My wedding was amazing!

Showtime Cincinnati is truly the best. They knew exactly the vibe we were going for, and they really made it happen! Consistently checking in to see if there was anything they could do. All my vendors raved about working with them! On top of that Ryan was a huge hit with my guests. He was so friendly and approachable. By the end of the night, guests were trying to get him into pictures. Great night! Great wedding! Great company!

They were very detailed and honest from the first call. They were SO helpful and considerate throughout the planning process. They really exceeded our expectations!

We are soooooo happy!

We had Showtime Cincinnati for our wedding and we are soooooo happy we did!! We had a very diverse crowd from 16-80 years old and they had everyone dancing all night! They read the room perfectly and kept everyone engaged. We had a few things throughout the evening for special little events and they did it all perfectly, never missing a song cut or request. We highly recommend Showtime Cincinnati and we were 100% happy the whole evening! Thanks for making our night so much fun and special!

I recommend Showtime Cincinnati if you're looking for a wedding DJ! Brian was our lead DJ, and he was incredible! From planning all the way through my wedding day. Prior to the wedding we were able to share the overall vibe we were going for and Brian made sure everything was exactly as we planned. We couldn't be any happier with Showtime Cincinnati! They were SO easy to work with. After a few emails and a few minutes on the phone with Rob we could tell we were in good hands. They were well-prepared for the wedding. The sound quality was excellent, and they clearly knew what they were doing. During the ceremony the audio was clear, and felt so natural. As for MCing and DJing, Rob matched the vibe we were looking for perfectly! He really kept the energy up all night long. On top of all of that, Rob is just a really nice person. Generally speaking, he can read the room and find something to add to it exceedingly well. We're so glad we had him at our wedding! We can't recommend Showtime Cincinnati enough!

The most professional and the best!

Rob is among the most professional folks I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in any capacity. He was extremely well-prepared and alleviated every one of our concerns along the way. Once the day started, we truly did not have to think about anything. Being a little bit of nerd myself (no slight to Rob), I really appreciated his humor and I think it’s pretty safe to say our guests did as well. The dance floor stayed busy all night too! He’s a master entertainer and the only DJ I will ever recommend for anyone getting married in the Cincinnati area. Thank you Rob and Brian - you’re the best!

He Was Fantastic!

Seriously one of the only vendors at my wedding that I truly appreciated working with and made my wedding day easier. First, the pricing is fantastic for the services you receive. Secondly, DJ Rob was just so professional and the kind of organized I could really appreciate. We made our own wedding playlist and he executed it perfectly while still managing to be a great emcee. He wasn't just a DJ, he was truly a Master of Ceremonies!

Showtime Cincinnati will be my recommendation for anyone who asks me about a wedding DJ! I was expecting DJ Rob to be there, do a few introductions, and play music (which I would've been fine with), but he was so much more involved! He wasn't just a DJ; he was truly a Master of Ceremonies! He left nothing up to chance; he had everything planned out! Before the wedding, he sent us a script of what he planned to say for each bridesmaid/groomsman, and helped create a timeline, which he stuck to! I highly recommend their services!

Rob was the DJ of our wedding this past weekend and we had a GREAT time! He was so kind, professional, and detail-oriented. He made it clear from the start that he was there for us, and his primary objective was to make our event everything WE wanted (and not what our guests wanted). We felt listened to and respected the entire planning process and the night of the event; he even accommodated a couple last minute changes the week of (and night before) the wedding. He made sure our guests (and us) were where they needed to be, when they needed to be and I could tell he worked/coordinated well with our photography team. He also helped at our rehearsal the night prior and ensured everyone knew their roles and expectations. I could not recommend him and his services enough. Should we ever host a party or vow renewal in the future… he’ll be the first person we reach out to!

We had so much fun!

We can’t say enough good things about Showtime Cincinnati. Rob went above and beyond for us. I had a last minute want of putting a voice over in our first dance song and Rob did it in no time for me with no hesitation. That small touch was so thoughtful and meant so much to me. Rob is attentive to detail and professional. I had so many guests who attended the wedding compliment the DJ services and I truly couldn’t be happier. Amazing DJ Company with Amazing Employees

Where do I begin? Rob is AMAZING. I discovered Showtime among many other DJ companies in the area and I am so fortunate that I chose Showtime as my wedding DJ. I could not have asked for better people to work with the day of my wedding and the days leading up to it. Rob has the best communication of anyone I have ever worked with and his responses were always so prompt. I am not the easiest person to work with when it comes to planning because I am so indecisive and he was patient and helpful and made sure I got things done. He double checked everything was exactly how my husband and I wanted it to be, from the song choices, to the versions of songs, to the length they would be played, the order in which they went, and every detail in between. Showtime’s collection of music is very extensive and if there was a version of a song that they did not have, they would make sure to get it for you. Everyone at my wedding was raving about how professional Rob and his employees were. We had Brian and Ryan helping out at our wedding as well. These gentlemen ran our rehearsal, ceremony and reception for us and we could not have done it without them. The music and dancing are where the memories are made and I had so much fun on my wedding day that I wish I could replay it all over again. At the reception, Rob made sure to let people know the order in which things were happening, he was running around checking in with people for me, delivering mine and my husband’s meal to the table for us, and he even wore a tux! The music playlist was spot on, the uplighting and dancing floor monogram was incredible, and the setup they have for their DJ booth was so fun! He even allowed me to have a bubble exit as the reception was ending. I now have a wedding soundtrack to go back and listen to to replay my wedding day over and over again and I couldn’t ask for more. All around great guys, great company and I wish I could continue working with Rob because he is wonderful. Maybe someday I will attend another wedding that he DJs, but until then, hire Showtime. You won’t regret it!

Ryan was so much fun to work with! The part of our wedding I was most looking forward to was hitting the dance floor, and Ryan absolutely delivered on that front. From the early planning process to the very end of our big day, he made our wedding totally stress-free. Ryan is a very talented DJ! He happily accommodated our more “unusual” requests while keeping the music lively, interesting, and exciting. During our initial meetings, we asked that he play a mix of classic wedding songs as well as a few deeper, more niche cuts, which is just what he gave us! We also had him bring foam glow sticks, which were a big hit with our guests. All of this is compounded by the fact that Ryan is a great guy! I can’t recommend Showtime Cincinnati enough. Everything we could have asked for!

We had our wedding this past weekend and Rob and Brian with Showtime Cincinnati were our DJ’s for the evening. I can honestly say that without them our wedding would not have been complete! Everything they did was above and beyond and exceeded every expectation we had.

The Ceremony was perfectly timed out with beautiful music Rob helped us select. While Rob was playing the music, Brian was there to help get us all down the aisle at the perfect time. Their teamwork with us made the whole ceremony go so smooth and was everything a Bride and Groom could’ve asked for.

The Reception was also a complete dream, not only for us but also for our guests. Rob and Brian led the whole evening and I can honestly not say one bad thing! The music was EXACTLY what we had asked for, the lighting was perfection and each special event we had planned was so perfectly timed all because of them. Never once was there a dull moment at our celebration thanks to Showtime Cincinnati!

We were able to work with Rob for many months planning our dream wedding and he succeeded in every way possible giving us just that. I have had so many of our wedding guests calling and texting me since the event and every single one of them has mentioned how great the DJ’s were. Looking back, I truly cannot imagine a more perfect day and a lot of that was thanks to Rob and Showtime Cincinnati!

If you are looking to plan any sort of event and need a DJ, I HIGHLY recommend Showtime Cincinnati! I know we will be using them without a doubt for anything we ever need again!

Top-notch Organized and Professional DJ

We had a consultation with Showtime Cincinnati in 2020 for our original wedding date of 5/16/2020. Unfortunately, that reception had to be canceled and we spent the next year rescheduling, canceling and trying to find a new date. Through all of it, Rob was supremely professional and wonderful to work with, always doing whatever he could to cooperate with our venue and other vendors to find a date that worked for everyone.

When it finally came time to have the reception, he helped us create a timeline and asked plenty of questions to make sure he knew exactly how we wanted the day to go. He even apologized a few times for all of the questions, but we loved it because we knew everything would be taken care of!

We finally had our wedding reception and Rob and Josh absolutely killed it! They were so friendly and great to hang out with all night. They kept everyone entertained and made sure all of the important milestones happened on time. They even had a few fun activities they were able to get the guests to participate in! We heard again and again from our guests that they had lots of fun, with several people even telling us that it was the most fun they had ever had at a wedding. It's all due to Showtime Cincinnati's professionalism and excellent work in creating a fun and welcoming environment for all.

We are SO appreciative of Rob and Josh and are now recommending Showtime Cincinnati to everyone we know getting married this year (which is a lot of couples!). We are so happy we chose them for our wedding and would 100% use their services again and again.

Best decision

We could not ask for a better DJ. Rob went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our day was planned exactly how we wanted. He spent time with us on more than one occasion discussing every detail of the day. He responded promptly to every email that was sent to him and was more than accommodating to any changes. I never felt as if he had a different agenda than I did. The day of the wedding he kept the party going. He was fluid with the planned scheduled throughout the night allowing any and every change we wanted.

The Most Professional, Personal and Hard Working DJ

Rob was truly an incredible DJ to work with prior to, during and after our wedding. He was extremely responsive and his attention to detail was way above our expectations. We communicated with Rob on multiple occasions about details concerning our day and they were all squared away perfectly before the big day. Music selections, lighting, screens for photos were all taken care of and set up well during our ceremony and rehearsal. Rob is the guy!

I honestly cant even put into words about how thankful I was for Rob our DJ from Showtime Cincinnati. He went above and beyond any expectation I had for a DJ. The one thing I can go back on in my wedding and say i did absolutely 100% right was finding him. He was SO helpful with the whole planning process. I was a clueless bride, and he walked me through everything, every event exactly want to expect, he made wedding planning a breeze. He made sure every single detail was perfect and exactly what i wanted. He gave me ideas and suggestions that got guest more involved. I had so many compliments from my guest about him, people even asking me if he was my wedding planner because he was so involved and kept everything running so smoothly. I even threw him a curve ball late night before my wedding that changed up quite a bit when the best man wasnt able to show, he was prepared with all changes the next morning. We had the most fun wedding, and i give it to Rob. I cant speak highly enough about this man! Also after the wedding i received a little surprise of a video clip he put together of the highlights of my wedding day, and it was sooo incredibly special. I promise you if your looking for a DJ for any event Rob is your guy, you will not be disappointed. I cannot was to use Rob for every event in the future.

Can't go wrong with Showtime Cincinnati!

Rob at Showtime helped to make our wedding amazing for both us and our guests! We booked Showtime in April 2020 for our August 2021 wedding. We started out with a phone call with Rob, where he made it very clear that he knew what he was doing. Starting about 3 months before our wedding, we would receive emails with planning questions from Rob. These were extremely helpful because he brought up a lot of things we hadn’t even thought about yet, like the exact order of the ceremony or if we wanted to do a grand entrance for the reception. It’s been about a month since our wedding and we still have guests commenting on how we had the best wedding DJ ever! Rob did an amazing job getting people onto the dance floor and kept the night moving along swiftly. Every request we had came to life – he even helped us craft a 90’s power hour to kick off open dancing! Our package also came with uplighting which helped to tie some of our décor colors together, and we added a custom monogram for the dance floor. So we got an amazing DJ and he helped make our reception look great! We definitely recommend Showtime and Rob specifically as your wedding DJ!

10/10 highly recommend!

Rob was such an awesome DJ and kept everyone on the dance floor the whole time!! We had to reschedule our wedding 3 times due to COVID and not only was he understanding but worked with us the whole time to make sure that when we finally got our day that it was perfect. We spontaneously asked if he could stay an extra half an hour (which he was happy to do) because no one was ready to leave the dance floor. The day of - we had some logistical issues with the seating arrangements in the ballroom and he handled it perfectly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a DJ that is understanding, flexible, fun, organized, and genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great time for any event!! Thank you Rob and James!

Most perfect day of our lives!

Our wedding was on Christmas Eve. Cecil was our DJ and let me tell you he was AMAZING! Our guests absolutely loved him, I'm still hearing from friends and family how great he was. We can’t say enough good things about Showtime Cincinnati. Rob went above and beyond for us. I had a last minute want of putting a voice over in our first dance song and Rob did it in no time for me with no hesitation. That small touch was so thoughtful and meant so much to me. Crucial to our Evening

Everyone knows how important a good DJ is at a wedding, they set quite literally set the tone - Showtime Cincinnati, and Rob specifically, set the tones perfectly between wedding and reception.

From the emotional weight of an ill father dancing with his daughter, to the riotous jumping around that a bunch of drunken college friends get into while screaming their favorite songs - Nobody could have nailed it like Showtime.

With the team of excellent professionals working with us My wife and I had a blast and our guest cannot stop telling us how much fun they had, and how beautiful our wedding was weeks later.

How did they do this? Rob spent time with us. We had a 90 minute meeting of him just getting to know my wife and I, so he could best represent us through his craft, and then another 2 hour meeting face to face a couple days before the wedding to ease our nerves and finalize plans.

Creative, professional, and friendly - Showtime absolutely made our wedding day amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better team.

Great DJ with awesome customer service

I am a wedding officiant and I performed the ceremony September 28, 2019 that Rob from Showtime DJ was the DJ. He did an awesome job but what sent him apart from other Djs was that he is the only DJ who has ever called me before the wedding to make sure we had what we needed such as mics for the ceremony itself. Picking a DJ can be very scary considering they can make or break your reception. I have to say after meeting with Rob he put my mind at ease. I am so happy that we chose DJ Rob for our wedding. Music and dancing was priority for us but we had to stay within a budget and so many DJ's were charging outside of this. A DJ that listens!

Cannot say enough about DJ Robb and the team at Showtime Cincinnati! Robb provided the Ceremony Music as well as the reception. Robb sat with us (in a very noisy Starbucks!) and walked through each step of the process, suggestions for where to put in the ceremony/reception, and what songs would typically align with that piece in the reception. He was respectful of our budget and never pushed for extras we didn't want.
Robb was very attentive to our questions, promptly responding and confirming every song, every request, every change to make sure our day went as WE wanted. Our outline seemed to change daily as the big day got closer and Robb was always polite, professional and provided suggestions and input on how to make things even better but always accommodating to our requests. From the start of the ceremony to the last song of the night, we and our guests had a great time. It was a great night of celebration but Robb made sure it was also an intimate experience for us as bride and groom!

My husband and I were originally trying to decide between hiring a band or DJ for our wedding reception, and we are beyond happy we went with Brian and Showtime Cincinnati (our wedding planner told us they are the BEST). Where to even begin? Rob and Evan were absolutely wonderful to work with! From the moment I met them, their personalities and easy going nature had me sold. DJ Rob was a pleasure to work with, brought fun and different ideas to the table and made sure my husband and I (along with all of our guests) had the time of our lives. Showtime Cincinnati was recommended to me by a friend and they were everything I wanted and more! You WILL NOT be disappointed in the services they provide. They are professional, fun/creative, and will give you the best reception you could ask for. Since my wedding I have had countless people tell me it was the best reception they have ever been to. My photographer even stayed several hours longer than what I paid for because she was having so much fun. You can't redo your reception and you can't go wrong with Showtime Cincinnati! For me it was money well spent and I would hire them again in a heart beat!

I used Showtime Cincinnati at my wedding last weekend. They were very easy to work with, professional and friendly. I felt like they really listened to what we wanted and kept the reception on schedule. The music they played was fun and had everyone dancing! We also used them for up-lights and we loved those as well!

We met with Brian from Showtime Cincinnati and booked him on the spot! There was obviously no need to explore other options at all. He is fantastic with all of his ideas and how much he really invests in making each wedding unique. He took it upon himself to contact other vendors that were taking part in the wedding and made sure that everyone was on the same page. His ideas are incredible and he really went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding went well. He came through on every single detail we provided him with and kept the majority of our guests on the dance floor THE ENTIRE NIGHT! We are getting so many compliments on how much fun our wedding was. I highly recommend Brian and Showtime Cincinnati, I am completely impressed!

Wonderful experience overall for our wedding. They were able to play all of the songs as I requested and everything was beautiful. The DJ was fun, entertaining and kept everyone dancing! Amy checked in with me multiple times to verify our timeline, and even handled a last minute change extremely well. I recommend Showtime Cincinnati to all brides!

At first we didn’t know where to look to find a DJ for our wedding. After some online research we started calling the top names in Cincinnati. Rob agreed to meet us with no hassle (something I can't say for the others). We asked many questions and wanted to make sure we weren’t just entrusting anyone with our special day. After about an hour it was an easy decision to choose Showtime Cincinnati. Two words- professionalism and passion. Rob is truly a professional. He took the time to get to know us and help us plan the wedding that WE wanted. He is extremely passionate about what he does and it shows. His charisma and energy created a warm, pleasant atmosphere for us and our guests. Even the staff at the venue commented on it. They said that the difference is night and day. It's easy to believe and it's not hard to tell. We knew it as soon as we met with him. We’re so glad we did!

Showtime Cincinnati is simply amazing! From the very first meeting I knew that they had to be at my wedding! Rob and his team went out of their way during the reception AND ceremony to make everything perfect! Every single person at the reception was having a great time! They got everyone engaged and literally no one wanted to leave! The dj's were interacting with my guests and having a good time! The music was perfect! The dance floor was always full! Showtime Cincinnati did an absolutely amazing job! Not only is Rob an awesome DJ, he's an awesome person as well. He was very helpful and friendly, making it very easy to work with him. He made our reception flow very smoothly and even though I was running a little behind on time he reassured me that everything would be okay. And it was! He was able to get everything going exactly how we had planned. The dance floor was packed with people all night. The entire evening was perfect and he made my husband and I extremely happy. FIVE STARS! I could go on and on about how wonderful they were to my husband and I. It's easy to see that they truly care for each and every one of their clients. Amazing! From the up-lighting to the packed danced floor, our experience with the Showtime team was AWESOME! My friends and family are still raving about how much fun my wedding reception was! They played the perfect mix of music to keep guests of all ages on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG! Not only are they amazing DJs, but they are also very flexible and accommodating to special requests. They kept in touch and helped A TON with the planning. The entire evening was absolutely incredible!!

The Showtime Cincinnati team was so helpful throughout the planning process. We had to check out Showtime Cincinnati after everyone we talked with recommended them. We easily saw why. They are professional and fun. They took the time to meet with us face to face before we gave them any money. After we booked them they took the time to get the phonetic spelling of the name of each member of the wedding party. A couple of them were excited to get to hear their names actually pronounced correctly. Showtime Cincinnati was thorough in the planning process and made sure the reception was timed out perfectly. We had up-lighting by the head table that they didn't charge us extra for. They kept the music flowing and adjusted the tempo when they felt it was best. Even our photographer commented on how we had so many guests dancing and that everyone looked so happy. It was a blast! We already decided that if we ever need a DJ again, we will absolutely be calling Showtime Cincinnati!

Best DJ hands down!! Rob and his assistant did an amazing job at our wedding. Very helpful in walking through the steps in selecting songs for each moment. We received a soundtrack of the ceremony and reception which captured each special moment for us to listen to whenever we want! That was very special. I am SOOO happy that my wife and I chose Showtime Cincinnati to DJ our wedding! Rob and Jai were complete professionals throughout the entire process, keeping in touch with us for months before our wedding. We were really unsure what music to go with, and asked for their assistance. We couldn't have been happier with the soundtrack for our reception! They read the room, and made sure our guests (young and old) were on the dance-floor. In addition to the intuitive emcee services, they also provided amazing LED lighting for the ballroom and our initials monogrammed and projected onto the dance-floor.
Our guests, and even the venue staff, couldn't stop raving about how great the DJs were. I can't recommend Showtime Cincinnati enough!

Cecil "DJ C-Dub" Williams was the DJ for our wedding. We got the chance to meet with Cecil and Rob twice before our Wedding, and it was great to talk things through with them. Cecil was very attentive to our vision for the type of music we wanted at our Wedding. On our Wedding Day, Cecil played all of the songs we wanted him to, and nothing that we had said to veer away from. Most importantly, people danced! And they danced A LOT!!! Which was really impressive because we don't have a very... "dancey" family or group of friends. In addition, Cecil helped us with music during dinner, which was in a different place than the rest of the Reception. This was no problem for Cecil, who had the second sound setup ready to go, and prepped everything beforehand so that there wasn't any dead-time. In all, we couldn’t have been more pleased with Showtime Cincinnati!!!

Bottom line: We recommend Showtime Cincinnati!

Scheduling, communication, and planning with Rob was super easy. He answered all our questions with enthusiasm before we actually signed with him. He is very professional and well-organized.

We spent a lot of time building playlists over our year-long engagement and planned to do it ourselves because we wanted the cocktail hour and reception to be casual. We ultimately decided it would be better/easier to have someone manage it since we needed two sets of equipment and announcements for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Turns out, it was better/easier and we didn't have to worry about it the whole time.

Rob and his assistant showed up early and got set up quickly. Our school bus shuttle accidentally ripped down one of his cables but he had backup and didn't make it our problem at all (thank you!).

He collected the music from our playlists and didn't deviate (except a song or two someone requested but he asked us for approval first). He mixed up the music well, communicated with us throughout the wedding to keep us on our timeline but wasn't intrusive during the whole event.

I gave Showtime Cincinnati a 5 out of 5 because they earned it. We were one of those couples who thought they could do the music for our ceremony with a simple iPad. As the wedding date approached, we felt nervous and decided to talk to a DJ. Rod came in late in the process, was an absolute professional, listened to us and knew what he was doing. He made the music selection and plan all about our needs and left us feel like "he had it covered" on short notice. This became one less thing we had to worry about.

When we got to the actual ceremony, he integrated himself into the process without being overbearing at all, had an amazing light and dance floor presentation and became, quite simply, part of our family for the event. He said the right things, celebrated with us like he had known us for years and made us feel like we always hoped we would as we danced into the night. I seriously cannot thank him enough and recommend his services with completely. He honestly made our wedding better and we owe him so much for the experience he served up. I feel our special day was better because he was there and that's more than I could have expected or asked. Price, service, personality and respect... absolute win!

Rob and Showtime Cincinnati were amazing for our recent wedding! I am so glad that we chose their services. Rob is so knowledgable and really helps out with the planning and execution of the music for the day! I had a lot of questions and Rob was patient and helped out with every step of the process- he even helped out with other elements of the wedding prior to the ceremony! The music was AWESOME as was the execution of all of the activities that go on during the ceremony- he was amazing and I couldn't imagine our evening going so well without him!
