for our October wedding and Shutterbooth was able to provide. Easy to work with.

ShutterBooth was a huge hit at our wedding! Our guests had a blast dressing up and posing in the booth! It created a great memory for them and the scrapbook is a great keepsake for us!

We have both attended weddings in the past with photo booths and we knew from the very start of planning our wedding it was something we wanted to have. It didn't disappoint! Our guest loved it and there was constantly someone in the booth from the time it opened until the time it closed! We love our memory book and look forward to revisiting it many times over in the years to come.

We were so happy that we chose ShutterBooth and look at our Guest Book pictures, that also came on a disk which is so awesome to have on our computer to laugh at all over again!! These guys were lots of fun and we actually had the book by the end of the night which was so much fun to look at that night and laugh!! Great props and very professional! My parents friends were in line as much as all the young ones!! Thanks for all the fun and we will recommend you to everyone!
