Best Team and Place to have your wedding
I had the best experience Celebrating my Wedding with an amazing staff. I want to thank Dana Valdez for allowing my vision to come to life, she made my wedding feel like a dream come true. The Catering Sales staff made sure all my request were accomplished. I can honestly say I was able yo enjoy my very special day thanks to each of them, they each made all of us feel at home! Honestly this is the best team to have in your corner during such an important event in your life.

Great venue, of course it's the people that make it so!
On August 01, 2020, My wife and I were married in Miami Lakes. We live in the area and wanted our reception and wedding night stay to be special and elegant AND local.
Don Shula's is a beautiful venue. Their courtyard/lagoon/gardens are beautiful and well-kept. There is a lagoon/river, fountain, tropical gardens with tasteful and cute bronze statues. There are flowering tropical plants and deep green foliage around the perimeter. The ballroom opens through a glass wall of doors a with a majestic view of the courtyard. The ballroom itself is well-laid out with respect to food service and a foyer to receive your guests.
We had a small, intimate wedding because of the pandemic, but I'd say Shula's can easily handle 250 ppl or more. The team we had was outstanding. This year has been filled with strange circumstances. My mother was ill earlier this year, the global CoronaVirus pandemic, and that weekend Hurricane Isaias decided to pay us a visit and rain down winds and water with considerable force.
If not for Dana Valdez and the team at Shula's, it might have been a 'wash'. They were able to quickly and efficiently move the event from being a beautiful outdoor tented garden reception to a swanky ballroom wedding reception.
We stayed in the Governor's suite, a well decorated two-story, double wide loft room overlooking the gardens and pool with wrap-around balcony, bathrooms upstairs and down with kitchenette, connected with a spiral staircase. Our stay felt a like a cross between staying at an upscale place in the keys and a mini Caribbean/ Hawaiian vacation. I don't know about the regular rooms.
The restaurant was absolutely delicious, the food, catering and service in general were very good. This is a great venue, conveniently located on Main Street, Miami Lakes, it's comparable to any other hotel/chain, but with a 'ma and pa' personal touch. I really have to stress that our positive experience was entirely shaped by the great attention and care of Shula's Director of Catering, DANA VALDEZ.
She did magic, pulled rabbits out of hats, rolled out the red carpet, and made our day so very special. So THANK YOU!!!!
I work in the event industry and I've seen over 400 ballrooms, hotels and corporate/social venues. Don Shula's, Dana Valdez and their entire team stand toe-to-toe with any of the best venues available.

Excellent wedding venue!
I recently had my wedding reception behind the ballroom area of Shula's hotel. It was perfect with just enough shade to avoid the blazing sun. Their food selection for my guests was diverse and delicious. Dana Valdez in catering was very easy to work with and helped make my event perfect! The staff were attentive and professional. I stayed in the Lester Collins suite the night before and night of my wedding and it was so convenient and comfortable. I would definitely have another event here!-

Absolutely wonderful!
Ellioth Duran is the epitome of what it means to be a professional. He helped us plan and coordinate details for our important day and everything turned out flawlessly. Everyone at Shula's Hotel was amazing and we are forever grateful for them and Ellioth for making it beautiful and special. -

Perfect wedding 🎩 Perfect location
We celebrated our wedding on 6/29/19 at this beautiful Don Shulas Steak House. I don't have a single complaint. The food from the bread to the drinks to the main meal to the dessert was superb. Everything went smoothly. The wait staff were right on point. Great place for a 👰
This venue just doesn’t quit and continues to reign as one of the best. The grounds and the Golf Club are a perfect backdrop for pictures, Don Shulas is the most exquisite-day to lit up the night. The staff is utterly professional and wearing the crispest uniforms, everyone make us feel special. The management Alicia Bloom is truly a pleasured to partner with, she is the most organized, caring and lovely person you will ever meet, she even to her time on her day off to make sure everything was right on point, she is a blessing and it was an honor to have her part of our union. The food is frankly, consistently over the top, offering everything imaginable, the ribeye 🥩, salmon and the Filet Mignon was delicious. You can’t go wrong here for a wedding, social function or corporate event. Thank you to all the staff, photographer,manager, coordinator and everyone that made our day a dream come true an especially to the one and only Queen of Perfection, Alicia Bloom-Business Development Manager thank you, thank you we are eternally grateful. To completed our night we stayed at Don Shulas Hotel suite, it was beautiful with a Golf Club view and beautiful. We definitely recommend again and again. -

Thank You Shula's Catering for a Fabulous Event
I would like to highly recommend the Shula's Hotel on Mainstreet for any occasion big or small! I had an excellent experience with my team planning our event on May 11 for our Charity Zonta Club of Miami Lakes! We had Dana Valdez the Catering Director and her staff truly help us in every detail from food to room details and everything was fabulous! Dana and Elliot did everything from suggesting the perfect reception appetizers to arrangement of the room with the most beautiful in house centerpieces! Also Manny the head chef was absolutely wonderful making sure everything tasted amazing and the carving stations were delicious! Best Value Venue, Excellent Quality and Service
We were planning our wedding from Chicago, but the staff at Shula's completely put us at ease. They went through my extremely long emails, answered all of my neurotic questions and were flexible enough to meet with us when we came to town to visit. The end result was phenomenal! Our guests were talking about how amazing the food was and how beautiful the venue was weeks after the wedding was over. We also need to stress how much value we got for our money! Very reasonable for the quality of food and service we received. If we had to do it all over again, we would do it at Shula's! -

What an experience!
I don't even know where to begin to describe how amazing our experience was with Shula's Hotel's venue and staff. First, Dana is fantastic. She is warm and super easy to work with. She will work with you as much as possible to make your vision/dreams come true. Oliver was also amazing! He went above and beyond for us at our wedding to feel comfortable, special, and taken care of. The catering department as a whole was awesome as well; everyone complimented our food and the service was very speedy (which was nice since we wanted to get on the dance floor ASAP!). We also loved the conference room for the bridal party to get ready in & the suite we were able to stay in the night of. Overall, we experienced the wedding of our dreams and it was all thanks to the amazing staff at Shula's. THANK YOU AGAIN! :) -

My perfect day!
Amber Brown, the event/catering coordinator was a DREAM to work with. She was responsive, upbeat attitude, quick on her feet, and I enjoyed every interaction with her. Everything was perfect and everyone complimented us on the wedding and they LOVED the food. Shula Hotel and Amber worked with our budget and made our dreams a reality. The day of the wedding, Amber made everything flow smoothly and made sure we had what we needed, were comfortable, brought my husband and myself a drink after the ceremony during pictures and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. I was even able to have my dog be a part of the ceremony and they booked my complimentary room down the road at their dog friendly sister hotel in order to have a place to keep my dog during the reception. I had everything I wanted and I’m beyond grateful! Thank you Shula Hotel and a HUGE THANK YOU TO AMBER! ♥️♥️♥️-

Great Holiday dinner at Shula's
From the outset of planning the event, and coordinating all the details over several months leading up to the date, Martha was very responsive and helpful with everything. Our company decided to have a local Holiday dinner for the employees and the venue was wonderful at Shula's. It was quite spacious, and the outdoor area had a nice ambiance. The decorations, lights, centerpieces, and A/V systems they provided were also high quality and classy.

Paul Johnson was just absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond for us in the preparation for this event. A 50 year anniversary does not come often and he made this event spectacular. The guests gave us very good feedback as well. I was extremely overwhelmed in the preparation of this party and Paul just put me a ease. He has such a pleasant attitude and always available for any question to answer at any time. I was truly pleased with my selection of venue and with my catering planner. -

At first we had a hard time finding a venue for our extremely intimate (15 guest) wedding but Shula's turned out to be perfect for us because of the catering coordinator, Amber. Amber went above and beyond every expectation we had; she showed us every option to make our day what we wanted, she was completely flexible with us, she was completely hands on, she answered the ridiculous amount of questions we had and never once made us feel like we were bothering her. The day of our ceremony she was there taking care of everything and running around to make sure we didn't have to. I honestly can't say enough about her, our day would not have gone nearly as smoothly if she hadn't been there taking care of things every step of the way. -

We loved working with Shula's. The grounds are breathtaking. The FOOD is phenomenal (the mash potatoes are like a gift from heaven #obsessed.) Nearly everyone that talked about our wedding said how AMAZING the food was. As a company, It shows that they care not only about their customers but also their people. Everyone we encountered was so happy to be working with them and they were happy to be at work and helping you.
Dana and Amber are AMAZING! Their attention to detail and care with our wedding made us feel like we were working with family! We had some issues in the beginning, but after Dana took over we quickly forgot all about them and could not have been more at ease. They took great care to make sure that everything was set up how we wanted. They even went as far as to help us find a last minute vendor to hang some of our decor. We would definitely HIGHLY recommend asking to have them oversee your event.
We love Shula's and could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else. -

Our wedding was extremely beautiful and warm as we dreamed it. The catering director was extremely kind and flexible from the first day, where we were inspired by a lot of confidence to be able to define that Shula's Hotel would be our wedding venue. The food that they give to taste for the wedding is extremely rich, the staff was always attentive before and during the wedding, where there was a complete coordination of the schedules that we had anticipated. I recommend Shula's Hotel 100%, since everything they offer is of high quality and utmost professionalism where you will not have to worry about anything.

Our experience with the planning and execution of this event was extraordinary. Amy Orta provided the best service imaginable and helped us with every detail along the way and went above and beyond the day of the actual event. Manny Carrasquel was extremely professional and helpful. His staff was also great. The food was delicious and came out quickly, hot and very well presented. The guests were extremely pleased and complimented the food and service.
I am beyond thankful for the service we were provided and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Amy and have her support throughout this process. She is an excellent professional who provided terrific guidance, support, and service. We would without a doubt have another event at Shula's and we highly recommend the venue and its staff.

If you are searching for a wedding venue look no further! The grounds at Shula's are stunning and so well maintained, perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony. Dana Valdez is the catering director, she's exactly who you want with you to keep the wedding planning process from becoming overwhelming. Top notch professional but so relatable, approachable, and fun. She works her butt off from start to finish and it's more than just her doing her job, she cares and it shows. Nothing but gratitude and thanks to Dana and Shula's! -

Dana V. is absolutely amazing at what she does!! Initially, I attempted to plan this wedding alone but she went above and beyond to make this process as simple for me as possible. If it werent for her and the entire catering staff that worked our wedding, I don't know what would've happened.... Lol!! They were beyond friendly, professional and knowledgeable!! The food and drinks were beyond wonderful!!
I had several friends and family stay here for the entire weekend and shockingly, not one complaint from anyone!! We all rant and rave over the front desk staff and catering! The property is beautifully kept and the setup for our ceremony and reception was beyond our dreams!! This was the most important day of our lives and it was the most amazing because of Shula's Hotel and golf course and their impeccable staff!!!!

Going through different venues and being on a budget was a total nightmare. Mariana and Don Shulas saved our life. So friendly and willing to help she made one of the most important days of our lives not only affordable but AMAZING. Everything was perfect and i couldn't ask for more. Food was delicious. So easy to work with and everything was beautiful. i couldn't ask for anything more. If you want a budget friendly and stress free event that will create nothing but compliments- plan with Mariana at Shulas! -

In preparation for my daughter's 15's I looked at many venues in Dade county. I found Shula's to be the most responsive to my questions and concerns. After I booked them for the party Mariana was very accommodating and helpful - from answering my many daily phone calls to suggesting vendors. On the day of the party they accommodated every last minute crazy request or exception in the most gracious manner. Everything from its way to hot in here (no it wasn't - it was my nerves) to someone at that table brought an extra person - please set up an additional spot.
Many guests commented on how great and fresh tasting the meal was. Chef was also a pleasure to deal with and very accomodating to my requests (well-done, no - medium, on the side please, etc. etc. etc.) A few days after the party I found out that during the event a waiter noticed that one of my guests hadn't eaten. When the waiter found out that the guest was vegetarian (I didn't know either) the waiter promptly brought her a vegetarian meal. That guest later commented to others at the table that it was delicious. Now THAT is service. -

FANTASTIC, GREAT , AWESOME ... Our wedding day was beyond what we expected. The food was great. we got so many complements that night. Mariana was great. she was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. she was always available to answer any questions or to help us through the process. we could have not done this with out her. Manuel was also very nice and very helpful the night of our wedding. We are so happy we chose shulas for our wedding. we loved loved loved it -

Elegant, romantic, amazing, beautiful, delicious food, excellent service -- these are the words my wife and I received on and after our wedding reception at Shula's Steak House in Miami Lakes. This could not be possible without the exceptional leaders that lead it all -- Alicia Bloom, Zandra Torrico, Miguel Riojas, and Tom Valentin. The hard work, experience, and desire to make this event the most memorable day of our lives was known from our first meeting. We highly recommend this team and venue for the special day. Shulas Hotel did a great job setting up for my reception. I had over 200 guests so I was nervous about how everything was going to go but it turned out to be the best day of my life. I look back now if I had to make changes about anything, I wouldn't. It was perfect. The food was delicious, the staff was amazing, and my wedding coordinator (Megan) was the reason I remained calm throughout my planning. She helped me with so much and she was great at everything I asked of her. I would highly recommend this venue to any future bride -

Hosting my 25th Wedding Anniversary at Shula's was the best decision my husband and I could have made. The attention from everyone there was exceptional! From the fantastic wedding planner to the maitre de, the bartender and the servers; the entire staff was just so attentive and helpful and very kind to us. Whatever we needed and/or requested they were always there to help without any hesitation. They went above and beyond to go through with even the most minimal details of the evening that we had planned for. All of our guests absolutely loved the venue and the food (which was amazing to say the least); which is what we expected! Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better service; it was excellent! -

Megan was an extremely wonderful person to work with on my daughters sweet 16. she always returned calls and made herself and/or staff available when needed. She was truly a joy to work with; i would definitely recommend her to friend and family for their special occasions. Only thing that would recommend for change would be to update the ballroom furniture including but not limited to the foyer. -

Manuel and Mariana were excellent to work with. Mariana called me for everything from the day I made the party reservation till the day of the party. She was on top of everything and Manuel and his staff did an excellent job the night of the party. Very friendly and caring staff. -

My daughters 15s were held at Shula's Hotel & Golf Club in Miami Lakes. I was absolutely 100% satisfied with their services. Megan Applegate, Director of Catering at Shula's who worked with me throughout months of planning was a pleasure to work with. Everyone at Shula's that we dealt with were absolutely wonderful! We received the best service and food, at a reasonable price. The staffe was very efficient and profecinal. Marian was grate. I had checked Coral Gabeles County Club and Doral country club as well as Newport beach none of them compared to the proficiency of this place. I was taken by the smooth and cooperative attention I received from Marian the catering manager. She made the planning so much easier and plesent. We have been receiving a lot of comments from our guest and they all talk highly of the food and the service they got. I would review the Don Shula's Hotel at five star for the outstanding service ,value ,flexibilty,responsivness and professionalism , and will recommend them to everyone. -

Like many young couples that want to get marry, my now husband and I had a limited budget for the wedding. I called several places and asked for quotes and even thought we planed a small wedding (40 people in total) we couldn't afford it. Out of curiosity I contacted Shula's one day. Barbara the catering manager made an appointment to meet with me right away. Ever since that day my wedding planning was pretty stress free. I spoke to her, told her what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay and she took care of everything. The ceremony and the reception were truly beautiful. I still get complements from my guests. The food was excellent, and the service was great. I truly recommend Don Shula's Hotel and Barbara is the best. -

It was my 50th Birthday and the hotel and staff made this event magic. From the first day to planing to the day of the party. That group of people went extra mile to make my day. Dana was available for me every time that I had a question prior the event. Thank you for that wonderful experience.-

My now-husband and chose Shula's Hotel for our venue because on our first date we took a stroll around their garden after dinner and 5 years later he proposed to me in that very same garden. Shula's was a very special place to us and we were ecstatic when we saw that they were actually affordable! Megan was an amazing person to deal with. From the walk-throughs to the tastings, everything was great. She was very flexible with us and let us choose any vendors we wanted. On the wedding day, everything went smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding. It was absolutely PERFECT!! Everything and everyone was on time. They served plenty of hors d'oeuvres to our guests. This one something we made sure of because we had been to a wedding that had a 1.5 hour cocktail and we had to chase down the waiter to get one shrimp each. Shula's was not greedy with the food! Then came the dinner and it was spectacular! The food was incredible and everyone complimented us on it. We gave our guests a choice between chicken and steak. The manager of events came up to our table several times to make sure that we were happy with everything and kept bringing us more champagne. All in all, the wedding was absolutely perfect and beautiful. I wish we could go back and do it all over again! I would highly HIGHLY recommend Shula's to any couple getting married. We were on a budget and were still able to have the wedding of our dreams <3 -

ALL INCLUIVE. Great venue for a small intimate wedding. Where the wedding ceremony takes place is perfect AS IS. I didn't have to do much (Very simple wedding) yet looked amazing! They have a very elegant and spacious ballroom and they add in lots of bonuses for the bride and groom. You feel like celebrities the day of because EVERYONE at Don' Shula's Knows it's your wedding. Everyone was so helpful!!!!! and did i mention the food is to die for????? the chef's go out to personally see you taste their food at your tasting lol Happy venue hunting :) congrats to all you couples out there getting ready to tie the knot! -

Honest & Professional
My daughter got married Oct 27,2018, I made the preparation myself . Thank God for the excellent service and attention, Amber , the events coordinator gave me , she is extremely professional . Amber was available for me at all times, to answer questions or make a suggestions. She was honest and as I started to fell apart as the day got closer, she assured me , I got your back, relax.
The wedding was beautiful, the setting was perfect. Amber and her staff brought everything together. I have two other daughter, when it's there time to get married, The Don Shula will be the place and Amber will be my coordinator. -

Don Shula is beautiful, Dana over catering was very attentive and patient with me. I made changes with every meeting and she bared with me every time making sure it was what I wanted and offered suggestions when I wasn’t sure. When it came to the day of, she gave me a full break down then sent me on my way. At no point was I worried or stressed I walked out to a beautiful ceremony and reception. The whole staff was amazing, the garden is beautiful. I wouldn’t of rathered it at any other place. & their pricing is highly competitive. -

We started working with Mariana and she got us the best deal ever for the wedding of our dreams.. She left and we changed to work with Kimberly she was also very good and always very good at making sure we had everything we wanted for that day.. Everything came out amazing the food was great and our guests had a great time... We only had one problem with everything and it was with the girl in charge of the rooms blocking Nohelia she wouldn't answer our emails and she didn't block our rooms so our guests had a lot of issues with that and the day of the wedding when we were going to check in our complementary suite they told us it was cancelled, which Kimberly fixed right away but we wasted 1 and a half trying to check in aside from that everything was beautiful and I would recommended doing your wedding at shulas! -

Our wedding at the Shula’s Hotel and golf club was a dream come true! The Shula’s has always been a special place for my now husband and I and when we found out we could have our wedding here we were ecstatic! We love the simplicity of this place, the beauty of the greenery, the intimate and home feel, as well as the privacy of the hotel. 70 percent of our guest flew in from our of town and the hotel setting was perfect for all our our guest to get accommodated; the rooms are spacious and the shops and things to do around the hotel were very convenient for them, as well as the free parking for those who rented a car.
Working with the catering manager was pleasant although we encountered several misunderstandings and things did not seem to be in order in the beginning, I must say that in the end the catering manager turned it all around and it left us speechless and very happy.
The day of our wedding was magical! The set up was beautiful, everything from linens, to flowers, DJ and cake had arrived on time and was set up very quickly. The food was beyond delicious and no one had any complains! The open bars were always stocked and all of our guests loved their bar tenders. The catering manager stuck around the entire day and made sure our entire day ran smoothly, she made sure everything went as planned. She even helped me change dresses and kept it all a secret to surprise my husband. The Shula’s was just perfect and we are beyond happy we had our wedding here. -

The only problem we experienced was with the person responsible for blocking hotel rooms for our guests. She did not hold rooms for us for the time we needed and was not responsive to our guests. They were told they would get a complementary breakfast with their stay, but did not. -

When I originally booked this venue for my reception I was really pleased with the event organizer, but in the year of planning we went through 3 different people taking care of our wedding. Despite miscommunications among those several different event organizers everything turned out great and organized the day of the wedding thanks to Mariana at Shula's. The whole catering staff during the reception were really attentive. The quality of the food was excellent and the organization of setting up and cleaning up afterwards was really great as well. The accommodations at the hotel were also great, I was able to get ready in their 2 story suite and stay of the night of. Shula's in Miami Lakes is also a very convenient and comfy location. Parking was not an issue and we didn't have to worry about traffic because it's located in the heart of Miami Lakes. -

Shula's hotel was great. Megan was the catering director and she later took over our wedding due to the other catering associate quitting. I felt pretty good with that however the overall experience was pretty good although the air conditioning didn't seem to cool off the areas in the ballroom and foyer. I wanted to have the ceremony outside in their garden area and I ordered fans to keep my guest cool durig the ceremony but we decided it was too hot to have it outside, but the A/C didn't really kick in either and good thing I had fans. It was a bit warm in the ballroom the entire night. I had about 130 guest. Another thing we asked Megan to make sure the garden area was well manicured by having the leaves picked up and out of the water fountain areas and have the dirt covered with mulch or something. That wasn't done. But all in all I had a great wedding and the food was great and delicious and it was served HOT!! which is always a plus. -

It ended up being better than expected!
While the overall experience was positive, we did have some hiccups along the way. First and foremost, I’d like to state that this review would be all 5 stars if it wasn’t for a representative that seemed to enjoy giving us a tough time. The general staff is amazing, from the catering department, to the hotel, and the directors involved. In the beginning, we went through a few representatives (Paul & Amber) that were very classy and professional and we signed with Shula’s because of their superior service. It was unfortunate, when both left during the planning process. Everything was dandy until Amber left and we were introduced to Martha, that we began having issues from day 1 with her. She seemed to make everything into a road block. It began when we asked simple questions about our wedding day that she began to state that we needed a wedding planner, although we were 10 months in without ever needing one. Up until that point every representative supported us with our plans and vision of what we wished our wedding to be. She always mentioned we needed a wedding planner after telling her we had things under control. We even considered a florist because she had no interest in helping us put down our centerpieces. She was not helpful with trying to coordinate the reception early for us to put down our decor or even being in our wedding arch. She would take several days to respond to calls or emails and when she did respond, she would be very condescending and gave us ill mannered, witty comments. When we got closer to our wedding date, her customer service skills were non present. She would be very dry and whenever we had asked a questions she would always say “next question”. Her customer interaction skills are practically non present, to the point that if she was employed anywhere else her contract would certainly not be needed. Overlooking our interactions with her, we must say that the Shula’s staff was able to turn around our terrible perception of Shula’s. Just two days before the wedding, we had lost so much patience that we contacted the catering manager Dana. Dana, Ellioth and Oliver made our dream wedding come true! I can’t believe that with such short notice, they were able to pull off such a perfect day for us! Everyone that day exceeded our expectations!!! We were indeed treated like royalty! Anything we asked Dana & Ellioth, it was given to us immediately, any obstacles that day were handled with ease and even things we didn’t ask for were just given to us! Ellioth brought these beautiful flowers which meant so much to me! I can’t believe that day Ellioth and Oliver went as far as bringing us Hors d’oeuvres because we were too busy in our photo sessions or brought us a beverage every time so we would have time to mingle in our reception and not have to even walk to the bar! Or the time they reminded me that my food would get cold and to at least grab a bite! From the bottom of my heart, I thank Dana, Ellioth and Oliver for giving us the best wedding day anyone could ever ask for! Please don’t be discouraged to having your wedding here. There are wonderful representatives ready to help you! I will never take back how perfect our wedding day was! Thank you Shula’s ! -

1.6.19 wedding
After reflecting on the day and the entire planning period here are my thoughts. I would like to Express that my experience with Amber was amazing and I wish she would have been with me until my event happened nevertheless about 3 weeks before my wedding I met Dana and Martha so my review is solely based on my last 3 weeks.
Dana was nice and welcoming talking to her was easy. Huge help during my rehearsal.
Martha very direct and not as welcoming, wasnt very helpful during the rehearsal she expressed how the officiant is suppose to conduct the rehearsal which makes no sense because we didnt know the layout of the hotel and different walking options on a lighter note we did have a moment where she helped me calm down which was appreciated at the time and needed.
I didnt like that she approached me at my cermony asking me to pay for another vendor meal even though the DJ told me only 1 meal and I had 4 no shows she could have gave him one of those meals I just thought it was Unnecessary especially since I was having problems with that DJ it just made me even more frustrated at the moment which no bride should experience. I also didnt like how she didnt take the time out to introduce her self to my husband during the rehearsal but felt the need to the day of our wedding and said how she didnt get a chance to meet him but technically she had a chance.
Transition should have felt more welcoming and comfortable especially with it being so close to my cermony date overall rating would be a C because of Dana other than that the rating would be much lower.
The catering crew:
No food or drinks was brought over to us during cocktail hour like we were told I never tasted anything other than the spring roll that my 5 year son came and fed me, our food during the reception was cold I ended up just eating my sons chicken tender. I didn't Express any of this then because I was honestly trying to enjoy myself and didnt feel like getting any speeches or giving explanations at the time.
