Shelby Street (Rachel) is incredible!! The pictures from our wedding are gorgeous!! We have received lots of compliments on the pictures. Rachel is so lovely to be around, she exudes positivity and love. You don’t realize how much time you will spend with your photographer on your wedding day. She makes you feel comfortable, which leads to your pictures looking like your true self! She captured us so beautifully. We Love Rachel!

We are beyond thankful Rachel captured our wedding day and engagement photos. Her style exudes timeless class. Our wedding day was rainy and overcast but her incredible skills made the day look bright and beautiful. Rachel is also the calming presence you will need on the wedding day. She treats you like a friend, telling you if your hair is out of place or the groom's shirt isn't straight! She's also able to politely manage the room to get all the family and wedding party photos in an efficient timeline.

It's been two years since our wedding day, and I look back on our photos with such gratitude for Rachel. She captures all the photos you want of your wedding day, and even grabs moments you didn't realize you'll want years later. She took a sweet candid of my grandfather hugging me that has become one of my favorites since he has recently passed away.

Rachel's sincerity shines through in her photos, and again we cannot thank her enough for being our photographer!

Genuine Soul and Skilled Photographer

Great wedding photographer with memorable photos

Rachel captured our wedding day perfectly. The photos were bright and captured the happiness we felt on our special day. She is very kind, organized, willing to answer any question, and manages an assistant photographer well. Having an engagement session where we learned about photography posing made photos day of less stressful. Rachel's wedding planning guide included every detail and was the basis of our wedding planning/organization. We appreciated how Rachel coordinated with our other vendors and venue to help the day run smoothly. Our friends and family also loved the photos. We were able to access and share our photos very easily.

Such a fun, easy going and talented photographer

Rachel was the most amazing photographer! She was very approachable and always responded to any and all questions! She was so creative and flexible when we had to change all of our plans not only for our engagement photos but also for our wedding photos due to torrential down pours that came out of nowhere. Some of my favorite photos from our wedding day were the result of a last minute “rain plan” under an overpass she found that worked beautifully. She was relaxed and easy going and kept the day light and fun. I felt so comfortable with her ! All my family members and members of the bridal party commented on how sweet she was and how great she was to work with ! She got sneak peaks back to us right away and all photos were back to us way sooner than I would have thought! She was excellent at communicating with us. We have not ordered our album yet but I am looking forward to having a hard copy of our gorgeous photos! If you’re looking for an easy going, down to earth, fun, creative, relatable and overall generous and kind person to photograph your wedding day, don’t hesitate!

Shelby Street Studios came highly recommended to us by a few friends. When we reached out for an initial consultation, I knew immediately I wanted to work with them. While Rachel wasn't initially our contact, once she took over she stepped into the role without skipping a beat. She did her background research and already knew all the details of our day. During our planning calls she helped guide us through all the decisions for types of pictures and when to take them. She offered suggestions and guidance making our decision making process a breeze. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: She guided us through all the poses needed for wedding day so we didn't have to think about a thing. She made taking pictures fun and not a burden or chore which I've heard a lot from many friends. The pictures turned out incredible (especially the sunset photos) and I am so happy we chose Rachel. Shelby Street is THE BEST!!

Wow, we have absolutely LOVED working with Rachel! We read other reviews and looked at her beautiful pictures so we felt confident in booking with her and I am SO glad we did! The pandemic through us for a loop yet she was so easy to work with and incredibly kind when we needed to change our wedding date! When getting our engagement pictures done, she was so so sweet and such a professional! Myself, my fiancé, and my mom, who came with us to hold our dog in between shots, all left feeling incredibly confident that our pictures would turn out amazing from our confidence in her during the shoot. She made us feel so comfortable, as we both aren’t huge picture takers, and she was able to find the perfect moments and areas to take pictures at a very busy park! She also got our pictures back to us so quickly so we were able to send save the dates much sooner than we thought! And might I mention, the pictures came back quickly but were incredible!!! I would recommend Shelby street to anyone who wants professional photos that also look very natural! The skill set they have is unmatched! Photos We Will Cherish

After multiple recommendations from coworkers, I hired Shelby Street to photograph our special day. We were blown away by our engagement photos. The team at Shelby Street gave us recommendations on photo locations and made us feel so comfortable behind the camera. We used them for our small wedding ceremony in December and we will be using them in July for our big celebration. Amazing experience!!!!

I value reviews so much and read them almost always before purchasing products and/or services even though I typically do not take the time to write them unless it is to warn someone of a bad experience. This review is not the case. I was extremely impressed with Shelby Street Studios! My regret is that I did not know about this company for my oldest 2 daughters when they were getting married. They each had a different photographer so I have 2 others to use as comparisons. I think I can speak for our entire family about the difference in our experience with Shelby Street compared to the other photographers, it's like comparing apples to oranges!

Our experience was wonderful! From the moment I met Rachel and her crew I had a good feeling. Rachel was so relaxed and made you feel like you knew her your entire life. She knew exactly what to do and kept the day running smoothly. I was so impressed with her creativity with all the different poses and shots not to mention she captured every moment! The photos came back quickly and every time I view them, or the video, I relive my baby's wedding day over and over! They are amazing! Trust me when I say I could not have been more pleased and will recommend Shelby Street to everyone I know!

Your search is over!!

It has taken me forever to sit down and write out how thankful I am that I chose Shelby Street Studios for our wedding day. From the very beginning, Brittany was incredibly effective at communicating with me. She answered my millions of questions, emailed back so quickly, and even made a timeline for us while she was out of the country (like, what!!!!!!). Rachel made my husband and I feel so comfortable- she gave us poses and taught us how to look and act natural even though we aren't exactly professionals in front of a camera. Seriously, I felt like a princess all day. Also, both our engagement and wedding photos were edited and returned to us so quickly, and they were everything we could have ever wanted. The best wedding decision you will make!

Shelby Street was absolutely amazing to work with! I never realized how different photography styles were until it came to choosing a wedding photographer. I wanted someone who's style was natural, weren't overly edited and were timeless. Shelby Street captured the day perfectly!! Not only are the pictures amazing, so is their customer service. Our entire wedding day team was fantastic. Rachel was our lead photographer and she was so nice and personable. She even helped my bridesmaids get my dress bustled when they were struggling! We received our photos a little after three weeks from our wedding, which is such a quick turnaround for nearly 1,000 pictures! We will hold on to our photos and cherish them for the rest of our lives. Choosing Shelby Street was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They are worth every penny!

They are the BEST

Shelby Street Studios was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding day. While we got married in Cincinnati, my husband and I live in Columbus. I was so nervous about hiring someone I had never met to photograph the most memorable day of our lives so far. We couldn't have asked for better. Patrick and Brittany did the best job not only capturing our day, but also making us feel comfortable in the midst of all the craziness. They helped us create the day-of timeline and made sure all of our picture requests fit into the schedule. They were extremely efficient with answering all of our questions over email and phone. They also had a blog post of some of the pictures of our wedding within a week so we could enjoy them on our honeymoon. We are so thankful for all the hard work they put into making our day perfect, and we would recommend them to anyone in search of a wedding photographer! Lastly, we also used them for our videography. It was so nice to have a team that worked together to make the day complete. Our wedding videos are beautiful, and we will cherish them forever. Book with Shelby Streets before they Book your date!

My fiancé and I have really absolutely LOVED working with Shelby Street Studios so far in our journey! We both took photography in high school and we got engaged in Europe with a photographer capturing the entire moment so photography is very important to us. We knew that finding that perfect photographer, without busting our budget was going to be a challenge for us, especially with how many photographers there are in the Cincinnati market. We vetted through approx. 30-40 photographers (No, I'm not kidding) and after speaking with Brittany from Shelby Streets we knew we had to sign the contract. Brittany has been so helpful with this process and talking through timelines, answering any of our questions and making us feel at home. Shelby Street's pictures are also very fun, timeless and "natural" rather than the very over edited photos we saw a lot in the other photographers we shopped around. We truly believe we are going to look back on our photos when we are 60 and they are going to still be amazing and not outdated and that's exactly what we were looking for. Brittany also helped us plan our engagement and even reached out for a backup plan since there was a chance of rain that day. Thankfully, it turned out to be a beautiful fall evening and we absolutely loved meeting and hanging out with our photographer Rachel strolling around taking pictures. Rachel incorporated our dogs into the pictures perfectly and was up for trying some fun shots that we would never have even thought of! We received our pictures just a few days later and I can't even describe how much we love them! We already have some printed out and have given some to our families as gifts. :) It's going to be extremely hard to choose some for our save the dates. We couldn't have asked for better engagement pictures! Wonderful experience!

We had a great experience with Shelby Street! Our initial meeting with Patrick won us over, and then we got all kinds of helpful information from Brittany. She is the queen of organization and made planning everything very easy for us. Rachel was our lead photographer, and the engagement session was a great way for us to get to know each other. Her enthusiasm is infectious, even in all kinds of weather! She seemed to genuinely enjoy taking our pictures, which made us so excited to see them. Rachel & Tiffany were our team for the wedding, and they were fantastic! Rachel climbed on furniture to get the perfect shot, and Tiffany even helped pin my flower on my dress. They timed everything perfectly and worked with our last-minute changes when it ended up being 40 degrees in April (and they managed to make us look warm in the pictures)! We had spent a lot of time on our table themes, and I had worried that we wouldn't actually get to see the finished products, but Rachel & Tiffany took pictures of all 18 tables and even the inscription in a book of poetry from my deceased grandfather. After the wedding, Brittany had our photos ready sooner than I could've imagined, and they were gorgeous! Everyone was so great to work with, and I would whole-heartedly recommend them!

The day of our wedding they were incredibly prepared, professional, efficient, calming and kind. They left very little (if anything) for us to stress about. Most importantly, we absolutely LOVE how the photos turned out.

Both my daughter and my son used Shelby Street Photography for their weddings. Our daughter worked with Shelby Street Photographers just 19 months before our son's wedding. Shelby Street did a amazing job with both weddings. They were able to capture the moments at various locations indoors and outdoors. They were able to keep the bridal party on time, and had enough time to accomodate all of the bride's photo requests. Their staff is very professional, kept everyone on the timetable, were very calm and took beautiful pictures. I would highly recommend Shelby Street to anyone looking to capture their special day.

While I was certainly not the most "enthusiastic" groom about taking pictures, the team from Shelby Street did a great job both for engagement pictures as well as for the wedding of making it fun, and relatively painless. The team was professional and worked to make sure that we got photos that we would like and even worked to accommodate our crazy requests, like posing with a bicycle in our engagement pictures. Their attention to detail really showed as they went through their work, taking many, many, many pictures to ensure we were able to get some great pictures.

From - mother of the bride. I think the photographer did a great job because she captured both your feelings. I can look at these photos and see the love you two feel for each other. They capture the feelings you had on that day and you can relive the wedding and feelings looking at the photos. They are beautiful. They capture the very feelings of the wedding and love. They were worth every cent we paid.

We chose to use Shelby Street Photography for our photographer for our wedding in November. We worked with Brittany and she was absolutely amazing to work with, from beginning to end! She has a great personality with means much more than you realize when choosing a photographer. She was making us laugh even after hours of photographs. The day went smoothly and the best part was receiving our pictures LESS THAN A MONTH after the wedding! We also received 3 albums with our package and Brittany responded to my emails about questions and photo changes to the albums MINUTES after each email. She was so helpful and made the process much easier than I expected. I would definitely recommend Shelby Street to anyone that wants great service and amazing photos! From the moment we first talked with Shelby Street as we were looking for photographers we knew they were the perfect fit! Brittany was amazing from the first conversation making us feel special, at ease, and also helping us stay organized from the get go! She responded to every email and question promptly and helped plan an amazing timeline for the day that kept things running smoothly. It was truly like having a wedding planner.

My lead photographer Rachel and the team were awesome! She and Mary helped keep us on time and having fun with ease and were so great to have there on our day. They have a way of capturing all the special moments and making people feel comfortable throughout the day, never obtrusive, but directive enough to get the pictures we wanted and keeping to the timeline. The photos tell the perfect story of my favorite day ever....with both the more traditional posed shots and amazing candid pictures.

Shelby Street has been so fabulous to work with from start to finish and I can't wait to finalize our album and print out our pictures! Could not recommend more!

I had the most amazing experience with the Shelby Street team for our engagement photos and our wedding. My experience was fantastic and I would describe the team as: responds quickly, detail oriented, responds well to feedback/suggestions, creative, friendly, helpful. In my opinion, the team went above and beyond the day of the wedding to make sure I had beautiful memories to look back on.

We had not had any professional photos taken together before our engagement session. The team brainstormed ideas before the session of a location, props, poses. They incorporated a bicycle into our engagement photos as that is something important to us. The day of the shoot it was evident how much prep time went into that day. The pictures turned out amazing even though it was cold and overcast that day. Rachel found ways to make us smile and have a great time capturing great photos!

Rachel was wonderful!!! I felt like such a princess having Rachel, Tiffany and Kelly. Someone was always following me around and taking pictures or adjusting the train on my dress or even giving helpful hints and tips from someone who has attended many weddings. They were detail oriented and focused. They worked well together as a team to make me feel at ease.

I can't speak any more highly of everyone that I came in contact with at Shelby Street - especially my lead photographer Rachel! If you want photos that will stand the test of time, book Shelby Street Photography.

Shelby Street has been absolutely fabulous to work with, and as I sit here looking through my gorgeous wedding pictures, I am so happy I choose Shelby Street to be the photographer of our wedding. Brittany helped MAJORLY with the timeline of the day - it was like having a wedding planner! Then Mary and Tiffany shot our wedding and were so efficient and detail oriented and kept us all on schedule. They were a joy to have with us during some of our most memorable life events!
Everything has been very professional, from start to finish. Brittany is such a good communicator and answers any questions or concerns promptly. (She even calmed me down when I was having a mini-breakdown about engagement photos.) Finally, as I said before, the images of my favorite day ever, are PERFECT. I am one of four sisters and our family has had three weddings in three years. Shelby Street was a lucky find with the first wedding but a blessing for the others. Not only did they take wonderful photos, they treated us like we were the only ones to ever get married and have that special moment. Shelby Street is family oriented, professional, and trustworthy. I have had the pleasure to work with Shelby Street Photography for my upcoming wedding in October. I have been planning a wedding out of state and they have been amazing to work with. They were one of the first venues I booked about a year ago. From the initial conversation on the phone with Brittany (owner) I knew they were a good fit for my fiance and I. They are so quick with email and so friendly. I feel like I can really communicate well with Brittany and I can tell she really cares about her business and even more so about my wedding. Brittany even emailed me back when she was still in the hospital after having her new baby! That is dedication! They are definitely willing to work with you to get the photos that you want and photos that you may have not known you wanted! My engagement photos were such a blast with Rachel. She is ADORABLE! She was so easy to work with and she made us feel really comfortable. She helped work around my fiance's super sensitive eyes, and my stiffness in photos. She kept us relaxed and we were so pleased with how our photos turned out. We didn't know we good look that good!! They were super flexible with my schedule as well with having to travel from out of town. I am so excited to see what Rachel does with our wedding photos in October! Shelby Street Photography did an amazing job capturing our special day! They are very professional, organized, and easy to work with. Brittany figures out the photography itinerary and has it down to science. Just tell her where and who you want to take pictures with and she does it all! There was not one bad picture that they took at our wedding. It was very difficult to choose which pictures we wanted to order and which ones to put in our album. It was money well spent for the package that includes the engagement session, pictures taken before, during, and after the ceremony, and the album.

Shelby Street Photography was incredible! They were very organized from the beginning when we booked them for our wedding. We loved our engagement pictures and used them as our Save the Dates! On the day of the wedding, the photographers kept us on track for the timeline down to the minute and had great suggestions and advice. They were knowledgeable of our venues and knew exactly how to get the best shot. I was at ease all day knowing that they had it under control and would get all the picture combinations that we wanted.

Also, they were very affordable considering the outstanding service and high-quality photos that we will treasure forever.

I would HIGHLY recommend Shelby Street Photography! We look forward to using them again in the future for family photos!

Shelby Street was a dream to work with! The owner, Brittany, and our photographers, Chris and Kortni, were all so sweet and professional. Our pictures are stunning, and truly capture the joy we felt on our wedding day, especially the amazing variety of candids and guests shots! We also used Shelby Street for our engagement photos, and for both occasions, we received the pictures so quickly, and with an awesome variety! I can't begin to tell you how wonderful our experience was with Shelby Street! As a bride who moved, changed careers and was planning a wedding- they kept me ON TRACK and frequently checked in to see how planning was going and overall answer any annoying questions I had. The day of the wedding Rachel and Mary were there to make sure the day ran smoothly and to keep us on schedule. They kept me calm and kept letting me know how my groom and the guys were doing (aka they made sure they had their stuff together). I wouldn't change a single thing about the day and was so happy that Shelby Street was a part of it. My only regret is not utilizing their new videographer- DO IT LADIES... the day goes by in the blink of an eye! Thank goodness I have their gorgeous pictures to look back on and remember our perfect day. :)

When I first found Shelby Street , I was impressed with their portfolio and the genuine feeling I got of their team simply by visiting their website. Prior to booking, their Founder, Patrick Clark took time to speak with me over the phone about their team. After speaking with him, I was at ease and did not feel the need to speak with any other photographers-I knew they were the ones who would capture the day best and be easy to work with along the way! Patrick's wife Brittany is also part of the team and she truly is an extraordinary organizer. She was my touch point for details and organizing the itinerary for both engagement photos and the wedding day. Brittany ensured that no detail slipped through the cracks and her hard work helped they day go perfectly smooth! Our photographers were Chris and Kortni, a husband and wife photography team. They communicated well with one another, which allowed them to simultaneously capture all of our special moments from two different perspectives (one photographer focused on close up shots while the other got more of the landscape/scene around us at our photo shoot location). Most importantly, they listened to what was important to me and my groom on our wedding day and they made certain to take all of the shots we initially requested and adding in some of our special details along the way.

Shelby Street's website refers to their photographers as "Storytellers" and nothing could be more true. The finished product took my breath away. We ended up with about 650 photos from the wedding day and I have loved clicking through to watch our story unfold from their perspective.

Shelby Street did my sister's wedding a year before mine, and I knew that day that I would go with them for when I got married. They are so talented and kind, and they really know how to make the day feel special. What I didn't expect was how they seemed to remember all of us, and they treated us like a part of their family. My husband didn't want us to see each other before I walked down the aisle, and I was a bit concerned that we'd miss too much of the reception. Thanks to Shelby Street, we got AMAZING pictures of everyone after the wedding, and we made it to the reception while cocktail hour was still in full swing! I cannot give Shelby Street enough praise! Seriously, this team is incredible. They were my sister and brother-in-laws photographers for their wedding and I knew that I would use their services when it came time for me to get married, and that was one of the best decisions that I made! Their work is uniques and beautiful, they are true pros at this. All members of Shelby Street are great, and not just great photographers and artists, but great people. After spending a short amount of time with them, I actually felt like I had known them for a lifetime. When we were looking for a wedding photographer, I saw that Shelby Street was a "preferred vendor" at our reception hall, and now I know why!! We did a lot of research trying to find the perfect photographer for our special day. Shelby Street Photography treat you as though you have been friends for years as soon as you meet them. We never felt uncomfortable or pressured to pick them as our photographer. Mary and Lindsey photographed our big day. They were a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job wrangling in my wild groomsmen. I cannot praise Shelby Street Photography enough! From the very beginning, Patrick and Brittany were quick to answer my phone call and responded immediately to any further questions I had via e-mail. Brittany is extremely organized and plans out a timeline of the day, so there were no questions the day of--so helpful. My husband and I don't live in Cincinnati, so we were a little worried about not meeting our photographers before our wedding, but Patrick and Brittany put us at ease immediately. They are extremely professional, yet fun and creative. They made sure to get all of the shots we wanted with all of the people we wanted. We were so excited to see all of the pictures---and they did not disappoint, the pictures were absolutely gorgeous. We could have not asked for better photographers. Patrick and Brittany made us feel completely at ease and our pictures reflected that. Our pictures (engagement and wedding!) turned out better than we ever could have imagined. We were also so impressed by the variety of shots that they got. They had 3 photographers at our wedding and captured all the important moments, as well as many others that my husband and I did not get to see. Even though there were 3 photographers, I hardly remember seeing them at the wedding--they got so many great candids and told such a wonderful story of the whole day while being discreet at the same time. Working with Brittany and Patrick was so easy and comfortable! They are both amazingly talented and did a fantastic job capturing special candid moments between my husband and I on our big day! Shelby Street Photography (Patrick and Brittany) was amazing to work with! They answered all of our questions, were very flexible and accommodating with scheduling, really helped us map out and plan our wedding day, and are so kind and down to earth. The engagement photos were great! The wedding pictures were perfect! They truly captured our special day (the big moments and all the little personal moments too), even more than we could have ever imagined! It's great to know that we now have photos to look back on and remember every piece of our day! After doing a TON of searching for the perfect wedding photographer my fiancé and I immediately fell in love with Shelby Street. Patrick, Brittany, Candace an Drew were so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. My biggest concern was making sure that the day of was as stress free as possible and without their planning there is no way things would have gone as smoothly as they did. Brittany was in contact with me on regular basis and had every detail for each photograph nailed down weeks in advance. Having three families a big concern of ours was making sure that no one was left out and that family pictures didn't take forever. They made sure to have a complete list of each family shot that was needed along with the names of the individuals that were suppose to be in them. I have never seen wedding pictures run as efficiently as they did with Shelby Street. We recently got our pictures back and they are more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. We are so thankful that we chose Shelby Street and have recommended them to everyone we know. They are amazing!!!

Patrick and Brittany were great! They were very easy to work with and extremely responsive. I often times emailed questions late at night before bed, and if I didn't have a response right away, it was there early the next morning. They are a well organized team which I truly appreciated. The questionnaire they had us fill out truly did make the picture time more efficient at the wedding.

My husband and I also had an engagement photo session with them, and while the pictures turned out great, some of the poses didn't really feel natural for us. We told Brittany and Patrick and they were very understanding and worked with us to ensure our wedding pictures represented our truest selves and attitudes/personalities. And the wedding pictures turned out amazing!

Patrick and Brittany were at all times professional, yet fun. They enjoy what they do and it shows in their work and attitudes. I am very very very happy with how the wedding pictures were structured and with the final product and am excited to now get to choose the pictures for my wedding album!

The day we spent with Brittany & Patrick was so much fun! Our whole wedding party loved them & the pictures show it. I laughed all day & smile every time I look at the pictures! Our pictures are the perfect reflection of us & how wonderful our wedding was. Because they are a husband and wife team you get great perspectives and can see both points of view in the photos. I highly recommend them to anyone for their wedding; you will be in love with the results (and watching the slide show on your computer every night)!

Patrick and Brittany were a DREAM to work with! From our very first meeting, we felt completely comfortable with them, and had total trust that our wedding photographs would turn out beautifully. The package that they offer is straightforward and fair...we didn't get a headache trying to figure it out. They were the perfect combination of professional and FUN; we seriously want to be friends with them outside the context of our wedding! We got compliments from many wedding guests that they got great shots while managing to be discreet during the ceremony and reception. We are still waiting to see our final wedding pics, but we are already THRILLED just with what we've seen from the "sneak peek". We could not be happier with our choice of photographers. We did quite a bit of research to find the best photographer, and we certainly feel like we found them with Shelby Street. They were absolutely wonderful on the day of the wedding. Their time management really made the day run smoothly. They really have a way of making you feel calm and relaxed. Shelby Street produces nothing but the best and highest quality photos, and it is clear that pay attention to detail with their photos. Shelby Street Photography is amazing! Patrick and Brittany are awesome, they have great personalities, fantastic photography skills and are super nice people! We booked them in February of 2012 for our June 2013 wedding and they were awesome about keeping in contact with us during all those months before any details needed to be made. We had our engagement pictures taken by them as well and they did a wonderful job. Our wedding was amazing and our pictures truly reflect the mood and joy of our day. They arrived early, were so calm and fun during the day and just captured our day perfectly. Shelby Street was the first vendor I booked and I would book them again without hesitation. My wife and I did a bit of "shopping" on-line looking for the perfect photographer. We found Patrick and Brittany's photos to be exceptional! Even though they lived over an hour from us, they came up to meet with us and show us some of their other work, to ask questions, and to give us some ideas of what would work for our wedding location/day even though we hadn't decided we were going to hire them yet. Our engagement photos turned out phenomenal! They had tremendous patience in us changing outfits and looking for distinguishing different shots. Their timing on getting the photos back was more than acceptable. We had quite a long time between the engagement shoot and our wedding shoot but Brittany and Patrick were good a staying in contact with us and making sure they had all of the info they needed. They emailed us a PDF with a good series of questions to make sure they were prepared for the wedding day. On the wedding day they showed up early and left late! They weren't invasive in their shooting to where their presence was overly noticed but their photos that we got back certainly showed their expertise. We have been around a couple of weddings where the family pictures took FOREVER... We were shocked at the amount of control and professionalism they had in getting every single combination of family photos we wanted in a VERY short period of time. Shortly after the wedding they posted a few teaser photos to Facebook, which was a nice touch. After about a month or so (in the middle of the busiest time of year for them) they contacted us about seeing our photos. They offered to have a viewing party in their studio or give us the URL. We opted for the viewing party with snacks and pop. It was a lot of fun and we more than enjoyed our experience with Shelby Street Photography not to mention how amazing all of our photos turned out! We recommend Brittany and Patrick above anyone else in the area! Thanks for reading!

I contacted Shelby Street after first glance of their portfolio and have never second guessed my decision. Patrick and Brittany have the unique ability to make you feel as though yours is the only wedding their shooting that year... their consistent attention to detail and creative concepts truly set them apart from other vendors.

It is obvious their professionalism is attained from years of experience in the wedding industry, a quality any bride will find extremely comforting. Both Patrick and Brittany were super engaged, responding to my inquiries within hours, even minutes, via e-mail which was very much appreciated being an out of town bride. Shelby Street was reasonable for my wedding budget but in my opinion, you can't put a price on the pride or excitement you feel sharing your wedding photos with others. I will always be thrilled with the art and quality of my images.

Booking Shelby Street is a no brainer! Patrick and Brittany are simply THE BEST! I hired them as photographers but they became more like friends of the family during my wedding journey. I am forever grateful they chose us, not the other way around!

Brittany and Patrick are such a great duo to work with! Originally I set up about 8 interviews with different photographers as I was really passionate about getting great photos of our wedding day. We met with Shelby Street first and I knew they set the bar high. After meeting with two other photographers I cancelled the rest of the meetings, knowing Shelby Street was the team for us. They are our favorite vendor of ANY vendors we worked with during the wedding process. They are so professional, offer great advice and most importantly, take AMAZING photos.
The week of the wedding it's hard not to stress about things but knowing you've booked a professional photographer that knows what they're doing will make you feel so much better. We faced possible rain and I didn't stress after mentioning it to Brittany, she had it all under control. We did have rain during our photo time and they handled everything great, found a few places for us to shoot in, managed the time perfectly, and we ended up with epic photos!
I can't say enough great things about Shelby Street Photography, go meet with them today and see for yourself!

We met with several photographers before we found ShelbyStreet. We were immediately drawn to their style of photography and the wedding photos that we saw online. We set an appointment to meet with them, and we were blown away. From the moment we walked into their studio, we were in complete awe of the numerous hanging photos which canvased their walls.
The surprising piece was that we were so comfortable with Patrick & Brittany right away. They made us feel at home during our very first meeting! They are a dynamite couple and they work very hard to please their brides and grooms. Their outlook on life and marriage is so positive that you'll leave each meeting saying to each other "we want what they have!"
Our engagement photos turned out so beautifully that we weren't sure how are wedding photos would ever measure up to them - but we just got a chance to preview our wedding photos and they are AMAZING!
They spent almost 15 hours with us the day of our wedding (not including travel time) and they were troopers! I never saw them show signs of getting tired and I'm really not sure when they ate, bc I saw them as much as I saw my groom that night!
All in all, if I had to choose a photographer all over again, I would choose ShelbyStreet for their talent, their professionalism and their quality of work. They even developed a timeline for us that our bridal party could follow to make sure the day ran smoothly!
Love them and can't wait for them to capture each milestone that we come to in our lives!

We had a beautiful wedding in downtown Cincinnati at The Center, and Shelby Street's pictures turned out great. Patrick and Brittany were great at communicating with us in the months leading up to the event, and they were very accommodating to our requests.

Having double coverage with the two of them was perfect, as it resulted in some really great shots throughout the ceremony and during the reception. Not long after the event, they invited us and our family to their home for a viewing party, which was a very nice touch.

We had a great time working with them, and would definitely recommend their services.

Excellent. Very personal experience throughout. Nice simple little extra touches before / during / after that made this uniquely special. I.e., a small gift that will help make our marriage grow given before, the popcorn party at their house with family to watch and celebrate the photos after.

On top of these extra touches - this team provides highest quality professional photography as well that we could find. You can see that they love what they do in the beautiful photo results.

Brittany and Patrick were fun, professional, and easy to work with! They were flexible with our requested picture locations and were helpful with not only their own style of photos, but they entertained any and all requests for photos we wanted. If we were to do it all over again, we'd have written down more ideas for them to work with - people we wanted pictures of, locations, etc - they do ask you, but you have to brainstorm and follow through!

Brittany and Patrick were with us almost the entire wedding day - they took pictures on schedule and never obstructed any part our day - they were also a lot of fun! Highly recommended.

Brittany and Patrick are amazing! We had them for our engagement and wedding photos. Our wedding day was so chaotic (100 degrees, wind storm, rained, PLUS the power went out along with the AC). They stuck it out with us through the entire thing, and I'm so thankful they were there. We ended up having our wedding in the church by candlelight. I haven't seen our pictures yet, but I'm sure they came out gorgeous! Can't wait to see them. BOOK THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING! You won't be disappointed!

Brittany and Patrick were wonderful photographers to work with for our engagement and wedding photos. My now husband and I live in New Orleans and we got married in Cincinnati. Brittany and Patrick were flexible in being able to come down to the Big Easy to do our engagement photoshoot and capture our time here in New Orleans. The photos were AWESOME and we had such a good time with them.
Since we could not make it into Cincinnati very often Brittany and Patrick were very good with keeping in touch and keeping us up to date.
On top of all that they did an amazing job on our wedding day!! They were able and willing to split up so Patrick could take great pictures with the guys and Brittany could take some even more amazing pictures with the girls (since we did not want to see eachother before the ceremony).
Altogether they were very helpful, professional and AMAZING! I can't say enough how much we enjoyed working with them.
Most importantly too our pictures are all INCREDIBLE!!
LOVE THESE PEOPLE!!
