Absolutely incredible! I can't say enough amazing things about Shimmer and Delight! Betty is an absolute rock star! Here desserts are so beautiful I almost didn't want to eat them, but you HAVE TO because they are delicious! My guests were raving about how gorgeous the table was and how delicious the desserts were. She kept it fully stocked it was like magic! Working with her was an absolute breeze. She asked out color scheme and matched it perfectly! We also did her custom chocolate covered oreos as our wedding favor and she left them on everyone's plate for us! She made everything perfect and so easy for us. 10/10 would recommend. So worth it!Shimmer and Delights LLC's reply:

From the moment I met Betty at a Soirée Estate tasting, I knew we had to have her as part of our wedding! Her energy was wonderful, her desserts were absolutely delicious, and everything she creates is just beautiful.
Betty’s dessert table was not only stunning, but thoughtfully personalized to match our wedding colors and vision. She truly went above and beyond with the details, from the Cuban flan with the Cuban flags (which meant so much to us and was a custom request she happily took on!) to the cake pops that guests couldn’t stop talking about. Every dessert was both gorgeous and delicious.
Betty was incredibly easy to work with, delivered an amazing experience at a great price, and brought such care and creativity to our wedding day. I would highly recommend Shimmer and Delights to anyone planning a wedding or special event!Shimmer and Delights LLC's reply:

We absolutely loved working with Betty for our wedding dessert table! From start to finish she was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful with every question we had. She made the whole process so easy and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our day.

Betty, the owner of Shimmer and Delights, is a true professional and a creative force. From the very beginning, her preparation was outstanding — she listened carefully to my logistical needs as a venue manager and delivered with precision. That level of care gave me complete confidence leading up to the event.
On the day itself, her work was nothing short of amazing. Every detail was thoughtful, elegant, and beautifully executed. She was prompt, organized, and left the space spotless — all while making the process enjoyable. The event was elevated in every way because of her contributions.
I was so impressed that Betty was one of the first vendors I invited to join our Wedding Open House at the Tampa Firefighters Museum. Couples deserve to see the kind of artistry and professionalism she brings to the table. Shimmer and Delights is a vendor you’ll be grateful to have by your side on such an important day.

We used Shimmer and Delights for our grazing table and let me tell you how impressed my husband and I. Our guests absolutely enjoyed it. The decor was to stunning. They went above and beyond with special details. Delicious cheese, crackers, fruit, mini desserts and sandwiches! ( top quality)! Betty was amazing to work with! The desserts were a hit with everyone and soooooo delicious.
