  Shmayleys mobile event bar

  Hayley went above and beyond anything we expected to make our dream wedding possible. She provided full service planning from when we got engaged every step of the the way up to the wedding day, including the rehearsal and dinner. She was constantly in touch with us making sure we had everything we needed done on time. She found the perfect venue based on exactly what we wanted. She recommended the most unique customized seating chart as well as the perfect guestbook for us. She put together all the customized signage as well as took care of all our menu designs.   Hire hayley!

  Hayley is incredible! Not only did she provide an amazing dessert truck FULL of goodies, she also provided the photobooth & my day of wedding coordinating!! She gave me wonderful ideas for my wedding, made sure we stayed within our budget & guided me through our perfect day! I am so thankful to Hayley! XOXO

  Shmayleys bartending was excellent!

  Hayley and her staff did a great job bartending our backyard wedding in Quogue, NY. There were 100 guests who were all very thirsty and the party lasted 6 hours. They created a menu that was cohesive with our decor and communication was great. Her bar trailer didn't fit in our backyard but she was able to make adjustments and rent a bar instead, so she was very accommodating as well. Would recommend for your event!

  Shmayley was a 10/10

  We hired Shmayleys for our wedding on 5/27/23. She was AMAZING! So friendly and professional. Our guests raved over the Photo Booth and food truck. I would highly recommend hiring Hayley for your next event, she was wonderful to work with!

  Amazing!! Highly Recommend

  We loved working with Hayley with Shmaleys- everyone loved the truck at the end of the night- Hayley customized our snacks and provided such a cute atmosphere. Would highly recommend!!!

  I worked with Hayley as a wedding photographer for a wedding last summer and loved her! She was energetic and fun, while also making sure that the couples wishes were carried out. She has a strong attention to detail and is a good leader. Would definitely recommend her!

  Shmayleys mobile event bar and hayley pierce

  I am pleased to provide feedback about Shmayleys Mobile Event Bar and Hayley Pierce. We entrusted our daughter’s wedding to Hayley’s very capable hands and could not have been happier in doing so. From the very start last year, to the culmination of the wedding last month, Hayley provided outstanding support, amazing organizational skills, countless creative ideas, honed planning skills, strong negotiating and communication skills and consummate professionalism. I would urge anyone thinking about engaging a planner to help with their wedding to engage Hayley – you will not be disappointed.

  I Scream, You Scream, We all scream for ice cream!

  The title of this review pretty much sums it up! :) My husband and I absolutely LOVED having Shmayleys at our wedding reception, it was such a hit with our guests! The milkshakes, ice cream and toppings were delicious, everyone was raving about it! Hayley has the cutest pink trailer and we were able to get such awesome photos to cherish forever. Hayley is amazing to work with and is such a professional. The night went off without a hitch, best decision we ever made was to invite her to our wedding!

  Book shmayleys!

  We absolutely loved working with the SHMAYLEYS team! We booked them for a photo booth for our wedding and it was so great. Our photos came out so good and the setup was perfect. Hayley and her team were so kind and easy to worth with from start to finish. We would highly highly recommend booking them for a little extra fun at any event!

  Shmayleys Dessert/Flower Crowns

  Shmayleys did an AMAZING job with the VERY popular Photo Booth at our party. I did not have to worry about a single thing from showing up on time to setting up the perfect area for everything to take place. My daughters party was perfect because of Hayley! Shmayleys did desserts out of the AMAZING truck and then she even ended up serving pizza out of Shmayleys. She was flexible with set up/break down and the entire event. All of my guests were impressed with Shmayleys and it will be a memory we will never forget!

  Making your day go more smoothly!

  We had the pleasure of also using Hayley as our wedding coordinator. She was in contact with us several times and organized all of our details.   Birthday event

  Hayley and her team were absolutely incredible in helping me create a memorable experience and event to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I was initially utilizing her for Shmayles ice cream truck but when I needed her to take on the lead as an event planner, she stepped up to the plate without any hesitation and worked so hard and efficiently to make my vision a reality. I have a very busy scheduled and she allowed me to be as hands off as possible. Her hard work, vision, experience, creativity, thoughtfulness, and passion culminated into a beautiful 2 day celebration that my entire family and friends still wow about. I can’t thank her or recommend her enough.

She brought along an excellent assistant, parked the trailer perfectly in my yard, and was the highlight of everyone’s evening. I can’t recommend SHMAYLEYS enough for parties of all shapes and sizes!

  Best Milkshakes ever !!

  Haley was an absolutely pleasure to work with. She is the kindest and sweetest person who genuinely cares about her clients. We rebooked our wedding several times due to Covid and Shmayleys was the last vendor we added on and I’m am so happy we did. She made my love of milkshakes a reality and even made them boozy. My guests are still talking about her ice cream truck months after our wedding. We couldn’t recommend booking Shmayleys for your event.

  WOW! The best addition to any wedding!!!!

  Shmayleys is a mobile even bar that can serve alcohol, custom deserts, ice cream and more! Hayley the owner builds custom menus for each occasion and her attention to detail is impeccable. During the reception Shmayleys was the cutest desert bar for our fall, North Fork wedding!

  Shmayley's was the perfect addition for our wedding! Not only is it the cutest bar cart in the world, but Hayley could not have been nicer! She worked with me on customizing our bar menu with creative cocktails and went above and beyond by even helping me with non-bar related details. All of the guests were obsessed with the bar cart and agreed the drinks were all amazing. I highly recommend Shmayley's for your wedding, you will not be disappointed!!

  We used Shmayley's on 2 different occasions. First in August for my daughter's wedding! Shmayley's was the bar for the wedding, the owner Hayley was Hands-On helping both prior to the wedding and, of course on the big day! She created two signature drinks (that were marvelous) that my daughter absolutely loved! Let me just say she made my daughter's day one she will never forget!
