  Created the most magical wedding photos

  Ashley and Zac are the best team! They are incredibly talented and I'm still pinching myself that we got them as our wedding photographers. They captured our small and intimate wedding in September of 2020 and did an incredible job. They took the extra time to scope out the area of our wedding site the night prior. They discovered a beautiful woodsy area with incredible trees and we felt like we were in a fairy tale on our wedding day. It created a private time for my husband and I which was so intimate and special to us. Navigating our wedding planning in a pandemic was extremely stressful and having Ashley and Zac on our side with every plan change (including locations!!) meant so much to us. We are still getting such positive comments on our wedding photos months later! Absolutely hire this dynamic duo.

  Wedding Photography

  Ashley and Zac are incredibly talented and we are in awe of their work and how eloquently they captured our day in their photographs. The couple was so fun and easy to work with and they were great at guiding us through different poses, and ensured we got pictures with all of our friends and family; but most importantly they made us feel comfortable! I would recommend the duo to anyone, working with them was the best decision we made! Their work and style of editing is stunning and we are so happy with the turn out. They are amazing at what they do!

  Ashley is absolutely amazing! Her style and vision are spot on! I'm so impressed with her work and her work ethic! She was on top of everything and helped me to feel calm on my wedding day. She even created a timeline of the day for me! I really can't rave enough about her!

  Ashley photographed our daughter's out of town wedding. She was amazing! Her style and ability are second to none! She was so calm and reassuring thorough out the whole wedding day. She always had a smile on her face and a kind word to say. She put everyone at ease. She selected beautiful locations to photograph the bridesmaids and groomsmen, and the bride and groom in such a creative way. Her engagement photo shoot during the winter was a blast for my daughter and her fiance as well. They found horses and a snow covered field, as well as icicles on a rock wall. Ashley is so creative! The photos were incredible! We are SO happy that we chose Ashley for our daughter's wedding photographer!

  From the first time I met with Ashley (owner), I knew that she was going to be the perfect one to photograph my engagement pictures and our wedding. She did such an amazing job at making us feel comfortable during the shoot. She has an amazing personality and produced amazing pictures. I cannot wait until our wedding so I can see the moments that she captures! Thank you so much, Ashley!!!

  Ashley was an absolute joy to work with! She responded quickly via email and phone to the hundreds of questions I had leading up to our wedding. She worked diligently to ensure we had the perfect package tailored to our needs for the day of and keep in constant contact with me. Not only did I think it, but we were also told by the wedding party and numerous wedding guests what a pleasant photographer she and her second shooter were to be around. She was very organized and made the day run so smoothly.. especially the post wedding pictures (when the wedding party is ready to get to the reception)! She was wonderful about going over detailed shots of every part of the day and captured moments I didn't even think about! We received our edited photos right on time and fell in love with every one of them!!! We were told over and over about what an amazing photographer we had and how beautiful our pictures turned out! I could go on and on about Ashley with Shining Light Photography and what a blessing she was to me personally and our wedding. We would recommend her over any photographer ANY day!

  If you're looking for a photographer who is fun, friendly and flexible look no further! Ashley photographed our wedding and we couldn't have asked for better pictures! The fact that she uses natural light in her sessions really made her stand out to us since our wedding was outside. She was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond via text, email or phone call. Leading up to the day of the wedding we felt as though she was just as excited about the wedding as we were! On our big day Ashley was bursting with enthusiasm and seemed to enjoy herself while capturing all of the special moments. In our opinion she went above and beyond what we had expected and gave us everything we had hoped for and more! The album that came with our package is beautiful and will be displayed in our home where it can be viewed often by guests and family. We highly recommend Ashley! She is worth every penny :)

Everything was so comfortable and natural. She has an incredible talent not only for the photography itself but she has a beautiful way of bringing so much joy & beauty to her shoots! Within 2 hours of finishing the shoot she already had a few pictures edited for us to see! The pictures are stunning, the lighting is beautiful, and I plan on purchasing every photo she took because there's no way I could only pick some of them. I HIGHLY recommend her for any & all of your photography needs! I will never use another vendor!!!!

  Ashley was the best photographer we could have imagined for our wedding day! She isn't afraid to snuggle up to the bride to show the groom how to stand or do a silly face to make the flower girls laugh. She has the perfect eye and we love that she used both film and digital images to capture our day!
