From initial contact to the wedding reception day (and Covid-related rescheduling) ShiVish worked with us to provide the perfectly entertained evening just as we had imagined. They were very organized, professional and well prepared before they showed up. They emceed our event and brought a lot of enthusiasm with them. They were accommodating with the last-minute timeline changes without any interruption. They energized the whole evening and the guests had absolutely the best time. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation! -

We had our daughter's wedding reception on May 10th at River Creek Club Leesburg. We had hired ShiVish for Entertainment and they really elevated the event experience. They were very flexible working with us providing different options of music for our multicultural guests. We had DJ Rahull and MC Riju on the event day. They both surpassed all expectations we had.
It was a grand success and MC Riju roared through the event with a great commanding voice that caught the attention of everyone in the audience!
MC Riju and DJ Rahull kept the tempo and liveliness throughout the about 4 hour period and flawlessly maintained the event sequence and kept everyone very attentive and engaged!
One should see MC Riju in live action or engage his services for an event to really experience his incredible performance!!

Top Notch Service
Shivish Entertainment provided DJ services, lighting and MC services for our wedding reception on Oct 13th at Milton Ridge. They hadn't (to my knowledge) worked for a wedding at this particularly comparatively small venue and despite some bumps in the road, they were able to master a great setup with high quality sound coverage throughout the room. They also did a great job of reading the room and playing music that they thought the guests on the dancefloor would like, combined with our own personal requests.
I've been following them and supporting their business for over 5 years so my expectation was definitely that they would deliver a high quality experience at our wedding reception but they went above and beyond! They even added on extra uplighting to really give the room the right ambiance.
MC Riju really drove the energy at the event with his roaring voice and killer dance moves. He carefully followed the highly-detailed script that I just provided on the night before, haha.
They're the best of the best and I look forward to working with them again! -

Vish and Riju did a great job at our wedding events! Vish dj’d and Riju mc’d both nights - they really got the crowd into every aspect of the night and kept the energy going! They were professional and graciously adjusted for last minute requests. I received many compliments on the dj and mc from my guests - I definitely recommend these two!! -

This crew was incredible! We’d recommend them to absolutely anyone. They had the dance floor going all night and went above and beyond what we could have expected. This team was more than just a vendor for us; by the end of the weekend, they were like family and were a truly unforgettable part of our wedding.
We hired them for our two day Indian wedding in Leesburg, VA, including DJ’ing, MC’ing, lighting, and a dholi for both days. We had three meetings with them before the wedding where we talked through our timeline, our specific music selections, and what genres of music we wanted for the dance floor. They were very thorough, and even though a few songs we discussed didn’t get played, they covered pretty much everything we asked for. The booking process was also very straightforward and flexible. They were really responsive and made suggestions based on their experience but were clearly not trying to upsell us when doing so. They also have a ton of experience with White’s Ferry Manor, the venue where we had our ceremony and reception.
What really went above and beyond was the presence and energy this crew brought to our wedding, especially DJ Shiv! Shiv was on the phone with us at 2am the night before our wedding after our decorator cancelled on us. He and DJ Sameer helped us find another decorator in the middle of the night, just hours before decoration set up was supposed to begin.

Shiv did a wonderful job providing MCing and music for our wedding. He worked with us to find our tastes, came up with a fantastic playlist, and was professional, courteous, and timely. He managed to get the entirety of the guests to dance and read the atmosphere brilliantly. 10/10 -

ShiVish Entertainment is the best in Northern VA. I have used their services for 3 time now and never been disappointed,They have always raised the bar on their quality of work. Shiv was very responsive and highly accomadating to all the requests and the last minute changes that we made till the day of the event. I would highly recommend him and his team for the DJ Services and if you would like , throw some ideas at him and I am certain that he will make it happen like he did in our case, He was able to suggest a grand entry for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. DJ Shiv and DJ Sher were the perfect choice for my father's 75th birthday party. We had sent them an inquiry message on Facebook and they got back to us right away. I was out of town for a while, but they were understanding and patient with getting the contract signed. They weren't pushy and never made us feel that they had more important clients to work with.
At the event, they were extremely kind and really fun. I told them about songs my Dad listened to and enjoyed and they played them throughout the night. We had a mix of Punjabi and non-Indians at the event, so they played music that was perfect for everyone there. Our Non-Indian friends loved the music and even tried doing some bhangra. :)
I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone asking for DJ services. If you want great service these are the DJs to use! -

We had a great experience working with ShiVish for our Pakistani/American fusion wedding. In addition to being available for several phone calls to work out what we were looking for, they also offered to do a walk-through of our venue. This was very beneficial as we were getting married in a historic mansion and the setup was different than what is usually done in a large ballroom. They also invited us to other shows they were performing at.
We had warned them beforehand that we would have a tough crowd and they would have their work cut out for them, but on the wedding day they did a great job of reading the crowd and getting them on the dance floor. We had requested they play a mix of both indian/bollywood and English music and they knocked it out of the park with both! They also were able obtain an ornate loveseat for us to sit on during dinner. They had a large selection of light options, which really enhanced the look of our venue without overpowering it.
We highly recommend ShiVish. You'll be in great hands and won't be disappointed! -

We wanted to do a much smaller wedding ceremony to mark our special day, so our budget wasn't as expansive as we liked. ShiVish was super responsive and worked within our budget and gave us a clear picture of what they had to offer. We'll definitely be using them for our reception once things open up!
