Groom: Everything was fantastic, we've gotten raving feedback from everyone we've talked to. I was originally worried about the reception set-up/decoration simply because everything was in our control until the very end, but that's just who I am. 😂 Dawn made sure everything was in place and took care of us the entire night, my dad complimented her saying she was walking around like she owned the place. Andrew was fantastic as well, constantly checking in to make sure everything was good. He was flexible when we needed it and everything was seamless. I wish you could've been there to see it all come to fruition. Thank you for all your help with the planning, both Catie and I are very grateful.
Bride: I second the multiple compliments. Dawn was phenomenal and we are so grateful at the level of detail and care that was given to all the little things we were hoping to achieve. I also appreciate the DJ. Andrew did a wonderful job. He was great at keeping the dance floor alive and the energy up. He also took all our custom requests and implemented them beautifully, of which we are both very grateful. We could not have imagined a better night.
Thank you as well Kristin, for spending so much time with us on the front end to iron everything out and make sure the day went as planned. We could not have asked for anything more and are so glad we found you and your company.
We will be steering any of our friends who get engaged to you.😁

Cannot say enough good things about Shiny Entertainment. The team was so responsive and communicated every step of the way to pull together a perfect day. Our DJ, Desmond, did a great job making our wedding dance floor stay high energy all evening. He crafted a great set based on the playlist we gave him and his mixing kept us on our feet non-stop.
He came prepared to the ceremony with everything necessary to make our speeches, vows, processional etc. go off without a hitch. When he told me that he had his own tent system in case of rain i knew we had a real pro looking out for us.
Shiny Entertainment is really a great value! The speakers sounded great and our guests loved the music. -

We had an excellent experience with Shiny Entertainment and DJ Chris Legend! From our emails with Kristin, to the wedding day itself with Chris, the customer service was impeccable. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, excited, and detail-oriented. DJ Chris was spot-on with the timing for all of our announcements/moments/music changes at the wedding. He kept the dance floor moving and all of our guests raved about his music choices at the end of the night. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! -

Kristin from Shiny is a top notch coordinator and easy and flexible to work with. We ran a little close to the due date for our planning session but she made it work and we had no issues on the big day. We met DJ Chris during our cocktail hour and immediately knew we were in good hands. He dressed the part, was already playing our requests, and was very friendly and accommodating to any changes we wanted to make. DJ Chris was an amazing MC, kept to timeline, and kept the dance floor popping from the minute it opened until the last song. He played a lot of our requests and mixed in a great setlist and it was a nonstop party during our reception. Multiple people came up to me and the groom saying it was the most fun dance floor they have had at a wedding and it was all thanks to DJ Chris and Shiny!!! He also made a dream come true and let me DJ for a track which was a true highlight of my wedding day.
Competitive pricing and great customer service on all ends makes Shiny a no-brainer to hire for any event!!! Thank Kristin and DJ Chris!!

DJ Mike really got the vibe we were going for! He kept to all our requests and found a way to tie everything together into a cohesive event. He kept the schedule on track while being flexible when we wanted it. Recommend walking through the names for introductions a couple times just to be sure. Overall, a great value and professional service. We had the blast of our lives and are glad Shiny Entertainment helped make that happen!

Kristin and her team were responsive and professional! We had a great experience working with Shiny. They were very familiar with our wedding venue, Silver Swan Bayside, as they have played there many times in the past and come recommended by the venue. We had a call with Kristin where she laid out the schedule perfectly, followed up with all the details, and made changes when we had a few last-minute requests. Our DJ Andrew was super nice and had the crowd dancing. We really enjoyed working with Shiny Entertainment - we recommend them as a vendor for your wedding - high level of value, service, and professionalism! -

We decided to hire Kristin Stock from Shiny Entertainment as our month-of wedding coordinator. Simply put, she was nothing short of sensational at making our wedding weekend vision turn into a reality.
Leading up to the event, she helped with all logistics and was flexible with last minute changes. She got all of our vendors on the same page and made the master timeline that was followed throughout the day. Our wedding day, from the time we woke up to the time we turned in for the night, was everything we could have wanted and much, much more. Kristin played a huge role in this and comes with our highest possible level of recommendation. -

If your looking for the perfect DJ for your wedding LOOK NO FURTHER Shiny Entertainment is it! I can not say enough about Kristin she is absolutely amazing. She has the best personality ever! She is an expertise and made sure my wedding was executed properly from the ceremony to the cocktail hour all the way to the reception. She created an experience with the up lift lighting, the cloud dance, the snap chat filter, personalized monogram light, and the music selection that exceeded my vision. She went out of her to see if she could do anything for me and checked to see if I needed anything several times. Kristin with Shiny Entertainment has been a wonderful vendor to work with throughout our wedding planning process. We received many referrals for her DJ services and her service and understanding exceeded our expectations. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we were forced to first postpone and then cancel our wedding. Kristin was able to meet all of our changes and needs without any hesitation. She, also, was able to fully refund our security deposit. Her understanding and care throughout this process made cancelling our wedding a much easier process and we will be using her services for any events in the future. Mike and Kristin are the best!!!! Kristin helped us with every single detail. Even when we couldn’t decide on songs she was there with a list of suggestions. Mike works magic!!!! He had both my mom and dad on the dance floor! It literally bought tears to my eyes. My dad is very sick and is suffering from memory loss. I didn’t know if I’d get my father daughter dance. We ended up running behind and had to scrap all dance but our first dance, so I knew my chances were even slimmer. I haven’t seen my parents dance in 8 years but they danced at my wedding!!!! I haven’t danced with my dad since I was 9 and I’m 28 now. He literally danced circles around me. Old/young it didn’t matter Mike had us on the floor from beginning to end. -

Mike from Shiny Entertainment was everything we wanted and more in a DJ. He coordinated with us ahead of time to ensure he understood what kind of atmosphere we were looking for, and made sure that the guests (and my husband and I of course) had fun the day of. The dance floor was packed the whole time. Couldn’t recommend him more! -

We loved our experience with Shiny! Kristin was professional and made sure we were set up for a great experience leading up to our wedding. For the day of our wedding, Dean was AMAZING. Friendly, communicated great with us and our other vendors seamlessly. And Dean kept the party going. Great music, great at reading the room to see what was keeping heads bobbing. Would definitely consider using Shiny Entertainment again for future events.
