My experience with Ashley was incredible! From the beginning she was so helpful in discussing different ideas and designs. When our budget shifted slightly she was more than happy to help come up with creative solutions to help. And then on the day of I needed 2 separate delivery locations and she was happy to accommodate. I absolutely LOVED the flowers and could not be happier with my flowers, the level of support and the pricing. -

Ashley was the florist for our wedding that took place in June 2023 at Black Walnut Point Inn, and we couldn’t be more grateful that we chose her! Our flowers looked amazing! They were exactly what we asked for and stunningly beautiful. Ashley was kind enough to rent us an arch at the last minute due to some weather backup plans, and she set up everything perfectly. All we wish is that we could stare at our wedding-day florals again! -

It was absolutely wonderful working with Ashley! I sent her pictures of what I wanted for all of my flowers, bouquet and our floral ground arch. She went above and beyond! Our flowers were even better than I expected and our ground floral arch was exactly what I envisioned! My photographer said my bridal bouquet was the most beautiful bouquet she’s seen all year. I highly recommend Sherwood Florist! -

Ashley did an AMAZING job with the florals for our wedding! Everything came out absolutely stunning and looked fantastic for our wedding. She was so kind and gracious during all the changes that we had to make during COVID; she easily adapted to new plans/numbers and made our wedding day so beautiful! Ashley even added a few surprises for our "head table" which was such a nice surprise upon walking into the reception. She is such a kind and talented woman who truly understand her clients, I highly recommend her services! -

Sherwood Florist was so amazing to work with. I have visited with other florists before meeting with Ashley and a lot of them told me they couldn't make my vision happen. Ashley, on the other hand, was able to recreate exactly what I asked for plus more! My flowers were stunning, the centerpieces, details around the venue, etc. were better than I could have ever imagined. -

When we were planning our wedding, the flowers weren't a high priority item on the list-I was searching for the least cost for value I could receive, but after seeing Ashley's designs and portfolio I knew Sherwood florist was the right choice no matter the price.
I emailed Ashley and she was very responsive at first and listened to my concept and thought of the look for my wedding and sent a proposal that was spot on for what I was looking for. I gave only 4 stars on the responsive question because I had emailed a few times asking a few questions as my wedding date was getting closer and didn't receive a response as quickly as I had hoped. I later found out she had a baby-so I assumed she was busy with her new addition to her family and knew that was the reason for her delayed response.
I was able to drop of the centerpieces I purchased about a week before my wedding day. The day of the wedding when Ashley and her team showed up everything was beyond what I expected. They came with even a few extra flowers to use around the venue space which was helpful!
We ended up purchasing my bridal bouquet, 4 bouquets for my MOH and 3 bridesmaids, 10 boutonnieres, 10 centerpieces, a garland for the head table, and a corner floral piece for the ceremony arch. All were beautiful, fit the colors for the wedding and were the flowers I was hoping for! I definitely recommend Ashley and her team at Sherwood for any of your floral needs! -

Wedding nightmare
I chose Sherwood florists for my wedding, after she was recommended by another vendor. Up until the day of my wedding I had no complaints. She asked me for photos of my inspiration and lloistened to my requests( no greenery, wedding colors etc) and sent me a proposal. The day of my wedding, I walked into my venue and was DEVASTATED... my floral arrangements looked NOTHING like the pictures I sent (see photos). I asked for mostly pink and white flowers for my centerpieces and to avoid greenery at all cost as I was not a fan. The centerpieces, had green hydrangeas, lots of greenery, and a scarce amount pink. My wedding coordinator and photographer had to cut flowers out of the bushes outside and remove greenery from the centerpieces an HOUR before the ceremony, which in turn messed with out photography timeline, and the coordinators time, as a result our pictures ended up being rushed and the petals never got put down the aisle. the venue was familiar with Ashley, and tried to call because they thought the wrong flowers had been delivered after seeing the proposal we had discussed and the flowers delivered. My bridal bouquet, was nice how ever the colors in the bouquet were not balanced as a result we had to position the bouquet in every photo, the stems kept dying and breaking. My bridesmaids were supposed to be a ball of white flowers, they were not they were yellow with these horrible flowers that had black in them. Seeing as how it was an hour before the ceremony that all of this went down, the venue offered to fix the centerpieces and said to try not to worry about them right now and to discuss the matter with her after the wedding. And so I did just that. I emailed Ashley to discuss that the flowers after we came home from our honeymoon( waiting for the photographers photos). Ashley’s response was that she was sorry the she did not meet my expectations as far as the colors and that sometimes happens. While I was upset with the yellow and peach flowers, that wasn’t my concern, MY ISSUE WAS THAT THE ARRANGEMENTS DIDNT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE MY PROPOSAL. Further more, maybe discuss that with you customers to make sure they are aware and okay with that, so they’re not bombarded on their wedding day!!! I emailed her back and told her this, and it has now been four days and is no longer responding to me... Brides, take your business else where. No bride should have to worry or go through this much hassle and emotions 1 hr before walking down the aisle!!! As a wedding vendor, the brides happiness and vision should be the main focus...
